The Best Venue!
We loved having our special day here and we could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was so amazing from the apps, to the service, to the parking, to the day of coordinator, to the food, to the staff!! I cannot rave and recommend enough this venue. Our families are still talking about how beautiful everything was. We got married in Feb and it was supposed to rain but we chose this venue because of the indoor/outdoor ceremony option and we are so glad we did! We had to change from indoor to outdoor a few days before and I am so glad we did because it rained *which we loved) and the indoor space worked even better for our overall theme! If you want a stress free wedding venue that takes care of all the big details and has amazing food and service, look no further!Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery's reply:

This place was amazing for our July wedding!
My fiance and I were married last month at Casa and it was amazing! Virginia and Kara, and all of the staff were amazing since the moment we first went to tour the venue about 8 months before our big date. They were all so extremely professional, kind, responsive and very helpful in our planning throughout. Casa offers everything included, or you can further personalize. We chose to use everything that is provided (white linens, chairs, china, etc). We were not disappointed. Everything looked so elegant. And the food - the food was amazing. All of our guests raved about how delicious the food was (we offered our guests a choice of chicken gruyere as well as the filet mignon). They also accommodated several people with multiple allergies (we were told by the guests that the chef came out and directly spoke with them to walk through the ingredients). This and other personal touches throughout the night helped make our night so memorable. It is a beautiful venue with lots of options! I was very concerned at first on how such a large space could accommodate my relatively small wedding of 93 people. But it worked perfect! We chose to have an ivory curtain that blocked off the cocktail hour inside, but it would have been fine without. The vineyards were perfect for sunset photos. We really can't say enough good things about this place. We highly recommend having your wedding here especially if (like us) you want/need the extra help in planning your day. They treated us wonderfully. We loved how we were able to enjoy cocktail hour while taking photos. There were two servers that accompanied us during pictures with a cart food of food and drinks - such an awesome touch! Having a day- of coordinator was another great part of Casa's wedding package. We loved how we were just able to show up and enjoy our wedding! The staff made it about as stress free as a wedding could possibly be. Our wedding was on a Thursday evening which offers a discounted rate - it was a fantastic value for what we got. We highly recommend Casa!Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery's reply:

-Casa real exceeded all our expectations and even beyond! Im so glad that we chose Casa Real as the venue for our daughter’s 18th birthday last February 19, 2024. Their staff were very professional, kind and helpful from our initial inquiry, first meeting with Jenny, booking the venue, payments, food tasting, planning, and the day of the event. Kara was so amazing. She was the contact person after we have booked the venue from initial to final payments, schedule of food tasting and all our other inquiries. She never got tired of answering all our questions and making things happen for us. We could not asked for a better coordinator than Carly. She was simply the BEST! From planning up to the day of the event she worked so hard to make that day the best birthday ever for our daughter. She coordinated not only with us but also with our different vendors. On the day of the event, she made sure they got all the details from centerpiece, table set up, seating plan, bows on each chair, display of our daughter’s awards and artworks that we have provided were all in its perfect place. She even provided snacks and drinks at the suite where me and my daughter had our make up done and changed. Our 200 plus guests were so amazed by how beautiful and big the venue was and the set-up. It would have been much nicer if it was not raining and probably during summer time when all the vines have all grown back again. They were also impressed with the food from the appetizers, salad to main entree as well as the service. The salad was so good, the herb crusted cod and NY steak was cooked perfectly and delicious. The open bar was superb. Our guests were raving about how efficient and good were all the bartenders. Their system of noting the guests seating arrangement, food choices and guests’ allergies were efficient and organized. Another thing I love about them was that they allowed us to have my daughter’s favorite cake and desserts as well as Boba drinks from our own vendors. They also allowed us to provide our own bowls of instant ramen, spoons and chopsticks, as our after-party snacks which was another favorite of my daughter. My only regret was not extending the party time. Our guests were having so much fun they wish there was more time to dance and enjoy the after party snacks. -

I have been fortunate to make my living as a professional photographer for over 3 decades, worked at countless venues all over the nation. Now base in Livermore CA, I feel extreme fortunate to be able to work at Casa Real. Casa Real hands down is one of the best wedding/event venues. The staff is top notch, truly focused on their clients and making the wedding/event run seamlessly! As a wedding/event photographer managing time, details, individuals, while still being creative is the goal at every wedding and event. This can be a challenge at times. One of the things that allows me to do my job more efficiently is have a supporting staff around me. The staff at Casa Real definitely fits this description! I know that when I have a wedding/event at Casa Real I am going to be working with the best! If you are considering wedding/event venues put Casa Real on top of your list. Beautiful venue, amazing food, and a staff that knows the meaning of great customer service!

