We hired Catered Affairs for our wedding in Key West, FL in February 2026. Vianca was exceptional to work with and very responsive to our requests and questions (even while she was planning her own wedding a few weeks before ours!) The food was great and all the guests were so happy with their meals. They cooked everything on site so it was fresh and warm when served---no reheating or soggy food. We had a plated dinner, and the timing and service with our ceremony was impeccable. Highly recommend if you are getting married in Key West! -

Perfect Rehearsal Dinner!
Martina and the team at Catered Affairs KW did a PHENOMENAL job with our rehearsal dinner at Truman’s Little White House. From planning through execution, Martina and her team were incredibly professional, fun, and friendly. The food was amazingly delicious, and our guests with food allergies felt safe and cared for. I would highly recommend them for any catering needs! -

Catered Affairs handled so much of the wedding. They were in charge of setting up the ceremony chairs, breaking everything down setting up the cocktail area, making the dance floor, and setting up an area to eat. We did a cocktail style reception. They also had to break everything down. It was so fast and done so efficiently! The food was amazing and we received so many compliments! There was a ton of food everyone was very satisfied. They had great options to choose from and we were impressed by everything! They were also very flexible, responsive, and provided everything so we didn't need to worry about anything. It was nice to have the food and linens and chairs etc handled by one team-took away some of the stress. Martina was super nice and great to work with! -

Vianca and Catered Affairs were absolutely amazing! The food was spectacular! Our guests still talk about the food from our wedding being the best they've ever had. Vianca was an absolute gem to work with! She was very responsive and professional. Even with her own wedding being just two weeks before ours, she was still so attentive to us and ensured to always keep our best interests at heart. My husband is Ecuadorean and had one specific request: Ecuadorean ceviche. We knew this was a little crazy of a request, but the chef understood exactly what we were talking about and got right to figuring out the recipe for us! The ceviche was a hit and every Ecuadorean at that wedding was raving about it! Thank you Vianca and the Catered Affairs team for making our wedding so special. Food is definitely the way to our families' hearts! -

Catered affairs was absolutely amazing to work with! Throughout the whole process, they were accommodating and responsive. We knew after our tasting that our wedding would have the best food and it did not disappoint! Many of our guests have told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had and it makes me so happy that we chose to work with them! For our menu we chose the Cajun butter skirt steak, the creamy Tuscan chicken, and the Caribbean mahi mahi - all of which were very delicious! They were also great about working with allergies and special accommodations, including celiac friendly. I highly recommend using catered affairs! -

From the start the entire team at Catered Affairs was so amazing to work with and we immediately knew we were in great hands! Martina was so amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process. She was always quick to respond to our (many) questions and requests. Martina even went above and beyond to help us out with rental equipment and overall planning of the layout during the wedding day. She ensured everything was exactly as we asked, but she also added her own flare, which made it that much better! Martina was responsive, easy to work with, enthusiastic and just so fun to work with (we wanted her to join our post wedding sunset cruise, but she unfortunately had to work another wedding lol)! The entire team knocked it out of the park, and we couldn't thank them enough for everything! -

We hired Catered Affairs for our wedding in January and the food and service were perfect! We worked with Martina and she was a joy to work with. We met with her at the tasting and communicated frequently in the months leading up to our wedding. Martina answered all of our questions and was so helpful! All of our guests said the food was amazing, they also loved the specialty cocktail. We have been to a ton of weddings over the past 5 years and we can confidently say that our wedding food was some of the best! We worked with Vianca on our big day! Their main promise to us, was on the day of our tasting, our food would be the same taste and quality! Boy, did they fulfill that promise! The food was hot and flavorful and I am still getting complements about how good the food was. I keep dreaming about the BLT cucumber cups and the coconut shrimp! If you're considering hiring Catered Affairs, do it. They made our wedding quite literally perfect. I would trust Martina with my first born child... which is what planning a wedding feels like!
PLANNING: From the get-go, Martina's catering proposal was thorough and transparent on costs and what would be provided. We made numerous changes and updates after paying our deposit (guest count, bar package, signature drink, etc.), and she was responsive and sent back updated total costs every. single. time. we made a new decision.
THE FOOD: I am still thinking about the Cajun butter steak, and our guests are still talking about the conch fritters. They have a HUGE selection of entrees and appetizers. The mahi, creamy Tuscan chicken, and steak were our selections and they were INCREDIBLE. Schedule a tasting - the view from the affiliated oceanside restaurant is part of the experience!
EXPERIENCE: On the actual day of the wedding, CA kept all of the trains running on track from keeping the bar lines virtually nonexistent to spreading the love and ensuring everyone got the passed apps, including the bride and the groom. Martina made sure my husband and I had everything we needed the whole night and that I actually took a minute to sit and eat (very important for the bride!)
COST: Not only was CA the most cost-effective caterer, but we didn't feel like we were nickel-and-dimed for everything like with the other vendors we considered. The cost to add tableside wine was negligible (instead of the $1,000+ we were quoted elsewhere). The signature cocktail came with the package we bought. We didn't have to pay more for the napkin fold we wanted. Just truly so seamless!
I would hire CA and Martina again in a heartbeat. Do it, you won't regret it! -

