From the first day I went for ny visit to Cauley square after a family member mentioned it to me, I googled the information to the venue and spoke with the sweet lady ever.. Abby . She was phenomenal from the very start. The walk through of the venue and reception area of my dreams for my wedding. I automatically got home spoke with my fiancé ( now husband) we agreed & booked it . Moving forward come the wedding day, I was beyond fulfilled of my wedding day. So we’ll organized by Abby and the rest of the crew . The decorations, the atmosphere . Just everything was a 10 out of 10 for me. The food had all my guest including us bragging about the food 🥘. Delicious!!!! thank you for all of your help . My photographer Edwin was on point the entire evening 🌅. -

I got married here January 2025 and I cannot recommend Cauley Square enough! The venue offers an incredibly affordable all inclusive option for 100 guests which included dinner, drinks, all tables and chairs etc, DJ, and photographer--making the wedding planning so much easier. All I needed to do was book make up artists (the venue has a bridal suite for getting ready), buy a dress and set up some DIY decorations. The venue itself is incredibly charming, we got rave reviews from our guests who loved the atmosphere. Food is prepared by an onsite restaurant and so it was actually really delicious. And Abby (day of coordinator/wedding planner) was the sweetest and so incredibly helpful. Because of poor weather, we needed to move the reception indoors and set up tents for the outdoor ceremony. Abby made sure everything looked amazing and facetimed me the day before so I could see how the indoor set up was coming along. When I was disappointed that the reception could not be outdoors, the owner purchased new outdoor lights to create a little outdoor area for guests to hang out. This venue truly goes above and beyond! A hidden gem for sure!! -

We’ve had to postpone our wedding for two years because of Covid. During that time, Abigael Gonzalez (the venue coordinator) was so patient, kind and thoughtful. They simplified everything and just changed the dates, no fees or hassles at all! Our wedding was beautiful (the gardens are breathtaking!) that all our guests were in awe. There are even live peacocks that roam the grounds!
The day of our completely outdoor wedding, it downpoured on our first dance. We embraced it, so did our family, friends, Abigael and all the staff. They were flexible, worked through the rain with us and were just so sweet. We feel so blessed to have worked with Cauley Square.
Abi, you were such a huge part of our journey. Thank you for being there for us, through Covid, through a parental loss, and for dancing in the rain with us on our wedding day. We truly feel like we acquired family. It was a crazy day, but Abigael made the best of it with the sweetest smile. She handled everything and put me at ease always. All our family and friends commented on how lovely she, the staff, all the vendors and the venue are. Thank you Cauley Square! -

Heaven Is A Place On Earth...At Cauley Square!
My experience with Cauley Square began in 2018 when my fiancé and I decided to go with them as our vendor for our June 2020 wedding. Abby, who is the Events Coordinator, was very friendly and professional, and kept open communication with us throughout the planning process. When the lockdowns began in March of 2020, we made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding. The Cauley Square team, and Abby especially, were extremely understanding and worked tirelessly with us until we could find a date that would be perfect for us. When the date finally came (February 2022), Francesca (another Events Coordinator) and her team worked with us to put the final touches and the end result was nothing short of magical. Everyone was floored at the natural beauty of Cauley Square, how great the food tasted, the outstanding floral decorations (thanks to Ms. Joy, their in-house florist), and the lively music (compliments of DJ Jorge, another in-house gem)! I can’t even begin to fully encapsulate how much I love and appreciate Abby for being a calming and constant presence over the last four years as we have been navigating lockdowns and variants. Throughout it all, she remained fair, honest, professional, and empathetic. We cannot thank her and Cauley Square enough! -

Made my dreams come true
Cauley Square is a magical hidden gem in South Dade. The pandemic threw a wrench on our wedding plans in Saint Augustine but when I called Cauley Square about moving venues they immediately responded and since that day they’ve been nothing but wonderful. Abby Gonzalez, the wedding guru with a heart, took us under her wing and, along with the owner Frances Varela, made our dreams come true. They took care of us as if we were family. Every detail was scrutinized and thoughtfully executed. On the day of the wedding Abby, Frances and their wonderful staff took care of us and our guests, making sure the magic continued. From their delicious dinner under the stars at The Village Chalet restaurant to the moist 7 layer carrot cakes, they made our day perfection . I highly recommend doing your wedding at Cauley Square or any special event. -

