  Cory and his team at Casale Jewelers are the only people I shop for jewelry with in Staten Island. Price is never something I need to worry about and they are just fun to hang out with while I am there. There is nothing stuffy about these guys. They make you feel like a friend and family, remember your name and actually try to learn about you, your significant other and what you actually like. I can't say enough about how different it is shopping with them, compared to any other jewelry store I have shopped in the area. I have had two friends buy engagement rings from him, recently, and all of them called and told me the same thing. Thank you!

  I purchased my wife’s engagement ring, our wedding bands and a gift for my wife on our wedding day all from Casale over the past year. The service here is exceptional and Karen was so helpful with picking everything out. She went over all of the details of the diamond for the engagement ring and gave detailed explanation of different diamonds and the pricing for each. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to diamonds and she made the process of picking out an engagement ring so much easier for me. When it came to wedding bands, Casale has a huge selection and again Karen was very helpful in provided the details on the different kinds of rings. The rest of the staff is very friendly and professional, the prices are reasonable and we couldn’t be happier with our purchases. Worth the trip from NJ to receive this great service. Thanks Casale!

  Great company with wonderful people who were exceptionally helpful when my fiancé was selecting my engagement ring. Honest and down to earth employees that made us feel like family. Will be back for our wedding bands soon.

  They were absolutely amazing!!!! Made our vision fir our wedding rings come true ..... I get stopped a few times a week telling me how gorge it is! And the service is incredible ..... I never worried one second . THANK YOU!!!!!!!

  Casale Jewelers was where I started my engagement ring shopping. They taught me everything I needed to know when choosing a diamond. The staff was so kind and patient with me, I never felt the pressure of being pushed into a sale. After several unpleasant experiences with other jewelers near and far, I made my way back to Casale and purchased a beautiful Forevermark diamond. Casale does not only offer the highest quality pieces of jewelry, but such friendly & trustworthy service. They will be my family jeweler from here on!

  Casale is one of my favorite Staten Island businesses. My fiance had my grandmother's diamond set into my engagement ring there, and we were so happy with the experience that we went back for our wedding bands. Months later, the staff remembered who we were and they treat us like celebrities every time we walk in. I love this place!

  Our wedding bands were given to us as gifts. But I did purchase gifts for the wedding party from Casale. Staff was friendly and overall I found everything I was looking for.

  Stay away from this jewelry place.My friend shared an ad on facebook about this jeweler and how they were doing a buy one get one free wedding band.The day of the promotion, She also won a trip to las Vegas. When we went, fell in love with the two bands that we picked. We put a down payment and they told us the rings would be done in 2 weeks. That weekend they called us telling us we also won the trip to las Vegas. Whoo hooo. Nope it was all a scam. We had to pay about 300 dollars for the trip through (casablanca) go and check out their reviews. After 4 weeks without hearing about my rings, we called and they said my rings were in but they wanted to call me when my friends rings were in too. What does my friends order have to do with mine. Not to mention , she made a decision to send back my friends ring bc it was "ugly" Who is she to make that decision for them ? Then i told them about my las vegas trip and how it was a scam . She didnt know what to say but she will have the owner call me, that never happened. Finally, my friend picked up her rings, and they were different in diamond size and weight size.. basically you pay for the one you get through their "promotion" but they give you a different one (less value) not thinking people will notice and its definitely nothing she picked out. Her soon to be husband band looked like something you get from china. She told casale he doesnt want anything too big, but it was definately too big. We went to casale together and they did the same "swap" that they did with my friend to my rings. One of the rings was not what I picked . Also neither one were a size 5. She was pleaded with me saying it definately is a size 5 . Close to 2 hours of so much mess up . I couldnt do it anymore and i ask for my money back, which i got. They were selling me .45 carat for $1900. Im getting 2 carats now from the diamond district for $2200. Much much better quality rings and not cloudy.Unfortunately, they are giving my friend a hard time wit
