Such a Great Experience!
Captivate Event Rentals was amazing to work with! One of the best things we rented was their tap wall—it was such a fun and unique addition to our wedding. Our guests loved being able to pour their own drinks, and it made the bar line so much easier to manage. The team was super professional, on time, and really easy to communicate with. If you’re planning a wedding or any event, I highly recommend them! -

Great service
Used Captivate for our wedding this past fall and they were great. The checkered dance floor was a huge hit, everyone kept complimenting it. They showed up on time, set everything up, and I didn't have to think twice about it on my wedding day which is honestly all you can ask for. Would definitely use them again! -

Amazing service

Amazing Bridal Shower

Great experience
We rented a black and white checkered dance floor from Captivate Event Rentals, and it was such a hit! It looked amazing and really brought the whole reception space together. Our guests were dancing all night!
We also rented tables, chairs, and a few décor pieces, and everything was exactly what we wanted. The team was super easy to work with, delivered on time, and made the whole process stress-free. Would definitely recommend them to anyone planning an event! -

Captivate Event Rentals was amazing for our wedding! The whole process was super easy, and they had exactly what we needed. The tables, chairs, and bar setup looked perfect, and everything was delivered on time.
The team was really friendly and helpful, even when we had some last-minute changes. Our guests loved how everything looked, and we couldn’t have been happier. If you’re planning an event, definitely go with them! -
