Throughout quarantine, I researched wedding gowns hoping to find the dress of my dreams as soon as I can. As months passed and appointments kept getting postponed I anxiously awaited for the day Castle Couture could open! Finally, the day came! When entering castle couture, my mom, sister and I got our temperature taken. The building was impeccably clean. Castle couture provided a beautiful lace mask for the bride to wear. Each consultant wore a picture pin of their beautiful smile for us to feel more comfortable. Amongst all the craziness of COVID- 19, Castle Couture did an excellent job of making wedding dress shopping a wonderful experience!!
My consultant was Jody Alvino and I could not say more great things about her. She listened to my likes and dislikes and truly picked out dresses that were so me! Jody was attentive and so genuine with her comments and expertise. The dress I ended up choosing was the first dress Jody had me try on. After trying on a handful more I kept going back to the original. Once I put it back on, Jody, my mom and sister and I all lit up. Jody made me feel like a bride by dressing me in a veil and gave me a bouquet. It was such a special moment to say, “yes,” to the dress! Jody understood my simple but elegant style and found a dress that was that with a couture twist! I could not be more in love with my wedding dress! I look forward to my future appointments at castle couture and would recommend using Jody to anyone!

Where to begin! Shopping for my wedding dress was the most magical, stress-free experience -- I cannot thank Slawa and Castle Couture enough. Before my appointment, I let the team know my preferred styles and some specific dresses that had caught my eye. When I arrived, Slawa already had the dressing room packed with several dresses that completely embodied the vibe I was going for and fit well within my budget. To say she nailed it is an understatement. She picked a few dresses that weren't on my radar at all -- one of which I immediately recognized as "the one." So much of wedding planning is stressful, but Slawa was gentle, caring, calm, and so collaborative. She truly gave my mother and I the most wonderful experience. I'd happily recommend her and Castle Couture to anyone. -

This past weekend I had the pleasure of visiting the beautiful Castle Couture! I was super nervous shopping for my wedding gown for the very first time, until I met Rachel. Instantly meeting her she made me feel very comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. I was at the store for hours! Rachel was so kind and so patient with me while I tried on so many different styles of dresses. Rachel started to understand what I liked and she picked out the most perfect dresses for me, exactly what I was looking for! I said YES to the most perfect dress, my dream dress all thanks to Rachel! I am so lucky to have someone as kind, patient, and knowledgable on the day that I said yes to my dress. I look forward to continuing to work with Rachel and especially for my very first fitting at Castle Couture!!🤍🥂 -

Growing up and still to this day, I am not the most girlie girl, thinking I had to wear a dress all day gave me such anxiety. Let me just say, stepping foot into Castle Couture and working with Taylor, that anxiety quickly disappeared. I literally tried on 4 dresses and was done in less than 45 minutes. I walked in there, with no particular style, showed Taylor what I was thinking with a few different styles, and she grabbed 3 different ones like the pictures and then her own. Little did I know, her choice was the one. The minute I got the dress on, not even zipped, the tears starting flowing and I knew that was the one! Fiona by Maggie Sottero. I also had my alterations done here as well, and let me just say, best decision I ever made! Castle Coutures entire bridal team from start to finish are simply amazing and allow you to really enjoy your wedding process step by step! With how amazing they were from start to finish, a week after my wedding, we dropped my dress off to go through them for dress preservation and my dress will be mailed right to be home in approximately 6 weeks! Highly Recommend! -

I WAS VERY HAPPY MY MOTHER GOT TO SEE ME WITH THE DRESS AND MY VEIL ON VIDEO CHAT SINCE WAS NOT FEELING GOOD TO ACCOMPANY US. I first have to say that I had heard mixed reviews about this store as far as professionalism goes, however I worked with Arianna, Donna, and Cait and had a wonderful experience! I felt like they clearly saw the vision I was after, took their time, and really tried to understand what I wanted. They let me try on a variety of dresses and never pushed me to try a style that I wasn’t crazy about. I think the appointment felt comfortable and personal and I’m overall very happy with the dress I would up purchasing here! -

