I chose this venue for my wedding in November '25 and it did not disappoint. Everything from the food, assembly, and decor was perfection. The updated bridal suite was absolutely gorgeous. The grand staircase and gorgeous chandeliers really added an elegant ambiance to the space. Loretta, Shaz, and the team made my dreams come true.

Manoj went above and beyond. Wonderful food, beautiful ambience, reasonably priced. Food was very tasty, the quality and quantity was perfect for more than 200 people. Adequate parking spots..Two attendants took care of parking. Would recommend the place

Shaz and the staff over at Castle Royale are a treasure! They did nothing short of transforming my wife and I's special day into an amazing one. They put a lot of care and hardwork into ensuring your event goes smoothly. The food is amazing, the venue is amazing as well as the vibes. We had an absolute amazing experience. Everything was great from the planning/booking by Loretta to the food and the service the day of the party. Would definitely have another party!

We had my Daughter's Engagement Party here, this was great Weplace, Excellent food, Excellent service, Mr. Manoj Sharma handled this occation exceptionally- He was going 200 Miles per hour thru=out the Party made sure all is fine. we thank so much. All our guests loved the place and service.

Castle Royale is a place that treats you like family. A1 customer service at all time and their treatment is out of this world. I would recommend Castle Royale to anyone that need a place for any wedding and private parties. Mr. Harrison is one of the representative their at Castle Royale and very pleasant to work with. Prince Hall Mason from Saint Joseph Lodge #117 had three events there and everyone was a success. Thank you to Mr. Harrison and the Castle Royale staff for a wonderful event.

They gave us the best kind of service amd had really good food. I 100% recommend this place if you are looking to book for any type of special events.

Incredible staff, courteous and food was so Delicious.

The entire staff at Castle Royale were extremely accommodating and great to work with. My family did a surprise birthday party in the room on the first floor and it was beyond amazing. Highly recommended!

My parents held their 30th wedding anniversary at Castle Royale and we could not have been happier with how everything turned out. We held the wedding ceremony and reception at Castle Royale and it made for a seamless experience. The location and space fit all of our needs perfectly. The staff at Castle Royale could not have been more accommodating. We worked very closely with Loretta and she is very understanding, patient and accommodating. Any details she needed from our end that we forgot to provide she kindly reminded us and did everything in her power to grant our requests. The staff that worked the day of the wedding were fantastic! They were energetic, friendly and beyond helpful. They catered to our every need and we’re very attentive to us and all of our guests. I would use Castle Royale again in a heartbeat. They were easy to work with, and very professional in making sure all our needs were met and done flawlessly. They also make it very easy to work with outside vendors, IE: wedding planners, DJs, florists etc. A magnificent night it was!

Where can I start. Me and my husband went looking for Venues and after the 3rd try we came to Castle Royale and right away was greeted with so much love and patience by Suchet. He explained to us every packet. We right away knew this was the venue for us. Not only was it spacious but it was also very elegant. Following up the wedding day something unexpectly happened our decor guy didn’t really fulfill most of our wishes. HOWEVER Suchet and the staff went above and beyond to make everything work. Our decor guy forgot the most important items for my husbands family that were portraits of 2 dearest family memeber that are no
longer with us. HOWEVER my husband spoke to Suchet and he printed the pictures and put them in a beautiful frame right away, Wow that will forever be in our hearts. The assistant we had that night was nothing but attentive and also the coordinator. The food was delicious! My guest really liked the food. I promise you this venue and the staff made my special day better. THANK YOU CASTLE ROYALE.

Our wedding in the Empress room was a dream. Great staff, tasteful food and amazing space. So glad we chose Castle Royale!

Where do I start... hmmm I’ll start with Mr. Harrison Squire who was nothing but super wonderful from the day we met him. Wonderful person to work with & wonderful person to do buisness with him. We had our waitress cynthia who cared about us & took so much care of us from the beginning that we walked in. I just wanna say castle royale made my wedding day the most beautiful & wonderful experience ever. Thank you castle royale.

We had a small wedding but we were treated like a much larger event. Harrison could not have been more generous and professional. His staff are just superb. My husband and I are so happy with our choice for this venue to host our wedding.

Great price for a great place. The food was spectacular and every guest was beyond satisfied. Beautiful inside and out, great service and clean bathrooms. Parents had their wedding here and were extremely happy. By the way it was the hottest day of the summer and it felt amazing inside.

