I'll make this easy - hire Carolyn AND do the VIP service! I've been a bridesmaid in 12 weddings, and I've never been satisfied with my makeup. For my own wedding it was extremely important to me to find a MUA who took acute care to listen to what I was looking for - oh my goodness Carolyn delivered! I felt truly beautiful at my wedding. Our day was also 90 degrees and the VIP service was absolutely worth it!! At every corner Carolyn was there to touch me up, and took some of the most precious behind the scenes videos from our day. I truly cannot recommend Carolyn enough!! -

WOWOWOWOWOWOWWWW, my girl!!! You made me feel like the most beautiful and perfect bride. I got lucky and Carolyn had another wedding cancel the day of my wedding. I was offered Carolyn and immediately said YES. She came in and did me and my mom's makeup. We both wanted FULL GLAM and boy did she serve. Her team was also amazing. There was zero regrets and all my bridesmaids felt so beautiful. Carolyn is very detailed oriented and after showing her 2 inspo pics she knew exactly what to do. To say that Carolyn and her team were completely worth every penny I spent would be an understatement!! From my trial to the day of, everything was so easy! Communication with her team was so easy and responsive! Carolyn's team absolutely made all of my bridesmaids, mother and MIL, feel and look STUNNING!!! All of my girls said that they have never liked their makeup this much before. As for myself, there are not enough words to say how amazing Carolyn made me look and feel! I received so many compliments about my makeup from all of my guests! I don't think I'll ever look and feel that good again!! 100/10 I would recommend Carolyn and her team!!! -

From the moment she arrived, she was my biggest hype woman and brought such positive energy to the day. OMG!!! Carolyn did my wedding glam for my December wedding - it's been almost a month since our wedding and I am still not over how beautiful the makeup came out. Carolyn has magic hands!! Absolute perfection, 10 out of 10 no notes!! You need her!! She is so talented and so so sweet, so is her team who did my mother in law and bridemaids makeup. Worth every single penny!! Stunningggg, never felt so beautiful in my life. And the makeup stayed in place THE ENTIRE NIGHT. It was so beautiful, I was sad I had to take it off at the end of the night. As someone who genuinely loves doing makeup myself, I was extremely particular about who I trusted for my wedding day and Carolyn was, without question, the best decision I could have made.
My wedding was on December 5 at The Ryland Inn, and we got ready on-site. From the moment Carolyn and her team arrived, the entire energy in the room shifted. They were professional, warm, lively, and so much fun, it truly felt like getting ready with close girlfriends rather than a vendor. The morning was filled with excitement, laughter, and such a calm, joyful vibe, which is exactly what every bride hopes for.
Carolyn’s talent is unmatched. Her work is art — true art. She took her time, listened so carefully to what I envisioned, and elevated it into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. My makeup was absolutely breathtaking. I felt like an actual princess, confident, radiant, and completely myself. It held up flawlessly through tears, hugs, dancing, and the entire night without a single worry.
Beyond her artistry, Carolyn has the most incredible presence. She brings such positive, uplifting energy that keeps everything moving smoothly while still making the experience feel special and intentional. Having her there was truly a highlight of the day for me ...the glam portion of the morning felt just as magical as the day itself.
I honestly wish I could get married over and over again just to relive the glam experience she created. It was everything I dreamed of and more, and I will cherish those moments forever. Lauren was my makeup artist and she KILLED IT! I've never felt prettier in my life. My trial was great but she incorporated some tiny feedback/tweaks the day of, and it was perfect. I cannot recommend Carolyn’s Makeup Artistry enough! From the moment I had my trial to the final touch-ups on my wedding day, she was an absolute dream to work with.
On the morning of the wedding, Carolyn showed up early, calm, organized, and so friendly. She listened to exactly what I wanted and somehow made my skin look flawless without feeling heavy. My makeup lasted through tears, hugs, dancing, eating—literally everything—and still looked perfect at the end of the night. I kept getting compliments all day long!
Carolyn also did my sister, mom and mother-in-law’s makeup, which all came out flawless!
Beyond her being incredibly talented, Carolyn brought such a peaceful, uplifting energy to the room. It honestly felt like having another supportive friend there on one of the biggest days of my life.