Catered Affairs were the BEST! I worked with Vianca for a year for my wedding and she was amazing! From communication to attention to detail, I never had to feel worried, especially as a destination bride who was planning remotely. I always had all my questions and concerned answered. On wedding day I felt so taken care of, they remembered every detail and made me feel so special! From the bartenders to the staff, everyone was making sure we had what we needed. Martina and the team not only make the most delicious food (I’ve had so many compliments on our wedding food from so many people), but also are so sweet and accommodating! They made sure we had a plate of that delicious food to eat so that we didn’t pass out on our wedding day! And, as a self proclaimed burger princess, I HIGHLY recommend their sliders with the brioche bun for a late night snack (see the incredibly large smile on my face in the picture)!! We hired Catered Affairs to cater for our wedding two months ago and let me tell you our family and friends are still talking about how good the food was at our wedding. The food exceeded our expectations!! for appetizers we had coconut shrimp, beef empanadas, and jerk chicken and they were all absolutely delicious. For dinner we had Snapper Dentice, Chicken Piccata and Chimichury steak over cheese potatoes and vegies, again absolutely delicious!!! The bartender was amazing and the staff were so attentive, nice and fun, they made sure we had drinks and food at all times. Vianca was such an amazing person to work with, so kind thoughtful, and very professional. She went above and beyond for us on our wedding day and we appreciated that so much. She helped us plan our reception floor layout days before our wedding, and thanks to her and her staff our wedding day exceeded our expectations. I would love to go back to key West just to have their food again. If i ever have another event in Key West no doubt i will hire Catered Affairs each time. Thank you Catered Affairs -

Anyone planning a wedding in Key West will quickly find out that most vendors are frustratingly slow to respond, but that was NEVER the case with Catered Affairs! Vianca was incredibly timely, responsive, and organized, which made working with CA a breeze! She always made sure my questions were answered (and I had a lot of them) and was flexible with my requests for our signature cocktails or menu changes. Catered Affairs has an amazing menu to choose from, which allows you to make your wedding completely unique. I truly appreciated Vianca's flexibility and honesty throughout the process - I always felt comfortable asking her questions, and like she and my best interest in mind. It was obvious that she truly cared about making my day special! When it comes to the food - every single thing we ate from the appetizers to the main courses was amazing. We even had guests complimenting the food! Highly recommend the local snapper ;) Our goal was to never make our guests wait in a line at the bar, and were able to achieve that thanks to the CA bartenders being so speedy with the cocktails. To say Martina and Amy took care of us is an understatement. They made the catering process so easy, seamless, and the food was out of this world. Catered Affairs is the way to go if you’re getting married in Key West. I hired them for my Feb 2023 wedding welcome party and cocktail hour/reception at Old Town Manor and they were amazing. Martina was SO detail-oriented and very, very dedicated to making sure we had incredible food and all the little details right. We were thrilled with their pricing and options, and even thought we weren’t a big-budget wedding, they treated us as if we were their only client at times. The tasting was a great experience that got us even more excited for the wedding, and really helped us finalize our menu choices. Martina also gave me SUCH good advice about other details of the wedding, including candid feedback of bakery/cake options. The actual events went so well, and the food was a hit – many guests commented on how unusually good the food was and much better than other weddings they had attended. I’m always worried as a hostess about my guests getting enough food/drink to eat, but I can say that the passed appetizers kept coming and we were turning them away after getting so full – highly recommend the crabcake upgrade, they were delicious and well portioned! I also think their coconut shrimp are the best I’ve tasted anywhere. We ended up with filet mignon as one of our options for the meal, and it was important to us that it was cooked medium rare especially since it was a budget splurge. Friends, let me tell you, it was one of the BEST prepared steaks I have ever had. Every single guest was talking about it, and cooking filets to temperature for a large event is no easy feat; I was skeptical it could be done, but Catered Affairs NAILED it. They also provided the linens and cake cutting for the wedding, and it was so so smooth. Martina and the owners of Catered Affairs truly care about serving quality food and making weddings special. They take immense pride in what they put out there and treat their clients with such respect and warmth. If you have an opportunity to book Catered Affairs, go for it! I loved working with Martina! -