My event was amazing! It went off without a hitch! Everyone raved about the food! The wait staff couldn't have been more accomodating! ASR Group|Domino Sugar is committed to supporting local businesses. We held a prestigious global industry event in May of 2016 with a luncheon taking place at Castle Royale. We hosted nearly 200 guests as well as visiting executives. Assistance was provided every step of the way, from menu planning to linen colors and lighting. Bus after bus arrived and everyone was very pleased with the venue and the food. From planners to wait staff, this was a professional and polished event. We were assured that everything would go smoothly and Castle Royale was true to their word. Our event could not have been better planned or more successful. Thank you for all your help, Castle Royale. Well done!

The thing that most empress us was the way your staff was at every corner and attentive to my guests. The Bartenders was always alert to the way guest was drinking, but most of all, Who was Driving!! Words can't explain how much we appreciate.

Great experience with Harrison and the staff at Castle Royale. Flexible and easy to work with. Beautiful venue with nice tall ceilings and a great stage. Highly recommend...unless you want to book the same day I do in the future!!

DO IT!!! Amazing place and service!

Loved it, it was everything that I wanted but I didn't eat so can't tell you about food the guest loved cocktail hour

No hot water in the bridle suite
Do not have A/C in certain rooms and all the restrooms in the bridle suite.
They were under staffed. They had 4 stuffs for 150 guests. Buffet trays were empty and no one to replace them. You will have to find water herself.
Do not cater through them. Food is not great.

I had booked an event for September 2026 and made a deposit, unfortunately due to health issues I had to cancel, which I did ahead of time. I signed the proper paper work on November 2025 and I am aware that I wasnt going to get a full refund. But they have not given me the refund that I am entitled to. Everytime I call there is no manager available and someone (not going to mention names) but she always tells me that she will speak to a manager and they will give me a call back. We are in February and they still don’t have an answer as to when I will get my money back. I am always getting the run around. This is very unprofessional!

I hosted my daughter’s Sweet 16 celebration here. Shaz was very kind and helpful helping me choose the menu and organize the agenda. Shaz kindly answered all my questions and went out of her way to provide table diagrams and suggestions.
We explained that we would be having a christian party with no dancing.
The day of the event, I found that Manoj was the banquet manager. There was a low number of service staff attending the tables. The worse thing is that Manoj changed the dinner schedule and started dinner 30 mins. later than what I had already planned with Shaz. He essentially decreased the eating window time so my guests had less time to eat. The dinner service was rushed, and guests were not served drinks.
I had to constantly chase Manoj because he was not available. My guests glasses were empty because they were not offered drinks. The Air Conditioner was off the whole time.
Manoj by behaving line this made food scarce and rationed all the food. When I went to serve myself he was carefully watching me plate myself. I did not feel comfortable. At one point I saw Manoj screaming at a young male server serving the guests ice cream.
While Shaz made a lot of promises that she did not deliver on, the space was lovely. Manoj made the eating experience a horrible memory and was not a good host.
If I needed to pay more money so that my guests had more food, I would have done that. Food was scarce, and not readily available. I paid for a service I did not receive. I should not be chasing Manoj and asking for more food. My guests should have been made feel welcomed and taken care of, in the food department. The day of the event, Shaz was in her office and did not come to check how things were going, she said that Manoj was in charge. I do not recommend this venue. They will make promises they cannot deliver. Be careful with the bait and switch.

Please stay away from this venue. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR NEW RENOVATION nor the ambiance!!!! Please put your money somewhere else. I am not the type to write reviews but I feel that it's very important for me to advice someone about this venue simply because I recently had my wedding at this site. Everything went wrong here! The staffs were rude to my guest, their air conditioner was not working on the hottest day I n the summer which led to my guests leaving early because they could take the heat. They promised that you will have a Matron of D assigned to you but NO ONE was assigned to me. There was no manager at the site on my event date, the guy that was covering as the assistant coordinator simply ran away because he couldn't fix all the problems that were addressed on the event date. I called days after my event to complain to the general manager name Loretta about the issues and every time I called they kept telling me that she's not around. I left few messages and she hasn't returned my call till this moment as I'm writting. They are very unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this venue to anyone.
