Thank you Caribbean Catering for making our wedding day so beyond perfect! Trinity was wonderful to work with throughout the whole planning process. We live in Pennsylvania and had our wedding at a family member’s home in Islamorada. It was not a typical venue by any means, and we asked so much of Trinity and her team to accommodate our smaller setting, vision and unusual ideas to make it work... and boy, did they knock it out of the park! Everything was truly perfect and exactly how we envisioned it. I cannot compliment this team enough… we had our ceremony and reception on the same patio and they managed to transform the area so seamlessly and beautifully, all while preparing the BEST wedding food I’ve ever had. Everything was so delicious.. we were blown away and so were our guests! I was even told by multiple guests it was the best food they have ever had as well. All of the staff was so friendly and nice.. truly just an all-around, great group of people to work with. We are so happy with our experience and highly recommend this awesome team! Daughter's Wedding
From start to finish Caribbean Catering was awesome. So easy to work with and always a quick response. Not only was the staff helpful and professional the food was amazing. Trinity and the entire Caribbean Catering team were nothing short of incredible.
From the moment I sat down to plan our wedding, I felt completely at ease. I had no idea where to start, and Trinity’s guidance, professionalism, and thoughtful suggestions helped shape the entire flow of our day. She understood our vision instantly and elevated it in ways we didn’t even think of.
The reception setup was beyond what we imagined—absolutely beautiful—and the food was outstanding. Our guests are still talking about it! (Highly recommend the coconut shrimp appetizer and the roasted pork entrée!)
From the ceremony all the way through the reception, everything ran flawlessly. There is truly not a single thing I would have changed. Caribbean Catering’s attention to detail, genuine care, and clear, consistent communication made the entire experience stress-free and exceptional.

Fantastic Key Largo celebration for my dad’s 80th birthday!
Trinity and her team recently helped us celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday in Key Largo. The level of service provided to us was exceptional. Trinity worked to plan the perfect event. It was an evening event on the bay with sunset cocktails, appetizers and a buffet dinner. The guests loved the food and kept commenting about how delicious it was. All details were covered for us including table settings, centerpieces, suggestions on musicians and custom cakes. I highly recommend Caribbean Catering and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Delicious Dinner

Wedding reception and morning after brunch
We couldn’t be more pleased with this caterer. They provided everything we needed at a destination wedding…. Food, linens , tables/chairs. Trinity and her staff Alex were insanely good! We literally could not have had anyone better! Our caterer/set up team was late but trinity was on it! Our parents weren’t getting fed soon enough but trinity was on it! Trinity and her team were beyond helpful. Very responsive by text or e-mail and we were even able to schedule a couple calls to iron out the details. They provided all of our tables and chairs, catered a delicious buffet and coordinated outside vendors for portable toilets and lighting. Everything exceeded our expectations. Every person we met and worked with was kind, energetic and helpful. They are extremely experienced and it shows. Pricing was fair and they beat several other quotes we had received in multiple categories. We strongly recommend them and their delicious food.

They executed our vision to perfection!
Trinity and her team at Caribbean Catering truly went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true! We married at the Islamorada Ocean Oasis house, a location they were knowledgeable about and were open to transforming it for our unique style. From scheduling a tasting prior to the wedding to last minute additions, they were friendly, responsive, professional, and helpful in advising us about the best ways to execute our plans. Trinity, Julie, Eric, and the entire crew responsible for rentals, decorating, bartending, and serving were all excellent at their jobs. They even surprised my husband and I with a special platter of conch fritters (honestly the best we've ever had throughout the Keys) for our sweetheart table, and saved us a jug of our leftover specialty cocktails! We are so thankful for Trinity and the Caribbean Catering team. She helped us every step of the way, and was instrumental in helping us pick our menu. The team was easy to coordinate with, and was very patient with some of our revisions. The team onsite during our reception (and the brunch the next day) was phenomenal. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating, and made sure my husband and I actually ate during the night! They even organized to have all of our florals from the night before decorated on the tables the next day for brunch. I can't say enough great things about this team. Oh, and the food was delicious!!!

