I was never stressed during wedding planning and didn't have to second guess any detail on the wedding day. Because I knew I could trust Caroline and her vision, I simply enjoyed my wedding day while everything unfolded perfectly around my husband and I. Best day ever
I was very particular with what I wanted for our wedding! Like many brides, I had a vision in my head of what I had always wanted. Walking in to my reception the day of, I was blown away! It was even better than I had imagined it could be. I was very particular about wanting a specific color palette but wanted the flowers to be a pop of color to add to it. Caroline exceeded all expectations here! The flowers were STUNNING! She even went above and beyond and had my flowers stored after the wedding so they could be preserved. I also was so impressed that her team handled the set up and clean up of everything at the venue— even the extra detail DIYs I did. She also returned everything to me in mint condition. When I say Caroline thought of everything, she truly did! My bridesmaids commented about how calm I seemed the day of and that was because I had Caroline and her team handling every detail so that I didn’t have to worry. Caroline truly made the process so easy, handling last minute hiccups on the venue side with ease and not stressing me out with the details of it all! Thank you CLED!

Amazing Collaboration
Caroline helped us plan a private wedding ceremony for family and large wedding celebration after at our home. Our daughter had a very nontraditional wedding and celebration and Caroline jumped in and fulfilled our daughter's and her fiancé's vision. The weather went back and forth during the time of the ceremony and plans changed by the minute but she was able to pull off the ceremony at the top of a hill on our property overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains- just as my daughter and her fiancé had wanted. Caroline worked with us to create a stunning and sustainable event with potted plants, trees and herbs in collaboration with family friends who own a greenhouse. And she was able to create a lovely bouquet at a very last minute request. She worked our own furniture and oriental rugs into the decor and she handled her team, the musicians, the photographer, the caterer and the shuttles with ease- if there were any hiccups at all, our family and guests knew nothing of them. Guests are still sending notes of thanks and stating they've never been to a more beautiful celebration of a bride and groom. Thank you, Caroline, for all your hard work and your attention to detail. If my next daughter's wedding venue in CO would let us hire someone from home, you'd be getting a call- the wedding planner we'll be working with on that wedding will have some huge shoes to fill!

Beyond All Expectation!!
I was thrilled when Caroline LaRocca agreed to travel across the country to style the decor for my daughter’s wedding, not only because she is my life long friend, but also because I knew we were in the very best hands. Throughout the planning, Caroline was a wealth of knowledge, and I was grateful for her insight on every aspect of the event. She was creative, flexible and went above and beyond to create a once in a lifetime experience to wow everyone- especially the bride and groom. The design for the welcome party had a “contemporary mountain uptown vibe” with special up lighting for warmth inside an otherwise cool interior. She worked easily alongside the caterer so no head aches or concerns throughout the weekend.

Absolutely Stunning and Terrific
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Caroline to plan a wedding at our home, and she did exceptional work! She was trusted to design the entire "look" of our wedding, from the linens to the flowers to the placement of everything, and every element was amazingly beautiful and top notch. The flowers were not only beautiful, but each bud was perfect. That takes an attention to detail and a commitment to quality that is rare. I am in the film production business, so I know how important every detail is, and let me assure you, Caroline does as well. And when it came to the installation, she was able to do even more than we expected. And to top it all off, she's a delightful person who also instills confidence that everything will be great - and of course it was. Because it was an "out of town" wedding for Caroline we had a separate person doing the "coordination" but I am certain that if she was in charge of that she would have knocked it out of the park as well. She is a rock star at the top of the game.

She's the best! Look no further.
Caroline went above and beyond in creating the perfect wedding weekend. She planned out rehearsal dinner, wedding day and set up our brunch. Throughout the entire planning process she let me choose how much or little I wanted to be involved. She was patient with me and supported all of my decisions. When I asked her advice, she always gave her honest opinion which I very much respected. She planned and timed the day perfectly, which can make or break the guest's experience. Her flowers were exactly what we wanted and the decor was on point for our french garden theme. Our biggest fear was our guests not having a good time and I believe that the atmosphere Caroline provided made it such a welcoming environment, every guests felt so comfortable and truly had a blast. We are so thankful for Caroline and all of her expertise to make this such a special day. We love her and would use her again in a heart beat.

