If you are in need of a wedding planner, then I would recommend that you stop reading the rest of this review and immediately contact Carley Beckner! Words truly cannot express how much we loved and appreciated our wedding planner, Carley. Every step of the way throughout the preparations phase, Carley kept us on task and made vendor recommendations that were spot-on! Every single vendor recommendation she made was fabulous! However, it was Carley’s attentiveness and direction on the night of the rehearsal/rehearsal dinner and in particular, the day of the wedding, that helped us to truly relax and enjoy our daughter’s wedding. Seamlessly working behind the scenes, Carley managed every detail without being obtrusive in the least, and she constantly touched base with us throughout to see if there was anything she could do to help us to enjoy the evening. We could not have made a more perfect choice for our wedding planner. We would enthusiastically and whole-heartedly recommend Carley’s wedding planning services to anyone! -

I cannot say enough good things about Carley and her level of professionalism in planning my son and daughter-in-law's wedding. Planning a wedding in Roanoke while living in Northern Virginia was not easy, but Carley made it feel that way. She is not only an amazingly talented professional, she’s also such a kind and patient person. She made the whole process of planning the wedding fun and stress free. From every vendor she recommended to every small detail, everything was so amazing. I can’t get over of how perfect the day was! Carley was there not just for the planning but for the ENTIRE day of the wedding and made sure that everything ran smoothly. -

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Carley! From the very first meeting, she made us feel completely at ease and truly listened to what we wanted for our day. As most people know, Weddings can be incredibly overwhelming, but Carley took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us figure out exactly how to make that a reality. On top of that, when we had big problem with our Venue and the invoices, she took the time to listen our concerns. She not only gave us the validation that something wasnt adding up, but then went to bat for us to have those issues resolved!
Carley has such a gift for bringing a vision to life — every detail was perfectly executed, and the day flowed so smoothly that we were able to be fully present and soak in every moment. She anticipated our needs before we even knew them and handled every little hiccup behind the scenes with such grace that we never had to worry about a thing.
Our wedding was more beautiful and meaningful than we ever could have imagined, and that’s entirely thanks to Carley’s care, professionalism, and incredible talent. We’ll be forever grateful for everything she did to make our day so special. If you’re lucky enough to have Carley as your planner, you can rest assured you’re in the best hands possible. -

My husband and I got married in a small ceremony in March 2021, but wanted to have a large reception in March 2022. We already had our venue and most of our vendors locked in, so we decided to hire Carley as a day-of coordinator, and I am SO glad I did! From coordinating with vendors during the weeks before my event, helping me stay organized with my planning, and solving various issues that came up, Carley handled everything with grace and efficiency. It was such a relief to have Carley and her sweet husband with us on the day of our reception to make sure everything was perfect, and to answer any questions we or our guests had. If I could make any recommendation to a future bride, it would be to hire Carley as a day-of coordinator at the very least to make your wedding day stress-free and fabulous! -

Blown away by Carley and her team! She is truly everything one could ever want in a Wedding Planner. Organized; Friendly; Calming; Professional; and pays close attention to every little detail! If that's not perfection - I don't know what is.
As the owner of BRAVO Live DJ for the last 17 years, you can imagine the dozens of "planners" I've worked with. And believe me, NOT ONE can top Carley Elizabeth!!! We've worked together at luxurious resorts such as The Greenbrier Resort, and the Omni Homestead Resort... and Carley seems right at home. When she's managing a high-end, high-profile wedding - Carley is definitely in her element.
While she's super kind and personable... Carley also knows how to handle her business. When it comes to making her client's dreams come true, she'll do whatever it takes - in a professional, but firm manner. What I really like about Carley is that she's a "No Drama Mama!" She can handle the toughest situation, but you'll never see her sweat. No matter what's going on behind the scenes, everything will be smooth-sailing for her client!
Isn't that what every Bride wants in a wedding planner? I should say so. Remember - NO STRESS WHEN YOU HIRE THE BEST! And the best is certainly "Carley Elizabeth Weddings." -

Carley was more than a wedding planner for me. She was a friend. She helped me months prior to the wedding and was able to take my vision and bring it to fruition. My wedding day was the smoothest day, even after weeks of stress. Carley took care of EVERYTHING and was truly the backbone to the entire event. I will recommend her to everyone! -

Our wedding process was a bit long because of COVID, but Carley rolled with all the punches along the way! She was hyper organized, friendly, and constantly coordinating with other vendors and following-up as needed until the wedding day. She also was full of awesome recommendations that made our day extremely special. Come the rehearsal and wedding day, her team was extremely helpful with print-outs, schedules, coordinating with the venue, and ultimately making sure everyone had a great time! Could not have done it without her! -

Best Friendor Ever!
This was our first wedding working with Carley Elizabeth Weddings. Carley did a fantastic job keeping everyone on schedule and putting together all the details for this wedding. She was very informative before and during the wedding which made my job 1000% easier that day.
I don’t know how she did it but every time I needed her for something she was right there or close by ready to help. That is just what an experienced planner does I suppose?? I am so appreciative of her intentional communication before, during, and after the wedding day.
As a wedding photographer that communication is truly what makes or breaks a wedding day!! So I hope to work with her again soon and cannot recommend her enough if you are in need of a wedding planner!! -

Incredible experience
Carley was incredible to work with! Getting married during COVID 19 was a wild time. We went through a venue change 2 months before the wedding and a ceremony location change 1 month before the wedding and she handled the changes with ease. There was never a task that was too big for her. She is truly a blessing and I am so glad that she was there to help with our special day. She is so kind and is truly passionate about what she does. She was so easy to work with. When we would ask for something, she would make it happen. She worked well with my other vendors and made sure the whole day was drama free. You will not find a better wedding planner out there :) -