I planned my wedding at least 1.5 years in advance, the first vendor I booked was Catered Affairs, my friends told me they are normally booked way in advance, and sure enough, I think our wedding was the second and last to book on that date. The food quality and service were top of the line, from day 1, Martina was my best ally, she even helped me find the rest of my vendors, including my amazing wedding planner, Amy, and together they created the most perfect wedding I could possibly imagine.
All my guests were super happy with all the food served, so much so that they even tried to replicate some of the appetizers for our Christmas party. The staff was so awesome that made sure to get us some food and drink while we were still in our photo session. It was amazing, 100% go with C.A. Don't hesitate. -

Absolutely amazing amazing amazing! I worked with Martina and she was a rockstar. She helped me so much with my vision and I never felt bad asking for minor adjustments. We also went with the open bar package and we had a delicious white sangria as our signature drink that everyone loved! Everything was very reasonably priced. We cannot rave enough about Catered Affairs!! From the first email communication through the wedding, Martina and Bradi were attentive, positive and fun! We felt comfortable working with them because we had the opportunity to meet face to face. The continued email communication and texts were helpful and supportive. It was such a blessing to work with a team who were professional and helped keep things stress-free.
They worked with us to ensure we could keep costs down, but still have an excellent dinner menu. They were flexible in updating dietary restrictions and we were able to experience a delicious tasting to make adjustments and decide what food we wanted to serve. We went with the open bar, plated dinner and appetizers, which were cooked fresh, onsite!! Their menu is vast and for a plated dinner, you have a choice of 3 passed appetizers (unlimited servings), 3 entrees, 1 salad, and 2 sides. But what did we eat!! We picked the chicken saltimbocca, caribbean mahi mahi and slow roasted bell pepper beef tips. For our appetizers, we picked the beef empanadas, caprese skewers and sesame encrusted tuna. Not only did they provide food, but took care of our tables, chairs, plates, linens and cake cutting. I know people say they don’t remember their food years later, but their food is so delicious you couldn’t forget it! Every guest had ample amount of food and raved about how delightful it tasted. We had an external vendor for our cake and they worked with her to ensure it was delivered on time and fresh. Their quality of service for any wedding event we’ve been to, is unmatched. Martina was a god send in saving us appetizers and bringing them to us during the reception. Our bartender was phenomenal and ensured guests drink orders were consistent in taste and quick. They even boxed us left over food & appetizers!
Our venue required a wedding planner and Bradi was willing to step up and cover that part for us. She went above and beyond to ensure our décor looked exactly as we’d planned it. They do have a warehouse of wedding décor to choose from as well. We decided to do a rehearsal, but the day of made last minute changes with the ceremony. She coordinated the changes, last minute without a hitch! She was excellent at directing, without being bossy, and kept us on track.

