The Best Food and Vendor

David was our favorite vendor of our wedding. The food was fantastic, we were looking forward to our meal for months after our tasting and every guest commented on how much they enjoyed the food. Our tasting with David was such an enjoyable experience because he made it stress-free and had so much helpful advice while happily finding ways to meet our vision and ideas to put custom touches on our wedding. We ended up hosting a post-wedding brunch at his property, bluemont vineyard because we loved the food so much. David allowed us to make as many changes in menu, guest count, seating and was communicative about any updates and our questions about the budget. We would pick him happy for any future events and could not imagine our wedding being as fantastic as it was without him and his team.

Great Catering!

David at celebrations was a delight to work with! He was very knowledgeable and was very flexible with my hectic schedule (I wouldn't recommend planning a wedding while deployed). All the virtual calls I had with him made me feel more comfortable with using Celebrations as my catering; David even helped me cut costs when I let him know I was looking to try and tighten the budget. Day off, the food was amazing as well as the waitstaff and bartenders. We didn’t opt for a signature drink for the guests, but as the bride I wanted a specialized drink throughout the night, the bartenders were happy to make the drink and they had one ready whenever I wanted a refill! They were so personable and friendly, I would absolutely recommend Celebrations Catering!

As a side note- they also have a venue Whitehall estates that is absolutely beautiful, in retrospect, I wish I had utilized them as my venue.

Delicious food and wonderful service

We had an amazing experience with celebrations catering. David, the owner was very knowledgeable and helped guide us during the planning process. The food at our wedding was incredible! The beef was cooked PERFECTLY. Many of my guests told me throughout the night how delicious their meals were. We had beef, salmon and a vegetarian butternut squash ravioli. The catering staff did an amazing job and were attentive without being overbearing. Wonderful experience with Celebrations Catering!

Great food, great service!

Celebrations catering was a fantastic complement to our wedding at the Rosemont Manor last fall. The owner, David, helped us decide the perfect menu and offered a delicious tasting for both my wife and I’s families prior to the event. He also had some great recommendations about the wedding planning in general! The food was simply fantastic- we received numerous compliments from guests about how spectacular everything tasted on the big day. David was very patient with our questions and helping us set up the buffet and table arrangements at the venue. He was also incredibly accommodating when we needed to add on alcohol (somewhat) last minute. The staff on the night of the wedding were incredibly professional and helpful. They also ensured that both my wife and I had plates of food set up for us and that we ate (something most won’t consider, but it’s not easy eating at your own wedding!) Not a single complaint about any of the service. We had a night worthy of the most important celebration of our lives!

Wonderful staff and amazing food

David was an incredible help in our planning and extremely knowledgeable on all things wedding. We had many, many compliments on our food, which was not your typical “wedding food.” All the servers and staff the day-of were kind and helpful.

Hands down the BEST decision

When you have several guests message you, days later, about how incredible the steak was, you know you hired a winner. Plus, David helped us so much with little details (non-catering related) that we hadn't even thought of. This vendor went above and beyond, especially during the early days of Covid when we were just planning. 100% recommend.

Amazing food!

David was such a big help planning the food, the floor plan, and so many other little details. The food was AMAZING! The mac & cheese was my favorite thing we picked, but everything was really good. Our guests were all commenting on how great the food was. We also needed some very specific allergy-safe meals and he worked with us to put together delicious options for those guests. I wanted to do a Pittsburgh-style cookie table and David worked with us to come up with a COVID-safe solution so I could have my cookie experience, which turned out great. The catering staff who worked at our wedding were also terrific. So professional and on top of everything. It was perfect. I would definitely recommend them.

Best Catering EVER! WOW!

David and his colleagues catered our weekend wedding celebration at Historic Rosemont in Berryville, VA, and both the food and the service were unbelievably MAGNIFICENT! David is a food artist and a food visionary. And given his position, EXTREMELY accessible as well as very friendly, interesting, talented, and hospitable. My husband and I were engaged on Mardi Gras so we wanted to incorporate a New Orleans theme into our rehearsal dinner, and as soon as we mentioned that, David and his creative mind were off and running! You give this exceptionally talented man an idea and he runs with it! He brings your food vision to life before your eyes. ALL the food provided by Celebrations Catering was exquisitely delicious! Guests excitedly reported they had the most delicious food ever until they tried the next thing...and the next thing...and the next! Every food offering was of the highest quality and everyone was delighted! David and his food and hospitality artisans also catered our wedding reception and after party, too, where each and every meal was incredibly creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Our guests were overwhelmed by both the elegance of the food presentation, as well as the exquisite taste. We LOVE both David and his staff, they are quite simply THE BEST ( We love you David and we love you Walter!) The creative vision, the fine attention to EVERY detail, the elegant presentation, the INCREDIBLY respectful and attentive servers, the complete and total YUMMINESS of everything was quite completely extraordinary. David, Walter and each and every extremely talented member of his staff are rare and precious treasures! One of the best decisions we made!

