Love Carrie! ! She took amazing pictures and we had so much fun with her the day of the wedding! She made us all laugh when we were stressed and on edge! Truly an amazing person and photographer!

Carrie is amazing! She is so down to earth and great to talk to, after talking to her on the phone and meeting her…I felt like I’ve known her for years. Her work is spectacular. She was great during our wedding. She met us at the hotel and had an assistant to help her so that made it easy to get photos of not only us girls, but the guys getting ready too! She got great shots at the beautiful hotel and then we met her at the venue. We did a first look and then pictures of us; family and the bridal party. We are live in AZ but are from CT so we wanted as much time with family and friends as possible. Carrie helped get all the shots we wanted before and FAST at the cocktail hour so it freed us up to socialize. She went above and beyond and did an amazing job! I was blown away by the photos; there were so many things she captured that were so special to me. One think I’ve never seen done before at a wedding is full group family shots with all family members on each side of the bride and groom. The last time we had a family photo done on either side of my family, I was probably 5! So ALL my family members are thrilled to have this up to date group family shot! I will always treasure our photos and HIGHLY recommend her!

Carrie was an unbelievably great photographer! We had an intimate home wedding, and she was able to capture the best unforgettable moments of our special day!

Wonderful!!

If you are looking for someone who is easy to work with, laid back yet detail oriented, fun, professional and an all around nice person, look no further and hire Carrie. My husband and I are not super comfortable in front of the camera and Carrie made the whole experience fun and easy. She took the lead and I can’t wait to get out pictures back! And I can’t say enough nice things about Dan as well! They make a fantastic team!!

Professional, Personable, Perfect Photos

We used Carrie for our wedding in October 2020. From the first time we met her, we knew we picked a great photographer. Carrie is very personable and really tried to get to know us as a couple. Prior to the event she was very responsive and helped keep us calm and feel confident in our decisions. Although we had to change plans due to the pandemic, Carrie was able to adapt easily and make sure that we would be all set. At the event her, and her second photographer (I'm sorry I forgot his name) were very professional and did a great job to get great photos at both our first look and wedding location.

As it is often said, out of all aspects of the wedding, the photographs will be the one thing that will last forever. You will not be disappointed by choosing Carrie.

wonderful photographer, has great patience and love for children in the wedding party. she loves what she does and literally gets on the ground to get the perfect shot. Carrie really was more like a coordinator for us that day. She even explained to us how to cut the wedding cake and what to do with the utensils ( not that it's hard, but you want to look good doing it!). After she told us that she was going to go home, she ended up staying for a few more hours.

I wish I could give Carrie and her team more stars. When I went to meet with Carrie for a consultation, I ended up chatting with her for almost two hours. She is insanely easy to get along with and her work speaks for itself! We had a blast shooting our engagement session and she also did a boudoir session for me as a surprise for my groom! On the day of my wedding, it seemed like every time I thought "this would be a great picture", I turned around and there was Carrie. She didn't miss a beat the entire night! I look forward to working with her again when we have children!

Carrie is, LITERALLY, THE BEST! She made me feel so at ease with everything! You can definitely tell that she has years of experience and know EXACTLY what she is doing! She never leaves you guessing about what you need to get done next. She is not just your photographer, too! She stepped in as such a great help on my wedding day when we found out that my dress had a missing clasp! She helped my Wedding Coordinator fix my dress several times and was such a pleasure to have!! LOOK NO FURTHER BECAUSE SHE IS AMAZING!!! THANK YOU CARRIE FOR EVERYTHING :)

Carrie was fantastic. All of the pictures look beautiful and you didn't even realize she was there taking the shot. The only thing was that compared to other photographers it was more expensive, but I decided to splurge for the quality.

we all of us at My Nephews family table were commenting on what an exceptional job this photographer was doing. Everything was covered. They missed nothing and we are all so impressed with their work I would recommend this photographer to anyone in the CT area!!

