The photos we always wanted

Caroline was the only photographer when I was looking that specifically asked me what we wanted to capture on our big day. She was the only one that made me feel as if my opinion of how the photos should look was the most important part. She was able to help blend her professional ideas seamlessly into exactly what we wanted and made for beautiful, captivating, and heartwarming photos. She was able to guide us through taking these photos and suggesting different poses so that it felt more like time amongst friends than simply posing for shot. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone because you will be able to look back and enjoy those moments from your big day again and again and relive the same amount of happiness and love that she captured!!!

An absolute professional!

Investing in Caroline was one of the best decisions we made. She was extremely organized prior to the wedding. Caroline took detailed notes, asking who we wanted in each photograph and made sure to capture key moments with the people we loved on our big day. She was calm and efficient on the big day. Caroline also worked with us on the budget and made sure to capture our most important moments in the time allotted. The pictures came out beautiful, and they were delivered promptly. I highly recommend her!

Absolutely amazing!!

Caroline has the best personality and was so much fun to work with!! She was very responsive and flexible and met with us whenever we needed to for timeline planning. We absolutely loved our engagement photos and wedding photos. We cannot stop looking at our wedding photos!!! It was so fun reliving our wedding day going through the album. She captured moments and memories we will enjoy and look back on forever. We can’t wait to get them in frames up around the house so we can see them everyday! Hire Caroline!!

We were so happy with Caroline as our wedding photographer! From the moment we met her, we knew that she would be a great fit for our personalities. Caroline was flexible financially and logistically--she was willing to meet with us over Skype and do our engagement photos very early since we're out of state, and she even let us use some of her materials for our wedding decorations. She was responsive to every email we sent, on time the day-of, and very detail-oriented in soliciting our vision for the wedding day. She even went out of her way to research things and check things out to help us make that vision possible. Caroline's photos were amazing! We got so many compliments on them! She got them to us less than 4 weeks after the wedding date and posted a few preview pictures (from our engagement shoot and wedding) just a couple days after the events themselves. We would highly recommend Caroline to anyone in a heartbeat.

Caroline was absolutely amazing and made our wedding nothing short of a dream come true! The journey with her before, during and after was one I would experience with her time and time again! Her level of professionalism, grace, kindness, thoughtfulness and talent is incomparable and I will forever look back on our pictures of our wedding day very thankful that Caroline was our photographer. She caught every emotion, laugh and sign of joy throughout and I absolutely would recommend her for anyone. In fact, you would be doing yourself a disservice NOT to hire Caroline for your big day!

Caroline was very professional and fit our style perfectly, she was very detail-oriented and communicated very well before, during, and after our wedding. Caroline was truly fantastic to work with! She is so kind, creative, and fun! My husband and I had a terrific time working with her at both our engagement photo shoot and at our wedding. She captured the most meaningful moments perfectly and my husband and I catch ourselves flipping back through her photos almost every other day and we are already almost 2 months out from the wedding. Her edits are amazing, she is so prompt to upload her photos, and she was well worth every penny! 200/200 of our wedding guests would recommend her haha :)

Caroline was a phenomenal photographer for our wedding. We started planning out of state, and she was very professional and accommodating throughout the whole process. She's incredibly easy to work with, and her photos are GORGEOUS. Caroline was absolutely fantastic to work with!! Our pictures just came in this week and we could not have asked more of her. She really captured our wedding from beginning to end and in the way we wanted it to be-candid and lively. We got engaged in November and got married at the end of December, so we planned the 200 person wedding in 2 months. With my background in event and wedding planning it was so important because of that short time frame that we had someone we trusted, and she performed above and beyond! We have received so many compliments about the pictures since posting them and have even had a couple of people ask for contact information to use her for upcoming engagement shoots and weddings. Thank you SO much for capturing our day in more ways than we could have hoped for!!! Highly recommend!!!!! Working with Caroline was a great experience. From our initial engagement session location that got rained out (Caroline was quick on her feet and took us to another location, which ended up being the most beautiful plantation house) to dealing with the crazy winds during our outdoor wedding ceremony, Caroline was very accommodating and easy going. We have gorgeous photographs that captured the most important day of our lives and we would highly recommend Caroline Martin Photography.