One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was to use Celebrations Catering. We initially hired them for our big wedding in Frederick, but after COVID hit, we decided to downsize to a few of our closest family and friends at my childhood home in the Annapolis area. Tammy and her team were SO accommodating and took on our micro-wedding without a second thought.

Let's start with the food - it is absolutely INCREDIBLE. The grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters were a hit! Everyone said they were the most unique wedding appetizers they had ever had (chicken and waffles, mini burgers, bacon wrapped shrimp), and no one was left hungry. Dinner was beef tenderloin with mushroom sauce and crabcakes - SO delicious and really great sized portions. It was the best wedding food I've ever had.

But beyond the food, what makes Celebrations so special is the staff. They truly felt like part of the family by the end of the evening. Tammy's calming presence before I walked down the aisle was so appreciated, and she always made sure my husband and I had food while taking our portrait photos. Her staff were the kindest people I've ever met and I felt so blessed to have them there with us. They made sure everything went smoothly and handled our guests with such care, and I couldn't be more thankful for them. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Go with Celebrations and I promise it will be the best decision you'll make for your big day!

Perfect Day (Sept13)

We were blown away by the Celebrations team! The food was phenomenal - all of our guests raved about it (and still are). Before COVID we were planning to do a buffet. About a month out from our wedding we decided to pivot and do a plated dinner instead. David at Celebrations was incredibly patient and efficient in making those changes for us. We went with a dual plated meal instead of giving guests a choice and EVERYTHING on the plate was delicious. The bartenders and catering staff were amazing as well. Our wedding day was perfect, and Celebrations knocked it out of the park!! We would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

Everything was perfect!

A week after my daughter's wedding and our guests are still raving about the food. I didn't realize what went into catering a wedding until I witnessed the entire mobile kitchen set up. Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious, the bartenders were awesome, everyone was super friendly, and unbelievably efficient. In this time of COVID, everyone was professional and helped us with our efforts in social distancing our guests by adding extra tables, and setting up outside. Special shout out to David - thank you so much for helping to make our daughter's special day PERFECT!

The Perfect Accompaniment

Celebrations was recommend to us by our venue, The Historic Rosemont. We did our due diligence in search for caterers in our area to ensure we picked the absolute perfect caterer for us, and we did! David is easy going and easy to work with. We did our tasting in January 2020, approximately 8 months prior to our celebration. IT WAS AMAZING! Seriously, because of the salad we tried we started putting pickled vegetables in ours. The appetizers and entrees are something my then fiancé and I talked about non-stop leading up to our day because everything was so good. I can’t express enough how much we loved the food and the experience.

On the day of our celebration, the staff of Celebrations Catering practiced all COVID-19 safety precautions and wore masks during the entire event. They were very accommodating to us and all of our guests and flexible when it came to no show guests. We got so many compliments on the bartender(s) that Celebrations brought! The drinks were made very well and I am very picky when it comes to alcoholic beverages. I would 100% recommend Celebrations Catering service for any event you may be having. They will listen to what you want and how you want it, provide ideas, and will provide their services with great care.

Wedding Catering 02.22.20

We had our wedding at Rosemont Manor and Rosemont Springs, and Celebrations is their preferred career - and they were fantastic!! We had initial contact and menu planning and table layout working with David (owner), who was wonderful. We then worked with Adolpho and Yesenia, who were both very knowledgeable, had great suggestions, and were very flexible and understanding as things were added and changed throughout the planning process. Helped us create a few signature cocktails and planing to have snacks and drinks set aside for the wedding party.
Yesenia was especially wonderful on the day of my wedding - taking time to check in on me and my husband throughout the night and making sure we had meals and drinks. Thank you Yesenia!! Their entire team was great. Fantastic service!!!! They setup and took down at the end of the night. They set up our desserts from our cake vendor. They helped to take away so much of the stress for the reception, and I am very grateful. And the food was amazing!!! They provide a great selection of quality options fbor catering. Highly highly recommend Celebrations!

Delicious, Seasonal Wedding Fare

David and his team were like our second wedding planners. We are so grateful to their time and dedication to our wedding and making our vision a reality. We were married on 11/9 at Rosemont Manor and used Celebrations because the are the partner caterer, and couldn't have asked for a better team. We had lots of little unique details that they made reality, from signature drinks, to a special pizza they cut and served, to phenomenal reception food. Everything was warm, inviting, seasonal, and fresh. The day-of team were so kind and professional, and made sure my husband and I were taken care of from start to finish. Now I need to figure out the recipie for the salad we ate, because their dressing should be bottled and sold it was so good!

Wedding catering 10.26.19

We just held our wedding and used celebrations catering for our wedding dinner. Since the beginning everyone at celebrations were so wonderful to work with. From our tasting to finalizing the menu and options, communicating was a breeze. I worked with Lois Aylestock on finalizing our menu and she was such a pleasure to work with. We had some guests with allergies and Lois made sure to check with the chefs and CEO that our guests allergies were noted and accommodated. Lois also helped to match linens with my overall vision and colors and helped answer all of my questions. All of the staff from celebrations working and serving during our wedding were so wonderful especially our banquet captain who made sure everything ran so smoothly! We received so many compliments on all of the food served at our wedding (especially the shrimp at cocktail hour!) and would recommend celebrations to anyone looking for a caterer.

