It is simply beautiful

This is without a doubt the best place where you can have a wedding in Nashville, it is simply beautiful. Molly is incredible at her job, she is efficient, kind, original, with a lot of attention to detail and willing to make that day the most special of all, my husband and I have loved her since day one we met her.

The facilities were exactly what we was looking for. We stayed in the Main house and WOW my whole family can't stop commenting on how beautiful the place was and how comfortable everyone was, the common spaces were spacious and well-equipped, the moments we lived in that house and in the living room were unforgettable.

The wedding was perfect, the space itself is beautiful, we decided on some flowers and it was enough, Molly has several elements to decorate that you can use which is so convenient, the food is divine, the way they coordinate that day is very optimal I would definitely choose this place to get married again.

Lovely Wedding Venue

My daughter was married at the Carriage Lane Inn. She wanted an indoor ceremony & reception with a light, bright, airy interior, no dark walls, lots of natural light. Carriage Lane Inn exceeded her expectations. What a lovely venue, both inside & out! It was a beautiful day, which allowed us to take photos outside in the garden as well. And Molly, the wedding coordinator, is a GOD send! She went above & beyond to make my daughter's dream wedding come true! And the photographer was impressed by her assistance with the photo shoot. The price included the wedding coordinator, DJ, setup, cleanup, tables, chairs, linens, servers, tulle draping...I feel we received a lot of bang for our buck.

Wonderful experience

What a beautiful venue!!! Perfect place for a rehearsal dinner. They made planning, setting up, and the event itself so easy and relaxed. Amazing people to work with and our compliments to the chef. Everyone is still talking about the food! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Better than a Fairytale

Carriage Lane Inn was genuinely a dream come true. We had a destination wedding in which we weren't able to visit the venue before booking, but the moment we got there on the wedding weekend, we knew nothing could be more perfect. Victoria was so responsive and friendly throughout the whole process, and was a god-send as the wedding coordinator. Everything from the gorgeous Cottage we stayed at, to the beautiful shaded outdoor ceremony, to the delicious on-site catering surpassed our expectations. We were on a pretty tight budget, but our wedding felt more luxurious than I ever imagined. I could not recommend them enough!

Perfect Wedding Venue

Carriage Lane Inn hosted our wedding reception in May 202, and they did a PHENOMENAL job!! Molly was an incredible wedding planner, and worked with us on every detail to make our wedding as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. She thought of everything we didn't know we needed, and we couldn't think of her service any higher. Thanks to Carriage Lane Inn, our reception went smoothly and everyone had a blast. The food provided by their caterer was also AMAZING. My family and I also stayed on the property's hotel, and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and lovely. I can't recommend them enough!!

Perfect wedding venue!

Better than I Dreamed!

My wedding & stay at the Carriage Lane Inn was better than I could have dreamed! Here is what drew me to the location:

- Great location in Murfreesboro
- I didn't want to have my guests moving chairs, dealing with trash & catering, etc, and I didn't want to have to do all my rentals separate - Carriage Lane Inn was an amazing Value for all it included!
- I dreamed of a backyard wedding, and this definitely had that vibe (it's the back yard of a bed & breakfast) - and it had an indoor setting for dinner, which I was looking for so I didn't have to do tents and lighting. We had a lovely outdoor cocktail hour before heading inside!
- It's a great vintage venue without the racist history of some other Middle TN venues
- We could stay right on property because we also rented out the Main House & Cottage, which was great for our guests coming from out of town

So that's why I chose it and it delivered on all of that plus all of this:
- Victoria was amazing helping with the details and answering any questions I had
- The food was amazing
- They set up everything just like how I wanted
- the DJ they use was awesome - he had my non-dancing family on the dance floor!
- Victoria was also our onsite coordinator and everything flowed perfectly - they're right that's a HUGE value
- The VIP suite for getting ready & the wedding night was stunning and had great lighting for photos (for getting ready - Not the Wedding Night!!!! LOL!)
- We had 90 guests and it was the perfect size for that group. You could definitely go a little larger and be just fine, though! And I could see it working for a smaller, intimate ceremony too!