Just hire Caroline - that's the best advice I can give, and made all the difference in our wedding. She was easy to work with, extremely responsive and supportive of (and executed) our vision for the wedding, and we were really impressed by her preparedness and sense of style. On the weekend of our wedding, she was 100% in control and we were able to just glide through and enjoy our wedding without the stress of having to manage vendors, decorations, etc. And the flowers an decor - WOW. So beautiful!! I will try to post photos once we get them back from the photographer. We will miss working with Caroline now that the wedding is over.

CLED allowed me to fall in love with the process of planning a wedding
All it took was one picture of drapes in a white washed barn to lead me to Caroline LaRocca. That simple photo was the beginning of an amazing wedding planning experience and friendship. Really I had no real vision for what my wedding would look like. Caroline started by interviewing me, to discover my interests and tastes and took the reins from there. She turned a blank canvas into one beautiful experience that spanned over two years with the pandemic. We planning a wedding that got postponed. Once rescheduled, we picked up right where we left off, made some adjustments based on the circumstances and truly had one of the most beautiful ceremonies and receptions ever. I will be forever grateful for the create vision and laborious hours Caroline and her team devoted to our special day. Caroline made our wedding vision come true!
There are simply no way to briefly summarize how amazing Caroline was to work with. Getting a wedding planner was one of the first decisions we made when starting wedding planning back in 2019. My then fiancé and I lived in PA and knew we wanted someone to help us plan our wedding who was in Roanoke. More than that, however, we needed someone who was able to help us plan a weekend long, fusion Hindu-American event. We had read great reviews for Caroline and the entire CLED team so we contacted her, explained our situation and hopes for the weekend and we knew right away, she was the person to pull this off!
Our first meeting with her was actually in NYC and I remember us sitting down with her and sharing our fairly disorganized idea of the weekend we wanted. Frankly, Sid and I aren’t details people and we’d certainly never planned any event like this…we were in over our heads. Caroline asked us, “What’s most important to you?” This question, and her emphasis on what we wanted and cared about, affirmed we had the best person to help us plan. We shared we wanted to have fun, number one. The food and drinks and atmosphere were important. Jokingly (well..somewhat) I said “I just don’t want anyone asking me to pick something like napkin colors.” For us, life was crazy in PA and we truly didn’t have the time to be intimately involved in every decision. Over the next few months, our loose string of ideas we’d shared with Caroline started to come to life and we were over the moon! We couldn’t wait for August 2020 to come…
Of course, before we could make it to August 2020, March 2020 came, along with a pandemic that changed just about everything in life. When Sid and I realized things may not be “normal” by our original date, we looked for other options, dates, situations, that could work. With really demanding schedules and the ever changing situation, we actually “cancelled” the entire weekend at one point. But Caroline really helped talk me through all of the options, and ultimately we rescheduled our smaller, one venue event to September 2021.
The weekend of our wedding consisted of three unique events. As one of the original venues had closed during 2020, Caroline helped us plan how to still have three separate events at The Penthouse. Her team worked so incredibly hard to flip the space three times in 48 hours to go from a Southern, rustic inspired cocktail party on Friday to a traditional Hindu ceremony on Saturday morning and finally an amazing lounge like vibe reception on Saturday night. We enjoyed every single minute of the weekend. Caroline helped us secure some of the best vendors and wedding partners we could have ever asked for. Having Caroline there throughout this process was not only worth it, this wedding couldn’t have happened without her.

Perfection!
Our daughter was married June 8, during a weekend of torrential rains and fog. The lighting and floral arrangements provided by Caroline LaRocca saved the event from this weekend of dreary, rainy gloom. Caroline was promptly responsive to our inquiries and plans from our first conversation, 6 months before the wedding. She understood our goals, color scheme, budget, and worked to meet our expectations. She adjusted her quotes based on our changing requests, and never lost patience with our changes. The quality of the floral arrangements exceeded our expectations, and the color schemes were perfection.
On site, during the stormy weekend, her staff remained positive and accommodating. They truly created a magical space on a dreary day, in an old barn. The wedding party and guests were truly enchanted, and we had a great time.
All in all, a wonderful experience working with Caroline LaRocca and her design team. We recommend them without hesitation.

