Serious yum

Caroline and her team was completely wonderful from start to finish and we highly recommend her catering services for a wedding. We got the lobster, vegan stuffed mushroom, and cheesy chicken bake (OMG YUM). We did a taste test at her lovely home and were blown away--man can she cook! Everything on our wedding menu turned out beyond perfect. We cannot say enough great things about her. I only wish she could cook for us more often :D

Delicious food and cake and great service for our wedding!

Caroline catered our wedding at Homewood in Asheville, NC on 9/20/20. We were lucky enough to be able to do our food/cake tasting in her home before the pandemic, which was wonderful. We chose beef tenderloin, grilled chicken, green beans with lemon butter, and macaroni and cheese for our wedding of 16. She also did spinach stuffed mushrooms, brie and bacon phyllo cups, and grapes for our cocktail hour.

We originally had our wedding scheduled for 5/2/20 with ~100 guests, and Caroline was more than accommodating of our postponement, guest changes, and menu changes. The food was all absolutely delicious, and the service was wonderful. We also had her make our cake (Italian wedding cake), which is one of the best cakes I've ever tasted, if not the best. I highly recommend Carolind Allured Catering for any event!

Amazing food at a reasonable price!

We did a tasting at Caroline's home 7 months before our wedding at Homewood. Her food was delicious! She had great ideas - from comfort foods to more unique dishes. For apps we did the fruits & cheeses option with artichoke parmesan spread in loaf, jalapeño pimento cheese & crackers, and brie baked in puff pastry. For entrees we did garlic chicken, steelhead trout with pecan crust, sweet potatoes w/ garlic & walnut, broccoli, and crusty breads & butter. We ended up going a different dessert route but we tried her cake and it tasted AMAZING. Guests loved the food and service at the wedding was great.

Outstanding Caterer for our big day!

Caroline was so great! The dinner went wonderfully, and the food was delicious. We highly recommend the Chicken Tika Masala and the Veggie Stack!

Caroline did an amazing job for our wedding! I had her cater my wedding that took place two weeks ago and I still have guest raving about how good the food was. Caroline was so easy to work with since day 1. We live over 600 miles away from Asheville so she was very accommodating and helped give us suggestions when needed. We were able to schedule our tasting with her around our schedule of when we were visiting Asheville. She went to our venue two weeks before the wedding in order to make sure she was familiar with the layout and where everything was. She arrived to our wedding early with her team and everyone was on point. She delivered everything perfectly and even made sure that the bride and groom had their own plate to eat. Her bartenders were fabulous as well. We had made homemade ginger beer for our cocktail hour and the bartenders made sure to save the bride and groom a bottle so we could enjoy it as well. I would highly highly recommend Caroline for any catering needs!

Caroline and her team knocked it out of the park with their food and service at our wedding! She came highly recommended through our venue, Homewood, and so we decided to work with her. From the start, she was easy to communicate with, receptive to our food requests & mindful of our budget.

We were planning a seated dinner for 92 guests and our menu included: Appetizers (passed and self serve), a Summer salad, herb roasted chicken, pecan crusted trout with an espresso glaze and a roasted vegetable stack, all served with gouda au gratin potatoes and green beans. All of it absolutely delicious!

However, the best dish was my husbands favorite blackberry cobbler served at the dessert bar. Truly, out of this world good! She also made our cake! A simple vanilla "naked" cake decorated with berries to compliment the cobbler. It was perfect.

From what I could observe through the evening her team worked quick, mindfully and seemed well organized. All qualities of great service.

I would highly recommend Caroline and her team for any catering event needs in the Asheville area!

Caroline catered our wedding in May, 2018, and our guests raved about the food! We met with her a few times prior to the wedding and she met every request we desired to make our wedding amazing. Caroline is professional, precise and attentive to detail. I highly recommend Caroline for any event!

We had Caroline Allured cater our wedding on Memorial Day 2018 at Homewood Montford. Everyone raved about how good the food was, and how well it was presented!

Caroline provided a wonderful meal for our Family and Guests. Our Daughter and Son-In-Law selected the menu and Caroline did not disappoint! The food and menu selection was exceptional. Our guests loved the food and it truly made our day first class. The staff was extremely friendly and served wonderfully. Caroline was great to work with. Communication was top notch and follow up was always on time. The day of execution was perfect. Everything was exactly as we expected and more. The bar tender remembered drinks and very friendly. The wait staff were quick and worked very hard to pull off a perfect dinner.

Caroline Allured Catering was so pleasant to work with from start to finish. Tasting took place at Caroline's house and was absolutely delicious. She worked with our taste and budget to create a wonderful menu. Throughout the 14 months leading up to our wedding, Caroline was accommodating to all of our changes-- adding another entree and changing from buffet to plated.

Our wedding dinner was delicious and the wait staff was professional, efficient, and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Caroline was the best choice we could have made for catering our wedding. She was always quick to respond and so nice. She helped us create the perfect menu, which guests are still complimenting months later. Seriously, her food was delicious, even our pickiest eaters (and we had a few) loved it. She also made our wedding cake and it was amazing- beautiful and delicious. I cannot say enough good things about Caroline. Book her and you won't be disappointed.

