From the day I first went to visit Cascade I knew this is where I would be getting married. The venue offers stunning indoor and outdoor options, and the chandeliers in the ballroom are simply breathtaking. Silvana was outstanding since day one, guiding us through every step of the planning process. She was always available to answer our questions, which was incredibly helpful since we were planning from out of state. The food was delicious, and the entire staff was exceptional. A beautiful venue, fantastic team and delicious food. Everything was absolutely perfect!

We attended a wedding there recently. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The wait staff was right there to assist in any way they could. I would highly recommend booking an event there!!

This venue is such a beautiful place. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating to what my husband and I were looking for.

We had our wedding reception at Cascade on April 30. Rosa was great to work with—easy to get a hold of and super responsive to all my questions! The ballroom was beautiful, and we got rave reviews on the food. We were able to include an ice cream bar for dessert, which was an especially big hit with the kids!

We got married here April 15, 2022. We went to visit in June 2020 and quickly decided to that this was our place. Rosa is AMAZING and she was willing to work with us and create a package that met our needs. She and her team did not disappoint! The day went smoothly and all of my other vendors were happy working with them. Most importantly we had the best day and so did our guests!! We can't thank them enough!

I am absolutely blown away by Rosa and her team at Cascade! I highly recommend this venue. They helped me plan every detail of our big day, and Rosa was extremely responsive through email/phone calls/meetings. It was scary to plan a wedding during Covid, but Rosa made it stress free while still complying with all safety precautions.

The day of, our outdoor ceremony was absolutely stunning, the food at our reception was delicious, and our guests had an amazing time. Rosa and her staff were also so kind to our son and two young nieces, it was such a special experience.

Our wedding was Sunday, August 9th 2020. Rosa and all of the Cascade crew did a phenomenal job setting up and coordinating the entire night. Although COVID impacted our day, Rosa went above and beyond to make sure our day was as beautiful as possible while following all of the COVID health and safety laws. Our day was so much better than I could have ever imagined. We will cherish this day for a lifetime. Thank you so much for everything you have done!

The entire venue is gorgeous! Rosa was so accommodating and helped in planning the perfect day. The day of she kept everything running smooth and helped to keep me calm. I couldn't have pictured a more beautiful wedding location!

I really cant rave enough about Cascade, We originally booked them just for the amazing scenery and reviews on food. But that was well over a year ago. Then with COVID all the stress of a wedding went through the roof! Cascade was beyond helpful, they called us and checked in, they sent emails they did all they could! The beautiful day went off without a hitch and they were beyond amazing! They covered signature drinks, were amazing with the guests and really minimized our stress. All of our guests were well taken care of, had any concerns handled, they even set up our memorial table! Everyone was raving about how great the food was and they made buying a cake a piece of well… CAKE! You can go through them or you can pick your own! They hold your hand through the whole process and make wedding planning easy! Everyone raved how smooth everything went and we had to tell the guests that cascade handled most of it! We just showed up! Cannot recommend enough!!

We had our wedding here in 2019 and as I am celebrating my one year anniversary today with my year old husband (hehe) I can not stop but mention how amazing the venue is and how helpful the staff is. Cascade was a beautiful venue for my wedding day, and the service received was everything I could have asked for. Rosa was amazing!! She was very thorough, responsive and flexible. I felt at ease after anytime I talked to her, as she reassured me that everything would run smoothly on the day of the wedding, and it absolutely did.

I had my wedding here last weekend and all I can say is this place is amazing! From the food to the scenery, this place will definitely wow your guest as it did mine. I got so many compliments on the venue and how amazing the food was, so I am pleased to say we for sure made the right choice by having our reception here.

Special thanks to Rosa and Alex for being the absolute best and making this as easy as wedding planning can get. They answered my questions rather quickly and put up with me on my wedding day with no issues lol They are the best and I appreciate these ladies and getting to know them over the past year and a half!!.. and boy did my wedding date fly by so quick!

My husband and I can't say enough about just how amazing our big day was at Cascade! Rosa, Alexa and the entire staff made us feel so comfortable, starting from our very first tour. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the food is so delicious. We have gotten so many compliments about the venue, food and all around atmosphere. We would highly recommend Cascade!!

Cascade is the perfect space for a classy, elegant wedding; my husband and I are still in awe of just how perfect our reception was. The space is beautiful, offering an outdoor garden area as well as an air-conditioned inside space for cocktails; the ballroom is simply elegant. The food is delicious (we had surf&turf), with many options for passed appetizers; many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed their meals. Rosa and her team were a dream to work with. They are true professionals from the planning process through the big day, while making you feel warm, welcome, and special. Rosa is very detail-oriented and played a huge role in making the logistics of the party a success. She allowed us to personalize our reception in many ways, while offering her expertise to make our party better than we could have imagined!