Choosing Carrie as my wedding photographer was the easiest and best wedding decision I made! She and Dan took STUNNING and creative photos that everyone has been raving about! Carrie is funny, easy to work with and made me look and feel so beautiful! My biggest problem now is how to choose between all these amazing photos! Cant recommend Carrie enough!! She is THE BEST

Carrie was great - everyone in our bridal party commented on how energetic and creative she was. Very calming - made the experience relaxing and non-stressful. Hard to get a hold of sometimes prior to wedding date - assistant did not get back to me right away, almost every time. Regardless it all worked out and am very excited to see how the photos came out

Carrie Draghi made our Boston wedding memorable, comfortable and completely captured every aspect of the day perfectly. Her professionalism coupled with her down to earth and friendly demeanor makes her the perfect wedding photographer. Carrie meticulously yet unobtrusively makes sure that you get all the shots that you want. From day one, you feel like Carrie is family and you are comforted knowing that she will be there for you on the wedding day. Her photographs are wonderful, classy, modern and sophisticated. When a wedding DJ hires a photographer.

Having worked for 30 years as a wedding DJ, I've seen thousands of photographers. My wife put me in charge of getting a photographer for our wedding. I have known and worked with Carrie Dragi and Dan Roggi for over 20 years. We have done hundreds of weddings together and have seen how they work with their clients. They were my choice when it came to our wedding. My wife Betty has never seen Carrie and Dan work before. Within an hour, they were best friends. The helped us navigate personal, family and group pictures flawlessly and also help keep on time and through all the special events. Their service went beyond the expectations that even I expected. They seemed to just be there every time we needed a picture and even when I didn't think of it. We absolutely love the picture we received from them so far and are looking forward to rest of them. Betty and I can't thank both of them enough for everything they did for us on our wedding day. I can't recommend them enough!!!

I can't say enough good about Carrie and her second shooters (to be referred to here as Trouble 1 and Trouble 2 :-))!!!!!! They were amazing. Our photos came out absolutely perfect, she was present and constantly busy and did everything we asked. Most importantly, the time we spent with her taking photos were the only moments that Kyle and I were able to share intimately alone on that day. Everyone told us how we'd be busy and rushing and to take a moment to breath BUT that's easier said than done. Carrie gave us those moments and those are the ones that we really remember and cherish. I recommend her to anyone that wants a photographer that is going to take amazing photos (definitely check out her work!) while making sure that you laugh (not "portrait smiles but REAL, show your teeth, laugh out loud laughing) and will give you the moments together that you won't forget.

Of all the decisions you need to make while planning your wedding, this will be the easiest. Pick Carrie Draghi - she is worth every penny.

Good pictures start from being at ease and Carrie will definitely put you at ease. Even from the first consultation, she makes you feel like you are the only client and the only one that matters. Her pictures are amazing and every now and then she'll say "Let me try something" - those will be the best pictures.

One thing I was not expecting was for her to help me draw up a timeline for the day. I didn't have a wedding planner and kind of cobbled it all together myself. Carrie, based on all her experience, advised me on getting hair and makeup done earlier (she was right), having the flowers delivered earlier (she was right again - especially since the delivery was running late), and leaving earlier to get to the church. As she said, no bride has ever complained about being too early. I wasn't too early at any stage and her timeline actually prevented me from being late and stressed out.
The second photographer she came with (Dan) was just as great. After meeting him for the first time on the day of the wedding, I was instantly at ease with him in under 5 mins.
I could go on and on but no one will read a super long review.

Bottom line - book Carrie. You won't regret it!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful experience with Carrie Draghi Photography. She went above and beyond our expectations - not only did she capture the essence of our wedding in photos, but she made every effort to help our wedding run smoothly. She paid attention to details like clearing rainwater off a patio herself to keep my dress dry, helped pin on boutonnières, and kept things running in countless other ways, all while capturing beautiful photos of our wedding. If I had to do the whole thing over again, I wouldn’t even consider hiring anyone else. Thank you!

Small COVID Ceremony & Big Reception

When my husband and I originally started planning our July 2020 wedding, we met with two photographers. One was very inexpensive, and going into our first meeting with Carrie, we couldn't see how we'd change our minds and spend the extra money to hire her and Dan. Within 5 minutes of sitting down with Carrie, we knew there was no chance we would do our wedding day without her. We felt very at ease and very much like fast friends. She is absolutely incredible at what she does, and she really cares about who she works with and makes sure that everything is exactly how you want it. We ended up postponing our wedding celebration and Carrie photographed our small ceremony in 2020 (the pictures are wonderful), and family picnic in 2021 (which we are so excited to see). You will not regret booking Carrie to capture such an important life event!
