One of the best decisions we made was booking Cate as our photographer for our wedding! Not only is she an incredible photographer who captured the natural moments of our day, but she is one of the kindest people who brings her magic and humor into every interaction she has. She did an amazing job coordinating the timeline of our day and being flexible with the moments I wanted to capture. She went above and beyond working with our other vendors and our bridal party could not stop talking about how amazing she was to work with. I will recommend her to everyone and look forward to working with her again for our next big life moments!

Cate is a wonderful vendor and photographer! From the moment my husband I met her at our engagement photos session she made us feel comfortable and always made taking photos fun and easy! I booked Cate before booking anything else and definitely don’t regret that decision! She helped so much in giving us an initial schedule of how the day should look! Day of Cate helped everything go smoothly and took amazing photos of our special day. I’m so thankful for her! -

She is the best!
Do yourself the biggest favor and book Cate Ronan RIGHT NOW!!!! She was my favorite and by far the best vendor we booked. She is so thoughtful and detail-oriented, not only within her pictures but in the organization of everything. She helped us build and stay on top of our day-of schedule. She kept everything and everyone in line. Not to mention I'm obsessed with her images and will cherish them for the rest of my life. She is a breeze to work with and is overall such a great human being. Just book her ASAP!!! -

I honestly can't say enough about how incredibly amazing Cate is as a photographer (and all around human being). We worked with Cate for both our elopement & larger wedding reception which were a few weeks apart. We had many, many, many changes throughout our wedding planning process, from a one year COVID postponement to uncertainty about wedding size, to a last minute decision to both elope & have a reception, and Cate was there to support us through all of that, offering advice and being totally flexible with our changes. She is incredibly easy to work with, so much fun, and insanely talented. During our elopement, it was just the three of us (Cate, my partner, and I) and it was not in any way weird at all to share our intimate day with her. We did a sunrise hiking elopement in CO (where we live) and Cate met up with us at 3:30 AM to get the day going. The day lasted quite a bit longer than any of us were anticipating (turns out it is reallllyyy hard to get changed quickly on a mountain when it is 30 degrees outside before the sun comes up) and Cate was SO chill and put no pressure on us to rush things along. Honestly, Cate enhanced our elopement day and made it so special and fun. On top of that, she shared sneak peeks with us THE SAME DAY, even though we had all hiked for 12 hours starting at the crack of dawn and were totally dead tired. For our larger reception, Cate helped the day move along smoothly and worked with us to build in time to make things feel more relaxed. Everyone in our wedding party commented on how freaking amazing and fun Cate was and how relaxed she made everyone feel. Hiring Cate was 10/10 the best decision we made for our multiple wedding days (aside from actually getting married) & I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again. -

Cate is worth it. You will be thankful you chose her.
We hired both Cate and Will as our photographer and videographer and it was easily the best decision that we made for our wedding. Cate worked so hard and put in countless hours to make sure our photos were everything we could have ever dreamed of. Moments that we weren't able to see were captured and brought so many emotions when looking through our gallery. Her turn around time is incredible. We did an engagement shoot and kept in constant contact with her so by the time our wedding day came she felt like an old friend of ours. We appreciate her more than we could ever express in words. We hope to convince others to use her and we only want success for her in the future. Will was so fun to work with as well. Our video brought tears to my eyes and I love how it transitions from ceremony to reception and everything in between. We are so blessed to have worked with these two and grateful that our paths have crossed. Invest in your photographer and videographer, the day goes so quick but your video and photos will bring you joy for the rest of your life. -

My husband and I live in California, so I had to plan everything remotely. Cate would always reach out and check in as the day was approaching. She would make herself available to anything I needed. She is exceptionally organized and would make sure she understood everything I wanted and needed. Her style and talent speak for themselves. I remember seeing her work on IG and just immediately fell in love, knowing she'd be my photographer! I met her in person the day of. Every bride is nervous/anxious, but when she showed up, she just put me right at ease. She took control and kept everyone on schedule and was an absolute BLAST! Less than 24 hours later, she already presented me with my wedding preview and sneak peeks. Her work is exceptional! I can't say that enough. Her work, her vibe, her style, her personality is everything. I could not be happier having her on our special day and would recommend her to anyone and everyone. THANK YOU, Cate! -

Book with Cate- Hands Down
Cate Ronan is an angel- If there is one thing to spend money on for your wedding, or any occasion, it's Cate. She finds and captures the beauty in absolutely everything and her amazing personality shows through her work. Several people recognized this at the wedding and approached me before the reception was even over to say how fantastic Cate is... People who she wasn't even directly shooting. They didn't have to see any of her photos to know that they would capture every special moment. My husband and I had so much fun working with her and she did everything in her power to cater to our exact needs. She worked with our budget and created a personalized plan for us in order to make things work and checked in on our wedding planning over the whole course of our engagement. I can't say it enough.... Cate is THE lady you want to work with. You will be forever thankful, just like we are. -

Cate is amazing! From the very first time we talked to her, through ordering prints and viewing our album, she has been a delight. We couldn't have asked for better photographs to capture all the memories from our day. She even sent us our first round of sneak peeks the very next morning after the wedding! THE VERY NEXT MORNING!!! And they were fantastic - we were blown away! The lighting, the emotion, the joy and small moments - she got it all.
We were beyond impressed with her talent and dedication to providing the very best images and service! She fit right in with our families and made everyone feel comfortable while getting their photos taken. We recommend her to everyone and anyone - our experience with Cate was beyond amazing - if you can get on her calendar (and she books up quick) do it!!!! We had the perfect day and she captured it all and then some! -

Out of all of my amazing Vendors, Cate is my favorite.
I cannot put into words just how amazing Cate is. Her photos are STUNNING, to begin with. The warmth and style and just, everything about her photography style and skills is breath taking. She WILL get the perfect shot for you. My now husband and I had not gotten photos taken together until our engagement photos last year with Cate, and then our wedding photos this past October, but with Cate's help, it's like we were models. She is a hype man and knows exactly what to do and say to get the most natural, easy expressions.
AND? We had some hiccups the night of our wedding(NOT with Cate), and not only did Cate listen to me vent and make me feel at ease, she edited and sent over our sneak peaks THE NIGHT OF to make sure our night ended on a high note.
We also hired Will, Cate's videographer and I cannot tell you how many times I've watched our social media teaser trailer. I'm in absolute awe of the skill Cate has managed to find and build in her company. Pulling some of these photos, I found that we'll be getting the rest of our album soon and I'm giddy just thinking about it.
Cate does STUNNING work, has an AMAZING personality and work ethic, and just... is absolutely perfect. And is probably my favorite person to follow on instagram. Not only is Cate a wonderful photographer, she's a wonderful person. Her skill and talent alone is well worth every penny, but she makes you feel like you're working with your best friend when she takes your photos. I cannot sing her praises more than I do, and I love to show off her photos any chance I get. -