We got married at Cascade at the end of May and we cannot say enough good things about it. We booked them in January, and we thought it looked beautiful then - imagine our joy when we showed up in May with it covered in flowers, lights, and waterfalls! It is such a beautiful, peaceful venue to be married. Our ceremony was outdoors, our reception indoors, and our cocktail hour was both in and out. It took perfect advantage of the weather and everyone seemed so comfortable there. Plenty of space for guests, and plenty of perfect secluded spots for photos! We used an outside caterer because we were having indian food, but the staff was all over it, friendly, helpful, really great. Which brings us to the star of the venue - Rosa! We booked with Rosa, one of the owners, and she was our coordinator on the day as well. She is the nicest, funniest, most helpful person - we couldn't have done it without her! She answered all of our questions, gave us tons of GREAT advice, took all our calls, let us visit many times, let us drop off everything we needed days in advance, I could go on and on but throwing this wedding was noticeably easier with Rosa and all of Cascade in our corner. One wedding was enough for us, but if we had to do it all over, we'd book Cascade every time!

Our wedding was here on May 30,2019. When I tell you it was everything we imagined and more. This venue is beyond beautiful. The staff was absolutely amazing!! Fine Catering definitely suits them because they absolutely live up to that name. Rosa was extremely helpful and made the process of planning as smoothly as possible. Always available and attentive to our needs. My husband and I are so grateful and happy we decided on this venue and we highly recommend it.

The staff there was truly phenomenal! They took the time to truly understand my needs and wants. Yes

When my (then, future) husband pulled up to Cascade, we walked into the ballroom and I immediately told him “this will be where we have our wedding”. From the beautiful chandeliers to the gorgeous double staircase, my fairytale wedding dreams were coming true before my eyes. Rosa and her team made sure our wedding day would be the most perfect day, ever. The food was delicious, the service was on-point, and the drinks were flowing all night long for everyone. The Mac and cheese bar and beef Wellington puffs during cocktail hour are a MUST! Delicious. Last minute we requested to rent beautiful “king and queen” style chairs with a silver tablecloth, and Rosa was able to assist us immediately to finalize all of our details! I could go on and on about how amazing the venue was for our wedding. Thank you again, Rosa !

Cascade really made our wedding perfect! We had our ceremony outside and it was beautiful, the cocktail hour and dinner was amazing, and they work like a well oiled machine. Everything was taken care of exactly how we wanted it. Rosa and her team go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.

From the day we first walked into Cascade, we knew it would be the perfect venue for us. It is one of the most beautiful venues I have ever seen and has gotten even better with some of the updates that have been made over the past few years. It was the perfect backdrop for all of our wedding photos. The service we received from Rosa and her team throughout the planning process and on our wedding day was amazing. Every question we had was answered very quickly and any request was followed through perfectly. The days leading up to our wedding were as stress free as possible. We just dropped everything off at the venue and when we arrived, it was all set up beautifully. On our wedding day, everything went so smoothly and it was even better than we could have dreamed of. The food is probably the best food I have ever had at any wedding venue. We had high expectations since all of our vendors raved about the food when we met with them and we were definitely impressed. Friends and family are still talking about how perfect every last detail of our wedding was, well over a year later. We have everyone at Cascade to thank for that. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with!

I loved everything about Cascade! From the moment I attended a bridal fair there, I knew it was where I wanted to get married. I had attended a couple of weddings there before and loved the atmosphere & always had a great time. The staff goes above and beyond to make your day perfect! Rosa & Alexa were very attentive, answering any questions I had right away & were very easy to get ahold of if needed! Their attention to detail goes a long way & they are on top of everything. They definitely made wedding planning easier! The venue itself is gorgeous...the chandeliers, waterfalls, outdoor grounds, bright flowers all made for perfect backdrop for wedding pictures!! We were married on 9/21/18 & my guests are still raving about how delicious the food was & how much food they had, from the cocktail hour to the dinner! The food is so good, our family has used them to cater holiday dinners! The bartenders were quick & attentive as well, and all of the staff were very friendly & professional. I would not have changed a thing about our wedding & wish we could relive that night all over again! I would definitely recommend Cascade for your wedding vendor! You will not be disappointed!!!

Rosa, Domenic and Alexa were so efficient. Whenever I had a question, one of them responded very quickly and were always happy to help. Rosa was present on the night of my wedding. She ensured that the night went by smoothly. My wedding was everything I ever wanted it to be AND MORE all due to this team of people and this venue!! The gardens were meticulous, the ballroom was beautiful and the food was out of this world, the best I’ve ever had at a wedding/venue (and I’m not just saying that because it was mine). I would absolutely have other events at Cascade!!

The staff at Cascades is absolutely amazing. We had a party of 30 yesterday in the downstairs area and everything was perfect.

My husband and I had a long engagement, so we had plenty of time when it came to choosing our reception venue. We easily looked at 20 different places across Connecticut, but the minute that we toured Cascade, we knew it would be the one. The venue is spacious, spotless, and spectacular. The staff is beyond patient and willing to answer any and all questions. They will respond to calls and emails rapidly, and sit for meetings whenever you feel it necessary. Domenic, Rosa, and Alexa guided my family, who had never planned a wedding, through the entire process--from choosing a menu to the seating chart. I knew that, no matter what, the reception would be everything that I dreamed of. I met with Rosa the week of the wedding and trucked in with a ton of props and decorations. She made sure that everything was exactly how I envisioned it--I wouldn't have changed a thing had I been able to set up myself (and as a true control freak, I really wanted to). My guests are still talking about how fantastic the food is (I HIGHLY recommend the mac and cheese station) , how friendly all of the staff was, and how beautiful the venue is. The guests, like Joe and I, loved being the only wedding there, having a separate space for cocktail hour, the gorgeous outdoor patios, the fabulous lobby and bar, the private space for the bridal suites, the huge, cleanly bathrooms, and of course the all wood ballroom floor (complete with chandeliers--just like Beauty and the Beast), which left plenty of room for dancing. Their packaging is so flexible--you are able to pick and choose everything from appetizers to the entrees to the placements of the tables and add-ons (we opted for a late night pizza station). This venue will work with your vision and pricing. We had about 200 people in attendance, and had an abundance of space, while still feeling intimate. I would guide any of my friends or family members toward Cascade for a wedding or any type of party--it'll be an event you'll never forget!