Caroline captured our wedding day perfectly. We love our traditional bridal and family photos, but were even happier with the candid shots she took of us and our guests. She was able to capture sweet moments all throughout the night. Caroline was professional and fun to work with from the engagement shoot to the wedding. Caroline was absolutely wonderful to work with. She thought of things that I hadn't thought of. She went the extra mile in coordinating the ceremony with the country club. We even made some last minute changes that were fantastic due to Caroline's suggestions. We loved the pictures and the memories that will provide for years to come. I highly recommend using Caroline!

Caroline has a truly visionary and artistic approach to photography. You'll definitely come away with an album unlike like any other because of her attention to the beautiful little details. She's also very flexible if you're interested in getting a particular shot or perspective. We couldn't be happier with our engagement and wedding photos - if we could do it over again, we would choose Caroline. Her packages are decently priced, but you get so much value out of her. There were a lot of other photographers out there with more reviews and potentially more experience, but I don't regret having Caroline as our photographer. Her backup photographer, on the wedding day, was amazing as well. She had a lot of creative flair. Thank you, Caroline for making one of the most magical moments of our life so photogenic.

Caroline was an absolute joy to work with! I could not have asked for a more amazing photographer to capture even the smallest of moments that I adore being able to see through photographs now. She was so flexible in traveling for us and I love the way she uses the natural light. She even did several sessions so that we could have a more traditional engagement session as well as a CrossFit themed session that my husband and I really wanted to have as well. Best choice we could've made for our wedding.

Caroline was on top of it. The day before our event she drove all the way to the venue to scope out the best spot to capture the sunset. She learned how to drive a golf cart and everything so she could explore! We didn't have to do anything. We arrived the next day at the perfect spot for our pictures. I was scared the lighting would be too tricky, but she assured us she was good. Sure enough everything came out great. We're about to go crazy framing them all!

Caroline Martin is not only an outstanding photographer with ravishing talents but she also open minded and willing to try anything. What's great about her is that she has a 2 week "sneak peak" and gives you a taste of what's to come. I've had photographers who have taken about 60 days till we would see at least one photo. She also has a unique style and will taylor it to your personality. Caroline captures moments when you least expect it and she also has some great jokes to keep the atmosphere lively. I definitely recommend Caroline for not only weddings but any occasion. Thanks again Caroline!

Caroline was amazing to work with. I would have preferred a somewhat small, intimate wedding but due to family obligations on my husband's side we had a BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING with all the cultural trimmings. We asked Caroline to help us create the feel of an intimate wedding though her photography to help me feel less overwhelmed by everything. The resulting pictures are stunning.

The planning process with Caroline was a breeze - and she gave us the opportunity to show her exactly what kind of photos we wanted and the style of photography that we as a couple relate to and find attractive. It almost worked too well as it is going to take us a month to decide which prints to biggie size around the house.

There is absolutely nothing about the process of working with Caroline that I can offer anything but the highest praise for. She was warm and welcoming, genuinely concerned about our experience and what we wanted to walk away with at the end of the day. She worked with us to find the right budget and photo package for us and at no time was there ever any stress or concern about what was going on with the photographer. She was a genuinely lovely person to spend our big day with.

My husband and I couldn't have picked a better photographer to capture our friend's, family member's, and our own goofiness, love, and joy on our wedding day. She is a joy to work with, but more important (at least for me, a DIY bride on a budget with no wedding planner) she needed absolutely no direction from us on our wedding day. We discussed what I was looking for in pictures (details, emotions, experiences, etc.) ahead of time, and when she arrived day of, she did what she needed to without having to ask me for anything. It was such a relief to have someone so professional and self-sufficient day of that didn't need additional direction or help. Seeing the pictures afterwards, she did an amazing job capturing everything we had talked about, and it was a wonderful surprise to see the work she was doing behind the scenes while we were getting ready.

She was quiet and elegantly graceful taking pictures during our ceremony. After our ceremony, she was organized and efficient in getting all of our formal family pictures taken.

All-in-all I would recommend her to anyone for any kind of photo shoot. She has a loving, sweet nature about her that makes her a joy to work with. She's open to each person's own creativity and individuality and can incorporate your own personal style and vision with her own to capture your story, even more magically than you could've ever hoped for.

