Grounds of the venue were beautiful, twinkling lights under pavilion created a fairy tale atmosphere. Joanna was an absolute delight to work with to help create the wedding of my daughters dreams!

This venue was everything I wanted! The lake view, outdoors, southern chic esthetic, and more! Joanna was more than helpful!

Joanna was wonderful to work with. We were originally supposed to get married in 2021 but with deployment happening she was so easy to work with changing our date with no hassle. Any question I had she answered right away! We also used her for our flower decor and boutiques and they turned out AMAZING.

We have zero complaints! From the beginning Joanna was more than helpful. The venue provides so much beauty there were minimal decorations. The flower arrangements on the arbor, the barrels and at the ends of each bench where perfect and my bridal bouquet was exactly what I wanted!

Joanna is absolutely amazing. The time and attention she gives you for your special day and helping plans every little detail. And the venue is amazingly beautiful. Fit perfectly for our rustic boho theme we went for!

Joanna is the best! Thank you so much for letting us use your venue. It was great, beautiful and everything we wanted it to be. The planning process and setting up was easy because of all her help and advice to make it less stressful. All the improvements and planting flowers made the venue even more breathe taken. We loved it!

Working with Joanna at CBLP was great, from start to finish. It's evident that she's a hard working and down-to-earth person, and was so incredibly helpful and kind during our planning process. She went above and beyond to offer advice, provide vendor recommendations, or jump right in and help us with anything we needed. The venue was simple but beautiful, and was exactly the kind of place we were looking for. Joanna even let us fish on our wedding day haha! She was great to work with and the venue was very reasonably priced. We also used her service to rent all bouquets, centerpieces, arbor florals, aisle décor, and other floral arrangements. Everything she put together for us was stunning, and being able to rent it was such a nice option to have. My husband and I would 100% recommend this venue and owner to anyone looking for a beautiful little outdoor spot to get married.

My husband and I were initially scheduled to get married in September of 2020, but we ended up postponing due to COVID until October of 2021. From contract signing through postponement and leading up to the final day, Joanna was a dream to work with. I was planning the wedding from New York, so I was really scared about all the details and worried because I wasn't able to come see things in person. The whole time Joanna was super helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed to have a wonderful day.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous, no matter which season. We had our wedding right as the leaves were at peak foliage and it was beautiful. It was a little chilly the day of, but we were able to have the propane heaters running underneath the pavilion and all the guests had a great time. The sound system is really good, and it's so convenient to have the ceremony and reception in one place.

The only caveat is that the pavilion is kind of isolated from anything else to do on the weekends except maybe some walking and hiking. However, this is compensated for in the price. You will be hard pressed to find a better financial deal with the offerings and capacity of the Lake Pavilion. GREAT if you are on a budget, and in my opinion you don't lose out on anything by picking this venue over something more expensive.

Extremely nice venue that accommodated all of the needs of the small, sweet wedding my cousin desired. It was a beautiful and special ceremony. Thank you Joanna! It was all so very lovely!

Our July 31st wedding and everything leading up to it was wonderful. The venue is gorgeous on its own so there's little to do other than make it your own. There's photo opportunities from any angle due to the beautiful landscaping and interior decor. Joanna is very responsive and provides great advice and communication.

I'm very pleased with how beautiful and simply perfect this venue was for our big day! Even in the rain, they made it work.

We finally were able to celebrate our married at Carolyn Baldwin Lake Pavilion in April. Joanna was so wonderful in planning and helping us reschedule our wedding due to Covid. She provided a lot of helpful information that made our day run smoothly. We could not have asked for a better venue! The venue is breathtaking. It was absolutely beyond anything I had envisioned. I would recommend this venue to any couple that looking for an oasis to celebrate their day!

Joanna and her team were amazing!! They truly kept this Covid bride sane! They were flexible and available to help in any way they could! The venue was breath takingly beautiful, it truly is a diamond in the ruff!
There is no cell reception (or limited) at the venue and it made it very easy to not get distracted from the busy everyday life! I loved it! My guests were engaging and danced more than I could've imagined. We were immersed in the wonderful evening! I appreciate all of Joanna hard work for making the venue beautiful! She was updating me every step of the way (in the event of rain), for rain they had beautiful tent walls they could put up, in the event of cold weather they had 5-6 giant beautiful silver heaters! The day was so amazing! 10 / 10 would recommend.

Joanna was so helpful with EVERYTHING even the last minute things I wanted done. She responded quickly when I needed her and had all the answers to every question I had. I would definitely recommend this place. It was beautiful!