So many great things to say, where do I begin?!? When I first started planning my wedding, I saw Cascade in a magazine and told myself I was going to have my wedding there, no matter what. Well, after looking at different venues over a couple months, I did it!! And I do not have any regrets whatsoever!!!! The venue itself is so beautiful, my guests were in awe. The scenery for photos alone was amazing, as was our ceremony and reception. The food....oh my goodness, the food was to die for! Everyone had amazing things to say about the food! Then there was Domenic and Rosa. They were fantastic. They were great to talk to and work with throughout the entire process! And Rosa was absolutely AMAZING during my wedding! She made everything run so smoothly that I was not stressed at all! She even cleaned my dress and helped bustle it after the ceremony!! I even met the owner of Cascade, and he was so nice and amazing too!! Just a great place overall, and I am so happy I spent my special day with great people in a beautiful venue! Thank you Cascade!

I was so lucky to win my bridal shower at Cascade's bridal fair. Everyone loved the venue and the food. Domenic was great to work with and the staff graciously accommodated our guests with special diets. I've also attended a wedding at Cascade and everything was great. Highly recommend them for any event.

5 stars + for Cascade and their wonderful staff!! We dealt primarily with Domenic, who is knowledgable and friendly. Rosa helped us out the day of, and she was so accommodating and friendly as well. True professionals! Everyone was quick with an email response or return phone call. The venue is beautiful and spacious and neither my husband or I have a single compliant about our wedding day. It was perfect, thank you Domenic and Rosa!

Cascade was an excellent choice for out 300 person wedding! Dominic and Rosa were amazing! Rosa even added some of her secret touch to our reception. The food was absolutely amazing and the cocktail hour was great, too! I wish the bridal sweet was one room instead of two but we made it work!

We were thrilled with our decision to have our wedding reception at the Cascade. Dom was very easy to work with us and accommodating to make our day perfect. When it rained on our wedding day the staff was able to adjust seamlessly. They did a great job setting up all the extras we had brought it (photos, favors, etc). Would definitely recommend for any event!

Absolutely hands down best time of our lives both Rosa & Dominic were So helpful throughout the process quickly responses in emails so much input and help throughout our experience. After visiting numerous venues I quickly chose Cascade for the following reasons...

1. The overall décor had a very clean appeal (i.e. hardwood floors throughout the reception space, beautiful chandeliers, beautiful landscaping with plenty of indoor/outdoor space for guest to mingle).

2. The Staff - Rosa, Rosa, Rosa, out of all the venues I visited Rosa made me feel the most comfortable and presented a professional/friendly nature that left a more than positive impression on me. She made me feel like I had nothing to worry about in regards to the venue.

3. The Menu (Top of the Line) - I wanted my guests to have a great meal with great food choices which Cascade truly fulfilled, exceeding expectations. The cocktail hour options were great, the food was great, everything was G-R-E-A-T. My guests left the wedding stuffed!!!

Overall, my entire experience with Cascade was great. Rosa was very attentive throughout the entire process, very transparent & clear with costs, I never felt like she was trying to get over on us or that my bid day was just another wedding. Rosa provided us tips on ways to save and cut corners without lowering the value of the day, which were greatly appreciated!!! Additionally, on the day of the wedding Rosa & her team ensured my day ran smoothly. She honestly made me feel special! I would definitely recommend Cascade! THANK YOU!

My fiancé and I had could not have imagined a better wedding venue. I knew right when we got engaged that I wanted our reception at Cascade and didn't look anywhere else. Cascade is a very eligant venue that allows its patrons to have the entire venue to themselves. The food is amazing! It has a neutral color pallet allowing use of many color schemes without the possibility of clashing. The staff is very attentive and patient. My husband and I were very pleased. Our guests are still talking about the venue 5 months after our wedding. One of our wedding guests were so impressed that they booked Cascade for their wedding. My husband and I highly recommend Cascade.

This venue was perfect. I was married August 2015 and had my ceremony and reception at Cascade. The inside and outside are absolutely gorgeous. Rosa was extremely helpful from the moment we came to the Open House up until the actual wedding. She was there to answer questions and provide useful suggestions throughout the entire process.

On our wedding day our maitre d' helped things to go smoothly in spite of mishaps (that were not their fault) along the way. Our wedding was beautiful, the food was delicious, and our guests had nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend!

We only had 90 guests, so we used the downstairs garden room--it was gorgeous, and the perfect size. If I had to choose all over again...I would choose Cascades in a heartbeat!