Wedding Dinner

This catering vendor was required for our wedding venue. I am so happy to recommend Celebrations for any event. The food was praised by many of our guests - not only did it taste great (150 served) but the service was awesome. Adolfo and his crew were by far the best catering crew I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The bride and groom felt like royalty!
They were quick to respond to requests and made sure all the guests were happy.

Best Caterer Ever!

David and his team were phenomenal! Not only was the food at both our rehearsal dinner and reception amazing but their onsite team was amazing. Adolfo was a wonderful banquet captain, he was completely attuned to our every need. I must also commend the servers who worked both events. Amazing Service

We used Celebrations Catering for our wedding this weekend and they were fantastic. I don’t typically write reviews, but It would be wrong of me not to write one for this catering service and Walter. Walter is the reason this is getting written. Walter provided the absolute best service that we could dream of the entire weekend. Every time I needed something.. it was like he sensed it immediately and was there for me or my wife. But he makes you feel like he is there only for you and that you specifically are the only thing that matters. I felt like I had my own concierge all weekend even though I’m sure he was doing a million other things to make everything perfect. We honestly didn’t deserve the level of service he gave us and I couldn’t shut up about how great he was. The food, the drinks and the whole staff were all great, but what made our experience the best it could be from a catering standpoint was Walter and the pride he takes in what he does. The man really cares if you are happy and I will recommend him and his staff to everyone. So… this is a big thank you to Walter and Celebrations Catering for making our weekend amazing.

Delicious food and great service

Working with David was a very enjoyable experience! From our first meeting, to the tasting, to the cocktail hour and reception, everything was very professional, and of course the food was delicious. They were happy to cater to all of our specific requests, and made sure that we were well taken care of on our wedding day. The signature cocktails they made were delicious as well! We were very budget conscious during our wedding planning, and David was very helpful in maximizing our bang for our buck with his services.

Excellent Job

We were required by our venue to use Celebrations Catering, but they did an incredible job. The process was pretty easy and Vivian made herself very accessible by email. They were very flexible and had no problem with changing things out and making substitutions.

For the wedding they were absolutely incredible! The Banquet Captain did a great job of checking in with us (the bride and groom) to see if we needed anything. She brought us snacks and drinks during photos so that we could also enjoy the cocktail hour as well. The bartender who had been at our tasting brought us some special mixed drinks once dinner started.

Their staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and on top of everything from the moment they arrived to packing everything up to leave. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Vivian and her team from Celebrations were such a great group to work with. They made sure we had absolutely zero worries leading up to our wedding with respect to our food! They were so accommodating for both our rehearsal dinner AND our reception, bringing in vegan and vegetarian options as well as our normal dinner service. The food was incredible, the service team was fantastic, and every single our of our guests went out of their way to compliment how great the food and the service team was. Special thanks to the service team captain who went above and beyond to make sure we got to taste everything that was served as well!! Thanks so much to Celebrations!

Celebrations was the required vendor for our venue, and we were highly satisfied with the variety of buffet choices, as well as their flexibility in tailoring the menu to fit our needs. Our tasting was wonderful, and we were happy with the linen colors and rental options. They provided the option for child meals, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals ad appetizers.

We went with the BBQ Chic and it was DELICIOUS!

Celebrations Catering food is DELICIOUS. We had the BBQ Chiq menu for our wedding - all of our guests loved it. For cocktail hour we had meatballs, crab dip, and a cheese spread. We worked with Vivian to coordinate our menu and tasting - she was very responsive and helpful in planning. On the day of, the catering staff went above and beyond. They set up everything perfectly, the food was amazing, the bartenders were great - it couldn't have been better.

I recently had my wedding at Rosemont Manor and had Celebrations Catering cater our reception and our rehearsal dinner. David worked with us to design menus for both nights that our guests (and us!) enjoyed immensely. Although we were required to use this vendor by our venue, we were absolutely pleased and impressed with them throughout the planning process - and, especially, on the big day! Honestly, having such amazing food and such an incredible staff "required" took planning stress away from us - I'd highly recommend Celebrations Catering for any event! Vivian worked with us to design an incredible menu and made sure to assist with special meal options for some of our guests (vegan, children). The complimentary tasting was done professionally, in a beautiful location, and allowed us to fine tune the selections we'd made. And then we get to wedding day - we were BLOWN AWAY by the celebrity treatment we got from the 10-crew staff. They anticipated our every need (kept our drinks full, carried our buffet plates to our sweetheart table, brought food/drinks to our photography shoot, etc.), overwhelmed us with kindness and professionalism, and made our wedding so incredibly wonderful! The food was AMAZING, and all of the guests raved about how deliciously full they were! Vivian and her staff are amazing! We hired them bc they were the only carter accepted in the first venue we booked. Then, about 60 days before the wedding, we decided to have it at Morais Vineyards. Vivian was okay with working in there as well. It was perfect, since we didn't have to deal with choosing another carter, or loose our pre-payment. The table sets we rented from her were so beautiful, and appropriated for the new venue. Everything run so smoothie in our wedding day, that we did not have any stress. Vivian took care of everything! I loved that we hired her, and I totally recommend her company to other brides do be :)

