Top Notch Service and Flexibility

Annie was amazing to work with! I missed an appointment, and with my job I was in and out of cell phone service. She assured me it was no big deal and that we could make it work. I ended up getting some service, called Annie, and she took my call on the spot and we worked things out! They are the BEST! Knowledgeable, affordable, and VERY professional! Being able to work with my crazy schedule was also a huge plus as well. I will definitely be using Annie again for future adventures!

Anniversary Getaway

Annie and the whole CARE Travel team were wonderful to work with! They made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish for our trip. Couples Swept Away in Negril was fantastic and we will be visiting them again in the future. Thank you all for making this such an easy and relaxing getaway!!

Destination Wedding Paradise!!

Niki, Annie, and the whole CARE Travel team helped us plan and execute the destination wedding of our dreams!! From initial zooms, meetings, constant communication the whole time, helping with flights, booking the resort for our whole group (54 people), emails with the resort wedding coordinator, and SO much more...we were simply blown away with the above and beyond personal service. She even created our wedding website for us! We felt so safe, secure, prepared, and excited with our trip and wedding. On top of it all, Niki even saved us a ton of money! I could tell CARE Travel genuinely cared about our entire group, the wedding trip we wanted, and experiences we desired. I only have positive remarks and an extremely thankful heart for Niki and her team. We could not have done this destination wedding of our dreams without her!

wonderful vacation

we used this company for our couples trip with a few other friends to st lucia and our designer was amazing. she listened to everything we wanted and made it happen. we even got surprized with a private picnic for each couple to have some alone time. highly recommend and will be using them again soon

Perfect Destination Wedding!

I don't have enough good things to say about Care Travel! I loved the whole experience! I typically like control so giving up control of planning my honeymoon was hard but so worth it! It took all the stress off of me and they were phenomenal throughout the whole process! Morgan was my travel agent and she helped me through every little step of the way! She was always available and happy to answer my questions! I will absolutely be using CARE travel again! Thank you guys so much!

We cannot express how wonderful it was to work with Niki and her staff!! We will definitely use them again in the future. The VIP service through customs on international travel...WORTH EVERY PENNY! Thank again for a lovely experience. It made our wedding anniversary so special.

Care Travel was a referral from friends and they were awesome! Kim was very helpful in planning and revising our honeymoon as many times as we needed to accommodate our wishes. Our honeymoon to Greece was the trip of a lifetime! We had amazing hotels and the best experience. We only had once issue with a hotel and Kim was able to help us make changes quickly and smoothly. Care Travel was amazing to work with! We had a destination wedding in Nassau, Bahamas, and it couldn't have gone smoother. Care provided us with helpful insights on the resort, and really listened/provided options to achieve the wedding we wanted.

Although it is easy to click a few buttons online and book through a website you really do not know what you are getting when you do. Also, if there is trouble it is a much better to call one person and they figure it out then be put on hold and have to be passed to several individuals who you will never meet!

Jen took care of everything with our honeymoon. She searched all areas based off the type of adventurous vacation we were looking for along with volcanoes and beaches. She found our hotel up in mountains overlooking the ocean.

I would highly recommend for a destination wedding, between the wedding coordinator on staff and all the knowledge they have it was great. Also they made all our guests feel comfortable and left my job stress free.

When our original agent left the company, Niki took over right away and started over with us to really understand what we were looking for on our honeymoon. Niki was extremely responsiveness and helped us narrow down our price range, location and activities. When Niki was out of the country frequently, Jen stepped in to help us finalize our trip and make sure we were ready to go. We were never without someone to take care of us and our travel needs. Niki was great when helping us celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with a tour of Italy plus a stay in Amsterdam. She listened to what we wanted, gave us options, and then was able to help us save on the tour and the hotel in Amstedam. We had a wonderful time. Our tickets were right and check-ins were easy. We just showed up at the airports and things went smoothly.
It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will always treasure and Niki and Care Travel made it possible.

Care Travel consulted, planned, and outdid themselves to accommodate my husband and me on our honeymoon! I have never worked with a travel agent before so I was worried, but after our first consultation (only over the phone) our worries were washed away. From passport info to flights to our stay there to the flight back we were taken care of with as much kindness as if we were family. This is truly a remarkable company and I would highly recommend them for any kind of travel you would like enjoy

Care Travel truly went above and beyond to help us make our honeymoon special. There were a lot of phone calls and different places we discussed to go but ultimately with their guidance we chose Fiji and could not have been happier. Although there were a few bumps when we first arrived (none of which was because of Care travel) when we called to get help they were their immediately and helped us figure something out. We could not have been more pleased with our experience, and are already talking about where to go for our one year anniversary next year, with the help of Care Travel of course!

The responsiveness and quality of service was phenomenal. It is difficult to find good quality service now a days and I am extremely happy that everything that was planned went well. The name of the company makes sense...they do Care and went the extra mile to help out in any way they could.