I cannot rave enough about Carolyn’s makeup artistry. Her and her team are absolutely incredible! They were easy to work with and showed up with a team of girls who brought the best energy! Carolyn herself is incredible. I booked the VIP service and I’m so grateful I did- it was worth every penny. She was with me all the way up until my reception making sure my makeup looked perfect and even got me some behind the scenes content! My makeup still looked fresh at 2am and even the next morning (yes I slept in it, I didn’t want to take it off). But just to put it in perspective, my guests thought I got glammed again the next day for breakfast!! I also used Anna’s bridal creations through carolyn for hair. She was also incredible!! Gave me the hair of my dreams. If you’re evening thinking about booking Carolyn and her team- don’t hesitate, just do it! -

The best MUA ever!!!
Where do I begin.. Carolyn literally saved my day. When my first booked mua double booked me on my wedding I scrambled to find a new one and I was sooooo lucky Carolyn was available. Her assistant was so responsive and helpful and to be very honest… I’m glad my first mua double booked so I could have Carolyn with me. During the whole morning with her she kept the vibes light and playful. She is hilarious!!! But her personality didn’t just make my day- she is the most talented makeup artist I’ve come across. I’ve been a bridesmaid countless times and have met many artists.. but Carolyn’s talent is unmatched. She made me feel the most beautiful on my most important day. And to add… my makeup didn’t budge. My photographers and videographers even commended her work saying they’ve never seen makeup stay perfect like this throughout the whole day. All in all, I can’t recommend Carolyn enough. She’s truly a beauty inside and out and will make you feel your absolute best on your most important day. -

I had the absolute pleasure of having Lauren do makeup for my bridal party and I on my wedding day! She is not only incredibly talented but was also such a joy to have around, we vibed SO well! She made me look the absolute best I have ever looked, and my makeup didn't budge all day/night, even after crying through my entire ceremony. She is a true artist who knows how to enhance natural beauty.
At my trial, she recommended the perfect MAC lip combo that I loved so much, I bought it and still use it on a regular basis! Before she left, she even sweetly touched up my tears after my first look with my dad, showing her attention to detail and care. She made my mom, mother-in-law, and sisters look absolutely gorgeous as well. Choosing Lauren was a decision we'd make again in a heartbeat! -

From start to finish, Carolyn’s Makeup Artistry's skillset and energy were unmatched! Makeup was one of the first vendors we booked for the wedding—and for good reason. My best friend discovered this amazing team, and they truly exceeded every expectation.
The pro team arrived on time and ready to go at 9 AM. Even though our bridal party was running a bit behind (wedding morning chaos, of course!), they greeted us with open arms and nothing but positive vibes. Their upbeat energy set the tone for such a fun, stress-free morning.
We had a large group, 8 bridesmaids, 2 sisters, plus the mother of the bride and groom yet and somehow, we were all finished on time and looked absolutely stunning!!!
I had the absolute honor of having Carolyn herself do my bridal makeup. I didn’t do a trial because I trusted her completely...and I’m so glad I did. I told her I wanted to look like a “Black Barbie,” and honey… she DELIVERED! Carolyn is not only a gifted, skilled artist...she’s a whole vibe. She made me feel like a million bucks!!!!
What stood out even more was her kindness and care, she took the time to coach me through my robe shots and even stayed longer than expected to make sure everything was perfect. That level of dedication is rare.

Speechless!
Words can not even begin to describe how incredible Carolyn and her team are. I did Carolyn’s VIP service and wow was it worth it. From always touching me up till in between photos, feeding me, hyping me up, glamming me up to the gods, she does it all. A girls girl truly. Typically I only wear mascara and some lipstick so I felt strange wearing a full beat. Carolyn not only made it look like I had a natural glam all day but really went above and beyond to make me feel like a model. It’s gross but I totally passed out in my makeup and woke up like it was still freshly done. 12/10 recommend, especially the VIP service. All day touch ups and no ugly crying streaks! -

Carolyn was hands down the best choice for my makeup artist on my wedding day. I did my trial about a month before the wedding and she nailed it, tried different lashes to find the perfect fit. I cannot recommend Carolyn’s Makeup Artistry enough! Carolyn and her team are not only incredibly talented but also so friendly and professional. They made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
I had five bridesmaids, as well as the mother of the bride and groom, receive makeup services, and every single one of us looked stunning. Carolyn made me, the bride, feel absolutely flawless without looking overly done—even with double lashes! The makeup was perfectly balanced, enhancing my natural features while still making me feel glamorous.
The true testament to her work? I danced the night away, and my makeup stayed intact all night long. No touch-ups were needed (except for lipstick), and I didn’t even need filters to post my photos because everything looked so perfect in person and on camera.

Outstanding makeup for my big day!
Where do I start? Carolyn was absolutely incredible - my makeup was outstanding. She is meticulous with her work and listens to your input, whether you want more of a natural glam or full-blown smokey eye. My mom and I had our trial with Carolyn, and loved every moment. On the wedding day, we changed up a few things and I chose to do more of a natural glam and when I tell you, my makeup was perfect, I was so happy with how it turned out. I knew that I can put my trust in her! My makeup lasted all day long, was comfortable and I wish I could have my makeup done like this everyday haha. Initially, we were booked for a touchup service but there was a booking issue so we ultimately removed this service and this was not a concern given the way she applied our makeup. All we needed to do was reapply lip color. :) I would choose Carolyn over and over again if I could! Oh, and not to mention, her personality makes the entire process fun - she is super bubbly! -

