We were so lucky to find the perfect wedding venue! Everything was in (or under) our budget, and the lodge is so beautiful that we saved on decorations! The staff was completely professional and accomodating. Couldn't imagine a better place to have gotten married :-)

As a bonus, 80% of our guest list was flying in from out of state. They appreciated the accommodations immensely, and even some of our local friends want to return to the lodge for their next anniversary.

Cedarbrook Lodge was the perfect venue for our wedding. We've stayed there before and loved the amenities, ambience, food, and wonderful service of the staff. The location is super convenient and to have plenty of onsite parking was also a huge plus to us. After having our special day here, our love and appreciation for Cedarbrook only grew.

From the moment we inquired about having our wedding at Cedarbrook, the staff was responsive and there to answer all of our questions. It was great working with a team that had our best interests at heart. It was nice to know that the acclaimed kitchen staff from the amazing Copperleaf Restaurant would be taking care of our catering needs, which was one less thing to worry about during our wedding planning.

The day of our wedding, it was raining. We were glad to have the option of moving our wedding indoors, but were pretty set on having it outside on the beautiful Evergreen Lawn. It wasn't looking too good for us as it was raining constantly, but we decided that we were going to have an outdoor wedding. Brian from Set-Up changed course on a dime and beautifully set up for our ceremony to be on the lawn.

The Tamarack Hall was beutifully decorated and set up for our reception and the food was excellent. Three months after our wedding, we still hear compliments on the food and venue from our guests. Our guests loved all the amenities that Cedarbrook offered, from the clean guest rooms, living room areas with free snacks, Copperleaf Restaurant to the Spa. The staff was friendly and helpful all around (Front Desk, Valet, Housekeeping, Banquet, etc.). The attention to detail I think is what sets Cedarbrook Lodge apart from the rest. We cannot recommend Cedarbrook Lodge enough for your wedding needs! Thank you Cedarbrook!

WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!! I recently got married here and I could not be any happier. I never knew how much went into a wedding but the whole staff was pleasantly helpful during the whole process. They were so organized which made me not as stressed. I literally didn't have to think or worry about one thing on my wedding day. We had 200 guests and almost every single one of them at least commented on the staff, food, and just the overall presence. If I would tell everyone to get married here I would. So convenient and well worth it!

Best hidden resort location ever! Great value! Great customer service and loved working with the catering & wedding staff. Would definitely have other events there in the future. Highly recommended.

We hosted our winter/New Years Eve wedding at Cedarbrook and we had the most wonderful experience. Working with the lodge was so easy and enjoyable, they always responded quickly and with kindness. They went above and beyond to make our wedding exactly what we dreamed of as well as accommodate our guests with professionalism and luxury! Their staff was gracious and helpful with all of our needs. We truly had the most amazing day and couldn't have asked for a better venue.

Cedarbrook was absolutely perfect for our wedding! It really isn't like all of the other SeaTac hotels, when you're there it feels like you're miles away from the city. A lot of our guests traveled from the Midwest and they only had nice things to say about their stay at the lodge. We ate nearly every meal there for the week of the wedding, each time was better than the time before! It was so nice that we didn't have to leave at all on the day of the wedding. The entire staff were so nice, we never had any problems!

My husband and I recently had our wedding at Cedarbrook Lodge and I can't say enough good things about this venue and my coordinator, Terra! The venue itself is an absolute hidden gem! It is so conveniently located close to the airport and yet it feels like you are off in some romantic, beautiful, rustic getaway. I couldn't imagine having my wedding anywhere other than Cedarbrook...it is a gorgeous location, we were able to have our ceremony and reception there in two very beautiful locations onsite and our guests could stay the night right at the venue, not to mention our out of town folks were able to just shuttle back and forth to the airport. Our guests just raved about the food and loved the fact that they didn't have to travel anywhere to stay the night after the wedding.

My coordinator at Cedarbrook, Terra, was an absolute blessing. She was so easy to work with and incorporated any and all requests we had including making an entirely new floor plan work to accommodate a change in location of the dance floor. They were very understanding with a couple of slight adjustments to the food choices and really made us feel like it was just as important to them that our day be as special as possible, which it was! We even got some special gifts from Terra in our honeymoon sweet to top off the night!