Care Travel provided excellent service for our wedding destination trip to Jamaica. The 'fast track' experience was well worth it and we would do that again!! Our accommodations were excellent and what we expected. Everyone at Care Travel answered questioned promptly, which made our travel experience even less stressful. Niki was so wonderful throughout the whole process. When the time came, everything was so well organized. I had my little pouch of instructions and I felt like I was prepared to take over the world! After planning my wedding, I had decision fatigue big time, and having everything written out in plain black and white was such a blessing. Knowing that I could get in contact with Care Travel if anything went wrong (nothing did, thank goodness!) definitely helped ease our minds as my husband and I prepared for our first international trip together.

Care travel was extremely helpful in planning our honeymoon trip. They answered all our questions in a timely manner (& we had ALOT) & provided us with a wonderful experience! It was great having all our travel documents already printed. And I would have to say, the VIP package at the airport in Jamaica was the best airport experience we've had, thanks again! Niki was great at finding something that fit our budget and getting all the details taken care of (airline, resort, etc). They are also very helpful in answering any questions we had. We didn't have to worry about anything except making it to our flights on time!

We used Care Travel for our Honeymoon, and we were very pleased with the service. They were very accommodating and knowledgable. We had a wonderful trip to St. Lucia. I was so pleased with how Care Travel prepared us. They were so helpful in telling us what to expect, from the airport to the resort. Everything went just as planned, but I'm confident that if we would have had any problem, they would have handled it with ease and professionalism. I have recommended Care Travel to many of my friends that are getting married in 2015! :)

CARE Travel was there for everything we needed them for! From suggestions for destinations, and ultimately suggesting the perfect resort for our honeymoon, to being available for questions while we were on the honeymoon... Everything was taken care of from start to finish. We were guided through the process - sent friendly reminders to tasks we needed to complete (passports, etc), and some fantastic suggestions and tidbits of information were offered to us for all aspects of our stay. (Food, excursions, etc)
Everything was simply flawless! The staff really knows their stuff - don't be afraid to ask any question you might have - even if you feel like it is silly! They are really there for you and want to help so that you have the best trip you can!
We are already in the process of planning our next vacation with CARE Travel!!

Anytime we had question Nikki answered them right there and then or one of her co-workers. Nikki was very helpful and we plan on using her again for our next family vacation! Nikki took care of every little detail for our trip and then sent us a nice little care package with tags for our bags plus a little book with all our information. Plus the do's and don'ts while on the trip. Loved her and her co-workers!!!!!

When my then fiance and I decided that we wanted a destination wedding the first thing on our list was to find a travel agent. Nikki with CARE travel went above and beyond when it came to taking care of us. She answered our endless questions during the planning process and made sure that we felt completely comfortable with every decision we made. Care Travel is nothing short of professional and quite simply, amazing. Niki will pull 500 different options if I asked that of her. She sends me to the places that she has been and highly recommends. I trust her opinion like the bible - especially when it comes to travel. Niki took such good care of my family. She was knowledgable and provided me the information I needed. She was quick to answer all of my questions and always available. She made me feel that she was truly vested in our vacation as much as we were. It was obviously clear that she truly cared about us. I would recomend her to anyone for their travel needs.

Niki was wonderful to work with for our Anniversary getaway! She provided several great options for us to choose from and she explained the pros/cons for each destination/resort. I loved how she gave us step by step of what to expect, as this was our 1st time out of the country! I can not wait to return to Tahiti and will be calling CARE TRAVEL for sure!

We used Care Travel to help us plan our first Disney Vacation. I don't know how we could have managed without their help. They took care of all of the details from dining, accommodations, tickets, and payment. Everything was explained in detail so we knew what to expect for our first time. If we had any issues once we got there, we knew they were available as back up. We didn't have any issues however, because everything was taken care of already. Thanks Care Travel! I have used care travel to book several vacations and they never disappoint. This trip was particularly important to me because it was my honeymoon. From the beginning Niki and Amy helped me to not only decide where to go but made the booking and details seemless. We ended up going to sandals emerald bay and had the time of our lives. We knew that this was because we chose care travel! We were even notified by the hotel staff that they were checking in on us while we were on vacation! Our vacation to Couples Negril was absolutely amazing, can't think of a better way to have celebrated our 25th anniversary. Night snorkeling was awesome and the sunset catamaran trip was so much fun. And what a treat to discover our first-class seats for our flight to Jamaica:) Can't wait to return to island time in the hopefully near future.

We went through care Travels for our Honeymoon. Olivia was who we worked eith and she was great. We gave her our price range, what we wanted and didn't want and she took it from there. She gave us many options and we picked the best one that suited us. She worked really well with us, very easy to contact and get ahold of, very reliable and trust worthy!! We planned our honeymoon through Care Travel and it was better than we ever expected!!...not only one balcony in our room but two. Such an awesome resort and reservations. Also Amy(travel agent) sent us a carry on bag with different items such as luggage tags, hand sanitizer, sunblock, etc. We will definately book through Care Travel for any upcoming trips to be made!...Enjoyed ourselves to the most!!

