Stunning! Would highly recommend!

We got married in January 2024 at the Shadowbrook and had an amazing experience with Carroll’s! Our floral arrangements were beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Their team did an incredible job setting up our separate ceremony and reception spaces. Chad is the best! He had great insight during the planning process and made several helpful recommendations. He was also super responsive leading up to the wedding and was receptive to all ideas and modifications. We were truly so impressed with Chad and the team at Carroll’s!

Such a wonderful experience

We got married on 12/3/21 and our flowers were a DREAM! They were absolutely stunning and exactly what I had envisioned for our big day! Chad’s hospitality and kindness was noticed and we can’t say enough about how happy we were with everything! Chad was so prompt with answering emails and looked at all of our inspiration photos. He even wrapped my rosary beads around my bouquet! They were perfect. He is wonderful and I would highly recommend him for any event ! Thanks again Chad! Xox

The Best Florist Ever!

Chad was a dream to work with during the planning of my daughter's wedding. Always took time for our questions and was so helpful with ideas. My daughter sent him some inspirational photos of what she wanted. The very first thing she said to me when we walked into the venue's ceremony space and reception room was "Chad nailed it!!" And he truly did! Her bouquet was PERFECTION! All the bouquets were. Every boutonniere was gorgeous and quality and lasted all night. And the ceremony space! It was dreamy and romantic and exactly everything we wanted. The centerpieces were to die for. The candles, the flowers, the attention to detail - It all cannot be beat. We can never use another florist after experiencing this with Chad.

Best florist!!

Thank you to Chad & the staff of Carrolls Florist for the beautiful floral centerpiece arrangements, & floating candles display for our wedding this last November at the Park Chateau. Fantastic!!!

We were referred to Chad by our friends, who praised Chad’s honesty, resourcefulness, and beautiful results. We totally agree with their assessment! Chad was super forthright about pricing, worked very flexibly within our budget, and was full of ideas for us to potentially reduce cost where we wanted. He listened to our feedback after the first flower example and was able to translate our vague ideas (a “fun, lively” atmosphere) into reality. Most importantly, he and his team produced gorgeous flowers that completely matched our ideas and truly set the tone. Also, his team disassembled the chuppah so quickly that no one even noticed it happening! We have received endless compliments on the flowers and really enjoyed working with him. Highly recommended!

The best of the best !

I could never say enough about Chad and Carroll’s Florist! My wedding was 11/29/19 , and I had been planning for about two years. For the entire time of my planning , anytime I reached out to Chad for a question or advice , he would respond so quick. Carroll’s is quite a popular florist and I know he is extremely busy , so the fact he would answer me so fast made me feel important. He took my concerns as serious as I did. It’s so important to have a vendor like that. He truly brought my vision to life. He is honest , he tells you what’s worth spending the money on and what’s not. Above all , TALENTED !! My centerpieces were exactly what I wanted ! As well as , my bouquet and my bridesmaids. My guests were raving about my flowers ! Chad , you are hands down one of the best choice we made in our vendors !! I wish we could have another wedding and use you again ! The wedding wouldn’t have been the way it was without you !!! Amazing florist!!

I first learned about Carroll's from my sister in law who used them for her wedding in 2017. I did some of my own research on Staten Island as well, and decided to use Carroll's after finding the best value and quality at Carroll's. From the initial phone consultation with Chad, I knew I wanted him to be part of our wedding day. I showed him photos for inspiration and he really understood the vision well. We setup a time to meet in person and the sample he made was gorgeous. His sense of style matched my vibe for the wedding nicely. He went over all the details for my wedding and knew exactly what to suggest to help make my vision a reality. Even up to our final call before the wedding he gave me great suggestions and helped make some tweaks along the way. Chad, is knowledgeable, patient and has a great creative vision. The day of the wedding the florals were delivered on time to our hotel and we were blown away by the beauty of these florals. Everyone kept complimenting us after the wedding. The church, venue, and wedding party flowers were absolutely beautiful!!! Thank you again for being part of our special Day! We highly recommend Carroll's to friends and family. xox

Wedding Florist

After meeting with several florists in Staten Island, choosing Carroll's Florist was a no-brainer for us. During our first meeting, Chad sat with us and went through the entire wedding, from start to finish, and created a vision for my wife and I. Chad kept in close contact with us to ensure that every single detail was worked out up until the night before. Carroll's work had blown us away with their quality of work and attention to detail. The center pieces that they created were absolutely stunning along with every other piece that they created. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a flawless florist!

