Best venue!!
My entire wedding day was PERFECT! Catherine and Brenda made sure everything ran perfectly. My guest kept complimenting how great they were and all the staff there. The venue was BEAUTIFUL and everything was so easy for me the day of. Communication with Catherine was always great! She was there to answer any questions I had or any changes. Highly recommended her and this venue -

This June, my husband and I were so blessed to get married at CD&Me (The Loft) and have the BEST wedding we could have ever imagined! We loved CD&Me as soon as we met Catherine and looked around the venue. It is unique and so beautiful, with a stunning outdoor ceremony gazebo, a rustic and charming indoor reception room, and the best part- when dancing begins, the reception room opens it doors and becomes the most perfect indoor/outdoor area for everyone to have space to either dance, relax at the bar, sit by the fire, or enjoy a table inside. From the venues physical features to the incredible staff, CD&Me is truly one of a kind. It has been almost a month since we got married and our family and friends have not stopped raving over how much they loved this venue. Special thanks to Marnie, our day-of-coordinator, who was INCREDIBLE and kept our wedding party and timeline in perfect shape throughout the entire ceremony and reception! 10000% recommend! -

Best venue ever
As soon as we stepped foot into the Mica at CD&ME, we knew it was going to be our wedding venue. We canceled all other wedding venue tours. The grounds are absolutely stunning and the staff is AMAZING. We got married on 10/19/24 and I had the pleasure of working with Catherine and Marni. They both made the wedding planning process and my wedding day perfect. Our wedding guests are STILL talking about how amazing the venue was. Thank you, CD&ME for helping us have the wedding of our dreams. -

My husband and I had our wedding at CD&me this past September and it was nothing short of amazing. We fell in love with the venue when we first saw it, but it was even more exceptional for our wedding. The staff along with wedding coordinators Marny and Catherine were phenomenal. They made every step of the process easier and the entire experience, from the breathtaking venue to the outstanding coordination by was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone to have their special day here. -

I LOVE CD & ME. We were getting compliments all night about how amazing the venue was and how much they appreciated the uniqueness. The ceremony underneath the pergola with the pond and fountain in the background made it purely magical. Everyone was super amused once the garage doors opened up and the reception turned into an indoor/outdoor event. We had people dancing on the dance floor and on the gorgeous, landscaped patio.
And the coordinator, Catherine, has the biggest heart in the world and will help you every step of the way. Honestly, I would have not pulled off that wedding without her. -

As soon as we toured CD & Me, we knew we wanted to have our wedding reception there! From the stunning grounds, modern garage doors, rustic bar and beautifully strung lights - it is such a beautiful venue. Catherine, the wedding coordinator, was also amazing to work with. She was always available to answer our questions and responded to us promptly. We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate with our families! -

We were absolutely amazed by how amazing our wedding reception at CD&ME was for our July 2023 wedding! My husband and I had our reception in the Mica, and all our guests were so complimentary. We had many people from out of town saying they've never experienced anything like this before and that the atmosphere was so perfect and engaging for guests to have space to enjoy themselves inside and outside on the beautiful patio area. Catherine and the rest of the CD&ME staff made our day go so smoothly. Catherine was extremely helpful and detail oriented and is truly passionate about ensuring that her brides and grooms are able to enjoy the day of their dreams! She worked well in coordinating with our outside vendors as well as giving us a great list of recommendations to rely on. She truly made the day magical. Would highly recommend anyone getting married in the Chicago suburbs to check out CD&ME! -

Everything about our wedding at CD&Me was perfect. We got married in the Loft, and the indoor-outdoor space truly is unparalleled. Catherine was incredible to work with in the months leading up to the wedding and made me feel stress-free throughout the process. On the day of the wedding, Kazia (from Rural 27) and Kathy (the day-of coordinator) made everything flow seamlessly. I love that I didn't have to worry about a single thing. From the look of the venue to the people that I worked with there, I would 100% recommend this venue. -