We cannot say enough great things about the service, professionalism and experience we had at Cascade Fine Catering in Hamden CT for our recent wedding. From our first visit to the follow up and thank you emails (from them), the staff at Cascade was top notch and made me feel so comfortable about hosting my wedding at their venue. We worked with Rosa from start to finish, and she truly made my dream wedding come true. She was extremely attentive to all of my questions, and went out of her way to make sure that all of my crazy requests happened, even a pretzel/hot nuts truck to provide our guests with a NY style snack for the ride home!

Every single detail of our wedding plan came to life on November 7th - when we walked into Cascade and saw all of our personalized decorations and details displayed perfectly we were absolutely thrilled. The attention my husband and I and the bridal party received was top notch, especially when they made sure that we had plenty of food and drinks while doing our photos. Rosa checked in throughout the night to make sure that things were running smoothly and we were happy with everything.

The entire night went off without a hitch, and our guests are still raving about the incredible food, drinks, decor and details of our perfect day. Everyone went crazy for the mashed potato bar at cocktail hour, and loved the dessert bar with all of the Italian goodies, not to mention the meal itself - we have heard from multiple people that the filet was the best they've ever had! The pretzel/nut truck that Rosa coordinated was perfect, and our guests loved it!

These words do no justice to the service that Cascade provided us, and the incredible memories we have from our perfect wedding. The staff truly knows how to make a wedding flow perfectly, and allowed my husband and I to fully enjoy our day without worrying about anything. I cannot say enough good things about Cascade and their staff. Rosa was extremely friendly, flexible, and down to earth. Working with her made wedding planning a breeze! She responded to all of my emails in a timely manner and met with us anytime we had questions or concerns. She gave us great ideas and helped save us money wherever she could! The venue alone speaks for itself because it is so beautiful! Our guests were stunned! The grounds were perfect enough to do all of our pictures there and we are so happy with the different types of shots we got between the gardens, waterfalls, and inside decor. We really liked having cocktail hour held in a separate room to keep the main ballroom more of a surprise to our guests. The food was absolutely phenomenal and even though we chose to do stations, our guests loved it. There are so many different options that they offer and they enjoy getting creative. Also, the set up of the main ballroom is different from other venues in that the tables are oval instead of round, and that the dance floor is basically anywhere in the room you find a space, since it is entirely hardwood. It seemed to help the night flow better because we were able to dance around and get to spend time with all of our guests. The entire night went without flaw due to the staff at Cascade. We couldn't have picked a better reception venue!

We knew Cascade was going to throw us an awesome wedding....but they hit it out of the park. More than we could have ever hoped for. Rosa and Dominic were both fantastic to work with. We did not want to have one of those weddings where everyone leaves starving and hunting for the nearest drive-thru. The food was phenomenal and there was so much. Every guest we talked to said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. It is a gorgeous venue. All of the staff was spectacular (thank you Junior!!) and followed our extremely meticulous instructions to a tee. Every detail was executed exactly as we wanted. We could not have asked for better. Thank you so much. It was a dream.

We had our wedding here in May and it was the best decision we could have made. It was important for us to the be the only wedding at the venue so no one could wander in and that is a great feature of Cascade. From the moment we stepped foot on the property I knew was where our wedding was going to be. We had a daytime wedding and the lighting was perfect. The ballroom is absolutely stunning with the chandeliers and made for the perfect backdrop for our reception. Dominic helped us through the process and was there to accommodate our every need throughout the planning process. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch thanks to the wonderful team at Cascade all we had to do was sit back relax and enjoy our day. The food at Cascade is phenomenal for wedding food. We are still being told how delicious our food was from appetizers through entrees. Thank you Cascade for helping us plan our special day.

I recently had my wedding at Cascade, and it couldn't have gone better. They were very reasonably priced, and they were super helpful whenever we had a question. The venue was absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and we received many compliments throughout the night. There was a huge list of food for us to choose from, and it was all delicious. I would definitely recommend Cascade to anyone for a wedding venue.