Carroll’s Florist created the most gorgeous atmosphere for my daughters wedding at Hamilton Farm Golf Club on 9/8/18. Chad understood exactly the vision we had in mind and he created a simply stunning, flawless and magical ballroom! The ceremony, despite a little rain was absolutely beautiful! The bridemaid bouquets and the bridal bouquet were gorgeous! Our guests were in awe, and I was too. Chad is simply the best, he is so easy to work with, he listens, understands and then does his magic with flowers. We can’t thank you enough Chad for everything!!!

Chad and his team not only made the entire process enjoyable, but they exceeded our expectations in every way. My wife wanted something very specific and unique for her center pieces, and Carroll's made it happen. The chandeliers they created for our wedding are something that our guests are still talking about. There's something to be said about working with a florist who is familiar with the venue you're getting married in because they were able to suggest and create custom pieces that complimented the space in ways we never could have thought of. We loved our experience with Carrolls. Chad is an expert - we trusted his vision and guidance completely and were blown away by the results. His team traveled in a snowstorm to our venue, and still was prompt, courteous and delivered the highest quality flowers. We went back to our venue the following day to pick up some items and they had graciously saved some of the centerpieces which lasted far beyond our wedding and honeymoon. The best part about Chad: he is extremely accommodating and will do everything he can to meet your requests, but he really shines when you let him do his job. I gave him an vague idea of what I wanted (with no preference on flower type) and he ran with it. The results were magic. The whole team is a dream to work with; they provided floral arrangements for my bridal shower as well, and we also worked with Kristin on our wedding invitations. We recommend everyone at Carroll's and will use them for every future event - large and small!

Chad and his team was absolutely wonderful for our May wedding. My husband and I did not reside in Staten Island or in the NY area. We were currently stationed at Fort Benning, GA as my husband is active duty in the Army. I grew up in Staten Island and my family is there so we had our wedding at Grand Oaks. We communicated with Chad through email and phone and he was very responsive. I sent him photos of what we wanted for our venue and he met every expectation. He also worked with our budget well and did not try to nickle and dime us. My bouqet was probably the most beautiful bouqet I had ever seen. It was a midnight rose and it was so well put together. Chad's team also delivered my bouqet, the bridemaids bouqets and flower girl baskets and flowers to the hotel room we were staying at. They were on time with no issues. The flowers at the venue took my breath away. I cannot thank Carroll's Florist enough for making our wedding day so beautiful with the floral arrangements. They really did the work and all you had to do was show up!

Working with Chad from Carroll's Florist was easily the best decision we made while planning our wedding. Chad was unbelievably professional and knowledgeable throughout our entire planning process. He promptly responded to all of my emails and made suggestions on what type of flowers he believed would look best at my venue and church, all while keeping my vision in tact. We will absolutely be using Chad again whenever we need flowers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
PS- The maitre d at our venue said that the room always looks the best when Carroll's is the florist.

I recently worked with Mary Ellen for my wedding at the Stone House at Clove Lake. She, along with everyone else, was amazing to work with. She got my vision perfectly and pit together the most amazing floral arrangements I've ever seen. I was so, so pleased with everything, from the service and professionalism to the finished product. This is the second time we used Carrolls Florist. First time was for my sons wedding. This most recent time was for my daughters wedding on May 27, 2017 (also used for her bridal shower in April) We had the pleasure of dealing with Chad. He was wonderful. Listened to our vision and made it come true. Was always available whenever we had question. The centerpieces for the wedding were not your typical flower arrangements. He made it beautiful . Chad was my florist and he was amazing. He knew I was on a budget and he never forced me to get more things. When I asked him about some flowers for the wedding he was honest and said, "that is a bit too much for your budget, how about we do something similar and do this instead?" There are few words that will do justice the work that Chad and his team at Carroll's Florist did for our recent wedding. They completely exceeded our expectations. It was more than we could have ever imagined, and I imagined what the flowers at our wedding would look like several hundred times in the year leading up to it! Not to mention, they all showed up big time and created our dream during a blizzard!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Chad. Our flowers were very unique and colorful, not your typical wedding flowers. And Chad worked so closely and tirelessly with us to create the perfect assortment of flowers. He was extremely attentive and accommodating. He was professional but so fun to work with. It was like working with a friend, and you knew for sure that he had your best interest at heart. We felt like we were working with a true artist - we hit the jackpot with Chad!! The absolute best!