I am a mother of the bride and I just want to say that Celebrations Catering made my daughter's wedding day run so smoothly that I had a wonderful day. We had our event at Historic Rosemont Manor in Berryville Virginia and Celebrations is their most frequent caterer. First of all the chef, David O. Weinschel was extremely nice and accessible. He charmed us at our tasting, made delicious food and patiently answered our questions via email. The way our venue works it, you not only have your food from Celebrations but you are also renting your tables, chairs, linens and glassware from them, so it may seem pricey, but you have to realize what you are getting for that price. When Adolfo and Walter showed up around 2 for a 5 pm wedding I wondered how they would get it all done (they had set up the tables the previous day), but they worked very hard and had everything ready with a half an hour to spare. The bar operated seamlessly (the venue and the caterer allowed us to buy our own alcohol which was a substantial savings), the dinner was served promptly and was hot and delicious, and everyone had ready access to all the water, tea, and coffee they wanted (even before the ceremony). Adolfo was incredibly polite, checked in with myself and the father of the bride several times, and his staff impressively moved a huge cake twice with no disasters. I am told he has 20 years of experience and it showed. I would highly recommend this caterer and this venue.

Vivian and her staff are excellent! They go to all extents to make your event special and worry free! Vivian was on top of every little detail. She listened to our wants and needs, added great suggestions, and stayed with us through the entire process of creating a magical wedding reception for our daughter! We had the pleasure of working with Vivian and her team for our wedding at Lost Creek. The food was amazing and we received many compliments from guests afterwards. Vivian is a rockstar, she ran our event flawlessly from start to finish and ensured that the night went off without a hitch. She made sure that everyone involved knew what was going on and where to be at what times. She was very responsive throughout the whole process and provided a detailed, itemized bill that made it easy to see what you were paying for. All the servers and bartenders were excellent and there was never a long line at the bar and the tables were clean.

Celebrations catering was amazing. The food was great and the service was spectacular. The servers were friendly, attentive and very professional. There were so many little details that they took care of without being asked. They allowed us to bring our own alcohol and didn't charge a corkage fee. There was also no cake cutting fee. They are very upfront about their prices and easy to work with. They also do not add on a tip. You just pay the servers and chefs a tip at the end of the night as they refuse tips from guests.

Vivian and her team were absolutely incredible! The entire reception and service ran like a well oiled machine and they took fantastic care of us as the bride and groom as well as all of the guests. They had appetizers and drinks for the wedding party ready for us as we went for pictures and the entire reception was a complete success. Vivian, you and your team are rock stars. The pulled pork was to die for. The planning (helping me plan from half way around the world) was speedy and professional. We had very little leftovers so that shows me you guys know what you are doing with number of guests and food selection. Yes there are budgets but Vivian is honest and will tell you what works and what amount of food won't work. One recommendation she suggested was having some finger food delivered by her team to where we were with photographers. I am so glad I agreed!!! One very small recommendation, ketchup on the buffet table for the potatoe wedges!

We had to go with Celebrations Catering as part of the package deal with our wedding venue (Rosemont Manor) but we were so pleased with them, we'd choose them all over again! Their team (especially David and Adolfo) both were very professional and so pleasant and easy to work with. They were very accommodating to us having our own ethnic food for part of the meal at our rehearsal dinner which was huge because so many vendors/venues aren't at all flexible. That was important to my husband and I as we were having a dual culture wedding. The food and service they provided both nights was so, so good; we got lots of great feedback from guests. Amazing food and amazing service! We got married at Historic Rosemont Manor and they made the day go off without a hitch. Since our first conversation with David, I have been impressed. They went over the top for our tasting and David was always quick to answer our questions and change the seating plan right up to the day before the wedding. Everyone has told us how delicious the food was. We had to move several tables after people finished eating for dancing, and I didn't even notice it happening. Adolfo and Walter were so helpful and attentive at the reception. Every time my drink got a little low or I looked around with a questioning look on my face, Adolfo was there to help. We were there to enjoy our night and he made absolutely sure we did. You will be in great hands with Celebrations.

Celebrations catered the food for our wedding (at Whitehall Estate). Everything was great! The hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour were well-received, and the dinner was fantastic. They had accommodated us with a different fish option, and let us play around with the sides. The steaks were beautifully cooked, the chicken was moist and flavorful, and people seemed to really enjoy the fish. Celebrations and Whitehall, together, gave us the perfect wedding experience, and we could not have asked for more.

The entire catering team was terrific ... as was the food, service, thoughtfullness and understanding of what was the best way to do everything. Especially outstanding was the Team Captain: Miriam Roman. She was by our side through each phase of the Wedding Reception - making helpful suggestions, etc., her byword for each problem or 'snag' was, "Don't worry about it, we'll take care of it - just enjoy yourselves". What a women! She was terrific - professionally and service-wise. I would not ever plan another event without using this group (hopefully Miriam would again be the Captain).