Beyond Perfect!!
Caroline is amazing! From the first time I met her to discuss the wedding she has surpassed all of my expectations. She is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced. Planning a wedding is a huge task with lots of stress but with Caroline's help she made the event stress-free for everyone. We had a 300 person wedding and I was concerned about seating and being over crowded at a venue that I loved. Her experience and insights for event planning transformed the venue to a perfect balance between a full event yet had adequate space for all. Our wedding was a fusion Indian/American wedding and she helped with making both traditions shine. We had events starting at 9 am until midnight and she and her team were there the whole time. The decorations transformed the venue from a traditional Indian ceremony in the morning to a classy evening reception. It was hard to believe that we were in the same venue for both events! My husband and I were also planning the wedding from another state but with Caroline's help we didn't feel like we were missing anything. She was available via text, video calls, e-mail, and phone. She was also our coordinator on the wedding day and we had people coming up to us at all times telling us how seamless the day went. On the day of the wedding I was completely in the moment knowing that everything was being taken care of by someone who knows exactly what they are doing.

Absolute Necessity!
Like every other bride, I immediately started researching all local vendors the day after we got engaged. A wedding planner was something that I knew I would love to have, but wasn't something I considered a "necessity" (at the time). After hearing about Caroline through a reception venue, I decided to give her a call, and I never looked back! Caroline was super flexible with my tough working schedule, creating Skype dates, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings whenever possible to make sure all of my needs were met. We hired Caroline as our full-service planner, as well as our florist AND our decor manager. She went above and beyond the entire timeline of our engagement- 9 months- and especially the month-of, week-of, and day-of. She took everything I mentioned and made my most important day my very best day! Every single thing went off without a hitch and was better than I had ever imagined. The night of our rehearsal dinner, I had a total brain-lapse and realized I had forgotten my guest book. Caroline went out and bought us one the night before our wedding, even with everything she had going on, so I wouldn't have to! I can't say enough about all of the great things Caroline did for us, but, while I have listened to a million people say how happy they are that their weddings are over and they don't have to do any more planning, the only memories I have of wedding planning are happy memories, and I would do it a million times over thanks to Caroline!

Wow! I could not be happier with CLED. Caroline and her team were extremely professional, helpful, and truly made my wedding day perfect. After getting engaged and starting a new, demanding job within a week, planning a wedding in 8 months seemed impossible. Caroline did an amazing job taking the stress off of my plate and really brought things together for the big day. The flowers, decor, everything worked out beautifully even after some rain made us move the ceremony the day of. Thank you so much for making my day so special. Hiring Caroline and her crew was the best decision we made while planning our daughter's wedding. Caroline was responsive, pleasant and easy to work with throughout the process. She guided us from the beginning to the end and by the time the date arrived, the pressure was off. We knew that whatever might arise--Caroline would handle it. And she and her assistants did just that. A persistent rain forced us to move inside from the planned outdoor venue, but she assured the bride that the new setting would be lovely and that the planned flowers would easily work inside. Her calming presence and assurance made a big difference and helped us to avoid frazzled nerves as the time for the ceremony grew near. As it turned out, the service could not have been more beautiful. In the days since, I have been told numerous times that "it was the best wedding I have ever attended." The flowers, the table settings, the perfectly executed timeline of events...we could not have asked for a better experience. If I could give six stars instead of five, I would!