Niki and Amy from CARE Travel were extremely helpful and made my wedding planning as easy as possible. They arranged my wedding onboard the Norwegian Dawn cruise ship and did a group booking to take care of cabins for all of my guests. We and our guests made several changes along the way and were probably a little annoying with all of our questions, problems, and changes, but CARE Travel took all of our demands in stride and everything went wonderfully! They answered emails and phone messages very quickly and made working with the cruise line much easier. They also handled pre-booking a group dinner at one of the specialty restaurants and a group cocktail party toward the end of our trip. I would definitely recommend CARE Travel to anyone booking a destination wedding, or just a cool vacation -- they've done a fabulous job with all of our previous cruise bookings too.

Care Travel put together my honeymoon for me in September 2009 to Hawaii and it was such an easy and wonderful experience! I did not have to worry about anything since Care Travel dis any changes answered questions etc for me. The honeymoon to Hawaii was everything and mug more than what I could have expected. Since I had such a great experience with our honeymoon I booked our trip for our 1 year anniversary to Jamaica through Care Travel which again was a wonderful experience! I would recommend others to select Care travel for their travel needs if they are looking for a great and smooth booking experience and a great vacation!

We wanted a destination wedding where we could have our toes in the sand. When I called CARE Travel, we were referred to Niki who was a Destination Wedding and Honeymoon specialist to help us. Niki was amazing, she was full of knowledge on Jamaica and she really listened to what we wanted for your wedding! I have to admit that I was a little worried as everything seemed to have been 'to easy' if that makes sense. But Niki took care of all the details and then some. When we arrived at the resort we were pleased to have been 'upgraded' to a beachfront walk out suite! We meet with the wedding coordinator to verify all teh details, and to my surprize, Niki had not missed a beat, she even set up a private candle light dinner on the beach for our wedding dinner, it was unbelievable! We have already booked our anniversary trip back to the same destiantion with CARE Travel. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering any type of romantic vacation. I am referring her to my brother who is looking to do something special for his 10 year vow renewal!!

I live in Las Vegas, NV and I went through Care Travel to book my Honeymoon trip to Hawaii. Concidering that Niki (the representative who helped me) lived in Kansas this was a VERY smooth transaction. This was a huge help concidering all the stress that goes into the pre-wedding planning. Niki sent me my quotes for the cost of the trip and when I decided to book she called me in the evening out of her own time to book this for me. She was very thorough in explaining all the trip details to me. Once this was booked she e-mailed me the paperwork to fax back to her and it was complete. The trip itself was the best trip that i have ever taken thanks to all that Niki had done. She even went out of her way to add some special activities such as climbing Diamond Head which was absolutely amazing. I would definately go through Care Travel again to book any of my future trips. They are amazing!

I know that CARE Travel specializes in Romance travel, but Niki was great in working with us on our family vacation to Beaches Negril. I worked with Niki at and she had taken care of every thing from beginning to end. She made all of our excursion and spa reservations prior to our arrival, so we didnt have any worries during our trip. I will be calling her again for our next vacation.

Working with Niki at Care Travel has been an amazing experience. I was a bit concerned at first, given the fact that I live in NJ and Care Travel's headquarters is located in Kansas. However, it has worked out beautifully and I can't imagine ever going back to the stress of planning vacations on my own. They have spoiled me for life.

I have worked with travel agents in the past that have been shockingly unfriendly, disorganized, or who have simply lacked knowledge in so many areas.
Niki couldn't be sweeter, her organizational skills are enviable, and it seems that no matter where I want to go, she knows the perfect spot for me.

Because they deal with so many types of people with all kinds of vacation styles and requirements, Care Travel has a seemingly endless knowledge of resorts and destinations. Sometimes I'm looking for a luxurious, romantic spot, and other times, a fun, casual resort. No matter what I need, Care Travel has made sure that my destination is perfect and that each detail (and then some) is handled.

As you can tell, I'm a HUGE fan!

I had tried to book my cruise all by myself and had only 1/2 of what I wanted . Although Niki Rakowitz could not book all of what I wanted she walked me through what she was not able to do, becuase of the bookings I had already made. She made the rest of our trip the very best ever, booking our motel, travel and transportation.....I traveled with my ten year old grandson and that could have been an unpleasan time for Grandma. It was the best trip and no misshaps, everything went smooth from our morning leaving until our evening returning.

Couldn't recommend them enough. A few small hiccups early on. But the value and peace of mind when traveling is well worth it, really made our honeymoon fantastic.

Great Service, and well worth the value! We had a great time working with Niki @ Care Travel. She made the process so easy, and was very fun and knowledgeable. Even when she was busy with being out of the country (She's a Travel Agent after all), she always had time to answer any questions we had.! Will definitely use her again!