When the bouquets arrived at the hotel the morning of the wedding, I cried. They were absolutely stunning. They were just what we wanted and exactly what Chad said they would be. Then, the ceremony. The Chuppah was unbelievable! It was beautifully constructed and expertly lit. And I can't even begin to describe the feelings we felt when walking into the room for our reception. For the first hour of the party I couldn't stop tearing because I couldn't believe just how amazing the room looked. We had a dais 25 people long on one side, and Chad created the most beautiful arrangement of flowers that traveled the entire length of the dais. Our centerpieces were varied tall and short, but both were candle lit and had the most interesting and beautiful arrangement of flowers. I had so many people tell me that the flowers were the most beautiful flowers they'd ever seen in their lives. Still to this day our guests are still talking and raving about how amazing the flowers were. Thank you Chad and Carroll's for making our dream a reality!

BOOK CARROLLS! Chad was BY FAR one of our favorite vendors to work with. He is so down-to-Earth, like talking with a friend. He ABSOLUTELY has his bride/groom and their families' best interests at heart and takes pride and care in his STUNNING work. We first met Chad during a venue tour and my mother-in-law (an avid gardener & flower enthusiast) commented on the flowers being set up for a wedding that evening. We spoke with Chad while he was working on a dream of a centerpiece and decided to try him for our engagement party. The day of our engagement party, the maitre'd told me that the centerpieces and arrangements were above and beyond better than the wedding they had there the night before...thanks to Chad. We booked him for our wedding with no hesitation. Chad is a people person and easily the kindest and most knowledgeable vendor we booked. All of our meetings were held at my mom's house, he made it convenient for us. He sat with us for as long as it took until all of our ideas were thought out in great detail. He gave us AMAZING ideas on how to stay on budget but still get that "WOW" factor, he was always very honest about prices and would tell us if there was a comparable flower to what we were looking at, for less. He was quick to respond to all my emails and was extremely thoughtful with his suggestions. He is so flexible and even when we made last minute decisions (like the week leading up to the wedding), he delivered. He worked EXTREMELY well with all our vendors (I learned from experience that not all vendors get along with each other). Him and my Wedding Planner were great and bounced ideas off each other and made sure the design was cohesive. The day of the wedding, our guests were absolutely STUNNED by the flowers all over the grounds, not just the ballroom, he made the whole space an immersive design experience that transported everyone to a real-life fairy tale. I can't wait to use him for future events. YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY YOU BOOKED CARROLLS!

Carroll's Florist did an amazing job for my wedding this past Saturday in Jersey City. At my first meeting with Chad, he was able to take all my Pinterest images and narrow down my options that would fit for the time of year. He helped me shape a vision for the day while keeping cost in mind at all times. The day before the wedding, we needed help with an archway for the ceremony. Chad's team took care of the whole thing; it was just what I wanted. Everyone was professional, timely, and all the arrangements were gorgeous. Couldn't be happier!

Chad at Carroll's Florist is a true artist. His creations are beautiful and he is so easy to work with. I was so happy with my bouquet as well as the church and reception flowers. The original wedding consultant I had been working with at Carroll's left 3 months before my wedding- I was honestly a little worried. But after my appointment with Chad I felt so much better. We went over everything the original consultant and I did. The flowers were beautiful the day of the wedding. They were everything I imagined my flowers would be. I did not have high centerpieces- so that kept the price down. Carroll's does beautiful work and they are tried and true and they are deserving of their great reputation.

Carroll's Florist is the BEST! Upon walking in, I sat down with Chad and the attention to detail spent on my upcoming big day was beyond what I expected. I know what I wanted in terms of color (all white) but was unfamiliar with all the different types of flowers. My flowers were all that I envisioned and more. They were breathtaking!!! WOW!!!!! 5 days after our wedding and we still have the phone ringing telling us how wonderful our wedding was especially our flowers. Chad and his staff at Carroll's were beyond professional and accommodating. He truly captured exactly what I had envisioned my wedding day to be. From our first meeting to the deliveries everything was seamless and perfect.
The church was beautifully decorated, my bouquet was exquisite (and still alive 5 days later) the centerpieces were outrageous in the reception as well as cocktail hour and I truly am blown away.
I highly recommend Carroll's Florist. They do a beautiful job and aim to please and that is exactly what they did.