Carolyns Makeup Artistry was a dream to work with. I worked with Meghan specifically for my wedding day and I was over the moon with how it turned out. We did a trial and the only thing I adjusted was going with a slightly lighter lash for my wedding day. The makeup stayed all day despite multiple rounds of happy tears throughout the day. Not only did I look gorgeous but so did all my bridesmaids, my mom and new mother in law. They were also accommodating for last minute changes, a few weeks ahead of my wedding when I saw the morning timeline I asked to add an additional artist so we didn't have to start early and they were able to accommodate that & I asked the week of my wedding to add one of the artists on for touch ups and they were able to add that as well. Can't recommend this company enough! -

Carolyn is an ANGEL
Carolyn is an actual ANGEL. She PERFECTED my wedding glam and made sure my day was actually perfect. I felt the most beautiful version of myself, while still looking like myself. My photographs did not need any editing, that’s how good my glam was. My makeup also DID NOT BUDGE and lasted the entire night. I booked the VIP service as well, and it was worth every single penny. Not only did she touch me up as needed (which I literally did not need because my makeup did not move) she made sure my dress was perfect, my hair was perfect and even made sure the photographers were getting each and every angle. Not to mention, she was the best hype woman ever! She kept me calm during the ENTIRE day and knew when I needed a second to breathe from the chaos and would touch me up and give me a little pep talk. She also got AMAZING content, which was a little bonus to her VIP services. I would book Carolyn again times a million! -

Truly Incredible!
Carolyn first did my makeup as a bridesmaid 4 years ago and I knew immediately she was going to do my wedding makeup one day. I booked her 2 years out because I knew I didn't want anyone else for my big day. I didn't even do a trial because I knew I was in good hands.
My makeup looked incredible for my wedding and lasted through 10 hours of taking photos, crying, laughing, and dancing. Her work is truly art! I've never felt more special or more beautiful.
Her whole team of artists and assistants were amazing with communication. An email never went unanswered for more than a day. They were always so sweet and patient with all of my questions leading up to my wedding.

I have done a trial with Carolyn 2 months before my special day. I trusted her fully with her creativity, experience, and what she felt best for my skin tone and vision.
My wedding day came, and her assistant was extremely prompt and did a beautiful job on the bridal party.
As the bride, I had Carolyn work her magic on me. My makeup was elegant for the wedding, it stayed the whole day from 10 AM up until 12AM. I love the eyelashes she used. I love that she took her time. I love her technique how she was well blending her color choices.

All I can say is wow. Carolyn slayed my bridal makeup. I felt so beautiful and she made me feel beautiful. I felt like a Spanish Barbie lol. I got so many compliments. She is the sweetest and made sure I liked how I looked and helped calm my nerves. She also did my mom’s makeup and she also looked so beautiful. Carolyn and Lauren were absolutely amazing! They showed up on time and absolutely killed the glam for 9 girls and the bride. Our makeup did not budge all day, we started getting ready at 7:30am and partied until 2am. My one bridesmaid went down for breakfast in the morning and still had her makeup done and all the other wedding guests said she looked exactly the same as the night before! When I was searching for a make-up artist, I did a lot of research (reviews, instagram, TicTok, etc). I came across Carolyn’s work and instantly booked with her. I got mad on July 26 at windows on the water in seabright New Jersey. Carolyn was absolutely amazing . If you are looking for a makeup artist to make you look like an actual celebrity on your wedding day then I highly reccomend her! She was also so much fun to work with from her personality just being so awsome & funny to very nice. Her assistant was great also. Carolyn also did a few Bridesmaids too. Everyone looked amazing on my wedding . I got compliments all day / night long . I was obsessed with the work she did. I also did a makeup trial with her like 2 months before the wedding day which was fun also and then has a a photoshoot done after lol. Since I have light eyes she really focuses on making my eyes pop with like a dramatic yet soft glam at the same time . Some makeup artists overdo it and make people look like clowns but she is just amazing and what she does and it looked perfect . Highly reccomend Carolyn!!!!! -

So I got married on 6/15/24 and let me tell you Carolyn and her team made my day even more special! Let me start with Carolyn herself. She is unbelievable talented, sweet and professional (also a great time! ). I am someone who was very particular about my makeup and usually always hate when someone else does it but she killed it! I never felt more comfortable and heard in my request than with Carolyn. She truly took her time so make sure the look was exactly what I dreamed and hoped for. I felt like an absolute princesses on my wedding day!
I also used her team for my bridesmaids and mom. Everyone looked so beautiful and was so happy with their looks. The team was so friendly and fun which made the morning even more exciting.

I genuinely don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t have Carolyn with me on my wedding day. I never felt more beautiful and my bridal makeup was an absolute dream come true! I got married on a very hot and sunny 90 degree weather day in July and thanks to Carolyn, I did not have to worry about my makeup melting away the entire day. She was there for me in so many more ways than the one I hired her for- she literally kept my wedding day running as smoothly as possible when that wasn’t even her responsibility to do so!!!