Beautiful venue
CD and Me is the perfect venue for your wedding. We just had our wedding there a week ago and it was beautiful. Everything was perfect; from the waterfall, fireplace and the gazebo. It’s very spacious and it was very accommodating to our needs. Catherine and Kathy were great and very attentive to making our day perfect. They were so helpful with planning, even during Covid. I couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative of them for everything they did! This venue is beautiful, perfect and simple the best! -

Catherine and every other staff member at CD & me were so helpful, considerate, concerned, & amazing!!! They made me feel so special and helped alleviate my wedding planning stress at every turn! I couldn’t have dreamt a better team to work with! Not to mention the venue was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures and videos of the scenery were breathtaking! It was so romantic with a rustic feel. My guests are still raving about my wedding saying it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve been to. -

We could not be happier with our choice to get married at CD & ME! Catherine, the wedding coordinator, was truly the behind the scenes star of making our wedding as amazing as it was. She was such an absolute joy to work with and helped everything come together so seamlessly, all while keeping me calm and staying so positive! The grounds are breathtaking, and our guests loved having the option of relaxing by the fire pit at night time or taking photos by the gorgeous ponds and waterfalls. CD & ME is the absolute perfect wedding venue. We got married in The Loft. The exposed brick, twinkle lights and rustic charm were everything we were searching for when looking for a venue that fit our style. Our guests gathered by the lit bonfire pit and raved about the venue days after our wedding.
Catherine is a dream to work with. She is so kind, reassuring, and professional, and was there for me every step of my planning process. She answered all of my questions and accommodated all my needs, making what an overwhelming process very smooth and easy. Kathy was our day-of coordinator and was exceptional! I highly recommend CD & ME!

It has a beautiful rustic feeling for anybody looking for that type of rustic country wedding! The people that work there are awesome! Catherine always responds right away to any of my emails and they are very accommodating! The price for what you get is not bad because they include all of the tables and chairs and open bar! If you email them they will send you pricing and information! -
Caitlin Sent on 09/25/2018When we looked at CD & ME the price was a little steep, however the venue is so worth it! We booked in the loft and it is such a unique venue that is unlike any of the traditional banquet halls that you see at most weddings. Also if you are looking for something rustic feeling without going so far as a barn, the loft is the perfect blend. It has a rustic, romantic, industrial, indoor/outdoor feel that really sets it apart from many other venues. It has a bit of the rustic flare without being a true barn. The lighting and the grounds are so beautiful during the day but at night, OMG! We got married at 5:30pm and the sun was setting (but not in everyone's eyes) and then enjoyed cocktail hour on the patio. By the time we settled in for dinner the string lights were on and there was a very romantic, cozy feel. They also have three huge garage doors that they open up to the patio space to promote the feel of an indoor/outdoor wedding. We got super lucky in that we had a perfect night where everyone ventured in and out all night long. I was a little weary of putting some of the guests upstairs in the loft but we just made sure that they were some of the younger guests that wouldn't be afraid to come back downstairs for dancing and drinks. Also, the bar is open during dinner!! This was a huge selling point for my husband as he hates the mad dash when everyone gets drinks before dinner. Finally, I will say the staff here is simply to die for! I really contemplated getting a wedding planner for all the details but once I started working with Catherine and Kathy I realized there was no need. These ladies are fantastic! Catherine took care of so many of the details in the week before the wedding and ensured that all the vendors knew where to go and when to get there. Kathy was with us for the evening and really was amazing at making sure everything was taken care of and nothing got missed. Our guests raved about how beautiful the place was and how unique it truly was.

John Sent on 06/20/2011BEAUTIFUL ceremony & reception! They were incredibly accommodating. It poured prior to the ceremony, and they delayed the ceremony so it could remain outside. They also got all the water off the ground and cleaned off all the seats (several times since it started to rain again). I HIGHLY recommend them!