My husband had always used Carrolls Florist for holidays so it was a no brainer that we would choose Carrolls to do our wedding flowers. Chad is seriously the best. He was always accessible through call or email, and was willing to work with our budget. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing our centerpieces looked, when I walked into our venue, it was like a dream come true. I was truly willing to pay whatever cost because you know at Carrolls you are dealing with incredible quality. So sad I could only enjoy these flowers for one night. Thank you so much Chad!!!

My family has been working with Carroll's Florist for years, but the work they did on my wedding flowers and centerpieces was EXCEPTIONAL. Chad is a DREAM to work with - highly organized, detail oriented and such a nice guy. I came in as the atypical bride (not really liking flowers or wanting much of them). Chad put together 2 different centerpieces for me (black candelabra and set of 3 globes) with small floral arrangements. I had an entirely black and white wedding and he made sure there was no trace of color in my bouquets or arrangements (all stems were wrapped or hidden). He even found black and white damask runners for me! Everything was perfect!

My mother was really into the flowers and I was pretty impartial with all the florist I met with. I didn't know the names of flowers, etc. Chad at Carroll's was absolutely amazing an promised my mother perfection and it was. The arrangement was unique, exquisite and just spectacular. He worked with our budget but we ended up upgrading due to my mother so it was more than I budgeted for however worth every penny. My mother was blown away as were my guest. My sister had used Carroll's Florist and worked with Chad for her wedding four years ago. My family and I developed a fantastic rapport with the staff of Carroll's specifically Chad. From then on, we used Carroll's for major events such as showers, engagement parties, Christenings and birthdays. When I got engaged, it was a no brainer who I would be using for my wedding flowers. Chad is one of kind. My experience was nothing short of amazing as Chad gave me his undivided attention and thoughtfulness even in his busiest of hours. Whenever we needed to meet, he would ask me when I could come in rather than give me times that were best for the store. This is just one of many examples of his professionalism and flexibility. His emails and responses are beyond timely and he will create numerous samples in store to affirm your happiness. In addition, I worked with Kristin D. on my invitations. She made the experience seamless, easy and fun! Her smile and friendliness calmed all nerves.

My invitations and wedding day flowers were magical thanks to Carroll's Florist. When I close my eyes and think back on my wedding day, I remember my husband and how the flowers made each moment even more special that day. It was a like a dream. As always, Carroll's Florist exceeded all of my expectations.

Leroy and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with!! I wasn't sure what I wanted for flowers nor do I know the names of many but I showed Leroy a few pictures that I liked and he made samples for me that were stunning and brought my vision to life. The day of the wedding the flowers were more beautiful than I imagined and they lasted all day without wilting. We got many compliments on how stunning the centerpieces were (one person even told me that their centerpiece was still looking good 2 weeks after the wedding!). Would highly recommend them!!

A friend recommend Carroll's Florist and I was not disappointed. Chad was great to work with and he understood my vision perfectly. Chad is super friendly and was able to guide me in the right direction so that I had exactly what I wanted for my wedding. I was having a beach wedding with a nautical theme and wanted drift wood to be part of my centerpieces. I showed him some pictures and he made a sample for me and it was exactly what I was looking for! Chad and his team did an amazing job with the centerpieces and setting up the Chuppah, the aisle and the sweetheart table. The bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful. I highly recommend them for your next event and I certainly will use them again in the future.

Chad and his team did such an amazing job with out flowers for our Wedding. They decorated the church with baskets and bows, did all of our table arrangements, men and women's flowers and even created a beautiful piece for the table we sat at. The flowers were fresh and vibrant in color. Chad helped us to select bouquets that not only had such great colors but also that matched our preferences.
By the time we arrived into the room and opened the doors the view of the tables was breath taking. Everyone at the wedding was taken back by how extravagant the pieces were so much so that our guests literally took the flowers home with them!
The team at Carroll's was so professional and knowledgeable. They came highly recommended to us and we can't help but share our experience as well. By far the best florist we have ever worked with and will never use anyone else but then going forward. You out did yourselves Carroll's, thank you for making our day as truly magical as we had hoped for.