We used this caterer through our venue at Rosemont Manor in Berryville, VA and they did a wonderful job. David was wonderfully flexible, offered advice and insight when appropriate, and let us decide for ourselves what we wanted for our day. Sampling the food was wonderful, and having to pick between all of the options was tough given that it was all amazing. We settled on a plated dinner of Apricot Chicken with two sides and a Vegetarian dish as well. Nothing but delight from every guest. The wait staff was prompt and professional, and we're always there to refill everything. Just another reason why our wedding was perfect.

My now husband is in Food & Beverage for hotels, running event food service for other people’s weddings, so we are especially picky about how event food service should be executed. Celebrations was spot on. My husband would place his business reputation on recommending them.
We got married at a Leesburg venue where Celebrations serves as the in-house caterer. Like many brides I was worried that maybe I located my perfect wedding location but was going to be locked into out-of-budget food pricing or less than appetizing selections. My experience with Celebrations could not have been further from this - they far exceeded expectations and made it a wonderful event.
Everyone we worked with prior to the event (David, Jose and Vivian) was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond. They were very responsive when we asked questions, they provided creative ideas for how to keep to a budget but maintain real quality, they created completely new inventive dishes just for us to match my husband's Turkish heritage (buying and testing ingredients at no charge to us), and they adjusted menu items at tasting to fit the smallest new requests.
On the day of I was delighted we would continue working with the same contact (Vivian) and their kitchen team. Again, beyond serving unbelievably tasty food, the team created wonderfully appealing presentations for displaying items and never let a tray or table go empty. Without my thinking to ask, Vivian even saved desserts for my husband and me in the fridge - using her experience to know we would never get to them during the event.
We consider ourselves very tough customers in this space and we really cannot recommend them enough.

My husband and I got married at Whitehall Manor in Bluemont, VA and used the in-house catering company, Celebrations Catering. The food was amazing! We went to a food trial about 8 months before the wedding, which was delicious. However, the food at the wedding was exquisite! Our guests couldn't stop raving about it. If I could give David & his team 10 stars, I would. I cannot say enough positive things about Celebrations. WOW. The wedding tasting was very good (more like a feasting than a tasting) and David sat down with us and helped us design our menu, even creating a salad special for us with goat cheese! Day of, the Celebrations team was incredible - Adolfo was our captain and he was beyond amazing. He went out of his way to make sure that myself and everyone in the wedding party had a drink in their hands at all times and didn't need anything. Each time our drinks were getting low, he brought us out new ones! I heard that the salmon was a little dry, but everyone raved about the chicken charleston & the butternut squash ravioli. At the end of the night, Adolfo even packed up the leftover cake for my new husband & I to eat if we were hungry that night. If anyone made our wedding day easier and better, it was Adolfo & the rest of David's team. I'd recommend Celebrations to just about anyone! Thanks again David & Adolfo!

Celebrations catering service and quality are outstanding! From early on we were impressed by them. Upon touring our wedding venue we were invited to see the kitchen that the caterer worked out of - this to me shows just how much pride they take in their work and how well you can trust their product! We attended a tasting last year in preperation of choosing our ceremony food, and everything tasted the same, if not better on our actual wedding day. We got married at Whitehall Manor and used Celebrations, the in-house catering service. The menu selection was very extensive and had all sorts of foods to choose from. The tasting was delicious and narrowing it down was definitely a challenge. In the end, we ended up having 4 meal choices (chicken, fish, veggie, beef) for a plated dinner. I had the chicken which was very good, and my husband had the filet which was also good, if not slightly overcooked (but to be expected for such a large group with different preferences). I didn't personally get to try many of the appetizers, but I heard they were absolutely delicious - specifically the brie and the beef wellington pastries.
And the service was absolutely phenomenal. The waitstaff was polite, professional, and very attentive to me and my husband on our big day. They made sure we had everything we needed and wouldn't let us get up if we needed some water or anything like that. They even brought us a plate of appetizers to our sweetheart table since we didn't get any during cocktail hour. It definitely made the night so much easier knowing that they were watching out for us. I would definitely recommend Celebrations -- thank you!

Celebrations Catering was the best decision of all of our wedding decisions from start to finish. Adam was so immensely helpful in helping us finalize our best possible menu, with very little difference in price from the very first choices to the final best choice. Best of all, there were no hidden charges and last minute surprises. Even more important though, was his accessibility and responsiveness, both of which made us feel confident that all would go well.
There is no fear equal to the fear the caterer won't answer the phone on the day of the wedding when "something" has gone wrong. No worries here!
Almost forgot to mention the food was super excellent! Our guests raved.
Wedding number 2 is on the horizon and catering decision is already made!

We celebrated our wedding at Rosemont Manor which is partnered with Celebrations Catering. Although skeptical at first, my husband and I were highly impressed with their vast menu selections and quality of the food. David was incredibly responsive to emails and fully assisted with planning our menu. He was able to create an appetizer based on my obsession with fried green tomatoes and captured our vision perfectly.