Caroline was the absolute best to work with. I don’t know much about florals, and quite honestly didn’t see the importance in them. But once I saw out venue with all the centerpieces she had created, I was blown away. Caroline has a great eye and really listened to everything we said when it came to the theme we had going for our wedding. I'm a little sorry to say that I approached Caroline with a difficult problem. I not only had a small budget, a vague idea of what my wedding would look like... but I also I needed a wedding planned from 3,000+ miles away. The wedding would be in Roanoke, VA USA while I lived in Vancouver, BC Canada. She assured me that this would not be a problem and continued to surprised me with how quickly and thoroughly she would respond to my text and emails. If I dished out too many questions at one time or asked something that would need a more flushed out answer, she'd schedule a phone call or skype/zoom call to ensure that we were both on the same page with whatever concerned me.
Unlike most brides, I didn't know what I wanted for my decor so I was (and still am) amazed at how she took all my random pinterest photos, vague ideas, and occasional definitive choices and turned them into.... a cohesive and beautiful decor idea that reflected my husband and I perfectly. I swear to god, this woman knows her flowers. Trust her with them. Cancel your other florist and use Caroline instead. You won't regret it. She's always thinking on her toes and has contingency plans ready if something were to change. Even a week before the wedding when I needed to make a couple changes with our decor, she went out of her way to find me new sources and prices for me to choose from without hesitation. She communicated with and managed the vendors directly so I wouldn't need to worry about them but also kept me within the loop.
She's incredibly professional and always made me feel like I was a priority with her. She never guided me in a direction that didn't suit us and our vision for our wedding. If she felt something wouldn't work well with the rest of the decor, she'd inform me of her concern and we'd find a solution together. I can honestly say I never really turned into a bridezilla because I always had her to lean on in this whole wedding planning process.

Caroline and her team exceeded all of our expectations and beyond. We moved our wedding date up nearly one year from our original date, and she worked with us under a tight timeline to make our wedding dreams come true. When we changed our entire wedding reception and ceremony location at our site visit, caroline did not skip a beat in acquiring the right vendors to adjust to our new venue. Our family and friends have stated several times that our wedding ceremony and reception decor belonged in a magazine - no one could believe our floral was real or that they were a part that of such a spectacular wedding . The team worked with all our other vendors flawlessly on our wedding day, and the day-of-coordination was precise to the timeline and allowed the wedding party to enjoy every minute of the evening! Most importantly, caroline and the team remembered to put my husband and I as their top priority, allowing us time to see our reception reveal before anyone else and donating our beautiful flowers to the local Roanoke children's hospital per request. We cannot thank this team enough for exceeding our expectations and beyond for full service wedding coordination, decor, floral, and day-of services, especially for the out - of - town bride and groom . Caroline and her team absolutely perfected my vision for my wedding. I had people telling me that they wished my florals had have been fake, because they were so beautiful that they wanted to take them home to last forever. There are two things I appreciated most about Caroline:
1. How well she was able to take my vision, and just a few Pintrest photos, and make it a reality. Giving her a framework, but letting her take creative control, created the most wonderful romantic and timeless decor I could have dreamed of.
2. Caroline was amazing at creating plan B's for rain. I was originally supposed to get married outside. I thought I would be missing that original venue, but after seeing her Plan B design, I absolutely cannot imagine what Caroline would have made the original venue look like, because her plan B was so amazing! Having her on the team definitely put me at ease!
BONUS 3. Caroline took control of all of the vendors and coordinated everything perfectly for the wedding day - I didn't have to answer a single question the day of about where the cake should go or who was supposed to show up here or there. I'd hire her a million times over! Thank you CLED!

Flowers are often viewed as “extra” items for weddings, but if done correctly they become the theme of the wedding. Caroline has that special touch that makes her arrangements the literal “centerpiece” of wedding décor. I was very specific on colors for my wedding and I love how Caroline mixed shades of white and crème and purple and lilac with just the right amount of greenery to make everything pop. So many guests commented that they loved the flowers. We loved them so much we divided them and took them home and are still enjoying them a week later. I would highly recommend Caroline for anyone’s wedding!

We had to make several adjustments with the # of people who were attending our wedding, and Carloline was more than accommodating with helping with additional chairs, boutonnieres, center pieces, etc.. Working with Caroline and Dayna was one of the best decisions I made for our December wedding. On the flowers side, I was able to give her a big picture of what I was hoping for (color scheme, price range etc.), and she brought it to life with creativity, more than I could have imagined. I could not stop staring at my bouquet all day! The turn around on the quote was great and I was able to see a breakdown of everything to know where I wanted to put my money. I also loved that she has a Brides Night, where I was able to see an example setting built out that I could alter for the actual wedding. I worked with Dayna for our Day of Coordinating, and it was SUCH a good idea. She was able to get all the details set before the day (and so many things that I would never have thought of) so I didn't have to think about a single detail the day of. It really allowed me to be able to fully enjoy the day. The whole team were such professionals and I would recommend CLED to anyone getting married!