After searching numerous florists across Staten Island, my husband and I decided to work with Chad and the staff at Carroll's Florist. Upon arrival, the women were very attentive to my husband and my ideas. A woman named Kristin spent countless hours with us, helping us select the perfect wedding invitations along with appropriate wording. With endless emails going back and forth, Kristin answered promptly in a sweet and caring manner. She was extremely helpful and actually cared about what we were looking for within our price range. As for Chad, as busy as his schedule was, he found time each week to meet with my husband and I to discuss our vision of what we wanted our wedding venue to look like for both the reception and ceremony. I gave chad the colors that I loved and he created such beautiful centerpieces and bouquets. My guests are still raving about how gorgeous all of the flowers and decor looked. He really brought my wedding to life with his flower selections, which were vibrant, large and stood out. I had three different types of centerpieces to break up the room, and with Chad's guidance - he made all of my dreams come true. Two days prior to the wedding, Chad gave my husband and I a phone call to ensure that everything will be beautiful, to gather last minute details, and to ask how we were feeling at this point of time. It was very nice to see such an incredible staff go beyond their job title to cater to their customers. I loved how honest Chad was with us regarding financial matters on where to save money and better ideas for less. Working with Chad at Carroll's was such an amazing experience. Chad and the staff at Carroll's were beyond caring, professional and attentive to all of my husband and my needs. They are the PERFECT place to go to for a wedding or any event really. We worked with Chad, for flowers and Amy, for invitations. Our invitations were absolutely beautiful and although the company we ordered through made some errors and they had to be reprinted several times, Amy was wonderful and stayed on top of the printer making sure everything came back perfect! Chad was such an awesome person to work with. Right from the start, he got our vision of a 1920s themed wedding and his ideas and creativity were amazing. We felt so comfortable knowing our wedding decor was in good hands and it was everything and more than we expected. Our centerpieces, entryway arrangement, sweetheart table decor, and place card table arrangement were absolutely stunning and my friends and family are still commenting on how beautiful everything was. They did an elegant and classic job and I could not have asked for a better person to work with. I will most definitely continue to use Carroll's for all future events!!

Chad was our favorite vendor to work with for our wedding. He totally understood what we wanted from day one, and took off running. He knew that we weren't the A-typical Staten Island bride and groom and appreciated having such freedom to create something magical.
I am extremely detail oriented, and was probably crazy at times, but Chad knew exactly how to deal with me and I was sure that everything he created would be beautiful. The first time I cried on my wedding day was when I saw my bouquet from Carroll's that Chad and Mary Ellen put together. It was ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR! When we walked into our venue and saw the arrangements that Chad and team put together, it took our breath away. Chad had created everything that we never even imagined that we wanted. It was perfect. It was like walking into a NYC Park on a crisp fall day, while still being extremely elegant.

chad is awesome. my wedding was 3 days after hurricane sandy and his shop was left without power for one week. my flowers were saved! and amazing. he had them relocated in anticipation of the storm to his wholesalers freezers and they were perhaps one of the best things about my wedding. mind you, i told him minimal details about how much i wanted to spend and the color scheme, and he did the rest. i was a low maintenance bride and chad knew exactly how to handle me and make my day great. i will go back and have already recommended him to others as he is a visionary with flowers for someone who doesn't know much about them - and he's my hero for making my hurricane wedding look so beautiful despite the issues his shop was having.

Flowers are usually the part of the wedding I hear much negative feedback on.. whether it's because ideas do not translate correct. Chad at Carroll's was not only extremely detail oriented but very serious on doing exactly what I wanted. (and all he was doing was the bridal party because I had to use a vendor the hall provided for the reception). I use him religiously now for everything needed. Does amazing work!! I even wanted my bouquet to light up and he came in that morning to make it because he wanted to make sure it was going to be done exactly as we went over it!! The BEST!!