And there's so much more I'm not thinking of now but I'm so thankful for Victoria and her team for making my wedding absolutely perfect!!

Perfection

Victoria and her husband were amazing. We had an awesome time. I enjoyed every minute there and my guests were taken very good care. The atmosphere was romantic and the garden was very beautiful. I plan to stay there again for my year anniversary.

Victoria and her team at Carriage Lane Inn did an amazing job for our wedding!! The whole process was great and Victoria helped my husband and I feel at ease with everything. She worked hard to accommodate the different things we wanted for the wedding day. The day of the wedding was so easy because she took care of everything and all we had to do was show up and say, "I do!" She even sewed up my mother's "Mother of the Bride" dress hem when it came out right before the ceremony! I cannot say enough about how great our wedding was, and it was because of Victoria and her team at Carriage Lane Inn!! The day was absolutely perfect!! I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of having a wedding of about 130 people or less!

I am so happy to have had our wedding here. Victoria was a godsend and she was a huge help with anything that I needed! The catering/food is really tasty. Everyone kept asking us how we found this gem! I'd highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place for a smaller intimate wedding. We had about 50 guests and it was perfect! I think that they can handle up to about 150 guests.

This venue was absolutely perfect for my small wedding. Victoria was so accommodating and took care of everything before, during and after the wedding. I was able to enjoy my guests and the wedding while everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Carriage Lane!

Victoria was absolutely amazing! She took care of everything from decorations, to food, to coordinating the wedding! We also rented all of the rooms at carriage Lane so it was easy for my bridal party and family! I would highly recommend carriage Lane to anyone looking for a wedding venue, or just a party in general!! It was a great price, and multiple guests told me it was the most fun wedding they had been to! Thanks Victoria!

My husband and I purchased a wedding package for 20 guests or under--a very small wedding. We live far away from the venue's location, and planned the wedding remotely through phone and email. The owners did everything for us, so our wedding was stress-free and a pure joy. They are very experienced with weddings and gave us a perfect day.

I have not one bad thing to say about our experience at The Carriage Lane Inn. First, the venue is absolutely beautiful, inside the reception hall and in the garden. Second, working with the coordinator was like planning a party with a friend; very low maintenence, very accommodating, extremely flexible and willing to do whatever the couple wants for their special day. The cost included everything, and was pretty unbeatable. Day of left us with no worries, everything was set up and beautiful and ready to go on time. The staff, wow, extremely attentive and friendly. The food was so delicious; as we made our rounds to each of our guests, the compliments kept coming. We were beyond happy and so were they. We enjoyed staying the night in the suite, and several guests also enjoyed their rooms/guest homes for the weekend. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The onsite accommodations are top notch. The rooms are charming and comfortable. Especially for out of town guests.

The Wedding Garden was a lush and romatic site to witness a wedding.

I was completely blown away by the service we received at Carriage Lane Inn! Victoria was so attentive and knowledgeable of wedding etiquette and her wealth of expertise helped us solve many of our dilemmas. The food was AMAZING. All of our guests can't stop raving about how excellent the food was. We were lucky enough to have good enough weather to have the wedding in their wedding garden and it was gorgeous. Victoria decorated the awning very beautifully and it fit so nicely with our theme. From beginning to end, we were just so pleased with the venue and how hard they worked to help make our dream wedding a reality.