Caribbean Catering was so helpful throughout the entire process of planning our wedding in Islamorada, FL. We originally were scheduled for March 28, 2020 but COVID forced us to reschedule - 3 times! Caribbean Catering were incredibly understanding each time we had to reschedule and worked with us through that process. We finally had our special day on October 23, 2021 and the entire day was amazing! All of our guests raved about the food and decor; we would never had such a beautiful day if it wasn't for Caribbean Catering. Real deal catering company!
We are so glad we went with Carribean Catering. They made everything perfect for us! The decorations, table cloths, chairs, boat bar, everything was awesome! They have all kinds of rentals so you do not need multiple vendors...for decorationial items. They have many different options of everything. Their tent and lighting was also much needed and looked really pretty. Last, but not least, their food was awesome! All the guest raved about it. We've been to other weddings where you don't even want to eat, but their food was delicious! They helped us figure out what we needed during planning and helped get it to our budget. We can't thank them enough!!

Welcome Party Catering!
We used Caribbean Catering to cater the welcome party for our wedding weekend last week at Islamorada Beer Co. and we are so happy we did!! Trinity and her team did such a fabulous job! They were able to set up in a discreet corner of the beer garden, pass appetizers throughout our party, set up a beautiful dessert table, and aside from passing the constant flow of appetizers we hardly knew they were there! The appetizers were incredible and the deserts divine! I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again in the future!

Amazing food!
Trinity and her team were simply amazing throughout my entire wedding process. They were so incredibly flexible with what seemed like a never-ending saga of venue and date changes, as well as an ever-changing guest count. They were so responsive and supportive with absolutely everything. As this was a destination wedding for us and our guests, it was such a relief that they took care of everything from our rentals, to the decor (which looked absolutely beautiful!), to the food. They had provided boxed lunches for our guests the day of arrival, brunch the day of the wedding, and of course dinner on the wedding day. All of the food was incredible! All of the appetizers and sides were amazing (the corn soufflé is to die for!!) and the fish and NY strip were cooked to perfection. Everyone raved about the food and it was the first wedding I had ever been to where I was actually full at the end of the meal because everything was so good! The desserts were just as delicious and multiple guests told me that the wedding cake was the best they had ever tasted. Additionally, the staff on the day of the wedding were super attentive and sweet. We are incredibly grateful for Trinity and her team and would recommend them to anyone!

Best catering company in the florida keys!
Kevin and I tied the knot on November 20, 2020 in Islamorada, Florida Keys and hiring Caribbean Catering was one of our best decisions of the entire process! What a TEAM! From the moment we got connected, they made the it SO easy and were so transparent with us from the start. They were so accommodating with what we wanted ESP. planning a wedding during Covid- we changed our guest count often and they worked with us and our changes even up until the day before our wedding.
Fast forward, let’s talk about the FOOD! Wow wow wow wow wow! Absolutely delicious!!!! We still have friends and family talk about the Hors d'oeuvres, entree and the dessert bar which was a total hit! My husband is slightly obsessed with their chocolate mousse paired with double chocolate chip cookie that’s dipped in it (thanks, Trinity 😉) HIGHLY REC.

Caribbean catering makes absolutely phenomenal food that is very reasonably priced. We stayed in Key Largo and purchased catering from Caribbean Catering for three evenings for our wedding. Each meal was just as spectacular and the service was extraordinary. Trinity and Courtney were so pleasant to work with and tailored a menu exactly to our guests’ needs that much cheaper than any other option we considered. The caliber of food was very impressive! Would highly recommend for any event or wedding. They were also great at accommodating dietary restrictions in our 16-person party of all sorts of preferences.

Step daughters wedding
Caribbean Catering did a fabulous job with everything. The staff is awesome. The Setup went great. We had a thunderstorm come through prior to the wedding. The staff had to quickly undo all the place settings etc and move them inside as this was an outdoor event under a tent. Once the storm passed, they quickly got set back up. They did an awesome job!!

Exceptional catering- and delicious food
I use Caribbean Catering for all of my events, no need for anyone else. They handle all my events from 100+ people to a smaller groups of 20 people. I have never been disappointed. Trinity and her team are professional and fun! They make any event an event to remember. No matter what the food request is, it is always delicious.

