Tracy and her staff served over 200 people for my daughter's wedding. She was by far the most affordable for the quality of food. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the buffet, and so many people asked us who we used! My daughter was the one who mainly communicated with Tracy and raved about how kind she was. I couldn't wait to meet her, and she was just that. She expected changes and indecisions and embraced them. On top of that, we have been to buffet-style weddings before where it took forever to serve that many people. Her staff rocked the service, and everyone was eating quickly. If you are on the fence, don't hesitate. I only have one daughter, but she would be the first one I called if I had more. Thank you, Tracy and staff, for the fantastic experience! -

Tracy was easy to work with even when planning our wedding from out of state! Although we couldn’t make it down to do a tasting session, we went with her recommendations and they did not disappoint! We served buffet style for our wedding of 75, and the service was fast and friendly. They cleaned up quickly and arrived early. Best price for the area. -

Tracy went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. I absolutely loved working with her leading up to the big day. She is funny, sweet, and so accommodating. I feel like I made a friend in the process!
She was even willing to try new things to make us happy! We really wanted buffalo chicken egg rolls for appetizers, which were not an option on her menu choices. She is now offering several different types of egg rolls because they were such a hit! Highly recommend those and the meatballs.
We received so many RAVING reviews about the food as well. When I was walking around after dinner, I noticed several “happy" plates. Seriously so yummy!
Tracy also made sure I had the specific napkins and chargers that I wanted. She purchased them to add to her inventory without any additional cost to me.
Pricing was very affordable, considering the large guest count we had. I could go on and on. Book her!! You won’t regret it. -

Tracy and her team catered my wedding on 8/13/2022 in Statesville, NC. As soon as I reached out, Tracy was in contact with me to get my vision for appetizers and dinner. Her and I together designed a menu that fit my vision. Every detail was thought out from a water/tea station to table setups and table cloths for the apps. We are so happy to have went with Tracy and we would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in the LKN area! -

Tracy was wonderful! All of our guests raved about how delicious the food was. Tracy was very responsive, kind, and helpful. Definitely hire her! She was also way more affordable than some of the other caterers in the Charlotte area who sent me quotes. -

I absolutely cannot recommend Tracy and her team enough - they were absolutely INCREDIBLE! The food was SO delicious. We received so many compliments from our friends and family about how much they loved it & how impressed they were with not only the quality of the food, but the temperature and presentation of it all. We did several passed apps during a cocktail hour, a stationed BBQ dinner and different flavored dessert bars for about 160 people in Asheville, NC - It was all AMAZING! I honestly couldn't choose my favorite item, they were all THAT good. We also rented dishes, silverware, glasses, chargers and napkins from her and they were all beautiful and set up so well! Tracy was very communicative, helpful and so accommodating with a few last minute changes we made. On top of all this, Tracy and her team were some of the nicest women we have ever worked with. Each one of them were SO friendly, personable and accommodating and they worked so hard to make everything perfect - and it was! They were all so professional, efficient and had smiles on their faces the entire time. We had some issues with our planner dropping the ball on some things & some unforeseen medical emergencies took place during our wedding, which would make things tough on any vendor. However, Tracy and her team picked up the slack (even when they didn't have to) and made sure that we were taken care of the ENTIRE time. She helped sneak apps to us while we were taking photos and made sure we had plates made for us for dinner. Seriously, I could go on and on... Do not hesitate to book her - They truly are incredible and were such a joy to work with, loved them so much!! -

I can't say enough great things about Tracy and her staff. She has always been responsive and very helpful with making sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I am a person that knows precisely what I want and how I want it from working so long in the wedding industry, and Tracy graciously worked with me to ensure I was happy.
Due to Covid, we had to reschedule our original date and we were able to work together to find a date that would work for us all. Tracy was a professional with the reschedule and was helpful trying to work with us so that we could all work together.
The food was amazing! I had a charcuterie board for our cocktail hour and it was absolutely lovely. My guests raved about it. Dinner was an Italian pasta buffet and I had so many compliments about it. The sauces and rolls were a huge hit. I had several guests with severe food allergies and Tracy took it seriously and her staff ensured everyone's safety. This was a huge concern for me.
From the very beginning, Tracy was prompt to reply to emails or calls and often checked in to run ideas by me that she thought I would like. I can't say enough nice things. She sent two wonderful ladies, Laura and Lana who worked their tails off. They went above and beyond the call of duty and we extremely friendly. They were constantly serving, cleaning and putting items away. True pros.

Delicious Food
Tracy and her crew were wonderful to work with! She helped us come up with a menu that was personalized to our taste and recommended several options to help us stay within our budget. She offered an extensive tasting menu to help us make our final decisions. Her food is delicious! Our wedding guests loved her buffalo chicken dip and both the red & gold sauces for her smoked chicken on our dinner buffet. She was quick to respond to our emails, was flexible making last minute changes (due to Covid) and helped make sure everything went smoothly throughout our wedding planning process. We would definitely recommend Tracy to anyone looking for great food at a reasonable price. -

We got chicken to make sandwiches & the chicken was tasty...but was way too thick to eat as a sandwich. The potatoes were a little bland. Otherwise food was good.