We received many compliments throughout our wedding weekend and were overall pleased with David and his staff. My only complaint is that mine and my husband's reception dinner was cold. We served it buffet-style and believe this to be a result of being served first. Luckily, the guests did not have the same issue (which is something that I worried about throughout our entire meal).

I planned my wedding while living in Boston, so I was worried about finding a good caterer for a reasonable price without actually being in town to meet with everyone in person. I picked Celebrations solely off of their Wedding Wire reviews. When they sent me the proposal, the menu they picked out sounded awesome, so I decided to go with them. They were very responsive and made it easy to deal with them from afar. I rented tables, chairs, and linens from them as well. I even had a last-minute addition of champagne glasses for the toast, which they were able to accommodate easily. When the day finally came, everything was AMAZING. The tables looked great, and the food was so tasty! I wish I'd had more of an appetite, though luckily we had leftovers so I was able to enjoy it some more the next day (though I believe all the basil-whipped potatoes were long gone!). Many of my guests commented about how great the food was, especially the baked brie appetizer. My mother commented on how great the staff was, setting everything up and making sure everything was running smoothly. Everything was perfect! The price seemed a little high when I was originally booking them, but now that I know more about weddings, I think it was spot-on and worth every penny!

I worked with Adam Steele from Celebrations Catering for my wedding and had a fantastic experience. Adam was extremely responsive to my requests and was always very professional. When my husband and I were looking for a caterer, we wanted to work with someone who would allow us to provide our own alcohol. On things were I was less versed I trusted the professionals and they delivered big! The tasting was well organized and allowed us to choose from a number of delicious options. They were able to accommodate a tiny number of vegan and gluten free requests. We used Celebrations Catering for our son's rehearsal dinner at the Stone House in Cascades. The food was even more delicious than when we went for our tasting. The staff was professional and courteous and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them for any event.

Celebrations Catering was very flexible and was able to provide exactly what I wanted. Since the wedding was August, I wanted a light summer meal for the rehearsal dinner and our menu was perfect. I provided an additional main course and the desserts. I also rented the linens myself separately.

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Gallery and could not be more thrilled with how smoothly it went (including when I realized my cousin doesn't eat meat and the chef threw together an AMAZING plate for her). Seriously, Alison is a joy to work with. My husband was primarily responsible for the Rehearsal Dinner and he couldn't stop talking about how smoothly everything was going.

Plus of course the food was excellent. Foodies will be very happy with this event venue.

Also, make sure to check out the evening sunsets their venues offer .... beautiful backdrop for a wedding.

We didn't really find Celebrations; they found us. With our wedding planned for Bluemont Vineyard, and having already gone to our tasting and selected our menu with their in-house caterer, we were surprised to find out the Bluemont's in-house caterer had changed to Celebrations! Initially, we weren't really thrilled with that (we were concerned that the food was going to taste totally different than it did at the tasting), but it turned out to be a really great and not at all disappointing.

We've had many, many people tell us since our wedding that our food was the best food they've had at a wedding and "didn't taste like wedding food". The filet mignon was especially popular with everyone, but everything was very well received.

We were also really excited that they could accommodate our deep desire for a french fry bar. Since the previous in-house caterer at Bluemont wasn't able to do it, we had given up on that dream... but when the new caterer came in, they attacked it with a can-do attitude. Our wedding guests loved it, and Celebrations had all sorts of great ideas for different dipping sauces and seasonings for the fries.

Overall, we were thrilled with Celebrations and we highly recommend them.

Unbelievable food! What more can I say? I can't tell you how many guests commented on the food. And Adam with Celebrations is wonderful. He is very laid back and easy to work with, and he had great suggestions. The food at our wedding was one of my favorite things!

Celebrations was fantastic!! They worked with my budget better than any other company I contacted (and I did my research). Their food was amazing and everyone was so kind and helpful. I had guests comment on how the food was the best wedding food they ever had. Adam Steele worked with my budget and figured out a way to supply us what we needed at a price we could afford. He answered every question we had. We emailed him every day (that's not a joke), and he always contacted us almost immediately. Celebrations Catering is THE best their is!

From the initial consult to wrapping up the wedding night, Celebrations did a fantastic job! We couldn't have been happier! David was a pleasure to work with and did a superb job with coordinating everything down to each and every detail. Both the layout and presentation of ceremony items, reception details, and food/beverage, everything was perfect! Adam Steele. Work with him! He made our experience with Celebrations a breeze. He was so friendly and accommodating. And he didn't once get annoyed with me during my many, many emails to him to ask questions. The food was definitely the best deal we found and our guests loved it! Celebration Catering out did themselves at our wedding. They provided great service to us as well as to our family and friends. We enjoyed ourselves so much that I would recommend them to anyone. Reality was a great help. She went to the venue with me to make suggestions and plan the set up of the event. We had the best servers and the best decor. There linen selection is outstanding. The venue looked lovely and everyone appreciated the gold chiavari chairs to add that special touch to the event.