A Very Merry Party!
We hired Caribbean Catering to cater our annual company Christmas party for 80 guests at a private venue in Duck Key. From start to finish, Trinity and her team prepared and executed a fabulous and creative menu enjoyed by all. Her staff were professional and prompt to attend to all the guests throughout the evening. The kitchen facilities were cleaned to a shine upon their departure. We will certainly be using Caribbean Catering again for future events!!

Absolutly phenomenal!
We had our daughters wedding on 10/6/19 in Islamorada, Florida. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Trinity, the owner of Caribbean Catering was. We were planning this long distance as we do not live in the Florida Keys and that can be very challenging, But Trinity was AMAZING to work with. She was prompt ( and patient ) with responding to e-mails and my many phone calls and questions. Trinity walked us through everything from tent rentals, other needed vendors, to the most delicious food. Her wedding coordinator Christina is an angel ! She kept everything and everyone on schedule ( and happy ! ). Our guests raved about the food and how professional and helpful all the catering staff was and how beautifully presented the ceremony and reception were. I cannot thank these two wonderful women enough for making our daughters wedding so memorable !!! They certainly took the stress off of me. If your planning a destination wedding in the Florida keys, don't do it without calling Trinity at Caribbean Catering !!!!

Best catering food ever!
We got married in April and I'm still meeting up with friends that loved our food at our wedding. usually wedding food isn't great but I was so happy to hear that everyone loved everything both nights! Wow, we chose the best caterer in the Keys! I was so pleased at how everything turned out. The comments on the food went on all night; everyone was blown away on how awesome the how spread was. We had worked with them a few months prior to the wedding. We had a food tasting and they make it fun! We chose rum flanked steak, grilled fish, and a matecumbe chicken as the main dishes. I cannot tell you how wonderful it all tasted. On top of it, was the presentation. They had a grill for the mahi and snapper, which made it really fun for the guests. All the sides and accompanying sauces were out of this world. The really bring the taste of the keys to your wedding, which is exactly what we wanted. Their staff was professional and fun. We really enjoyed the day with them. I can't thank Trinity, Christina and the gang enough for help on the menu and the final presentation. You knocked it out of the park! If you are looking for catering options for your important day, I promise you, Caribbean Catering will be your favorite as it was ours!

Amazing party for our marriage celebration
My husband and I wanted to have a small party to celebrate our marriage. We decided to do it at our house here in Key Largo. Trinity was on the ball. Her staff was incredible. Tony bartender was spot on. Courtney and her assistant (sorry forgot his name) were great. From set up the day before to take down the next day it was awesome.
The night of our party went off without a hitch. All our guests enjoyed the food and drinks and the party atmosphere. We had about 50 guests and not a moment during the party was anyone unsatisfied.
Caribbean Catering is a one stop shop. I recommend them to anyone looking to have a party.

We used Caribbean Catering for both the welcome dinner and wedding. Debbie and her team were amazing to work with and very flexible. All stages from planning to the day of event went seamless. The food was AMAZING and we received countless praises on how delicious the food was for both events. We did the taco bar for the welcome dinner and guests were saying it was the best Mahi they have ever enjoyed. The fish and steak for the wedding night were perfect, but those potatoes! Everyone wants the recipe! I would stop right here and hire Debbie and her team. You will be so happy with all aspects of Caribbean Catering. Any future events we will absolutely use them again!

Caribbean Catering did an outstanding job catering and helping to plan and organize our wedding and subsequent party, and a sit-down rehearsal dinner the night prior. The food was creative, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Her staff and chefs were delightful and provided our guests with wonderful service. Moreover, Debbie Pierog also acted as our wedding coordinator and we relied almost exclusively on her recommendations, vendors, and expertise. Trusting in Debbie and letting her facilitate everything with her vendors made the entire event smooth and easy. Everything happened as it was supposed to, the venue was transformed each day with a new look and feel for both events, and each was gorgeous. Debbie was awesome about making sure our specific requests were accommodated, and if in her experience she thought an idea of ours wasn't going to work well, she was upfront about it. Literally, both days we were lounging by the pool and enjoying life; Debbie had it totally under control. I would HIGHLY recommend her.

