I hired Caressa before my husband had even proposed to me.
She’s extremely responsive and treated me like a top priority every single time I texted her. I was never “looking” for her. At the beginning, she kept me on a strict timeline, making sure we nailed down a venue ASAP so I could get those Save the Dates out right away. She also kept me on schedule at the end. And in the middle, she let me do my own thing at my discretion. I had the NYC rooftop wedding of my DREAMS planned in under 8 months.
I’m a VERY hands on bride. And honestly, I love doing most of the stuff my self which worked out great since I was in NY and she’s out of Virginia. But when I was stumped or needed help, Caressa was there to problem-solve immediately. Having a long distance wedding planner was never an issue. I will say, there wasn’t too much warm and fuzziness; no elaborate vision board to hang on my wall. But know that on game day, IT’S ON. She ain’t throwin no punches. When she showed up, she got to work immediately. And I literally had to worry about….NOTHING. All the logistics were taken care of. My stress level was a 2 at most. Everything ran so smoothly like a dream. Did I know that two of the groomsmen didn’t show up to the rehearsal? Nope. That the boys forgot the ring? Nope. That the flower arches fell over before I got there? Nope. God only knows what else happened. She didn’t worry me about it. She just HANDLED it. She made sure I ate. She made sure everything was ON TIME. My wedding felt like a Broadway production. Caressa was the stage manager. I would hire her again.

I cannot say enough how much I recommend Caressa. We moved across the country early into wedding planning and she made it so easy to plan a wedding from the other side of the states. Her vendor recs were PERFECT. All of our vendors had worked together before and knew eachother and it was such an effortless day for us. Any stress I had during the engagement she melted away with her in depth knowledge of the wedding industry and reassurance that it would all be perfect and it was. I also wanted to add, she has the best memory of anyone I’ve met. I mentioned things in passing that i think would be cool over a year before our wedding and the day comes and she incorporated it. An unreal experience we are so thankful for her. -

My experience working with Caressa is truly unmatched. She was there for us every step of the way going above and beyond. It was so valuable to have her input and to be able to leverage her network of vendors knowing we were working with a trusted team. This took so much stress off of us and truly allowed us to just enjoy our special day. There was no detail that was forgotten, big or small, and she kept everyone on time. She wore so many hats throughout the planning and on the day of the wedding, and I even had groomsmen that were so complimentary of her organization and assistance (we all know how hard it can be to wrangle up a group of groomsmen!). She made such a wonderful impact not only on us as the couple getting married, but was so kind in assisting any family member, bridal party member, vendor, and wedding guest with anything that was asked of her (even those outside her job description). We were so lucky to have her a part of our entire wedding experience. I will certainly be leveraging Caressa again for future event planning needs! -

Caressa was thoughtful, patient, meticulous, caring and professional throughout the entire process. As the father, I stood aside but I heard everything that was going on. Caressa was flexible and was able to address every request (even the last minute ones!). The final result was priceless. I would recommend Caressed by Design to anyone that needs a high quality, reliable event/wedding planner. She was AMAZING! -

Caressa walked us through what can be one of the most stressful processes with patience and care. She answered all of our questions, gave great suggestions, negotiated with vendors, managed our RSVP (for a 200 person wedding that is no small feat) and really helped to put our minds at ease when it came to the details. She also handled day before and day of coordination which truly helped everything run smoothly. Thank you Caressa and Team for your incredible work! -

I can not find enough words to describe this woman and her passion for planning! She is AMAZING and truly exceeds any expectation! She thinks of everything that you could possibly NOT think of, and even then will come up with small details to make your day absolutely amazing and memorable! Her team is extremely professional and always willing to help! I will continue to use this company for any and all of my planning needs! My husband and I are so grateful for her love and kindness during our wedding planning - we had quite the vibrant mix of people in our bridal party to say the least LOL! If you’re looking for a professional that can amaze you with little guidance, you definitely allow this team to execute your vision! -

Caressa was the absolute best! She is naturally very detailed , attentive , and does not mind taking time with the bride to put your mind at ease. She is always accessible and is full of solutions to any problem that may arise . I highly recommend hiring Caressed by Design! It’s the BEST decision you can make . -

Her extensive knowledge, along with her passion for weddings, made the planning process not only seamless but enjoyable. She let no detail go unnoticed, often bringing to our attention many details that we hadn’t even considered. We even had vendors tell us that she was a dream! It was such a blessing to really enjoy our day and not have to worry about anything. We could not have planned our wedding without her! Our guests have raved about how wonderful and organized our wedding was and it is all thanks to Caressa and her team. We are forever grateful and highly recommend her to any and every bride.