I began working with Castle Couture in December 2019 in search of my wedding dress. My consultant, Kristen, worked so well with me. I came in with a picture of my dress off the store’s instagram, she was able to find it quickly so I could try it on. I definitely fell in love, but Kristen wanted me to make sure it was the one. So she selected similar dresses to try on, so I could compare to the first one. Even after trying on several other dresses, the first dress I tried on was it, and I said yes! I had my “try on” appointment several months following my selection. The dress was beautiful, except for a factory oil stain on the front of the dress. Before myself, or my mother could become upset over this issue, a store manager, Colleen, jumped in quickly to assure us that they would be contacting the dress company to send a new dress without a stain. I waited about 2 months for a new dress, and sure enough it was clean, and perfect!! During this process, I would call the store to see the status of the order. Colleen would always answer, and provide peace of mind that it will arrive with plenty of time for alterations (which it did). During this time, I did have to push my wedding from April 2021, to January 2022 due to the pandemic, but I knew my dress would have been ready for my original date, all thanks to the team at Castle Couture. My mother also purchased her dress from Castle Couture, in Fall 2020. Her dress came in on time, without any problems. Once both of our dresses were in, we scheduled accessory appointments, and fittings with Castle Couture because we could trust that they would do an excellent job. Our accessories consultant was so helpful, and understood both of our different styles. She found jewelry, and in my case a veil that suited the dress so well. We both had the same seamstress, Natasha, who was an absolute professional!! For my mother’s dress she reduced the length of the gown, so it fit her body better, and designed a custom jacket. My wedding dress needed to be taken in, and provided a bustle. I really loved the lace on my train, and Natasha created a beautiful bustle that did not hide any lace! We were highly satisfied, and loved the experience from start to finish! I would recommend going to Castle Couture for the full experience of wedding dress shopping, styling, and altering to any future bride or MOB I know! Thank you so much! -

Our experience at Castle Couture is absolutely amazing! The facility is beautiful and the staff truly is a family. Everyone we met during our appointment was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our Bridal Consultant, Jackie, was especially amazing as well as the Bridal Manager, Anthony. Jackie really listened to everything I had to say about every gown I tried on and we ultimately ended up finding my dream dress! I had a great experience with Castle Couture for both buying my dress and my fitting. My consultant was great to work with and understood my budget and helped my find a beautiful gown for my wedding that fit my body type perfectly. Not only did my consultant do an amazing job, but the seamstress helped me fit my dress perfectly and helped me add detachable sleeves and it was beautiful. We also purchased my hair piece and veil through Castle Couture and again it was a great selection process and I never felt pressured to buy anything. It was a wonderful experience! -

A Dream Appointment
I cannot recommend Castle Couture enough. From the second that you walk in to the second you leave, you will be treated with total kindness and professionalism. Alexa was an absolute dream. At the beginning of my appointment, I showed her a handful of dresses I had in mind and told her my vision for the wedding. She completely NAILED it. My experience at Castle Couture was great. I didn’t go to a lot of dress shops to look for my wedding dress, but this one was so lovely in comparison. I worked with Christina as my sales person and she stayed within my budget, but did pull a dress that was a bit higher and let me know that before I put it on. The dress that I purchased was within budget (ended up staying in budget even with alterations!) and was something she pulled that I never would have picked out online. It was absolutely perfect. I worked with Ellen for alterations and was very satisfied with the adjustments that were made. This included a lining because I found the included one to be a bit itchy and though she was worried about it changing the color of the top of the dress it looked perfect. I have no complaints about my experience at all! -

She added on a belt which transformed the dress into exactly what I was looking for. Their alterations department is very accommodating and helpful. I had such an amazing experience at Castle Couture.
I had purchased a dress in another bridal salon and was told about a month later that the dress couldn’t be ordered because the designer discontinued the lace. I was heartbroken. I had been to castle couture before for one appointment so I decided to return there to see if I could find something that would top the dress I had already fallen in love with.
Not only did the consultant bring me my dress, but three other dresses that were in my budget that I loved. I couldn’t imagine a better dress than the one they helped me find, and it was way under my budget which was amazing!
I also had my alterations done at Castle Couture. Natasha was amazing! She basically had to reconstruct my dress because I’m short (5’2”). The bustle she added made it look like the dress was made that way. She was simply fantastic! -

I had a fairly unique wedding dress experience, but I must say that Castle Couture was extremely professional and supportive from the beginning. They truly care about the Bride and want to make sure that you are 100% happy and satisfied with every piece of your dress before you walk down the aisle. I found my perfect dress at CastleCouture ! The entire experience was easy with them and so much fun!! When I was picking out my dress, my bridal attendant was able to find dresses that fit the style I told her, but she also brought out things I never thought I would wear so we could narrow things down. Once I found my dream dress I used Castle for my alterations. The seamstress worked so hard to make sure the dress fit me perfectly and looked beautiful on my wedding day! -

I came in for my bridal gown appointment with my Maid of Honor, my fiance's two sisters and both moms. The moment from walking in was an experience and we could already tell it was above and beyond. Even as simple as walking up the front stairs to the bridal room, cups of mimosas and cookies waiting for us upon entry. Jamie, my consultant was outstanding and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She knew exactly what questions to ask to figure out what I had in mind and both moms were super impressed with all her knowledge and advice to give. She pulled out a dress that she knew I had doubts when I saw her carrying it over and somehow it became a top contender. She knew exactly how to keep me at ease and understood what I really wanted and liked. Thanks to her help, I said yes to the dress! We all had the best experience there and would highly recommend Castle Couture for bridal gowns! -