So I haven't selected my caterer yet, but I wanted to leave a note for Debbie. I see a lot of comments about her lack of communication and I cant imagine this being the real story at all. I have not paid this woman a single penny and she has responded to EVERY one of my 25+ emails, asking for advice and recommendations. Her quoted cost seems very reasonable as well. While I was choosing my venue she even took the time on a Saturday (hello busiest time for her) to come and meet me and talk about how she would set up that venue. She also agreed to offer a tasting (someone here said she wouldn't). I just hope this helps to ease the minds of future brides

I am a wedding Officiant and marry many couples that hire Caribbean Catering as their food vendor. At times I am invited to stay at. the cocktail hour & reception. Their employees are professional & friendly. They work as a team and are concerned about the wedding guests. And as an added bonus, the food is excellent!

The workers were amazing! We discussed the decor, food, cake, the whole nine yards over Email and the phone and it was all exactly what I wanted! Debbie and her staff are true professionals and very good at what they do. Not only do they provide exceptionally delicious food (that our guests are STILL raving about) but they also provided our tables, chairs, linens and some decor. They worked directly with our florist and other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page for the day of the wedding. We didn't have to think about a thing on the day of, everything was taken care of by Debbie and her staff. Their enthusiasm made us SO excited to do a walk through before all the guests got there and everything looked AMAZING! I would highly highly recommend them for your keys wedding/event from food to rentals to day-of-coordinating.

We planned our Florida Keys wedding from Tampa, FL because of the laid back atmosphere found only in The Keys. People say things move slow in The Keys and to expect that all vendors are on "island time," however Caribbean Catering was an exception - they are so prompt and professional - as were most of the vendors we chose. Diane and Debbie, and their staff at Caribbean Catering, are amazing! We hired Caribbean Catering for our December 2016 wedding at Coconut Palm Inn (CPI). Caribbean Catering not only provided our delicious food but also the beautiful decor (not that we need much because the grounds at CPI are breathtaking). We even added the boat bar, which was a big hit! The food was just as savory as during our tasting, and all guests complimented our choices which were mostly seafood. The cake was the most moist cake I've ever tasted, and I wish I would've eaten more of it! The serving staff were on top of everything and met everyone's needs, but were never in the way. When we hired Diane to be our day of coordinator, I requested simplistic decor options given with minimal guidelines. Diane and her team styled the tables and walkways perfectly with just enough "oomph" to add a little sparkle and luxury to accent the CPI grounds without taking away from the quaint feel. Caribbean Catering also offered fabulous suggestions for other wedding vendors as well as the rehearsal dinner. I highly recommend Caribbean Catering for anyone in need of food/decor services in the Florida Keys!

My spouse and I tied the knot in the middle of my nursing school semester. I had no additional time to stress about details but with Debbie and Diana I did not have to! If it was not for Caribbean Catering and the venue staff my husband and I would never have been able to pull together our wedding. The day was absolutely amazing, the food was delicious, and the set up looked beautiful!! I would recommend them to everyone from the simplest to the most detail oriented bride!

From Day 1 Debbie and Diane were great to work with. They are very responsive to emails and any questions we had. It is difficult coordinating everything for a wedding being 2 hours away. Debbie and Diane made my dream wedding truly come true. The food was beyond amazing and my guests are still talking about it. They think of every detail possible that I would have never thought of. My advice is to book this company with confidence and complete optimism about the quality of the service. The food was fabulous and the tables were stunning. Debbie and Diane were awesome to work with! The manager at the resort I booked with recommended Caribbean Catering, and then after reading their reviews I was excited to see if they were available. I am so happy that we chose them. They are more than just caterers, they really helped me pull my destination wedding together.
Debbie was quick to return any emails and phone calls throughout the whole planning process. They also offered feedback on all of my vendors. Believe me if the vendor is on their website, then they are to be trusted.
The day of the wedding Debbie was fabulous. She helped my photographers find the best spots for photos since they had never been to the venue before. She also surprised me by adding little touches to the ceremony space that really helped me achieve the look I wanted. The food is fabulous!!! We still get raves from our guests about the pulled pork and cornbread soufflé. You really can't do much better than using their services if you are planning a Keys wedding.