In February 2013 I attended Cascades Bridal show knowing I was getting married there. I walked with my mother in law and mother through out and showed them everything cascade offered. Well, the end of the show drew near and low and behold the winner of the 2013 dream wedding was announced. It was me. So extatic. I could not believe it. Meeting with Rosa and Dom was a blessing. They made my dream a reality. In May of the same year my now husband was involved in a near fatal accident and possibly required assistance at the wedding. Rosa and Dom and Christina made sure everything went off without a hitch. I will forever be grateful to Rosa, Dom and the entire staff of Cascades for making my wedding a day to remember. Months later and my family and friend still insist it was the best wedding they have ever been too. Between the picturesque landscape to the food by their talented kitchen staff the drinks by their bartenders to the wait staff and management. I would recommend cascade for all your venue needs. Where do I start when trying to describe the absolute BEST wedding venue in Connecticut?! Upon the very first day of walking into Cascade to tour their venue, my now husband and I immediately knew that Cascade was perfect for us! It is so beautiful, clean, and modern. We especially loved the hard wood floors and "clean-slate" that the venue offers. Far too often, CT venues have ugly carpeting and curtains that clash with personal weddings colors, schemes, etc. Cascade's ballroom is so grand with their gorgeous chandeliers and neutral window treatments. The entire space is hardwood floors which provides a fantastic , never-too-crowded space for dancing! The outside grounds are so pretty and offer the perfect back drop for wedding photos. Rosa, Dominic and Alexa were always going above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience throughout the entire wedding planning process. They answered every question, and always made us feel so comfortable and stress-free! On the day of our wedding, Rosa was a saint! She is so incredibly good at her job. Her presence alone just makes you feel calm and confident that everything is going to go really well. She was finishing my sentences, guiding our steps, and making sure that we felt extra special and taken care of all night! She was making sure our food was warm and bringing us fresh drinks...we never had to think about anything! We were able to enjoy every second! Our guests are still raving about the "most incredible cocktail hour they have ever experienced". The food at Cascade is out of this world. Delicious and large portions that guests were thrilled with! My vendors all told us that Cascade's filet was the best filet they have ever had. From the service to the food to the beauty of the venue, and especially the really amazing family and waitstaff that runs it, Cascade was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. Cascade is the perfect venue for a wedding. My husband and I visited more than 10 venues before we chose Cascade, and there was no comparison. For the same prices as everywhere else we visited, the venue and food was 5 star vs a 2 or 3 star in the other venues. We had the entire venue for the duration of our cocktail hour and reception. Cascade has a look of complete elegance with the hardwood floors throughout and gorgeous chandeliers. From the appetizers to the main course the food was delicious. Our guests were more than pleased with the food, drinks, and wait staff. I would and will recommend Cascade in a heartbeat.

My mother hosted my bridal shower at Cascade. We were in the South side of the Crystal Ballroom. From the initial planning to the date of the shower, Rosa and Dominick were a pleasure to work with and very professional and responsive. First of all, the room was gorgeous! The chandeliers are dazzling. The food was delicious and the portions were large. There were many wait staff assigned and the service was very prompt. Whenever we asked for an accomodation like switching a guest's place setting or help with a task, the staff was quick to act and always had a nice manner. The women's bathroom is huge and beautiful as well. Easy off 1-95. Plenty of parking. I felt like a princess at my bridal shower! You will, too!!!

I attended Cascade for my first time while visiting a Bridal Show. I knew the minute I walked in, this was where I wanted to get married! From the friendly staff and amazing food to the venue itself, I fell in LOVE!! Out of curiosity, I did look at a few area facilities, but nothing compared. When we finally made the decision to book Cascade, they were very accommodating to my fiance and I. They arranged a time that worked for us and helped create a package that met all of our needs. Every time I had a question, I could call or email and everything was addressed promptly and professionally. The day of our wedding came up so quickly and they worked together to make our wedding day so special. The staff on our wedding day were able to keep us calm and organized throughout the whole day!! Who would have thought we would have our very own Wedding Planner at no extra cost!?!?! The service was amazing and the food was impeccable. We haven't heard one negative remark about our wedding day! The banquet room was set up perfectly and the entire day was flawless!! I can't thank the staff enough for all they did!! You can tell they have been doing this for a long time and that is something very important when selecting your reception location! I wish I could do it all over again and without a doubt, Cascade would be our place!!

I loved cascade from the first bridal expo I went to but I wanted to wait until seeing other places. After seeing 5 other venues my heart was still with cascade! The location, the details in and outside. I even loved the consistency of decor all year long, and delicious food all year long! The seasons had no impact on the elegance and beauty of the venue. I used the piano and that brought such an old school glamour to the event. I fell in love with the flowers in spring and summer, and even the leaves and snow in autumn and winter. The staff and follow through with every aspect made me feel treated as royalty. Everyone was wonderful, especially the owners and managers! They were accommodating and having MS that was a very important part of how my evening went! Thank you Domenic and Rosa, it was a pleasure meeting and working with you both. I would definitely do business with you in the future and recommend anyone to have there most cherished day at Cascade!

I love this place. The service was great and the food was delicious. This venue have a fairy tale decor that went well with my wedding theme. They had friendly staff and it was a wonderful experience getting married there.

Please, if you want to have your absolute dream wedding, have it at Cascade. This venue is absolutely breathtaking, elegant, and modern. The staff is top notch. They are extremely respectful and do everything with a smile. Rosa was amazing to work with, she made everything easy during the stress of the day. The wait staff was prompt and friendly, and food was out quickly. Everything was cooked to perfection (people couldn't stop talking about the food).The bartenders made the best drinks and were so pleasant. I could go on and on about Cascade. We are so happy that we chose Cascade for our weeding. Everything was perfect. The food, staff and service was more than I expected it to be. I would highly recommend Cascade for a flawless wedding.

From the moment I looked at Cascade's website I fell in love with the place! Everything about Cascade is amazing! Our guests raved about the food, the bar, the service from the waitstaff, and the beautiful decor. Our cocktail hour was in the garden room, which is downstairs. Unfortunately, my grandparents and a few other elderly guests could not handle going up or down the stairs so they stayed in the foyer on the main floor. Before my grandparents could even ask if a plate of appetizers could be sent up, the owner had already sent the waitstaff to bring them a tray of their own. To me that is such great service and I really appreciated that! The managers Domenic and Rosa are so helpful and sweet and they are there to make sure everything runs smoothly.

I saw a picture of Cascade's ballroom at a bridal show and knew instantly that I needed to have my wedding there! The ballroom and grounds are absolutely breath taking. The food was so delicious. The service was great and overall we were really pleased with the venue. I'd recommend Cascade to any bride I know!