It was challenging to find good vegan & pescatarian options for our wedding in Key West, and the team at Catered Affairs really came through for us! The food was delicious, and the buffet set up looked beautiful. They were very efficient and friendly, and Bradi even helped us source linens the morning of our wedding when UPS failed to deliver ours after Hurricane Ian. Catered Affairs Key West was super easy to work with for our small wedding. Their food was so good that we have guests contacting us and asking about the food and how even though it was simple it was the best they ever had. We are a different couple and did not want the traditional beef and chicken wedding dinner. Catered Affairs helped us with designing a unique menu on what they offered and met with some guest dietary restrictions. We went with two table stations of a taco bar and a Cuban station and it was the best choice. This allowed guest to choose what they wanted and what they didn't along with how much food they wanted. We kept it simple but also special to allow guests to try something new or what they might like. Who doesn't like tacos? Everyone raved about how great it was different and how great the food was. Only down side is some of the food went so fast we only got one taste of it or not even able to try it. Might be helpful to put aside some of food that is offered for the bride and groom for later. -

I am an event planner and contracted A Catered Affair for a corporate gala event at the Hemingway Home in June 2022. I can't say enough amazing things about working with Martina Bartlova and the entire A Catered Affairs team! From the moment I first reached out, Martina was incredible at providing proposals, menu suggestions and communicating/revising our proposals until we got just the menu and service the clients wanted. She was so incredibly helpful with all of the administrative aspects of the event and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure our event was nothing short of spectacular. Martina assisted us with recommendations for where to source some rental items that weren't in stock, and went above and beyond at the last minute to help me procure table numbers and other event related items that assisted this planner from executing an out of state event from afar.
The food was incredible - everyone raved about the mini cuban paninis and chicken satays. The food was great quality, all came out hot and delicious!
I would highly recommend working with A Catered Affair for your next event in Key West and beyond. And a VERY VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU to the absolutely incredible work of Martina Bartlova. Thank you for ensuring our event was nothing less than spectacular. -

Bradi and her crew were top notch! Our guests raved that it was the best wedding reception food they have ever had. Bradi made it all happen even with a last minute substitution. Absolute dream menu & service!!
Picking a caterer was challenging since we live in Ohio and were deciding based on some reviews and a couple phone calls, but we are so happy we chose Catered Affairs! We cannot say enough good things about Martina and the entire team. They were flexible with our tasting as we were only able to visit Key West once 5 months before our wedding, made changes, customizations, and provided the best menu experience we could have asked for! We did a combination of stations and passed items that reflected our favorite foods and dining experiences to share with our guests (including fresh, delicious oysters!). I was nervous how the passed items would play out, but it went perfectly! No one ever felt like they were trying to get an item, etc, because of Catered Affairs amazing service. We opted to provide our own alcohol for the bar, but they provided all the core mixers/garnishes, any special requests, and knew how to make the menu of drinks we provided perfectly! During the wedding, they made sure that we had plenty of food too :) Also - our guests only "complaint" is that they ate too much because the food was SO good!! They could not say enough positive things about the food or service. I could go on all day - THANK YOU Catered Affairs for the amazing food, service, and wedding of our dreams! You are the best! -

They pulled everything off from the setting (Martina) recommended (Tropical Forest and Botanical Garden) to the beautiful set up of venue, AMAZING menu/food, and professional and friendly service. Guests in attendance raved about the food and kind servers who went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Martina and her team are superb. Martina and her team at Catered Affairs made our wedding an Affair to Remember! Literally all of my family and friends are STILL talking about the food, drinks and incredible service. The appetizers were the best I’ve ever had in my life, and the buffet dinner was out of this world. It was truly the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding or event. And Martina was with me every step of the way in the planning process over the last year, and even helped fulfill my family’s quirkiest of requests. Not only was the food delicious but their displays were beautifully decorated and every member of their team was incredibly kind. The service was out of this world. Catered Affairs was a joy to work with!! Martina was our point of contact and from the start she made us feel relaxed and welcome. We visited their oceanside restaurant location for our tasting and were greeted warmly at the door and offered mimosas to enjoy with our tasting. A seemingly small gesture of hospitality but something that stuck with us and made a big influence on our choice of caterer! Other caterers we saw required a hefty fee for a tasting, making the experience feel stiff and transactional. Martina was wonderful at guiding us through the menu and offering suggestions. Once the contract was signed, she was incredibly helpful during the planning phase and accommodating to our indecisiveness and last minute menu changes. The process felt super easy and customizable!
Throughout the wedding the Catered Affairs team was flawless. I had raised a concern about the bottleneck that usually occurs at the bar immediately after the ceremony and the team was able to arrange a "grab-and-go" table with beer and wine in addition to the open bar. Our guests were never in want of a drink! During our cocktail hour, many of our guests commented that the passed apps were the best they had ever had (definitely go for the tuna tartar!).
We had bad luck with weather and towards the end of cocktail hour an unexpected tropical storm rolled in. The Catered Affairs team quickly pivoted to move all buffet tables under the tents and kept everything moving on schedule. They went so far as to take orders and deliver cocktails to guests who were waiting out the downpour under the tent. Really incredible service and quick thinking! I can't thank them enough for their hard work in such unfavorable conditions!
In addition to great service we had amazing food! The passed apps were absolutely fantastic (conch fritters, tuna tartar, jerk chicken and chorizo meatballs) and the buffet was incredible (chicken and mahi mahi taco bar, Cubano station with pulled pork nachos, plantains and cuban sandwiches). The key lime salad dressing was some of the best I've ever had and the mini cuban sandwiches were a huge hit!
It was such a great experience working with Catered Affairs, from planning to execution everything was perfect! I would highly recommend them to any bride. Truly the least stressful part of our wedding planning experience! -