Our daughter had her Rehearsal and Wedding at Carriage Lane along with her (now Husband) Kristopher.... Victoria, Darrell and the staff went above and beyond to make both the Rehearsal and the Wedding/Reception an incredible experience for the couple and the families involved. Their flexibility, resourcefulness and genuine care and concern about everything was very appreciated. Victoria stayed in touch with all parties, day of she was on top of everything and helped it to be what they couple described as "their DREAM WEDDING". The ability to utilize the VIP Suite the night before, and the day of was awesome, such beautiful grounds, landscaping and history, it was magical. The attention to detail, ensuring the cakes were received and correctly placed, the glitter on the buttoniers (great catch Victoria!!!), ensuring everyone had what they needed and coordination was awesome. I would strong encourage anyone considering a wedding, prom, company event/dinner, special anniversary dinner, themed party, etc., to check out Carriage Lane Inn & Reception House, it was an amazing experience and extremely well done - Great photography opportunities!! Hats off to Victoria and Team.... You made it magical!!!

Carriage Lane Inn is beautiful! I'm from SC originally, and it reminded me of places in my hometown. Victoria is so sweet and helpful. We had our rehearsal dinner there, and we chose an Italian buffet. The food was delicious, and the decor was gorgeous! We even brought in a separate cake to celebrate several birthdays occurring over the weekend! Their staff is so friendly and helpful. After the rehearsal dinner, the bridesmaids and I stayed at the cottage, which is so charming and spacious! We had a fantastic and relaxing evening, and everyone enjoyed themselves! We received lots of compliments on the choice of venue, and will definitely be returning for a future event!

I was somewhat skeptical because there was a change of ownership early on in my wedding planning process, but I was so impressed when it came to the day before (Rehearsal) and the wedding day. Victoria and Darrell (new owners) were fantastic! It seemed that planning was casual but it was probably because Victoria is such a wedding planner professional! She was super organized, and calmly took control over the proceedings and aleviated any worries I might have had. We booked the Cottage, the Main House, the VIP, Magnolia, and Peri Room, it was wonderful and our families and wedding party said it was the best wedding celebration they had ever experienced. Darrell's Rehearsal Dinner was 5 Star! We arranged Breakfast 2 mornings, the menus were healthy (we have diabetics on board), low sugar, or sugar free and delicious! All of our guests were knocked out by the buffet! Some actually thought they were going to be given fingerfood and said that the meal was super satisfying and the bartender was excellent. Every staff person we associated with was super friendly and went out of their way to show the best of southern hospitality! If you want personalized service in a historic, victorian setting do not miss this wonderful experience. Our wedding was in the garden and it was absolutely gorgeous! Thank you Victoria, Darrell, and all staff for truly making our wedding our dream come true!

I cannot recommend the Carriage Lane Inn enough! My husband and I just got married this month and could not have been more pleased with how beautiful everything turned out! We had an intimate night-time ceremony in the garden outside, and the Carriage Lane Inn decorated the entire garden with white Christmas lights and lined the ilses with fancy lanterns. It was truly magical! The reception hall was equally dazzling! Sharon and all of her assistants were very sweet and professional. The whole thing was just glamorous! And the best part is that Sharon took care of literally EVERYTHING! She provided our minister, photographer, cake, sparkling cider and grape juice, fruit, real glasses and dishware, ceremony music, sound system, helpful directions as to when to walk down the ilse and cut the cake, a night in the VIP room at the Bed and Breakfast, a delicious breakfast delivered to our door the next morning . . . all for just around two thousand dollars! This was the PERFECT venue for us, and I am so glad we had our wedding here!

We had a December wedding at carriage house and it was absolutely beautiful! They hosted our rehearsal dinner and reception and we rented a house for the bridal party to stay at. We loved the atmosphere and the people were exceptionally nice! We can't wait to stay there again as a married couple on an upcoming anniversary :)

This was THE way to go when planning my second wedding! I didn't have to do a thing except tell them what I wanted! They did it all! My husband's whole family and most of the wedding party stayed at the B & B with us for the weekend! It was awesome! We plan to go back and stay for our anniversary every year that we can! My mother and father in law like it so much that they stay there every time they come to town to visit! This place is worth checking out! They were all great! And the food (the whole weekend) was wonderful! Sharon, Peggy, and the rest of the staff did a great job! Thanks so much for making a stress free wedding!