Where do I begin? I'm getting married on June 6, 2020 and I knew when I got engaged that I wanted a dress and a wedding that people will be talking about for years. I made an appointment with Angela at Castle Couture to look for my dress. I went in with no real mindset on what I wanted and also not looking to purchase a dress that night. I showed Angela some pictures and told her I wanted to be different then the typical bride. She brought me over a dress which I liked, then she brought another over and I was like eh it's ok I don't think I like the straps. She said just try it on and see. Well I tried it on and fell in LOVE. I didn't want to take it off. She was so kind and told me don't settle you have to be sure. I said let me try on another so she grabbed one for me and I put it on and went no the other dress is for me. I put it back on with a cathedral veil and just knew. Angela was the kindest person to work with. She was far from pushy and extremely honest. Anyone who has a bad thing to say about Castle and Angela are totally wrong. It was the easiest experience ever and I'm just so over the moon. If you get offended by someone telling you a dress doesn't look good or that dress is for a different body type, then you shouldn't be shopping. I was happy she was honest and told me what fits best for my body. I give Castle Couture and Angela 100000 stars. I can't wait to go with my mom here for her dress, my fiance for his tux, and my bridesmaids for their dresses. -

I said Yes to my dress at Castle Couture and could not have asked for a better experience! My bridal consultant was Angela and she was absolutely amazing! Right, when we walked in she offered mimosa’s for my guests and I. Angela asked if I had any styles in mind and then pulled dresses that I had envisioned I would love. She really took her time to get to know me and was very honest as to which dresses she thought complimented me. I tried on a few different dresses and said yes to the 1st dress I initially tried on! All dresses are kept in a plastic garment bag which I loved because you can tell all dresses are kept perfect. The I would highly recommend Castle Couture and Angela! -

I went to Castle Couture in feb of 2018 to start my wedding dress shopping for my wedding in march of 2019. My consultant was Christina D. and she was amazing!! When she first met me she asked a bunch of questions to get to know me, my likes/dislikes etc. I also brought pictures of dresses I thought I would like. She make sure to bring the exact dresses I was looking for to start of the process. I realized soon that I actually didn't like certain parts of the style that I saw in the pictures. Just didn't work for me. She wasted no time in bring me other dress that still matched what I wanted but didn't have the material I didn't like. The overall experience was great!! All the dresses were in my budget and some lower. After an hour I said Yes to the Dress (which happened to be the second dress I tried on)!! She also picked out the perfect veil for me. I was so nervous for the appointment and she made it so easy and fun!! My alternation process was a breeze too and I got my dress preserved by them. I highly recommend going to Castle Couture and asking for Christina! Thank you for finding my perfect dress! -

Perfect place to find the gown
I was given Castle Couture as a recommendation from my husband's cousins. All of them had found beautiful dresses here and I figured it was worth a shot. When I arrived with my sister, my best friend, my mother and my mother-in-law we were greeted and then brought straight to our appointment with Jody. I explained to Jody exactly what I wanted and showed her a few pictures. She brought out dresses that matched my style and then some other dresses she thought I would like. I tried on 5 dresses total and found my dress. It was everything I had wanted. I tried it on, was able to walk around in it and was given time to be alone in the dress and have that "moment" that brides have. I didn't feel rushed and I felt as though we were the consultant's main priority the entire time at the appointment. After I changed out of the dress, Jody helped us with the deposit and when to expect my dress would be in.
Each fitting was a dream. I didn't feel rushed at all and met with my seamstress, Marilyn. She was professional, friendly and understood what I wanted completely. I never felt uncomfortable and she always asked for my approval. I would highly recommend asking for her.
On the day of the wedding, my wedding gown was a dream. It was everything I wanted and more. Everyone complimented it and asked me where I had gotten it. The alterations were pricey but the dress itself before alterations was affordable. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend getting your gown here! -

The staff at Castle Couture was absolutely amazing at helping me find the perfect wedding dress. It was the third store I went to, but the first that made me feel like they were really listening to what I wanted out of my dress. When I found my dress, I really did cry and I never wanted to take it off.
The alterations team was also wonderful. The seamstresses were professional and the work they did was seamless, and the staff in the alterations department was always friendly and accommodating. I was nervous about some of my alterations and feeling like I looked like myself in my dress, but it ended up being the perfect fit. On the day of my wedding, I felt amazing and I received so many compliments on the fit and style of my dress. Thank you Castle Couture! -