We enjoyed working w Celebrations. After we did a private tasting w them, we decided to go w them immediately. Prior to the event, both Courtney (no longer there) and Adam both worked with us (patiently) to ensure our event was a success. Adam gave us pointers on things we never thought about (e.g., not putting the deejay table near ours so that it wouldn't ruin our pictures). On the day of, they were on time and professional. We didn't eat much, but heard our guests rave about the food (esp. the steak). One small complaint: They didn't put the flowers my florist left on the cake. This may have been a miscommunication, but I thought the caterer (who serves the cake) was responsible for this. In any case, we are very pleased with Celebrations.

Celebrations was super flexible and helped us execute our event exactly how we envisioned it, for an extremely reasonable price - and the food is delicious!! I cannot emphasize enough how easy it was to work with them! Adam Steele helped us with the planning and he was absolutely fantastic, always available over the phone or via email to discuss ideas, change guest counts, add vegetarian meals, etc. It wasn't even an issue to adjust our contract when our guest count dwindled to about half of what we had thought 4 weeks before the event... After every conversation, Adam sent me an updated version of the catering contract, so I always knew exactly what was going to happen on the day-of. Celebrations had no problem driving 2 hours to our out-of-the-way location, this was an issue for many other caterers that I contacted. Adam even met me there a few weeks before the event for a walk-through and to discuss the schedule of the event. We had complete freedom to set the times each course of our sit-down dinner was to be served, and were able to bring our own linens, glasses, and alcohol. We also got to taste all of the menu items prior to signing a contract. Adam made a lot of excellent suggestions for the menu items (in the end, we kept it almost entirely the way he suggested it).

On the day-of, the team was on time and super helpful setting up the reception area. Every member of the team was so friendly and courteous and the communication was outstanding! We really appreciated that they made sure that the few family members who got lost on the way to the cocktail hour got food and drink. They even brought some hors d'oeuvres and drinks out to the wedding party! The food was excellent, hot, perfectly cooked, and every issue that arose during the meal was dealt with in a very professional manner, making the entire evening go off without a hitch, leaving me nothing to worry about :-) They even managed to get the timeline back on track when our photo session went over! Everyone I have talked to so far mentioned how amazing the food was and how friendly the servers were.

Celebrations was one of my favorite vendors at the wedding. Uncomplicated, professional, flexible, always friendly, and the food was amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Celebrations catered my daughter and son-in-law's wedding on 5/15/10 and from start to finish, the results were even better than I had imagined. Adam Steele's experience and expertise make planning a major event easy and worry-free. On the day of the wedding, every detail was handled expertly and with the utmost discretion by the event captain, Adolfo, along with the chefs, bartenders, and wait staff. Throughout the day, it was evident that the staff really takes pride in their work. From the unexpected special touches on the buffet tables, to helping us gather all of the decorations and other belongings at the end of the evening; Celebrations' staff exceeded our expectations of quality service. The comments we received from our guests about the quality and taste of the food confirmed what we already knew: Celebrations Catering does an outstanding job.

Celebrations was in the in house caterer for Whitehall Manor. The tasting went really well and the food for our wedding was great. We had many compliments from our guests on how good our "wedding food" was compared to others. Choosing Whitehall Manor and in turn, Celebrations Catering, was the best decision I made throughout my wedding planning. I had the perfect wedding, and I would not have changed any of my vendors, but Celebrations, their owners and staff were perfection in all they did. Super responsive and helpful, very flexible and absolutely professional throughout the process. The food was so good! Everyone at our wedding has continued to tell us how good the food was, that they had never had food at a wedding be that well prepared and flavorful. The linen choices were large and varied, we found exactly what we wanted. All of the place settings and setups were lovely and elegant. I cannot give anything but glowing praise to this group, book them, you will not regret it!

Early in my wedding planning I came across Celebrations Catering. My parents, husband, and I attended one of their (free!) tastings and were impressed by their experience, professionalism, and quality of food. Celebrations was incredibly easy to work with and helped guide my parents and I in making decisions to meet our needs and budget for the reception.

On the day of the wedding Celebrations was on site on time and began setting-up with no trouble. The reception proceeded without a hitch through the buffet dinner, champagne toast, and cake cutting. The catering staff was nearly invisible and after the reception had everything quickly cleaned up.

I would, with no hesitation, use Celebrations Catering again and would highly recommend them.

Celebrations Catering & Special Events is by far, an exceptional group to work with! David & his team stepped up 60 days before my wedding (when my original caterer bailed on their contract) and showed us what 5 Star food & service really is! Being the bride, I did not have the oppertunity to sample the tasty passed hor d'oeuvres but our guests raved about them! Dinner was delicious- I had seconds! We called a 30 minute rain delay, which could have ruined the chef's timeline and dinner for everyone, but it didn't- not even close! There was a wild thunderstorm with heavy rains, strong winds, thunder/lightening- the whole nine yards, and not once did anyone hear the servers/bartenders complain about running back & forth from the plantation home to the tent! Celebrations knows what they're doing, they deliver amazing quality on time!