I can not say enough about Chad and his team at Carroll's. I firmly believe one of the most important rules in wedding planning is to get along with your vendors and that's exactly what my husband and I did with Chad. From the moment we met, he helped guide us on what would look best, be most cost effective, and I couldn't be more thankful for his professionalism and sincerity. I was floored when the flowers arrived at my house the morning of the wedding... they were OUTSTANDING. The centerpieces I saw later on at the reception took my breath away. Another important factor was price... they beat every single place we went to by a large amount. Mary Ellen and all of the staff at Carroll's were a pleasure to work with during the wedding planning phase and produced beautiful work! During my initial meeting with Mary Ellen she really listened to my vision of what I would like my flowers to look like and even pulled out different combinations of live flowers to give me an idea of what everything would look like together in person. We worked with Chad from Carroll's Florist and he was excellent. He was honest, helpful and extremely enthusiastic. He took my idea and went with it modifying the "Gwyenth Paltrow" wedding flowers to similar inexpensive ones that fit my budget. We were able to keep the flowers and vases after which was really nice because we were able to give them to guests during wedding breakfast the next day.

Our flowers by Carroll's were absolutely amazing! As soon as I told them my color scheme they were able to pick flowers to match perfectly. All of my bouquets and centerpieces were perfect

Let me tell you all something!
You need to work with Carroll's Florist for your wedding - don't hesitate, just do it. You'll be so thankful you listened to me.
Chad is literally the BEST - my family has been working with him for a few years and there's a reason why we always contact him for our big events. It all started with my sister's wedding back in 2013 -- he designed the most stunning centerpieces that truly made the room of this venue come alive. Chad just gets it. He listens to what you want, but then elevates your design with some sort of detail that you would not have thought of yourself. He's better than any Pinterest board that you already have saved up. After my sister's wedding, I was still single but basically decided that Carroll's florist will be my chosen flower vendor when the time comes. Four years later, voila! My wedding was on 9/10/17 at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. The venue itself is scenic and beautiful, but I wanted to create this dreamy, enchanted look in the reception hall. He did just that. I honesty showed him a few pictures, told him my color scheme and then asked him to do his magic. What he and his crew did was better than what I could have ever imagined for my big day! The bouquets were exquisite, the boutonneieres were so unique and the centerpieces were INCREDIBLE!!! Thank you Chad for your hard work and creativity - you know how to make a room stand out!

When looking for my florist for my wedding I immediately was told this is the place to go. I went and sat with Chad and told him what I wanted and he made me a sample centerpiece. Upon arriving at the store to view my sample centerpiece I was so so so happy with it, it looked better than I pictured in my head. I also worked with Kristin for my invitation and she was the sweetest. Everyone in Carroll's is pleasant to work with. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs flowers for any occasion, especially your wedding.

I probably spent a little more than I had planned to, but it was worth it. I found Carroll's to be comparably priced with other places I was looking at but went with them bc of Chad, who was one of my favorite vendors to work with. I provided chad with images of the kind of arrangements I was looking for and just trusted that the result would be great, and it was!
I knew when I got my bouquets in the morning that the venue was going to look great. The space looked incredible. It took my breath away and made the whole event look so beautiful and special. It looked even better than I had imagined. Huge compliments from everyone.

The Vanderbilt has listed Carrolls as one of their preferred vendors and it was worth taking a chance because the quality and care of their staff and display was incredible. My arrangements were stunning and I have to be honest I was overjoyed that I received exactly what I wanted.

Literally 3 weeks before our wedding, like many couples out there, we gave up on trying to DIY everything. So, we frantically started dialing around the area looking for places that would work.

The wedding, at the Snug Harbor Great Hall, took place on Staten Island, and when we called a florist in Brooklyn, they recommended we talk to Chad Cannizzaro at Carroll's Florist. We spoke to him for about 40 minutes explaining the type of flowers we were interested in - fairly non-traditional (no roses), wild, and the specific colors we had in mind. We also mentioned that for our large wedding of 275 people (26 tables), we wanted to keep it in the range of 1500-2000, which he seemed confident that he could do. He then followed up with us and gave us a list of 20-30 different types of flowers asking us to choose what we liked best. We replied, and a week later he showed us an example.

The arrangements came out beautifully, nearly exactly what he had hoped for, and of all the things that you have to worry about on the wedding day, Chad's flowers were definitely not one of them. We arrived at the venue at 4pm (there was an event 12-4) to get pictures before starting at 6pm, and saw Carroll's Florist unloading everything into the hall right on time without us having to check in whatsoever. You put a lot of trust in some of your vendors for your wedding day, and it's important knowing that you can rely on them to deliver.