Cascades was AMAZING. Domenic was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and responded to emails and phone calls within hours. On the day of, the entire staff worked efficiently, professionally and everything ran smoothly. I was very satisfied with the service we received. The grounds are gorgeous and the ballroom is just breathtaking. They put out all of my decor beautifully. Just perfect.

We are so happy that we chose to have our ceremony and reception at Cascade! Our guests told us that they had never seen such a beautiful venue, and we definitely agree! The flowers and landscaping, waterfalls and archways all look magical in our photos outside. We had a picture-perfect ceremony at the pergola, surrounded by flowers and the tall trees and hedges that give the ceremony site privacy from the road and the rail trail. Everyone has also commented on how impressive the reception hall looked with its tall ceilings and chandeliers, the grand staircase, large dance floor, and unique oval tables. The food at Cascade was so delicious too! We only heard rave reviews about all of the appetizers and meal choices!
Rosa and Domenic worked with all of our vendors to ensure that everything went without a hitch for our rehearsal and on our wedding day. Throughout the wedding planning process, they were quick to answer questions by email and were helpful when we visited to tour the grounds. When looking for a wedding venue, we toured around 15 venues and Cascade stood out as the most elegant site for both the outdoor ceremony and the reception in the grand ballroom. I had my wedding at Cascade, in June 2013. Although we felt like the wedding day flew right by, Everything about the event was absolutely perfect! The weather was amazing and allowed us to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony under the big white pergola. Our coordinator Rosa ran our wedding so smoothly, it was like a dream. The food (done by Rosa's Husband the chef for Cascade) was delicious!!! It was extremely important to us that we incorporated a Portuguese Menu since most of my guests were Portuguese. My groom and I didn't have a chance to enjoy all the food since we had to greet 145 guests at the reception, but we have only heard nothing but raves about how much food there was at cocktail hour and also how yummy everything was. I can say that I was lucky enough to inhale some of the jumbo shrimps from our cocktail hour because Cascade had set up a nice layout for my bridal party and us in the bridal suite after the ceremony while our guests were enjoying cocktail hour downstairs. They really made sure we were taken care of and fed. Rosa even went out of her way to have some of the Paella we had added as a specialty to our cocktail hour, brought up to me to enjoy simply because I had inquired about how it was! That is superior!! I honestly can't say enough about Rosa, She went above and beyond considering the amount of Do-It-Yourself bins I had dropped off the day before of all my wedding decorations. She was so professional, competent, organized, and a true sweetheart. So many of our guests are gushing over how beautiful our venue was and how much fun they had at our wedding. I've had a few people tell us that we should get married all over again and again 'cause they want to relive the day. I hope that I am lucky enough to attend a wedding at Cascade as a guest in the future or else I might not be able to resist attending any (and every) bridal show hosted there. LOL It is just so perfect! Can't wait to share pictures when we get them back!!

From the minute I stepped foot inside Cascade, I knew that was were I wanted my reception. The place is gorgeous, inside and out. We had our reception in the main ballroom and it was PERFECT! It features hardwood floors (no ugly, busy rugs anywhere!) and a high ceiling with beautiful chandeliers. I think my favorite was the double-sided staircase with the balcony. What a way to make your entrance as husband and wife! The best part about the space having hardwood floors and neutral colored curtains is you can decorate it as you like, without having to worry about color clash!

Outside there are plenty of places to take wonderful photos, including the two different waterfalls.

Better than the aesthetics is the food. It was phenomenal! So many people came up to us after dinner and were raving about the food. Even after the wedding, people mentioned how good the food was. It's not your typical wedding food...it's like eating at a 5 star restaurant. From the appetizers to the main course, everything was delicious! And they have so many menu options!

On top of a beautiful setting and great food, the staff was amazing. I worked with Domenic in planning the reception and Rosa was there on our wedding day, making sure everything went smoothly. Both were so accommodating. As was the chef, who made a special request come true.

I cannot say enough great things about this venue. I am so happy I picked this location and I would do it over again in a heartbeat!

Cascades was a wonderful place from the time we arrived from the church till the time we left we had A+++ service. We got there and the staff was wonderful. They were willing to help us with everything we needed and did it with a nice smile on their faces. They (Rosa) were also very accommodating they worked with us on everything. Rosa was also there every step of the way during the reception. She kept us updated and made sure everything went smoothly. During cocktail hour while everyone was downstairs eating they kept our food fully stocked. The food was AMAZING!!!! I don't things could have gone any smoother!!! Would tell anybody to have their wedding here!!!!