Wedding of our dreams
I want to start by thanking Abigael and her team in helping us plan the wedding of our dreams.
We first contacted Abby about four months before our wedding date and explained to her what our vision was. Not only did she give us exactly what we wanted, but she was there every step of the way and helped us through everything. The venue was beautiful, ceremony area and reception looked like a dream, something out of a movie. We wanted something small and intimate and that’s exactly what we got. The day of the wedding went super smooth and Abby delivered in her promise that she was going to take care of everything. I spent the whole day relaxing and getting ready, by the time the wedding started, everything looked perfect.
We had a garden ceremony with a dinning reception at the Village Chalet. The food was tasty and the service was five stars. At the end of the day, everyone was raving about how fabulous and romantic our wedding day was, the perfect family wedding celebration we had in mind.
Cauley square in itself is magical, the gardens are breathtaking and the atmosphere is very unique, a hidden gem. We used the recommended vendors and are so glad we did as they have done weddings before and know what the client wants and expects.
Abigael is the perfect day of coordinator, she loves her job and always puts the bride and groom first.
We honestly can’t imagine our wedding day without the help of Abby and her team. At the end of the day, they have all become family.
We will always cherish and remember this day. Thank you so much!! -

There are not enough words to say that can explain how amazing Abby from Cauley Sqaure was during our wedding planning and day of. We booked the venue right at the beginning of
Covid and since then, Abby never left our side! She kept in touch the whole time. Abby is the sweetest, kindest and most professional person! She helped us achieve everything we wanted for our wedding and helped me bring my vision to life! She was patient and attentive and that’s not even talking about the day of the wedding! She was my right hand woman, and made sure I was ok and attended to the whole time. Eddie my husband agrees with me 100%. The venue is breathtaking, we got married in the arch arbor garden and it’s beautiful with their recent updates. The whole place is rustic and romantic which fit perfectly with my taste in decor! We loved eveyone! Thank you to Abby, Jorde, Joy And Marley media for helping us celebrate our special day!!

We had a wonderful experience at Cauley Square, the arrangements, the staff, the customer service and the proffesionalism was a blessing to have on the most special night of our lives. The night before our wedding day I was worried that the 40% chance of rain could become a headache but our wedding coordinator (Abigail) was swift to notify us in advance in case any last minute accommodations would be necessary. And that was a relief. From Abby (who went out of her way to ensure that the day would be perfect) to the staff, to the vendors, all were impressive and felt like I was working with family. To say that our expectations were met is an understatement. Our guests were very impressed with the location and how the design and layout for both cocktail hour and reception were set. We were very happy with the result and wouldn’t think twice in choosing Cauley Square again if we were in that stage of planning. -

Planning a wedding is hard, but planning a wedding during Covid is even harder. I'm writing this review because the team at Cauley Square Historic Village, are hands down nothing but amazing individuals who love what they do. I have to give a special thanks to Abigael because she has been nothing but an angel throughout this whole process. From her attention to details, to bringing to life our vision for the wedding, she has been an amazing wedding coordinator. Her team is super friendly and ensured our guest were well fed and taken care of throughout the entire ceremony and reception. The food and wine was perfect, and the surrounding gardens were the perfect place to take pictures with family and guests. In the night time the surrounding lights in the tree really created that intimate atmosphere that we were looking for. I couldn’t recommend going with this venue enough! -