The Casa Real staff, Kara, and Alyssa are all amazing! All the guests were raving about how great the service was. From the beginning to end, the experience was wonderful and they answered all our emails so quickly. On the day of, the staff made sure my husband and I had water and left a platter of food in the bridal suite for us. Without our coordinator, Alyssa, I don’t know what we would have done. Everything ran so smoothly and even better than expected. I can’t wait to come back again and attend a wedding here as a guest! -

Casa Real made all of our wedding dreams come true! It is a challenge to write a review that is not pages long, because there are so many amazing things to say about the Casa Real office team, event planning team, day-of staff, venue, food…. From the first day we toured the property, my parents and husband and I were sold on this venue. It was apparent right away that the team is full of experts who know about every detail that goes in to a wedding, and if you don’t have the answer they are ready to guide you with options and recommendations. We felt like we were in such great hands with Kara and Antonella during the planning phase, and I cannot give high enough praise for Kelsea. Kelsea was our day-of coordinator, and all of my wedding party and family agreed she was a STAR throughout the day. She was so sweet and fun with our wedding party during the rehearsal, and everyone felt so comfortable with her on the day of the wedding. She was so good at checking in with us and our parents throughout the night. We did not hire a wedding planner, but we always felt like we had one with Casa running point. The day of our wedding ran so smoothly and we even were ahead of schedule at some points. Our day felt fun and exciting and EASY, and I attribute all of that to Casa’s expert team handling everything in the background.
Casa’s preferred vendor list is top-notch and well curated so that they can recommend the best vendors in the area who are also all well-acquainted with each other. Every vendor we worked with was so complimentary of Casa Real and the work they do, and we couldn’t agree more. In addition to the impeccably appointed property (the foyer, sun garden, amber room, and grand salon are stunning even without wedding decor), one other standout from our wedding is easily the FOOD. From the snacks in the bridal suite, to the cocktail hour appetizers, to the generous and delicious entrees, to our late night donuts and french fries, to the well-stocked (and beautiful) bar, I was so proud that all of our wedding food was DELICIOUS. (One note in particular: we had multiple guests tell us this was by far the best vegetarian meal they had ever had at any wedding!) Everything about Casa Real deserves five stars - I am so thankful to their whole team! -

Autumn Wedding at Casa Real magical!
11/10/22 Autumn wedding at CASA REAL was spectacular! The vineyards were highlighted with brilliant colors, which enhanced our photos! More importantly, the VENUE was top notice, starting with @karaandrews and @alyssastewart, who were willing to listen to and make specific requests happen! the transition from the Amber room to the ballroom was seamless never saw any movement from the staff. It just happened behind the scenes. Now, regarding the MENU, the CHEFS and the staff hit it out of the park! Our guests, a week later, are still calling to tell us how great each food choice was. From the appetizers to the display tables, main entree, late-night snacks, and our Donut Flambee bar!