Celebrations did our catering for our wedding at Whitehall Manor. Everything was phenomenal! Definitely make sure you attend one of their tastings....everything is so good. The hard part was narrowing down our selection. We wanted everything! The guests are still commenting on our delicious menus. Douglas Armstrong was our main contact with Celebrations and he was great to work with. He was very prompt in responding to our emails and phone calls. In the end we had fewer guests than we had expected so we received a refund on our catering bill. Always a bonus!

we had our wedding at whitehall manor and they require you to use celebrations catering. we were a bit shocked that we didn't have a choice, but are glad for it. we went to a tasting, where they served appetizers and several buffet dishes. while many of the items were good, we were not blown away at the time. on our wedding day, however, if i had worn socks they would have been blown off. all of our guests enjoyed the hor d'hoeuvres and dinner. even though my husband and i were supposed to be making our rounds to the tables, our entrees were so good we had to finish them. all the staff were great and the chef came out to ask us how we enjoyed the food. we definitely enjoyed.

I worked with Adam Steele at Celebrations catering and he was fantastic! He was so responsive to every little request we made. I initially met with him at his offices to discuss what I was looking for and he immediately prepared an initial propsal. After that, we communicated via email and he always replied right away and was so incredibly accomodating. The food was amazing and the wait staff was attentive to my family and all of our guests! Everything went exactly as we had requested. I had attempted to work with other caterers initally and did not find any of them very responsive. I felt that I had to work so hard and guide them through the process and initiate all of the communications. I am so glad that I switched to Celebrations! They made the whole planning process so easy!

We loved both the venue and the catering provided by Celebrations Catering. Whitehall Manor is a beautiful venue, very well taken care of. The food was excellent. Douglas Armstrong, one of the co-owners, and our main contact for our event, was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgable, easy to work with, flexible, and willing to work with us to make our wedding perfect. Working with Vivian Ritchie and the celebrations team was truly a pleasure! Vivian was phenomenal - very responsive and always answered my 1,000 questions & many menu changes with ease. The staff at our wedding were truly wonderful - so kind, helpful and showed great hospitality to us, the couple, and our guests. Our guests absolutely loved the service and the food! Many said it was the best wedding food they have ever had - wow! The entire meal was absolutely delicious and we were so happy. It made me very happy to hear how great the servers and bartenders were to our guests... they treated everyone like family. It was a magical day and we are very grateful!

We actually found our venue through an initial meeting with Celebrations Catering. Right off the bat, Vivian was extremely responsive and never left any questions or concerns of ours un-answered. As the wedding grew closer, they were also easily able to adapt to any alterations or changes that we encountered along the way. Vivian was always cheerful and happy to help no matter how many time we would check back in with another request. Finally, on the day of, the entire staff was nothing short of spectacular. Without asking for any special treatment, they constantly went out of their way to not only make us (bride and groom) feel special but every single guest received the perfect amount of attention and service. While we were too busy taking picture to enjoy cocktail hour, they even sent staff over to us multiple times to make sure we had out choice of appetizers and wine. Long story short, this team consistently goes above and beyond what is expected which clearly elevated the entire event.

We had our wedding at Rosemont Manor and had to use Celebrations Catering and we are so happy we did!!! The whole experience was amazing. David was incredibly professional and accommodating. We were a little overwhelmed at the beginning because they have such a vast a la carte menu but that quickly disappeared once we started discussing the menu with David. He was flexible and worked with us to create our perfect menu for the cocktail hour and the reception. My husband comes from France and his family works in the restaurant industry so we knew we wanted to fuse the two cultures. David fully delivered on this!! The hors d'oeuvres were incredible (we were busy during cocktail hour with pictures but we did get to taste them at the tasting). Our guests said it was a perfect balance of the passed hors d'oeuvres and the cocktails. The reception food was spot on. Any changes we discussed at the tasting were perfected by the reception. Every detail of the service was attended to and the staff was top notch. The banquet captain handled any situations that arose and made sure everything went smoothly. All of our guests mentioned to us how wonderful the food was and that they could tell the menu and service were very well thought out. The price was very reasonable as well. We brought all our own French wine, beer and liquor and were not charged a corkage fee. We were also able to bring our own French cheese and baguettes with no issues. David fully understood how important it was for us to have these little nods to France at our reception. Celebration Catering definitely made our reception an incredible event and one that we will always cherish!! I would recommend them to anyone.

Celebrations are owned by the same people who own Whitehall Manor which is where we had our wedding. Douglas was great to work with. The food was excellent. We were even able to do a menu tasting before we actually signed a contract. The staff was very friendly and they seemed like they were willing to do whatever we needed in order to please us. I thought it was pricey but I think well worth the money. They also seemed to have several options so they seem willing to work with your budget to an extent. I would recommend them to anyone.

The BEST Catering Choice!

We were SO pleased with the catering and staff at Celebrations. From the first few times we emailed with them, we knew they were a very professional, attentive company that wanted to help make our day amazing. On the wedding day, they were exceptional! Celebrations Catering was an absolute hit for our wedding. Our wedding was held at Lost Creek and since they are the caterers here, things run like a well oiled machine. David and his staff provided the catering services for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception for my son and his bride. I was so pleased with the freshness, the quality, and presentation of the food. The food was truly delicious. Also, the staff was professional, but very friendly.