Not only did they do the food, they also provided all the tables & chairs, linens, decor (such as votives & cake stands), and day of coordinating services. We worked very closely with Diane throughout the planning process, and she did an amazing job of keeping things moving before, during, & after our ceremony. As far as the food, we loved it, and many of our guests commented on how delicious everything was. Some of the highlights were their grilled mango shrimp & crab cake appetizers, hummus, & Caribbean salad. Best of all, everything was reasonably priced, and they provide a lot of great advice if needed.

They were great, the food was fantastic and they really cared you could tell. They did an amazing job of making our reception special.

Debbie and Diane were fantastic. We mostly communicated over email, since I was planning from 6 hours away, and they were always so responsive. They handled everything from rentals to the decor, which was a blessing since I didn't have a Wedding Coordinator. I couldn't have been happier with them as a vendor!

Debbie and her team were absolutely amazing. ALL of the guests are still telling us how amazing the food was. I also got all of my tables and chairs from them. They were also complete life savers when my day of coordinator bailed. Debbie was quick to step in and make every happen beautifully. This is the dream team every bride needs.

We used Caribbean Catering for our rehearsal dinner. They were amazing! My mother in law chose the Asian theme menu and it was a huge hit! I am very picky and judgy when it comes to catering (I am a Director of Catering for a different company), so I was pleasantly surprised when not only did all of my guests love it, but so did I! I would definitely recommend them for any event!

We still have friends and family calling to tell us how beautiful our wedding was, and how delicious their appetizers and dinner (fresh grilled fish and BBQ pork) were!!
Debbie & Diane did an awesome job of putting everything together in a way that made sense, worked well and looked fabulous. They are very experienced in putting together large events and it shows in their professionalism.
Our wedding was flawless and every last detail was taken care of, whether I (the bride) thought of the detail or not, Debbie and Diane covered all bases. They did my ceremony set up, cocktail hour and reception as well. The tables looked beautiful! All their service (wait staff, bartender, bussers) was spot on! The food was delicious and drinks were Keysy and well loved. I took lots of suggestions from Debbie & Diane and appreciate each and every one of them. We did not have to worry about a single thing on our special day. Thank you for putting together such a memorable evening for us and all our loved ones!

Working with Caribbean Catering was wonderful. They were very responsive and easy to talk to. I did not hire a wedding planner, but during the day of the event they jumped in to help streamline everything and they were total pros. I would not have had such a carefree day had it not been for them. The food was amazing! Guests could not stop talking about how delicious everything was, and that it didn't taste like "wedding food". They sourced out to a baker for my cake, and was also so delicious. I showed them a picture and they made it a perfect reality. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to have a wedding in the keys.

We had Carribean Carering for our outdoor rehearsal dinner. I must say these guys are GREAT! The food was amazing and spot on. I got a lot of compliments from the guests that they had a great dinner. We chose the option that has noodles and dumplings to cater the taste buds of my Taiwanese family. They all liked it. I am also extremely satisfied with the food serving. The temperature of that night was pretty chilly and they were able to keep the food warm without any issues. Overall, I would definitely recommend this caterer!

Everyone at Caribbean Catering far exceeded our expectations! From their fast responses to ALL of my emails leading up to the wedding, to every little detail the day! All of the food and drinks were amazing, especially the late night mini Cuban sandwiches and the rum punch! We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome and we would highly recommend them to anyone having a wedding in the Florida Keys!

I cannot say enough about Debbie and Diane at Caribbean Catering. They are who made our wedding so gorgeous. Between keen eye for decor, their caring/passionate personalty, delicious food and professionalism you simply cannot find better. Sean and I had our dream wedding without one concern because we knew how amazing of a job Caribbean Catering would do. Plus their prices cannot be beat, we fell under budget at a wedding with 120 guest. You just cannot find this great of service from people with such huge hearts for their brides. I highly recommend this company for any of your events!