The BEST venue & team, THANK YOU!!!
If you are looking for a venue for your dream wedding then you should definitely check out Casa Real! They made sure everything ran smoothly and was always there for us to answer and help us with the million questions we had.
They made sure the wedding had everything we wanted from tons of delious food to a last minute tea cermony and even snowballs! The venue was breathtakingly beutiful on its own, which helped us with saving on decorations.
The team was very helpful throughout the planning stages and the event itself to make sure everything ran smoothly and on time and they even made sure we got a chance to try all the food! They made sure we were well fed throughout from a champagne cart to platters of each item during our cocktail hour. We even had a full spread of apps and each of our specialty drinks ready for us at our sweetheart table!
They even have an in house bakery that made our delious cakes. We wanted to make sure everyone had a slice of cake at our wedding and the bakery was able to help us make custom centerpiece cakes for each table and also provided us with a wonderful spread for our dessert bar!
It was a magical day that we will never forget and it was all thanks to the great team at casa real. Special thanks to Genevieve, Kara and team for helping make sure everything ran smoothly from the beginning to end, THANK YOU for helping us with our dream wedding!!! -

I have so many good things to say about Casa Real, I don’t know where to start! When my husband and I were touring venues, Casa Real immediately stood out to us because of how beautiful it was - it’s a lovely villa nestled in a field of vineyards - but also because of the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. After booking them, so many of our other vendors expressed how much they liked working with Casa Real - “They are such a well-oiled machined”, “They are so on top of things that if anything went wrong, you would never know”, “You can’t do better than Casa Real for a wedding venue in this area” are so of the comments we heard, and we couldn’t agree more. Tammy, our dedicated Casa Real wedding coordinator, did an excellent job in walking us through the planning process during our meetings. She is dedicated, hard-working, and so pleasant to work with. She, Kara, and the rest of the Casa Real staff were so kind, friendly, and very available by phone and email to answer our questions. We also loved the option of having the ceremony in either the Amber Room or the Sun Garden - this is REALLY important for this area. Especially with summer weddings, you never know if there will be California fires or 100+ F weather, so it’s so beneficial to have the option of switching indoors. We actually ended up switching the ceremony location a few days before because of inclement weather. The day of our wedding was a dream come true - everything ran so seamlessly, smoothly, and on time due to Casa Real’s expertise and careful planning. I HIGHLY recommend them if you’re looking for a wedding venue. -

We could not have chosen a better wedding venue! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, we received so many compliments on the delicious food and premium drinks, and the staff was extremely helpful and made wedding planning much easier with trackers, suggested timelines, etc. Our wedding coordinator Jasmyn was so organized during our planning meetings (and on the Wedding day), made us feel at ease, and prioritized our vision for the day! We also worked closely with Kara during the planning process who was very supportive and always prompt to respond to any questions we had.
We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Casa Real in August and the day could not have been more perfect. We highly recommend Casa Real as a wedding venue!!

The BEST I could have asked for!
Casa Real really went above and beyond my expectations when it came to wedding venues. The venue is not just beautiful, but the staff and all the wonderful people I worked with were so kind, responsive, and made sure that everything, down to the last detail, was perfect.
From the day I first contacted the venue, the staff were so kind to answer all of my questions and concerns. They even accommodated our schedule to have a tour during the weekday, though it wasn’t their usual time. Emailing back and forth and making decisions about the wedding was so seamless that it was kind of scary not to be worrying about everything.
Leading up to the wedding, I was assigned Antonella as my day-of coordinator and I couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job. She was quick to respond to emails and make any adjustments when last minute changes occurred. I especially thank her for the day of the wedding because I didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING. The reception at Casa Real and thanks to Antonella and all of the staff, the reception went so smoothly that, again, it was scary. She made sure me and the groom were comfortable and handled all the little details. What an amazing person to work with!
As for the catering, everything was top notch. I have friends who came from SoCal (the land of boba drinks) and they were even impressed by the boba bar that we added to the wedding from Casa Real. All the guests were fawning over the appetizers and were even asking for more even after it all ran out. The reception food was amazing, especially the pork shoulder. The dessert was even more amazing! I still dream about the creme brulee shortbread and mini blueberry cheesecakes.
Overall, you can’t get anything better than Casa Real in my opinion. If I could redo my wedding all over again, I would still go with Casa Real because that’s how good my experience was from the very beginning up until the wedding day. -

I just had my wedding at at Casa Real and it was a magical experience! Genevieve was our wedding coordinator and was a delight to work with. We had lots of plans and items that needed to happen and come out at the right times during the evening. Genevieve and her staff made out lots of attention to detail and made sure the event is as organized as it possibly can be. I was very impressed with the level of service that we received and I still hear compliments from our guests till this day! The food and beverages were great as well. Overall, it was a fabulous time at Casa Real. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants an incredible experience for their special day!!! -