Caroline did a phenomenal job with the pictures. They were both artistic as well as comprehensive in telling the story of the wedding. Caroline was tenacious in her effort to capture so many great moments of the wedding. Both her traditional shots as well as those special moments were displayed by the sheer number of photos she took. Caroline is young in her experience and career but she displayed a maturity beyond her years both in her effort and in her final product.

Caroline was referred to us by a friend and was a wonderful find! She worked with us to do our couple's photos two weeks before the wedding, fitting it in to our package and pulling off some splendid shots. The day of she was calm, collected, and professional - even as rain called for a last minute change of plans. Printed and framed, her pictures are one of the final touches to our home and bring smiles to our faces. Thank you Caroline!

Caroline was such a joy to work with! After being recommended Caroline's photography services by a close friend, we contacted Caroline and she invited us out for coffee so we could discuss pricing and options. Caroline was soo incredibly flexible, and she was determined to create a custom package to fit our limited budget. We are so happy with the photos she provided us! Each shot has so much color and light (thankfully it was a gorgeous day for our wedding!) The attention to detail throughout the entire process was truly amazing and the overall experience was fantastic. If you're looking for stylish and fun photos, Caroline is your girl!

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with our entire experience with Caroline. She went above and beyond to provide us with support in planning and implementing our photos from when we became engaged through our wedding day. Caroline was PERFECT for our "Blessing Celebration!" An outdoors/under the tent/in the field event is hard to capture, and she did an amazing job, in capturing the mood, atmosphere, guests, and beauty of the day-into-evening. Just the style I was looking for - casual yet timely photos, I want to enlarge and print every shot! She melted into the guests and became a part of the event and thus was able to capture each and every person there! Recommend highly!

I first met Caroline 4 years ago. She has always had an eye for photography. I don't think I've actually ever seen her without a camera! She did my husband, Tim, and I the honor of photographing our wedding in December 2013. We were so overjoyed when we saw the pictures and we couldn't have asked for a better photographer that really captured our hearts in the amazing pictures she took of us. And to add to it, she was one of my bridesmaids, yet still managed to capture gorgeous photos of our big day! Although we aren't the most photogenic couple out there she was entirely professional and made us feel so comfortable. If you're looking for a great photographer, you've come to the right place!

I needed a photographer for a photo shoot that lasted about 2 months. I wanted to make a photo book for my girlfriend and the concept was to visit places we used to hangout and have special memories of and takes pictures of the landscape and me pretending my girlfriend was there.
We would meet up for about an hour to an hour and a half for about 6 photo sessions. Caroline was easy to get in touch with and worked around my schedule. Although there were a couple times where I did want to do a photo shoot and Caroline could not meet me but I can't expect her to always be free when I am. This was a very laid back photo shoot and If I had to cancel for any reason or vice versa it was not a big deal.
Caroline took AMAZING pictures. She took ones that were really candid, ones where I wasn't ready (that turned out amusing) and ones where she knew exactly the perfect back drop for me. If I wanted to pose a certain way or take pictures at a certain location/time Caroline was very accommodating. I think since she knew these photos meant a lot to me so she let me have a good amount of control of the how/when/where of the pictures taken. After a few sessions though I did run out of ideas of how to pose for the camera. Caroline did have some suggestions but started to repeat certain poses.. I would like for her to expand on this for future photo shoots and she admits herself that that is her downfall and is working towards building a portfolio or pre selected poses for certain situations.
Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of the work that was produced. She took some amazing pictures and edited them very well, She has a professional account with Richmond Camera and gets discounts on high quality pictures. Caroline only took the pictures and got them developed. I personally created the photo book. I would highly recommend Caroline to anyone of my friends and family members.

Caroline was so accommodating getting our engagement shoot scheduled (we had snow and then rain in our forecast the first times we scheduled, and then she met up with us almost on the spur of the moment). She takes great pictures! I do wish she had been a little more directive and take-charge during the day of the wedding, but our pictures turned out fantastic.

Caroline was easy to work with & had a specific sheet for us to fill out so she would know what kind of pictures we really wanted. However, waiting for pictures and the album took much longer than expected. Perhaps I should have inquired about the timeline for how long the pictures would take to develop.