I just had my wedding at Cascade Friday, August 24. I have to say, everything was absolutely perfect. Fantastic fantastic staff. Wonderful decor, great location, amazing food. You should not have ANY reservations booking Cascade. They will not disappoint. Our wedding was the day of our dreams thanks to the staff and ambiance at Cascade. Rosa was our coordinator and she was the best. She provided the structure we needed for the wedding to go off without a hitch, but also made certain that my groom and I were always taken care of, and that both are parents were as well. You get amazing bang for your bucks, as they are very reasonably priced, but our guests probably thought we broke the bank. It was first class all the way. I had never heard of Cascade when I started looking for venues a year ago. It was the perfect location for us, as many of our friends and family are scattered around the state, so it was a good midpoint. I am not sure why more brides have not discovered this gem of a place. Everything appears new, crisp and clean looking (no old ugly carpet or ugly decor, as many other places we have been to). It has a very elegant look, HUGE dancefloor, high ceilings, elegant staircase and neutral decor ready for a bride to personalize with her own touches. The outdoor gardens and ceremony area are gorgeous and well maintained with an ourdoor fountain, lawns and gorgeous flowers and landscaping. Their downstairs garden room was perfect for our cocktail hour. Thankfully the weather cooperated, but they had a great grand lobby if we had to have the wedding indoors. Again, I cannot say enough about the staff. Dominic booked our wedding. He really worked with us to put together the menu we wanted, and also gave great hints and advice when we needed it. We could not have asked for a better place to host our wedding ceremony & reception. The people there are absolutely amazing when it comes to organization. The layout was perfect, the professionalism was impecable, and the food was delicious. We would do it again in a heart beat!!

I have no idea were to begin...everything about Cascade is amazing. Rosa is such a sweetheart and Dominic is wonderful. They both were just a phone call away and would even call in to see how things were going during the planning stages, occasionally offered help/advice as well. I fell in love with Cascade after the first meeting and was sold the night of the food tasting (which I highly recommend attending). Nothing else compares to the quality of service and the setting/facilities. You absolutely get everything you pay for here, and then some!

Our ceremony was held outside at the Pergola and was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were well-maintained and the tulip blossoms looked wonderful. The waterfall was also a great background for many pictures.

The reception was phenomenal! The food can easily be compared to the best 5-star restaurants. We still are getting compliments on how wonderful everything was, from the cocktail hour to the tiers of heaven. The service was wonderful and our waiters were there when we needed anything and brought us food/drinks during cocktails and made sure we were ok during the reception.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Casacde!!! The staff there's amazing, from begging to end they treated me with the upmost respect and no question I had was unanswered or treated inconsequential. Honestly my dream wedding would not have been just that if I didn't have it at Casacde! The ballroom is like no other, even the oval tables add an element that other venues done have. The food was delicious and the drinks were constantly flowing!!

I fell in love with Cascade from the moment I walked into the ballroom. I had looked at numerous wedding venues, but this one was the only one that had me utter "Wow" when I walked through the doors. I loved the open floor plan. Our guests had plenty of room to move around, and the entire room was a dance floor! The beautiful staircase allows for a grand entrance and allows plenty of time for the bridal party to start the party and get everyone excited for a fun night. The chandeliers are stunning and added to the elegance. The outdoor patio and furniture allowed guests to enjoy the weather and surroundings. The food is phenomenal with several options to choose from. The staff was very attentive and really took care of our guests. We received numerous compliments from family and friends on the quality of service, food, and the physical attributes of the venue itself. Rosa and Dominic were accommodating of our needs and had several suggestions to make the most of our night, including recommended a variety of high quality vendors. Our wedding night was more unbelievable then I ever could have imagined, and Cascade is responsible for a good part of it!!

Gorgeous place that is still unknown to many people. Everyone was very pleasantly surprised. This is going to be the next biggest Wedding Venue! I highly recommend.

After an atrocious experience with anither cendor in North Haven, my wife and I gave up our deposit and went searching for a better place with a more amiable staff. This place was a dream come through. My wife and I got married here in October of 2014 and we could t be happier. We met a few times with Dominick, who was so friendly and accommodating. We only had 80 guests attending our wedding and wanted the grand ballroom for our reception, but to book the ballroom, it required 150-160 people. Dominick let us pay for 160 people and put all the extra money into upgrading the menu choices. Our guests got to choose between lobster tail, filet mignon, vegetable Napoleon, and chicken francaise, and we had a raw bar, a chocolate fountain and ice cream for dessert.

The wedding was beautiful, and we were treated how a bride and groom should be treated. The only minor issue we encountered was the phone lines went down for two weeks in the month before our wedding, so I had to drive down there a couple times to confirm various details. Still, amazing venue, amazing staff, and amazing food.

Everyone at Cascade was wonderful to work with during the entire planning process (almost 2 years)! The best decision we made was to have our reception at Cascade. I can't thnk of a more amazing venue to have had our wedding (and I looked at plenty!). The ballroom and grounds are beautiful and we've heard nothing but great things from our guests about the ambience and food (I'm still craving the jalapeno poppers and crab cakes we had as appetizers!) Cascade really went above and beyond: They met with us after normal hours several times when the only time we could make it was after work. They also threw in some extra Portuguese appetizers when they found out the majority of our guests were Portuguese. They were always making sure we had everything we needed the night of our wedding. I'm already trying to think of a reason to have another party at Cascade... maybe a future anniversary party?!

Everything went great with our wedding at Cascade. Everyone we encountered was helpful and addressed all of our questions and concerns. The day of the wedding ran smoothly thanks to the help of Rosa and another young lady whose name I'm sorry I forgot. All of our guests had nothing but good things to say about the food and the venue itself. I'd definitely recommend them for events.