Caroline and her team do not disappoint. I planned my wedding in a month and a half and but she made it look like we had planned this wedding for a year. Caroline and her team essentially saved our wedding. We had originally intended to decorate ourselves, but about 7 days before the big day we realized that was a horrible idea! We contacted Caroline on the Sunday before our wedding and she called us back the same afternoon.
They showed up right on time the day of and were so professional and helpful not just with their own decorations, but with other decorations that our family was doing. They also showed up bright and early the next morning to take down the lights and collect the chairs without us needing to worry about it. It was all so professional and worry-free.
The Barn looked magical! We got so many compliments – we can’t thank Caroline’s team enough!

We hired Caroline LaRocca Event Design for the day of event coordination and for floral/decor. From an event planning perspective, we feel like Caroline provided exceptional service and went above and beyond what our expectations were. You will definitely feel like you are getting so much for what you are paying. For the decor and flowers, we were blown away by the end result. We came to CLED with an idea and it turned out far better than I could have imagined. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The decor was beyond amazing. The staff at CLED is very professional and detail-oriented. I felt as if everything was meticulously planned and executed to perfection. This was an incredible event for our Corporate Ambassador Team. The flowers were absolutely stunning...very creative. The food was beyond exceptional as well as the entire staff that served us. Fantastic DJ with great energy. I felt that I could rely completely on Caroline for the decisions that were being made and that I could walk into my home and the party would be as we planned and it was in every way.

Caroline is a women with many amazing talents and we were so lucky to have her as our wedding planner and event design specialist. From the initial consult, she made me and my now husband feel very conformable and at ease. Any ideas we had, she was always up for it. There was never a challenge too big or small for Caroline. I really appreciate the fact that she was very driven, patient and her ability to follow up and get things done right away was fabulous! I was a VERY meticulous bride and Caroline was the full reason why I was able to be stressed-free. She would answer all of my emails/texts in such a timely manner.
Caroline has many connections as well which made our lives easier. She helped us find our photographer and cake vendor and they were amazing. I really do believe that Caroline works with the best of the best. She took our vision and made it a reality. She never rushed through anything and wanted the absolute best for us.
Our ceremony was breathtaking. I am not one to brag but it was the prettiest set-up I have EVER seen. Caroline is beyond creative and a perfectionist. She made it look like a true fairy tale. The moment my husband and I walked into the reception/ballroom our jaws literally dropped. We have never seen anything SO beautiful. It was better then what we imagined it to be. From the lighting, linens to the flowers it was absolutely STUNNING. Caroline is the real-deal and she made all of this happen with her expertise! You really do pay for what you get and we were so happy that we chose Caroline for her services.
Caroline's expertise was an ESSENTIAL component to our wedding. If you want to have a stress-free, memorable, jaw-dropping wedding then Caroline is a MUST and she's your go to girl.

Even though I had a long engagement and she had many other weddings that should've and could've taken priority, she always responded to my emails, phone calls, and was willing to meet with me. I originally was not planning on using a wedding coordinator, but thank God that I did. Caroline and her team were a HUGE help throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding. I was actually able to breathe before the ceremony began! I even had a few moments to dance around the room with my bridesmaids. I guarantee I would not have felt confident enough to do that had Caroline and her team not been so wonderful. Throughout most of my wedding, I remember looking around and thinking, "Oh my God! I had some sticker shot when I realized how much flowers and decor cost for a wedding. I wasn't sure if it I wanted to devote that much of my wedding budget to flowers, but after meeting with Caroline, I knew I wanted to work with her. She has a great personality and so much enthusiasm for making sure my day was as perfect as I was hoping it would be. I'd also seen some of her work at a friend's wedding, and I knew she would do an amazing job. I do not regret that decision even a little bit - she was worth every penny!
Caroline was very responsive, fun to work with, flexible with changes, and very creative. She was also honest about which pieces I should spend money on and which I could go without and still get the look I was going for. Her team the day of the wedding was great too - professional and fun, and she personally supervised the set up to make sure things were exactly as they should be.
You will definitely not regret choosing Caroline!