Caroline and her staff were amazing at my 10/29 wedding. I never imagined I would find a caterer who could accommodate my gluten-free needs AND be affordable, and yet Caroline Allured Catering did just that and way more. She was extremely easy to communicate and plan with, and the food was absolutely delicious. Even the guests who normally just eat fast food raved about how good the food was. Sort of last minute I also decided to add appetizers in, and that really went way above my expectations. Everything was just beautifully presented and they were so professional, flexible, and innovative the entire night. I could not have asked for a better catering company, and I can't thank them enough for making our wedding so special!

Caroline's food and service was outstanding! All of our guests absolutely loved about the food and the price was incredible! The cake was included in the price and was seriously the best cake I have ever eaten. Chocolate Almond Pound cake with vanilla buttercream icing. The food was absolutely wonderful! Caroline worked with us to create a menu that met our price and needs. We had a great menu with a cheese and meat tray, bread, fruits and veggies, sweet italian and spicy italian sausage, grilled chicken, and pesto pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, as well as tea and water. All of our guests raved about the food after the wedding and we are so happy with our choice! all of the staff was extremely helpful and professional, helping set up everything and going above and beyond to help make the day perfect!

Caroline was wonderful to work with! She was easy to book an appointment to meet for our tasting and when we met with her she was very helpful, friendly and warm. Our guests were all raving about how wonderful the trout was that we served as well as all the side dishes. When you hear feedback about the side dishes, you know it's been a good meal for everyone! She stayed at the wedding buffet through the entire service answering our guests questions and explaining what ingredients were with certain dishes so people felt comfortable when they were selecting their items. I cannot say enough how great our experience was and would recommend her and her staff for any event.

My experience with Caroline was FABULOUS. She worked very well with our budget, gave us a lovely tasting, and the food was incredible. I had at least 20 guests come up to me just to tell me how great the food was (fettucine alfredo, chicken marsala, roasted veggies, salad). The presentation was beautiful and artful. Caroline also did my cake, which was fantastically delicious (lemon poppyseed) and also beautifully decorated. I am so pleased!

We canceled other appointments with potential caterers after meeting with Caroline. She had created a sample menu for us after we talked some via email and our appointment was in her home. When we arrived, she was putting things on the table for our custom tasting. It smelled delicious! We sat down and started eating, while she asked questions, we talked back and forth and we discussed options. By the end of the meal, my wife and I were convinced. Over the course of the next few months, Caroline was extremely responsive, even changing a menu item and working with us to incorporate a new dish based on a favorite restaurant's recipe so it would work for our wedding! The day of, she and her staff were fantastic, and we loved everything we ate. We sent back for seconds (and even thirds of some things)! The real testament though was that 2 weeks later, people are still complimenting us on the food we had at the wedding!

Extremely professional, she invited us into her home to have a sit down tasting. From the moment I felt like I did not have to worry about her meeting our deadline and setting up the food. We had a fall wedding and she did a beautiful job of presenting harvest themed buffet table. Her food was fantastic and she did a great job working around our family's dietary needs including vegetarian and gluten free.

Great experience and would recommend her to my friends and family.

Caroline was a pleasure to work with. She offers a wide variety for a very reasonable price. And above all - she cooks quality food. My friends are still raving about her Cajun chicken and the pimento cheese spread! All of our guests gave us excellent feedback.

I found Caroline on The Farm's vendor list. I let my mom deal with most of the catering correspondence and from what she's told me Caroline was a dream to work with. We weren't able to do any tastings because this was a destination wedding, but I don't regret that at all, the food was amazing! She created a menu based on some of our vague ideas that included a southern menu along with some items for my Italian family.

She also made our wedding cake. It was an Italian buttercream cake. It was simple, beautiful and TASTY! (I'm not usually a cake person but it was awesome!!)

She was very flexible on the day of the wedding. Our timeline moved up a bit and she had no problem getting dinner ready to be served earlier. She was very calm (which calmed my mom's nerves). She really knows what shes doing and definitely delivered when I trusted her to do her job.

Amazing food and top notch service. I really appreicated everything that Caroline did for us leading up to and during the wedding. I really liked having her on site with us as well. Not only did she make sure that everything was perfect for us but her presence seemed to have a calming effect.

I highly recommend Caroline Allured for any event, especially the really special ones.

Caroline was quick to respond and easy to work with in creating a menu that was delicious, affordable, and had variety to suit all tastes!

She went above and beyond to create a great tasting and beautiful menu for our wedding. Her staff was great in making sure food was ready and they even cut and served our cake with no additional cost.

Caroline's service and food was great. Her staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. I had hired her long-distance, so my first time tasting my food was at the wedding - I was not disappointed. Her prices are very fair - catering can be so expensive.

Caroline and her team were amazing! The food was fantastic! Everyone raved about how good everything was, especially the prosciutto wrapped artichoke hearts, the grilled garlic chicken and the cajun pasta alfredo. We had given her a quote for 62 people (of course we had last minute no-shows...sheesh) and the price per person came out to about $17/person with dinner AND appetizers! That was by far the best price we found for everything we wanted. The buffet and bar were set up perfectly. When dinner was over they wrapped all of the leftovers and put them inside for us then came back and cut our cake (no cake cutting fee...yes!). Caroline even guided us on how to cut our cake, it was touch and go there for a minute...my husband and I were trying to figure out how to do it without messing up the other tiers. I am so glad we had Caroline Allured Catering for our wedding, we wanted something unique, personal, and it had to be within our budget and she fit that to a T. Thank you so much, Caroline, for making Eric and I's big day that much more special! =)