I absolutely love Cedarbrook and Terra and the rest of the staff were just amazing! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, elegant, romantic, and stress free wedding for you as well as your guests!

Long story short, I met with Terra at Cedarbrook after my initial wedding venue informed me 5 months before the wedding that they would be closing. Terra went above and beyond every step of the way. She empathized with my situation and took every step to match the package that I had with the other venue. And then some. She was friendly to work with, and meetings along the way were fun as well. Terra was on site day of; ensuring things were executed along with my wedding coordinator.

Cedarbrook is an amazing venue, the quality of food was impeccable and the staff was very friendly.

We found the Cedarbrook Lodge to be everything we wanted and more than what was expected. Terra went above and beyond, as did the rest of the staff to help us get exactly what we wanted. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful and the team worked with us to ensure that the rain from the day before didn't effect our ceremony. The food was great and we got so many compliments. On the days leading up to the wedding as we were there setting up, the staff worked with us and gave us a place to work, and even allowed food to be delivered to us. (A special thank you to the chef as well).

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect because of Terra and the staff at Cedarbrook Lodge! Everything went off without a hitch! The environment was beautiful and all of our guests absolutely raved about the food. We still get comments about how good the food was when we visit with friends!

Unbelievable beauty. Perfect location for my wedding. I can not imagine having had my wedding anywhere else.

Leann and Lara were incredibly kind and helpful in helping us plan our big day. They were accommodating to our desires and showed us how Cedarbrook could provide what we wanted. The venue was beautiful so we had to add only minimal decorations, our guests absolutely loved the food, and all the staff were so professional and kind. Highly recommend!

We booked with Cedarbrook in early 2019, but finally got married April 2022!
Cedarbrook was amazing working with us and allowing us to postpone our wedding multiple times. They now have Cassandra as the wedding coordinator, but we also worked alot with Whitney.
The Venue is beautiful. Lots of photo locations, cherry blossoms, and tall trees. It truly feels like a hidden gem. I personally never noticed planes flying above at all. They also offer great indoor and outdoor ceremony and coco Lysol hour locations
Food was delicious. We did the classic buffet for our guests. However they don’t offer a tasting for the food, and you have to use their in house restaurant Copperleaf. However you can make specific food requests for extra fee.
Setting up the Room Block was a bit frustrating, and the discount was only $20 off the $200 rooms, but again, they were very flexible helping us look up names of guests when the group code wasn’t working, and extending the cutoff date.
Warning for videographer, probably can’t get drone footage since you are so close to the airport.

All that said I absolutely loved my wedding at Cedarbrook and I feel they did the MOST in making me feel comfortable and excited for the big day!

Got married at Cedarbrook Lodge 2 weeks ago. Everything was so beautiful. The staff tried to accomodate us and responded to all our needs. It is 5 mins away from the airport so if you want a drone shot of your outdoor wedding, this wouldn't work. But overall, very beautiful venue for your wedding.

Terra and her team were great to work with. They were willing to make things work within reason. The food and service during the night of was great. We had a special food request and she said that was fine to bring in. They worked with me on the decor too because the wedding was right after Thankgiving. The lights were out on trees which made it even more beautiful for photos.

Cedarbrook Lodge was the perfect location for our wedding. This gem of a property is tucked right next to SeaTac airport - though you would never know it. We experienced zero airplane noise during our summer Saturday evening ceremony. The property is "elegant northwest". They have a beautiful lawn if you would like your wedding outdoors, and an adjacent patio and banquet hall for the reception. There are many lovely gathering spaces for guests, with comfortable seating and water features. Since this is Seattle, Cedarbrook also has an excellent indoor backup plan. Terra is the wedding planner there, and she was delightful. She has exactly the right temperament for her job - calm, patient, decisive, open-minded and responsive. The food here is wonderful. The rooms have the most comfortable hotel beds I have every slept in - and I travel a lot! One of my favorite features of having my wedding here was that they have both a bridal "get ready" suite, and a grooms den, where the men can be together as everyone gets ready. Having two rooms for everyone to hang out during the day was really comfortable. I did not give 5 stars for professionalism and flexibility mainly because the front desk staff could be a bit young, and need a bit more training and polish. That was a small blip in our overall experience. We had an amazing wedding at Cedarbrook Lodge.