Caribbean Catering really deserves 6 stars out of 5. They made everything perfect. The customer service was great, the pricing was very good, and best of all on the wedding day we did not have to worry at all. From beginning to end they were incredible including all the friendly staff members. I would not have changed anything. Our guests are still raving about the food and how good it was snd how amazing the set up was. They didn't miss a beat and made our day incredibly magical and perfect ! I would recommend them to anyone !!!

What a pleasure to work with! Debbie and Diane made everything so easy for me. The food was a HIT! Everyone loved it and wanted seconds! The staff went above and beyond to make sure all the guest were taken care of even bringing drink to them. They adapted to the change in weather (almost hurricane like rain and wind for an outdoor beach wedding) like true professionals. Ushering guests with umbrellas the entire time. Everyone soaking wet with huge smiles. My guests danced in the rain for hours. Undeniable that they love what they do. Truly the sweetest people to work with. I cannot say enough about them! Debbie and Diane did an amazing job! Diane was also my day of coordinator, and made sure everything went perfectly throughout the night. The food was delicious, the cake looked perfect (and was the best wedding cake I've ever tasted!), and the decorations were beautiful. I basically said "here are my colors" and "here is my budget", and together with Julia Timmins from Blue Water Weddings, they just made it happen. Way better than anything I could have come up with myself, and they totally nailed my style.
A really nice touch was that the servers saved some of the appetizers for me and the groom, since we were busy taking photos during most of the cocktail hour. That way they made sure we didn't "forget to eat" (which will happen if you're not careful!) and we got to try everything.
I recommend getting the mini desserts--our guests raved about them!

Why anyone would go anywhere else, I'll never know. Debbie and Diane and the ENTIRE staff from Caribbean Catering were fabulous! We held a small beach wedding at the Southern Diversion Estate in Marathon. Based on reviews on WW, I reached out for information. Debbie was quick to get back to me with everything she offered. I was about 98% positive that I would use her and then the owner of the house recommended her as well. At that point, I knew they were the one. We ended up using her services for both our rehearsal dinner and reception. The price was worth every single penny, considering she provides just about everything you need for a wedding! (linens, plates, tents, bar boats, ceremony set up, etc. the list goes on!) The food was delicious and the cake flavor was perfect as well! Debbie and Diane answered every email and phone call with prompt service. Everyone is still raving about the food! I think the bacon wrapped pork tenderloins were the fav of the party. :) Thanks again!

I loved working with Debbie and her team from Caribbean Catering for our wedding 5-2-15 in the Keys. She was responsive, easy to work with and handled everything start to finish - the food, the bartender, the tables, chairs, centerpieces, the list goes on - it was effortless on our part. All setup and takedown was handled quickly and professionally - we barely noticed they were there! Everything was great but the tuna wontons, homemade margarita mix and macadamia-crusted snapper were crowd favorites. (not to mention the delicious rum cake!) Thank you Debbie and Caribbean Catering!

Caribbean Catering is, hands down, the BEST catering company that we have ever worked with. We heard nothing but wonderful things from our wedding guests regarding their dinner. As most know, this is difficult when you have a large group of people. We worked primarily with Debbie, who was absolutely wonderful. She was prompt with returning emails, made sure that our menu for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding were perfect and our set-up was fabulous. We chose the Mexican Fiesta for our rehearsal dinner and it was delicious. Our wedding food was also divine. We chose the Pig Roast BBQ and the Jerk Chicken! If you are planning a wedding or event in the Keys, we highly recommend Caribbean Catering.

Caribbean Catering did both my rehearsal and wedding and I could not have chosen a better company. Debbie was fantastic and so was her crew! The food was fantastic and she was very flexible with what we wanted and in helping us make the best choices for us. She worked great with my coordinator and when it came to the week of events I didn't have to worry about a thing because Debbie and Carin took care of everything! It was a great feeling that I could just hand over my year of planning and hard work and I could trust them to finish it. Debbie took my ideas and ran with them and I could not have asked for a better set up. The tables were beautiful and it just helped complete the most perfect wedding. I would recommend Debbie and her team to anyone!