If you are looking for a venue with a lot to offer near Murfreesboro this is it! There were so many wedding and catering packages to choose from here. Every other place I toured left me feeling so overwhelmed, and it was so obvious to us after our tour that this was the place we would get married! Victoria is such a responsive and warm person, as well as Darrell (who is a fantastic cook!) They had a lot to offer in the way of decoration and table linens which saved me time and money! Them offering catering, bartending, and house DJ was also a blessing, especially the closer I got to wedding. It was nice have that one point of contact and not having to keep up with so many vendors. Victoria never made me wait long for a response to any question I had, even some of the more silly ones, and day of she was the BEST! Any little decor issues or timing issues, her and her team were right there to fix it. I have gotten so many compliments on the delicious food and the beautiful space. Everything was so smooth!

We chose Carriage Lane for our wedding reception venue. It was perfect for us, price and size wise. Victoria was very informative and helpful. She was also very accommodating. I hired a coordinator to help with day of set of and break down of the venue, but really I didn't need to. The Carriage Lane staff had it under control. The venue is so pretty and perfect for pictures. The only issue we had was that we wanted cocktail hour in the garden with yard games and snacks before dinner. It was way too dark at 6:00 in November and there is not sufficient lighting in the garden. The games and things were a bust, but the food and drinks were great. We loved how we didn't have to find a separate caterer or bar tender, they came with the venue. There isn't parking available for guests at the venue so you will have to hire a valet service or have your guests park and walk down the street. Overall this venue was top notch and I am so glad that we picked Carriage Lane for our wedding venue!

My daughter's wedding had many challenges including a groom's family from Maine, elderly grandparents in attendance from out of town, and the threat of rain the day of the wedding. Somehow Victoria and Sammie, along with the rest of the staff managed to overcome them all.

I spent 6 months looking for venues for the wedding. The groom's family was from out of town, so finding a venue near lodging was of paramount importance. Carriage Lane Inn was an affordable venue that also offered beautiful, comfortable accommodations for the guests. The financial value of the lodging cannot be overstressed. The groom's family went on and on about how wonderful it was for them to be able to stay in a house together with a large kitchen area for them to gather together in. It meant a lot to them to be able to spend time together in this way and several of them came early so they could also tour Nashville together. Although they all live in the Northeast, several live in different states and so don't see each other often.

The staff at the Inn was not only helpful but friendly. Working with them was easy and fun! They truly made us feel like we were the most important item on the agenda - despite the fact that they do this week-in and week-out, I never felt like they were distracted or stressed or in any way wanted it to be over.

If I had one complaint it was that the wedding coordinators were too relaxed. While they let things flow easily, they often failed to let the Bride and Groom know what to do next without being asked. I would recommend that with young couples who have not experienced many weddings themselves, they perhaps be a little more proactive in their directions during the ceremony and reception. But in spite of this one difficulty, everything flowed seamlessly and left us all with wonderful memories of a wonderful day.

My husband is Japanese, and we traveled from Japan to have an American wedding and reception in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, very near my hometown. Planning a wedding from overseas was indeed stressful, but the staff at Carriage Lane Inn worked very well with my wedding coordinator as well as with myself. When I described my bridesmaids' bouquets, they ordered the same flowers from their own florist the Thursday before and used my wedding flowers, colors, and theme to coordinate their own decor with my vision. I adore my pictures, as they are so very beautiful to look back upon! Guests at the reception absolutely loved the Victorian feel of the reception hall as well as the food and decor. Having the Carriage Lane Inn staff working alongside my wedding coordinator really took the stress off of me and allowed me to thoroughly enjoy my day. It was more beautiful than I'd ever dreamed. In addition to a wonderful wedding reception, my Japanese family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Carriage Lane Inn's smallest house, the Cottage. Five family members traveled from Japan to come to our wedding, and the Cottage was indeed the perfect place for us to stay. It was beyond amazing for my Japanese family members. They absolutely loved the Cottage, dropping comments about how they wanted to live in America if all houses were so beautiful. There was so much space that we were able to invite my American family members from out of town over for dinner. The kitchen area and living room were cozy and the perfect size for us. There was a grill outside that my father used to cook American food for our Japanese guests. The beauty of the decor in the house swept us all away. We didn't want to leave! If my Japanese family is able to visit Tennessee again, we definitely want to stay at Carriage Lane Inn. We can't dream of any place else.