We could not have asked for a better wedding day. I already knew I wanted to get married at Casa Real since my husband and I went to prom together here, but I was completely blown out of the water the entire night. The staff and venue were incredibly kind, organized, and my guests could not stop raving about how much fun they had, how good the food was, and how smoothly the night went. Going through their preferred vendors, having the rentals, food, and open bar already done on site made wedding planning a breeze. My only regret was that we didn’t add on more time to the night. We got a day of coordinator, Carly who was the BEST. My dress and one of the bridesmaids dresses entirely broke before the ceremony and reception and she kept us all calm, and fixed both problems. She handled all the fires that arose and I don’t think I would’ve been able to relax that day as much as I did without her!! My husband and I also had our own personal servers and we did not have a single empty drink the entire night. -

I could not have asked for a more professional, organized, excellent venue for my wedding this past October. We were doing a multicultural wedding and were really only looking at Palm Events Center and Casa Real as our options for our ~250 guests. We booked almost 15 months in advance and got one of the last peak season wedding dates in late October.
I could go on and on about how great Casa Real is but I'll keep it to a few simple points:
TEAM: Kara, Marlena, and Nicole are top of line event planners, people managers, and venue coordinators. They are highly responsive, even with the most minute of details. They are always willing to help out and offer information and guidance where asked for. I did not hire a wedding planner and relied on Casa Real and a day of coordinator (Marlena) to plan and execute the wedding. It was a lot of work but would not have been possible without the expert help of the venue and its team. They didn't miss a beat in terms of communicating with us and among each other. We used a lot of the vendors recommended by Casa Real and the familiarity they had with working together really made the planning process smooth. I've had at least one vendor tell me that they wouldn't have worked with me without a wedding planner if not for the great reputation of Casa Real.
VENUE: We had a long and complex day and were doing two ceremonies and given Casa Real's large space were able to do one ceremony in the gorgeous Sun Garden and the second ceremony in the Amber room. The flow of the space and crowd management led by Marlena was absolutely expert. Our guests were seamlessly led from one room/ part of the wedding to the other without much difficulty or issue. This made for the SMOOTHEST guest experience.
MULTICULTURAL: Casa Real gave flexibility to me to bring in my own caterer since I wanted Indo-Chinese catering. They also had a stage I could use for the mandap. They also had a perfectly nice route among the vineyards in the front of the venue for my husband's baraat (where he rides in on a horse). Their snack and food choices included cool things like boba tea and mexican churros with hot chocolate.
SERVICE: I mean they set up everything. When the rentals came in, Casa Real's team was on it setting up tables and linens and plates and gifts in accordance with how I laid it out. It was perfect.
CONNECTION: Casa Real's team really does their best to help you execute a perfect wedding and for that I am so grateful. They really do have their couples (especially their brides) top of mind all the time. And they don't make you feel crazy even if you might be crazy.
I love this venue and its team! Thank you for helping me plan an amazing wedding! -

Casa Real is a true gem of a place! We got married there 3 months ago and find excuses to go back to see the space and the people!
Every single teammate on the Casa Real team was hard-working, genuine and responsive. The culture is extremely client-centered, which was welcomed when there are so many people/vendors to work with. They really made it easy for us to have an authentically us wedding. Our wedding coordinator and Alli worked extremely well together in getting everything done leading to and during the wedding.
The venue is gorgeous, well maintained both inside and outside. There are four different spaces for different ‘feels’ for your respective event, and we happily used three and it was perfect. We got the perfect fall photos we were hoping for!
We are extremely fortunate to have gotten married at Casa Real! -