We originally did a tasting with another highly rated caterer during a site visit to Key West. We ultimately decided not to go with them when their bid came in with a surprise extra service fee (above the typical service fee) that was almost 100% of the total amount. Which for a large wedding is almost understandable, but for a small intimate wedding of 26 guests, it was completely absurd. We reached out to Catered Affairs based on the recommendation of our coordinator and our venue. I was a little nervous since we hadn’t had the opportunity to taste their food but you know how the saying goes “sometimes things happen for a reason”. We totally lucked out….Everything from the appetizers (Coconut Shrimp was incredible!) to the entrees; Red Pepper Snapper, Cajun Butter Skirt Steak, Risotto, Salad and the desserts to the late night Hot Pretzels with dipping sauces was absolutely superb! And the staff was so kind, professional and easy to work with. We were completely blown away by the quality of food and service. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you Martina, Chef and the entire staff at CA for making our little wedding so special! -

I planned a destination wedding at the Hemingway Home in 3 months. I started emailing back and forth with Martina and knew I was good hands. She never made me feel like it was first time throwing a huge party - even though it definitely was haha! She was wondering to work with to create a menu, answer all of my many questions, help with getting us extra linens, my dad's picky palate, and getting the bar of our dreams. Working with Amy on the day of our wedding was seamless and perfect. The food was wonderful. Our friends and family raved about it - especially the coconut shrimp! Best choice for wedding cater!!!! We were referred from our venue to have catered affairs of key west based on excellent service with very reasonable prices. Bradi was my main contact for the catering service and she was truly amazing every step of the way...she even directed our rehearsal since we did not opt for a traditional wedding planner. Always in direct contact whether it was text, call or email. This company gave a variety of options for our wedding based on size and budget. They worked in direct contact with our other vendors for a super smooth event. Even the day of the rehearsal we decided to last minute change our ceremony location to the reception location Bradi and her team were able to accommodate the request and work with our other vendors to make the last minute change super easy and stress free. I would 100% recommend. Food was excellent received so many compliments from appetizers to main course. The bar tenders were excellent and the beverage selections were everyones favorites. They even saved cocktail appetizers for us (Bride & Groom) during our reception. Definitely recommend!!!Catered Affairs Of Key West's reply:

Although not a wedding, Catered Affairs of Key West catered my birthday dinner for 25 people at Lost Beach. It was extraordinary! They transformed a beautiful beach into a fairy tale setting. The food and service were flawless. My guests were completely blown away all claiming it was the best party of the year! (which is saying a lot since the party was December 28!). I will use Catered Affairs again and highly, highly recommend them for any event you might have planned. -

I could have asked for a more beautiful wedding , from the food to the set up to the service..They made sure I got everything I needed even helped me and the bridal party going down the aisle everything was amazing . From Day 1, Martina and Catered Affairs were such a delight to work with. We worked with Martina over the past year and we cannot recommend Catered Affairs enough. Martina is incredible detailed oriented and responsive. We asked a million questions and she helped us every step of the way. We did a tasting before our wedding and met the chef who cooked for our wedding. The food is absolutely amazing! Everything was so flavorful and went above and beyond. All of our guests came up to tell us how great the food was. The staff and service the night of our wedding was excellent - everyone was so kind and we cannot recommend them enough.