Staff was very friendly and organized. We didn't have to do a THING! The VIP suite was so nice and romantic. We were already happy about everything and then to walk in to our room and have rose pedals all over the bed was a nice surprise. They also did the catering and the food was delicious! Loved every second of our experience! Had multiple ceremony sites not available due to the holiday date that was chosen but the staff at Carriage Lane was ready and available from the start!

Our daughter and son-in-law were married at the Carriage Lane Inn in Sept. 2009. The staff made the planning process very easy and stress-free. On the day of the wedding accommodations were provided for the wedding party to prepare. A staff member was assigned to us and a cell phone provided to contact her if needed. It wasn't necessary because she was with us the entire time. The kitchen staff met with us and helped us choose horderves and the entrees. A list of vendors was provided when the venue was booked. We used many of their recommendations and were very pleased. They accepted all of our deliveries (flowers, cake, etc.). I can't emphasize how appreciative we were for such a beautiful wedding and overall stress-free experience.

I made it a point to review each vendor because I relied so heavily on the reviews of others.

I had my bridal luncheon at this venue and it was perfect. Adorable little house, amazing food, great service. Victoria was such a sweetheart and very attentive. All my guests very much enjoyed our tea party before the big day.

The Carriage Lane, under new management, was exceptional for us as part of the bridal party. We rented the Cottage, the Main House, the VIP, the Peri and the Magnolia and all were very well cared for and Darrell and Victoria made the stay so pleasant and wonderful. In fact, we're planning a reunion there because we like it so much!

I had my wedding at the Carriage Lane Inn in November of 2009. I cannot say enough wonderful things. We rented out all three houses and spend a fabulous long-weekend full of friends and family. Every bite of food was amazing, we had two great breakfasts, my rehersal dinner, and my wedding buffet. It was delicious, home-cooked food. My wedding cake was the BEST CAKE I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY LIFE. The venue was beautiful and the houses were a wonderful way to host my friends and family. It was so well priced, it completely exceeded my wildest dreams. Thanks again, Carriage Lane Inn.

My daughter was married in the garden. It's a lovely area for a more intimate wedding. The arbor is white and was beautifully decorated with tulle and flowers. The bridal suite for dressing is tastefully decorated and spacious for dressing. The reception was held in the ballroom of the carriage house. It's beautiful with Victorian charm and elegance. The food was delicious. From beginning to end, it was just what we were looking for.

The catering and planning staff at Carriage Lane did a fantastic job of meeting our needs and accomodations. We had our ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner and our family stayed on the premises. The wedding was beautiful, the food was fantastic and a great time was had by all. I high recommend if you're looking for somewhere to have a nice sized wedding without all the headaches, Carriage Lane is a dream come true.

This was the perfect location for an intimate, outdoor dusk wedding. It was truly everything I had envisioned. Having the houses available for the guests (as well as for me to get ready in) was the icing on the cake! Even in the Heat of the summer - anyone can endure 30 minutes for a picture perfect ceremony in the garden - then cool off in the perfect reception hall for the rest of the evening!

You get what you pay for

The price is nice and the venue is all inclusive, so you don’t have to stress about finding outside venders for food, music, and decorations. Just be aware that you are getting what pay for and plan accordingly for your wedding pictures. The outside ceremony area is quaint but is definitely pass due on needed repairs.