I gave Caroline EXACTLY 4 WEEKS to plan my wedding. We were going to have it this June but because if my husband's deployment, we decided on a Christmas wedding. Caroline was able to book almost all of the vendors we had already chosen and she changed the entire theme to accommodate the season...but it still reflected our vision beautifully. She is a master, magician, wizard, wedding planner. And she is multi-talented!! Her floral work is absolutely stunning and her design team is the bomb!!! We cannot say enough about Caroline and her team. We decided to go with Caroline for floral, decor and day of coordination. Originally we were just thinking floral but after hearing so many other brides regret not having a coordinator we decided it would be money well spent. We did do quite a few unique decor items on our own but most we did through Caroline's team.
Our wedding planning process was extremely chaotic and as things continued to go wrong left and right, Caroline and Kris went above and beyond their duties to ensure our wedding day would be the best day of our lives. She and Kris are so easy to reach anytime during the planning process, even if I just needed advice about other vendors or just to vent. They are so professional and stylish! I mean wow! I gave Caroline a ton of photos and ideas with my visions all inspired from pinterest and she blew us away! What she created was better than I even imagined. My family and friends adored working with her and her team on the wedding day. They even came to our rehearsal dinner to hang out with us!
Sara Beth made me feel so at ease on the wedding day. She would constantly check in on me while our hair and makeup was being done to see how I was doing, see if I needed anything etc. I felt completely spoiled by their level of service.
I can honestly tell you that Caroline was the most crucial weeding vendor we hired. Rearrange your budget if you have to, but hire Caroline!!!! You will not regret it!!

Caroline and her team did an awesome job of making our daughters wedding dreams come true. We were overwhelmed with decorating our chosen venue. Caroline shared our vision and made everything so much easier when planning a wedding at a venue 3 hours from our home. Caroline transformed the Marina pavilion and grounds into a wedding wonderland. We provided her with pictures and she recreated or created something even better for us. Caroline and her team transformed a park pavilion into a formal ball room. If she can do that I can only imagine what she can do with other venues.
Caroline was easily accessible to us and always returned texts, emails and phone calls promptly. She is energetic, has great ideas and is fun to work with. We are very thankful to have had Caroline and her team as our event planner, decorator and wedding coordinator.

We were so fortunate to have gotten Caroline as our day-of coordinator and our florist! She was so easy to work with and has an amazing eye for design. While I knew I wanted to do our ceremony in my home church, I was worried that it would be difficult to get the elegant look I was going for…I was so wrong! Caroline did amazing things with our wooden cross centerpiece and it was absolutely breathtaking! She was willing to work with us to re-purpose our ceremony flowers to be used at our reception, which saved us money! Also, her coordination made things go so smoothly. After our rehearsal, our pastor, who had done countless weddings before, commented that it was the smoothest a rehearsal has ever gone!

Talented & Amazing
Caroline is amazing and creates such stunning and beautiful designs. She is truly awesome to work with and is so talented! She was able to take my ideas and take them to the next level to create such an elegant look to our wedding. She was great at making recommendations and helping you visualize how things will look. The flower arrangements were amazing and had some of the biggest roses I've seen! It was more beautiful than I could ever imagine. Can't recommend her enough.

Caroline is a joy to work with! She is so flexible and has such creative ideas, and her flowers arrangements are extraordinary. Our wedding went perfectly with Caroline's coordination skills and event expertise.

Having never been part of wedding planning, I have to admit I didn't understand the need for a wedding planner but I tell everyone that hiring Caroline was one of the best decisions we made. You can't conceive the details and order that go into the day until it arrives. Caroline handled everything and allowed me, as mother of the bride, and my daughters, to enjoy the day. Without her we would have spent the day fielding questions from everyone that we couldn't answer. My only recommendation is on initial communication. When I first emailed I felt like she wasn't interested because I didn't hear back right away but as soon as we engaged and started texting, that all went away.