No podemos expresar con palabras lo bonito que fue nuestro gran día en Cauley Square, tuvimos una maravillosa ceremonia de matrimonio. Podemos decir que cada rinconcito del jardín irradia un mágico brillo que te saca del 2020 y te lleva a una época distinta. El trato que recibimos de Abby (nuestra anfitriona y puedo decir que una maravillosa persona) y del equipo de Cauley Square fue inigualable, nos trataron con mucho amor e hicieron posible que nuestra boda fuera mágica. I just had my wedding this past Saturday. We booked the bridal suite which was so worth it . It had an vintage glam feel to it. All my girls loved it and it was so easy getting ready at the venue. Unfortunately it started raining and it didn’t stop . We didn’t book a tent . So yes the guest were getting rained on. After the panic attacks and break downs my AMAZING coordinator Abby was there every SINGLE moment calming me down giving me the play by play . She was running around doing everything for us .. IN THE RAIN. Everyone said she was super sweet no matter the situation we were in. She accommodated the WHOLE wedding and gave us the option to move into the tea room so the wedding can go on. It wasn’t the wedding that i had plan on because of the miami weather . But i am so grateful that we had an option to continue partying and definitely will be one to remember . Abby isn’t just a “day of coordinator” she truly loves her job and stays with you through out the whole journey. She recommended our amazing Carter and gave us suggestions and ideas . She took care of us throughout the whole process and we are so grateful. -

I always imagined having my wedding at Cauley Square, and on February 8th, 2020 that dream became reality. From the very beginning I only have had positive things to say about the venue and all of the staff working there. The venue is absolutely stunning, a true gem hidden in Miami. I especially am thankful for Abigail, who not only made the whole process of planning the wedding simple and non-stressful, but literally saved my wedding when my wedding coordinator was unable to attend at the last minute due to unforseen circumstances. She calmed down my nerves, got everything done, and made sure everything went smoothly so that I could actually enjoy the special day. I would highly recommend Cauley Square for any wedding or event! -

Beautiful place to have a wedding! Cauley Square has the ability to hold both your ceremony and reception in the same area, which was perfect for our needs and unlike other options. Abigael, our wedding planner was very professional and was happy to meet with us to discuss our needs! The location was available to us from 8 am - midnight, which was amazing and showed that the business really cares about making sure the bride and groom's day goes perfectly. The chefs and wait staff were incredible! Best food I've ever had! I would highly recommend this location to anyone getting married as me and my wife's wedding was absolutely perfect! -

I cannot express how satisfied and happy I am. This venue is stunning in the daytime and at night. From beginning to end of one year of planning and final details with Abbey, who I hired as my day of coordinator, was fantastic. She is very professional, detailed and kept me calm till that last moment when we walked out of the venue after wrapping up the night. Many thumbs up to the entire experience. -

Cauley Square is off the beaten path -- beautiful gardens and fountains with a setting perfectly-suited for a rustic wedding. We didn't spend money on a bunch of decorations because the venue was naturally photo-worthy. Our photographers commented several times they had not been to Cauley Square and that they were impressed by the aesthetics of the venue. The Cauley Square team did a really nice job with the lighting and the space was just right for our 70-person guest list.
We hired Abby from the Cauley Square team to do day-of-coordination -- she was professional, organized, helpful, and kept the day flowing pretty smoothly. Abby was great to work with and cared for our families - checking in throughout the day and mitigating any possible stressful scenarios.
The one snafu when working with Cauley came early on - My husband and I weren't super pleased during the negotiations with another staff member regarding the beverage options, given there was an increase from the original quote and we felt stuck because we couldn't hire an outside vendor. We overcame it, really ended up loving the venue and also loved how Abby helped make our wedding day come along beautifully. -

We were lucky to have Abigail work with us throughout the entire process. She helped us coordinate with vendors before, during, and after the wedding. From the decorations, to the flowers, and DJ, it all turned out great. Time really did go by super fast but everyone was organized and didn't miss a beat!
We outsourced the food catering and desserts which I highly recommend you do if you want more variety of dishes.
Other than that, it was a magical evening. -

Best in the times of Covid
Cauley Square was an excellent venue to have a wedding during these unpresendeted times. The best we could find! Beautiful venue to socially distance while keeping everything as close to normal. Cauley squared worked with us to keep everything beautiful even with the threat of rain. Kudos for making our day the best ever! -