Our wedding was a dark cold day in April and everyone didn't even know it while we were at cascade… the atmosphere was amazing! Everyone tells me they loved loved loved the food at cocktail hour and dinner… which yes I did get to eat was the best banquet food I had ever had! I've worked many years in the industry and know what can go wrong so I was ready for anything but I have to say nothing did and I'd it did they never let me know it! Even though I would never ever have a wedding again ( too much stress) I would come back to cascade for any event!

Cascade prices were very reasonable (we received a discounted rate for a day wedding on a holiday weekend), and the food was incredible! All of my guests commented on how beautiful the venue was, and some even said they were going to use them for their children's upcoming weddings because the loved it so much.

Cascade was the most magical place for my winter wedding. The high ceilings, staircase, and huge dance floor area made for an amazing atmosphere, plus their winter decorations were just beautiful. We had the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception all in the venue, which we had to ourselves. It was perfect and the staff was great - helping with questions along the way. They were a little disorganized during the rehearsal, but it all worked out in the end. Everyone raved about the food as well, which is important! I would highly recommend this as a venue for a beautiful wedding.

It was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. Ms. Rosa was highly professional and worked with us and our other vendors with great flexibility. We are so very glad we chose Cascade and switched from our old venue which was a nightmare as they closed down. They maintain the building very well and just re-did the flooring in their dance floor area. We rented the downstairs room for our cocktail hour and main ballroom for the reception.You do get what you pay for at Cascade which is, excellent services. I will surely recommend this venue to anyone.

We had our wedding reception and cocktail hour at Cascade in September 2015. We had a very large wedding (260 people) and the staff at Cascade was great! Rosa and her team made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night, and kept us on schedule! Everyone raved about the food at cocktail hour.. and at dinner for that matter! Even though the groom and I barely got to eat, the staff made sure to leave our dishes at the sweetheart table until we told them it was okay to take it away, it was great knowing they weren't rushing us to eat.

I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs a large venue and great service!

A very beautiful venue with awesome staff. Dominic & Rosa felt like part of the party becuase they just jumped in & helped when needed!

Overall good experience with this vendor. The only two draw backs was that they forgot to bring out the ice cream with our cake which we had provided, and one of the servers was rude to my sister. Otherwise Dominik was great to work with. I wish he was working the day of my wedding though. The food was pretty good. The hall was beautiful. I loved the high ceilings and the staircase that led down into the room for our entrance.

Our Reception was gorgeous. The most amazing night of my life. Rosa, at Cascade is the reason that everyone loves the place, I am convinced. She did everything to make sure that our night was not anything less than perfect. The food was amazing and the entire place is absolutely gorgeous. Every single person we have talked to after the wedding, has said that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Cascade is expensive, that is the only thing, if you are trying to work with a budget you might want to try and find a place that looks similar but that charges less. Otherwise, it was great and Rosa is really the reason that the entire facility does great. Ask for her if you want to use Cascade.

The ceremony occurred and the guests seemed to have had a good enough time. People liked the food. But from my end as the groom, it felt rushed and disorganized, and that we were being largely ignored because it was a small wedding in the smaller room. We just wish there was a better plan and adequate facilities when the moment actually came.

We had our wedding at Cascade July 9 of this year. As soon as I saw the beautiful garden and waterfall features outside I knew this was the perfect place. It’s just the perfect place to have an outdoor summer wedding. Rosa worked with me during the planning process and made everything easy. Our guests loved everything especially the food.

While all that was great the actual wedding day for me was unbelievably stressful and it all was caused by a major lack of organization and communication from the staff at Cascade.

My now husband and I made a few trips to the venue and each time Rosa had no idea who we were. She had to ask for our names and the wedding date even at our last meeting which was a weeks prior. On our wedding day I arrived to find another wedding in progress despite being told very clearly that only one event takes place at a time. I asked the very unhelpful staff member who was ushering in guests where my bridal room was, to which he answered it’s in use but I could sit in the sales office. After that confusion I asked to take to Rosa, again the only person I had worked with up until this point and she was nowhere to be found. Another woman who’s name I don’t recall associated us by mostly barking orders at me.

Once our ceremony started the guests from the other wedding started to file out and many stood around staring at me which was so uncomfortable.

During the reception I was annoyed to see the custom made welcome sign I asked to be set up for guests to use as a guest book was on the floor and the provided markers were missing. Also we had a relative who is allergic to onions and arranged a special meal did not get her food. It was as if that conversation never happened.

I really could keep going about all the small details that were overlooked or lied about but instead I’ll just say if you want to feel special on your special day you should look at another venue.

First I want to say that the location is beautiful and the food was very good. Our wedding was very poorly run. We booked the ceremony to start at 5. Our photographer was looking fir management to start it and they said they thought it was starting at 530. Our guests were all seated. We asked to have cocktails on the patio but they never removed the chairs so that didn't happen. I should mention when we arrived to set up they said we needed table numbers but no one advised us. We were left running to the store for numbers and candiles. We had no intention of having cocktails in the bridal suite but no one asked us so they brought food up there. No one served our cupcakes. It was really a disaster as far as how it was run. On a positive note our guests had no idea how nothing went as planned. Thanks

This year marks my 10th year in the wedding industry. I n all the years I have never expericed such a horrible situation as I did with Cascade. On top of that, as so many other reviews have stated, terrible communication, practically no communication. Very shady.