Joanna is so awesome to work with! Her venue is beautiful & well worth the price! We could not have asked for a prettier place. The lake house is also a nice little touch! Joanna had it perfectly stocked with everything we could have asked for. We had an amazing experience & hope to go back to the lake house for mini vacations!

My daughter, Chelsea and her newlywed husband, Todd, had the most beautiful wedding ceremony at The Carolyn Baldwin Lake Pavilion! The setting for the ceremony and reception was perfect for the bride and groom and their 80 guests of family and friends. JoAnna was most helpful in providing guidance and support for our wedding preparations. The weather was perfect for an Autumn wedding, as the colorful leaves provided a great background and reflected on the lake. Everyone was relaxed, comfortable and had a great time! Also, the atmosphere was so kid-friendly and the children had fun, along with the adults.

This is seriously the best venue out there! Its gorgeous, affordable, unique, and arranged perfectly. The owner Joanna is so easy to work with and so sweet! She also took our photos and they are amazing. This venue is a bit off the beaten path but that helps to make it your own private wedding oasis. We could not have been happier and everyone that attended said it was the prettiest venue they had ever seen. It has everything from a dressing room to a kitchen and decorations on hand. We loved it!!

This was the first and only venue we look at (that’s how amazing it is!) We had Originally picked a different date but we needed to change it and Joanna let us without a problem She’s the best! Joanna was our photographer and the photos are gorgeous. Our guest still talk about how great the venue is almost 2 years later. Keep telling us to have another wedding there so that they can go back

We had such an amazing wedding day on 5/7/2018. Joanna was so helpful with planning out big day and very accommodating to our budget needs. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and all of our guests tell us over and over again how they thought it was so much fun and the perfect setting. Couldn't have asked for a better venue to hold out fishing themed wedding.

It was a beautiful venue and dream location. But of an adventure for family to fly in and drive over but everyone loved it

Our whole experience was out of this world fabulous! Joanna was so wonderful to work with! Not only did I get a beautiful venue, I also got a sound board with lots of wedding experience to help make my wedding day perfect! She gave us seating plan options and was super flexible the entire time. I would also like to mention that Joanna was my photographer and did all of our floral arrangements too.
The venue is set up with ample parking, a a cute little bridal suite, a mini kitchen(very helpful for the caters), wonderful restrooms and of course the gorgeous pavilion with the lake and ceremony space right behind it. All the extras that she has avalivle are nice too, because it is like a one stop shop for wedding awesomeness! I would 100% recommend this venue and urge you to check it out!

I loved Joanna from the first e-mail she sent me. She was extremely casual and friendly but super responsive and helpful with everything from words of advice to cheerful encouragement when the planning process got crazy. And speaking of crazy, when the typical last minute wedding chaos set in and all of my decor and DIY ideas went up in flames, Joanna showed up like a superhero and went right to work as dedicated as if she were a childhood friend. She and her friend immediately sat down and made me a gorgeous bouquet out of the fabric flowers I had only half finished, and she even went and got fresh clippings from the property and rummaged through totes and made simple but beautiful centerpieces out of random jars and vases I had brought. The venue was so beautiful with the new string lights and lanterns that it didn't even matter that none of my plans worked out. Everyone is still talking about how amazing the location was. The value was incredible and I was constantly blown away at all the little extras that were included without asking. Everyone loved it so much that our group of friends wants to rent it out for a yearly reunion to relive the day. We stayed overnight in the campers and when we were done cleaning up and I started to pull away I just started crying because it felt like leaving home. The day, the place, and Joanna herself will be permanently etched into the memories of truly the best day of my life, and I couldn't be happier about it. If you want an experience that is relaxed, personal, and as easy as planning a wedding can be, I cannot recommend Joanna or her venue highly enough.

This was the perfect venue for my rustic, country wedding in October. It was very affordable as well as beautiful. Joanna was absolutely amazing to work with. She is very prompt and responded to all of my questions and concerns right away. As fate would have it, hurricane Joaquin decided to make his presence known just in time for my wedding weekend. Unfortunately, we had to move the ceremony (which was to be held out on the dock over the lake) to under the pavilion where the reception was to be held. I was panicking and concerned with how it would all work out under the same space, but it turned out beautifully, just as Joanna had assured me. She even ordered and put together all of the flowers, which were gorgeous. They turned out exactly how I had imagined them! All of my other vendors even commented on how pleasant Joanna was to work with during the whole process. I would definitely recommend this venue!