The only downsides to mention is that our initial budget, which seemed doable, suddenly shot up to $2800 so we had to reduce 2 of the tall arrangements of blooming branches, and cut back on 6 of the smaller ones for the booths. That still put us over the budget we had wanted, but it was last minute and we couldn't do anything about it then. Additionally, my wife had wanted the small ones under 12 inches to see over them, but they came to at least 18 inches.

All in all, great quality and experience especially with such short notice.

Carroll’s Florist did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding. We were looking to keep things simple and aren’t very knowledgeable about the different varieties of flowers. From our initial meeting, Jessica was very friendly and helpful, and offered great suggestions. She designed and created beautiful arrangements and bouquets that matched our color scheme perfectly and came in under budget. They also offer chair covers, which really did add a sense of elegance to our reception room. On our wedding day, Jessica was there early setting everything up. She went above and beyond, adding extra flower petals to our sweetheart table and along the aisle for our ceremony. She even made an extra arrangement for the gazebo where we had our ceremony. It was truly beautiful. We can’t say enough about Carroll’s Florist and Jessica. You guys are the best!

I cannot say enough good things about them! Chad and Mary Ellen made the most beautiful arrangements. The flowers were exactly what I envisioned them to be. We used them for our engagement party and my bridal shower as well. Amy helped me with the invitations, which I could custom design with the colors I wanted in the design I loved. At times they were a little difficult to get in touch with, but overall the work was done, and done extremely well. I would highly recommend them for any event.

Our flowers were beautiful, especially because we were on a budget. However, I was VERY disappointed when they did not send a pillow for our ring bearer to walk down the aisle with. By the time we realized we didn't have the pillow, it was too late. In the grand scheme of things, just a minor blip. But it did look silly having our little pillow boy walk down the aisle with his hands in his pockets because he had nothing to hold

I will start by saying that Chad is a doll. However I would not give them a 5 because oh his staff. It took me months to finally get in touch with Chad to see a sample and after I did he was way over budget. We had initially chosen to go with carrolls because chad was so accommodating of our budget and my vision. However initially we were $2,500 over budget. His associate Maryellen reached out to me to try an rectify the situation and just treated me so poorly as if I was trying to get one over on them... and then tried to push a set of three crystal candle holders on me saying that's all my budget could fit... Long story short Chad came through and accommodated. (This was two weeks before the wedding). The flowers were beautiful. My few complaints would be that my beautiful cascading bridal bouquet was made so heavy it was almost uncarryable with one hand and the mixed up flowers at mine and the grooms house. We also had three groomswomen whose bouquets needed to be wrapped in black ribbon and were wrapped in champagne like the others.
Anyways, I would still recommend Carrolls based on my experience with Chad alone. I truly believe it was a case of him forgetting. The flowers were gorgeous and I loved my bridal bouquet.

I was VERY disappointed with this vendor.They did an incredible job reassuring me that they understood my exact vision and I left my first booking feeling pretty optimistic that they were going to get it right.
With all the madness of planning my own wedding I was happy to get one more thing done so I never really bothered them for samples or sketches,perhaps this was my mistake.I did however provide many pictures and exact details to how I wanted everything to look and they never asked me for more details.I had my bridesmaid bouquets delivered early and they were completely the wrong look, completely panicked I managed to have them sent back and redone hours before walking down the isle but ultimately I had to settle with whatever they brought back.My centerpiece we're pretty but the colors and flowers were completely off from what I envisioned, thankfully I had made a lot of my own decor to add to the table design which saved the night.
I wouldn't say I had the absolute worst experience but I would recommend that if going with this vendor to really stay on top of them if you want to get the look you desire.Overall the quality of their work is pretty basic and not very special.

We visited this florist based on a recommendation but did not book with them. What I don't get is why people book really overpriced florists when flowers die. Their arrangements looked ordinary, nothing spectacular, they were nice but they were very overpriced, as are most Staten Island places, and this was using the same flowers quoted at other florists. They wouldn't give us all tall centerpieces, whereas other florists were able to accomodate us for the budget in mind. When I told the guy we met with we would think about it and get back to him if we decided to book (guess he assumed we were gonna jump and book with him), I think it was the owner or the owner's son, I don't remember, said in a real cocky tone "Oh, well if you don't book with us, I'm not worried, trust me we will be plenty booked for that day if you don't". Give me a break... Well, guess what, we didn't book with you.