Brian Sent on 09/04/2013We had our wedding here in May 2013, and we have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this venue! We booked our date in January 2012, and so glad we did because dates were booking up fast! I can go on and on about what a great venue this is!
- Kara is amazing! She was our main point of contact from the beginning. She has the quickest responses, is soo patient and willing to answer every question you have (whether it's email or in person, and trust me, I had a billion questions almost every day in the month leading up to our wedding), and is extremely willing to accommodate and address any concerns or issues we had!
- The planning process is very structured and detailed. Casa Real gives you a questionnaire to fill out ahead of time that you go over with your coordinator, detailing everything from venue diagrams, how you want your napkin folded, and even who is in charge of the leftover cake.
- The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL! We got so many compliments on the gorgeous Sun Garden, high ceilings of the Grand Salon, and beautiful atmosphere of the Amber room.
- Alyssia, our day of coordinator, is absolutely amazing as well! She was so helpful and all my friends and family LOVED her. She was great at our finalization meeting, patient and extremely helpful. At our rehearsal, she took charge and gave great tips to all of us for our wedding day. On our wedding day, even my mother was impressed by how on top of it she was, and how Alyssia was quick to have anything we needed. Eyelash glue? She's got it! If there are any hiccups or concerns throughout the day, Alyssia usually addresses and fixes them herself, and only goes to the bride for the final say. If there were any problems on our wedding day, I really had no idea since Alyssia was there to save the day!
Phew I could go on and on, but I will stop here. We loved Casa Real and it was probably one of the best decisions we made to have our wedding here.

Beautiful place inside and outside of the property. We received many compliments on food portion sizes... they give you so much food and it all tasted GOOD!!!! I am so glad we got married here. The venue inspired my husband's cousin to throw his birthday party here in the future. LOL. -

We absolutely loved this location for our wedding and reception. We had a traditional Indian wedding, a western ceremony and a reception at the end of February 2020. This was literally the last thing we did before we all went into quarantine, and the year hit us all as it currently is.
Let me start with just the ambiance. Every time we walked into this venue, we felt our hearts flutter. This place is just so beautiful and its Mediterranean style layout and pooch friendly atmosphere made this a major selling point for us. We love the sun garden with all of the (lemon trees?) and vines around, and the windows looking out at the vineyards are just so breathtaking.
Next, The staff, and the people who work here are just amazing and exceptional individuals. We had multiple team members on our event since it was more complex. Kara and Nicole were our contact people at first, but then, as time continued we had Nicole and Casey. These ladies are just so professional, sweet, friendly, and have the very special skills to balance bridal craziness and musings with carrying out an organized set of tasks and to-do. Our site visits, tastings, emails, worried calls, were received by these calm ladies.
The food at this venue is by far the best we've tasted as far as wedding food goes. The chicken? Not your typical dry, overcooked breast with a flavorless glaze and potatoes. The fish? not your basic salmon or whitefish with lemon and asparagus. No way. Food was one of our biggest expenses given the innumerable amounts of dietary restrictions, religious restrictions, etc. We did utilize another catering service as well, but from this venue, we offered the chicken- which was a bone-in breast that was baked and in a mornay (sp?) sauce with a side of mac n cheese. Oh my wow. The number of wedding party members and guests we had that raved about the cheese-it topped gouda mac n’ cheese size were countless. Some of my bridesmaids even told me how much I missed out since I had ordered the fish. The fish was the Alaskan cod with mango salsa in a beurre blanc sauce with shaved cabbage. This was by far one of my favorites. The fish was perfectly cooked, not at all fishy in smell like many weddings I’ve been to in the past, and the mango salsa balanced the shaved green and the yummy sauce it came with. This being said, because of our guests and the audience we were needing to cater to, the incorporation and the carrying out of having an outside vendor proved to be much trickier and was not a completely seamless ordeal. We unfortunately ended up spending a lot more on food, and then had guests say that they were not able to experience some of the dishes. We still appreciated that they allowed us to have outside catering alongside their on site catered meals- another major plus, but this was the one area we wished worked out better.
The best part of this venue? We were able to safely and easily incorporate our dog in our wedding festivities.
All in all, as our wedding was an all day affair starting from the wee hours of the morning, this beauty of a venue and the people here made it all the more beautiful and pleasantly possible in creating the best experience for us and our bridal party. We cannot wait to come back to visit Nicole, Casey, and Kara when it is safe for us to do so again.