Cedarbrook really worked with us on price since it was an off season wedding and it made this location a great value. We had the first indoor ceremony they've ever hosted, with a little work it was beautiful and it saved us from having to shuttle everyone from a church. We couldn't have been more pleased with the beautiful venue!! The staff was also awesome to work with and very professional. The only disappointment was our accommadations I wish we had stayed somewhere else on our wedding night, maybe downtown or something. It was just a standard tiny hotel room, nice standard decor, but nothing fancy and they didn't do anything to spice it up or provide us with a bit of an upgrade for some romance factor. We got ready in the rooms they provided with our wedding parties which was fine except that the bridal room was a mile away from the ceremony site - such a long walk between the ceremony and the reception to sign our marriage certificate, we wasted a lot of time - I wish we had planned that better ahead of time. Still we appreciated all they did just some things you don't always know in advance.

Cedarbrook is a beautiful, modern venue. The food is excellent and everyone complimented on how beautiful the venue was. They cater mostly to business meetings, but do a fair amount of weddings. During the planning process, there were some communication issues with our planner, but in the end it worked out just fine. Many of the times that I tried to talk with our Cedarbrook coordinator I felt that my requests were being down played. At times there was confusion on what was available at no charge (i.e. size of linens). The venue seemed like a good deal at the time, but they have a lot of extra charges to be aware of. We also really wanted all of our guests to be able to stay in the available rooms they have but the rate is based on single occupancy. For a 2 people to stay in one room would’ve been $225 per night! With that said, I stayed there the night before my wedding and it made it the most comfortable experience. Very comfortable beds, great amenities. They do have a common area in each building that has couches, self-serve drinks and snacks--unlimited. Really nice for guests to get together and hang out, without being bunched up in one room. THE DAY OF our wedding, everything went perfectly. They have a getting ready suite that is huge and perfect for wedding parties. We were able to have snacks and just relax while we were waiting. During our reception the servers called us by our first name and anything we needed was handled immediately. Overall I would recommend Cedarbrook for brides and grooms.

Terra at Cedarbrook is awesome to work with! I loved working with her and will miss working with her. The grounds are very well kept and beautiful. It's hidden gem.
However, the service at the reception is not worth the contracted gratuity rate. The service staff seemed inexperienced as I paid for pipe and drape and lighting for the room and the servers were not able to adapt the lighting change and distinguished the meal designations for my guests. From the head table it seemed to be chaotic. The meals were served at different times at the same table, some meals were cold and when mentioned to the server she responded by saying, "Really?" and walked away. I was asked by Terra to provide a meal count by table but it seems as though no one in the Food and Beverage dept looked my spreadsheet. My father asked for more bread, never received it. Our pregnant friend asked for apple cider instead champagne and the server said it was for the kids. The open bar was prematurely cut off before our limit so our guests had to pay for their drinks after Terra mentioned multiple times what the bar limit was.

I am pretty mortified by all this. I am really sad and distraught that the overall comments from our guests after we return from our honeymoon was that the servers were rude. Some of my guests have said they would never recommend this venue.

Can't seem to get a response back!! Wanted to get an estimate for this venue, as I'm familiar with it through work. Had to email multiple times before finally calling and getting info about the open house. After the (very lovely) open house, I tried emailing again to get an estimate and never heard back. Ended up giving up on this place due to lack of response. I can't imagine working with them if I actually needed something! Please note: the one time I did get a response, the woman was very apologetic and helpful. I just never heard back any other time :(

They don't allow vendors to deliver without a coordinator present. Just all around terrible service making it as hard as possible to perform the service they are hired to do. The front desk women are almost gleeful to ruin people's weddings.
