  I used Josie Donatelli for my wedding photography. I would absolutely recommend Josie to any engaged couple looking for an amazing and fun photographer to photograph their wedding. We had our engagement and wedding pictures done by Josie, and she is an incredibly creative artist. Her ideas for pictures were fun, romantic, and perfectly encompassed Nick and I as a couple. She always has a way of making any picture look beautiful, and she always took the extra effort to ensure that we would get the best shot. Josie was extremely thorough throughout the entire time we worked together. Prior to the wedding, we went over specific shots and individuals that we would like to have photographed. She not only ensured that this list was completed, but she made sure that every special picture I requested was perfect! My friends and family have all gushed over the pictures, and many of them have commented that they are beautiful enough to be in magazines. I know that my husband and I will be enjoying and showing off Josie's amazing pictures for years to come. Thank you Josie, for capturing our wedding so beautifully!

  The photographs of my granddaughter's wedding were gorgeous. Each one was so perfect it will be very difficult to pick favorites. If I were the bride I would just pick them all!!

  We are so happy we chose Captured Event to photograph our wedding! Josephine is absolutely incredible and was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Not only did she get all the photos that we wanted, she got photos that we didn't even think of (and we are so very happy that she did)! She worked with us and our ideas from the get go and her photographs of our wedding are absolutely beautiful.   Josie is a talented photographer who is passionate about what she does. My husband and I still receive countless compliments on our engagement and wedding photos. Josie creates a fun and light environment which makes the session a positive one. Her responsiveness and professional work ethic was impressive. We enjoyed having her as our photographer!

  Josephine and her crew at Captured Event did a fabulous job capturing our wedding. She was extremely flexible with times and location. Our wedding album truly tells the story of our day. We LOVE how the photos came out and were edited to perfection!

  Captured Event lives up to it's name in the fullest. They captured the wedding so beautifully and so completely and made us very comfortable throughout the whole process. So seemless, so completely user friendly and so pleasant to work with and Josie has real talent behind the lens. I would recommend them to eveyrone who wants to capture their own event for wonderful memories to come!

  I was so lucky to find Josie through a friend of mine who hired her in 2008. When I saw the number of photographers to choose from, I had no idea where to begin and I was overwhelmed by it. It made such a difference seeing the wedding pictures that Josie shot of my friends wedding and hearing such positive things that I was already sold before I met her. When we met, she was so sweet and seemed so honest, I trusted her right away. She included an engagement session in our package and I love the pictures. I was nervous about being photographed but she made us both feel so at ease. It really helped on our wedding day having already worked with Josie. I am so happy that she was available because she captured all of my wedding in a heartfelt and artistic way. She also did a beautiful album for us. She truly seems to love what she does and wants to deliver the best product she can. We have no regrets, only great memories. To rate Josie honestly, I would need a 6.0 with Value for Cost.

  We can't thank Josie enough for the wonderful job that she did photographing our wedding. She has an amazing smile while she works and such a pleasant personality. She's courteous, prompt and professional, and most of all - she delivered such beautiful pictures at the end. She is so creative and has such a good eye for capturing the moment and portraying people at their best. We also appreciate that she took the time to edit some of the pictures to achieve the desired results. She delivered more then she promised.

  If anyone tries to tell you that the cost of the photography package is in proportion to the quality of photographer/photography - they are so wrong. Josie, the business owner of Captured Events, loves her job and it's more about her clients and getting to take photos, than any price tag. Always generous and courteous, I found no fault in all of my interactions with the company or Josie. Contract was fulfilled in an extremely timely manner and she made the photo-taking part of my wedding day very stress free.

  Josie is a truly brilliant photographer!
  Josie probably wouldn't want me commenting on her age, but I believe photography is one of those things that only get better with age.
  Josie is an "old-school" photographer that relies on her instincts rather than high-tech gadgets.
  To excel in Event Photography, the photographer needs to "see the future". Especially for Weddings where everything is fast paced and "moments" constantly come and go, the photographer needs to see the moment before it actually happens. If a "moment" is occurring and the photographer is not ready, by the time the camera is lifted to the face, the moment is gone. Josie is one of those gifted people who just "knows" when something special is going to happen. She already has the camera focused and ready to shoot half a second before that amazing smile, laughter, and precious moment. Sure, having a state-of-the-art camera with blazing fast auto-focus is cool, but it is no substitute for a pre-focused shot done by a good eye.
  Josie is also amazingly flexible and will go that "extra mile" to make you happy. Talk to her and explain to her what you exactly want/need and she will make it happen.
  I was so inspired by Josie that after seeing my Wedding Photos, I went and bought myself a Nikon DSLR and now photography is my favorite hobby!