Castle Couture made my life easy with their tons of beautiful dresses for me to choose! It was my first time getting a wedding dress, I was nervous, I was scared, but something from my heart told me that I was taking the right decision since the dress was a bigger size.
On my alteration appointments I wasn’t sure enough that the dress I got it will be exactly what I pictured.When it come to dresses I am very picky person. Couple of days before my wedding MARYLYN made an tremendous and amazing job that when I looked it at the mirror I had the most happiness face ever.I couldn't believe how beautiful I looked and that couldn't be possible if I hadn't choose Castle Couture. I was there for a trunk show and she also pulled dresses that were similar that she thought would look good on my body and she made it a tough decision. She also was honest when it was needed since it was just my mom and I. The owner took the time to meet us and give us a tour making us feel very welcome. Worth the hour trip to this beautiful (and huge selection might I add) salon. Glad I bought my gown from here! -

Dana Sent on 07/07/2018Castle Couture was the first place I went to look for my wedding dress. I went to a total of 6 places in NJ and in NYC. I knew they had a large selection and figured this would be a good place to start, but never thought I would buy my dress there. My bridal consultant was Christina and she was just flawless. She was very sweet to my sisters, mother, and soon to be mother-in-law. After discussing my vision and showing her pictures she went right to work. Christina pulled a few dresses that I showed her but she also picked dresses that she thought would work. She had a great method of how I tried on dresses. The whole time she helped me find the vocabulary to explain what I liked or did not like. I never felt rushed and I felt like she really got to know me and listened to what I was saying. There was one dress that she picked which was everything I was looking for. If it wasn't for her I don't know if I would have ever found my perfect dress. She also picked out the perfect veil and hair comb. At the end of my appointment I never felt pressure to purchase anything she was very understanding that I needed time to make this big purchase. Although that day I didn't walk away with the dress I felt like I walked away with a good friend. After going to my other appointments and finding the dress at another store, I knew Christina had found my perfect dress and I had to go back to buy it from her. Christina was the perfect person to help me find my dress and I couldn't be more thankful for her. If you can make an appointment with her she is truly magical! Thanks for everything! -

We didn’t set out to have a big wedding, but after our first visit to the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange NJ, we knew that we were about to embark on a magical adventure. Of course, getting married at a castle would not be complete without having the perfect fairytale dresses! Castle Couture in Manalapan NJ did not disappoint! From the moment we started working with Colleen, the manager, we were treated like family. The staff was thrilled to be working with two brides and they really made us feel at home. The attention to detail and creative ideas from adding arm straps and even jewelry, helped design two of the most gorgeous gowns! They even embroidered our initials on the back of both of our dresses! Gina, the seamstress was amazing with her talented way of making the dress fit like a glove!! We enjoyed going to Castle for our appointments! We also found beautiful gowns for our daughter and mother as well as after party dresses!

She asked me right away what I wanted and what kind of look I was going for and she delivered. When the look I was going for didn't quite fit my body type, she went above and beyond to make sure that I found the right silhouette to fit my body. AND I SAID YES TO THE DRESS. We were only there for about an hour and a half and as soon as I put my gown on I couldn't stop shaking from the excitement. Jodi was professional, caring, understanding, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. Castle Couture lived up and exceeded my expectations. Lindsay Sent on 12/04/2017Castle Couture was more than I ever imagined. I was luckily paired with Christina, who was amazing from the start. She made me feel comfortable, even while I was minimally dressed between trying on gowns - she kept the conversation going and got my mind off of that detail. Upon meeting, I showed Christina one picture of the style of dress that I was looking for and she came back with about 7 similar, but different, gowns. While looking online, I had difficulty finding dresses my style (long sleeve lace) that I liked yet, she somehow found multiple that were perfect for me within minutes of meeting. Without knowing, she first pulled my dream dress that I had had my eyes on for months - that was the first dress I tried on and ultimately the one I chose. Christina was honest and helped me make the decision of which dress was the best fit for me. Once I had an idea of the gown I would choose, I was set up with flowers and an "aisle" while my mom taped me walking down it, for me to imagine what I would look like on my wedding day in the same gown - that was a great touch which allows me to still re-watch that video and imagine what that moment will look like. During the entire process, other employees were close by happy to help, always with a smile on their face. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. It shows that the employees there truly care for what they do; they are extremely knowledgeable as well. I felt very special throughout the time that I was there and I thank the entire staff for that. I would recommend Castle Couture to anyone looking for an incredible experience. -

She had an awesome personality and was able to help tone down my bridal party and really listen to what I wanted. I came in with a general idea of what I wanted and she immediately knew what dresses to pull. Angela told me that the first dress is the perfect dress for me and from the moment I put it on I knew that she had found my dress. Angela was able to hone into exactly what I wanted. I tried on a few other dresses similar in style but in the end I went with the first gown that Angela said would be perfect.