I grew up in Murfreesboro and always thought that The Carriage Lane was a beautiful venue. I was so excited to get married and have our reception there. We met with Sharon in January 2011 and paid our deposit for our wedding date, 10/22/11. She said that when we got about 3 months away from the wedding that a wedding planner would call me to set up a time to go over the details of what I had in mind. When I never heard anything from them by the end of July I called 3 times over the course of a week and always got the answering machine, I left a message each time. I finally received a return phone call from Sharon a few days after my 3rd message. It was a Friday night and I was out to dinner with my family. She called and told me that "we" had a problem. We booked our time at the venue to begin from 10am-1pm the day of our wedding. The problem was that she had double booked another wedding on our day, and the other couple's wedding was to begin at 2pm. She proceeded to tell me that "since the other couple bought a bigger wedding package that they had precedence over us." Those were her exact words. She asked us to move our wedding to an earlier time to accommodate the other wedding! How much earlier could we go?! We already had purchased our wedding invitations and our wedding was already starting at 11am! I was so shocked that I didn't know what to say to her and told her I would have to talk to my fiancee and call her back. After talking about everything with him, he called her back to talk things over and see if an agreement could be reached. He was not mean or short with her when he called, he asked her to go over the situation again with him and she immediately got defensive. She said "If you want to be ugly about this, that's fine, there's nothing I can do about it." He told her "I'm not being ugly about anything, ultimately this is not OUR problem, it's YOUR problem because we have a signed contract and it's YOUR responsibility to make this work for everyone involved." We met with her in person a few days later and she apologized and assured us that she would work everything out. We paid the rest of our balance and she said the wedding planner would be getting a hold of me soon. The rest of July went by, never heard anything, August went by, never heard anything. The middle of September came and I called and had to leave 2 messages to get someone to call me back. I went in to go over the details and never met with a wedding planner, just someone who worked in the office and all they did was write down my requests on a sheet of paper. They said that on the morning of the wedding we would bring our decorations and their staff would set everything up. So, the morning of the wedding comes...The wedding planner never showed up and Sharon didn't show up till after 10am. The staff that WAS there (a young man and a middle aged lady, I never caught their names, but they worked their BUTTS off, which is why I gave them a 3 for quality of service) were running around like chickens with their heads cut off to decorate and get everything set up. However, 2 people are not enough to set up a wedding and reception in such a short amount of time, so my family and friends that were there early all had to chip in and decorate the reception and ceremony area. Even my fiancee and Best Man were running around decorating and climbing ladders in their tuxes to get everything done. The other wedding that was booked to begin after ours was in one of the other B&B houses getting dressed and they kept coming out on their patio and giving us the evil eye the entire time. After the reception and wedding all of our friends and family had to pitch in with gathering all of our decorations and packing everything up. This was ANYTHING but a stress free wedding venue. I feel like I wasted my money here and if I had it to do over again, I would have just gotten married in my mom's small church. Considering the fact that we had to set up and clean up, I really have no idea what our money paid for other than the use of the venue and to pay the 2 workers that did work very hard to help us. I would advise anyone considering this place to choose a different location, unless of course, you are buying a large wedding package. In that case you may receive decent service.

We chose the perfect place to hold a private family gathering to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary vows renewal ceremony in the garden, with reception in the event room. The best part was renting the 5-bedroom Victorian house so that family from 3 states could stay with us for 2 nights sharing old memories and making new ones.

Please don't use this venue ...please read my warning on trip advisor....she wrote a one page response and tried to justify herself. Even ran down soldiers and insinuated that one had broken a door to "get to his wife". In reality a door lock was broken...and a three year old was locked in and crying! She will rip you off and swear that she did more than she agreed. ..and then write a slandorous remarks about your family if you write an honest review!!! She calls trip advisor and gets them to remove honest reviews! The place is pretty but run down! Rent the full day and do your own decor....and food. She provides a pubkix cake! Use Le Creme for your cake! Dont let her do the coordinating...do it yourself!
