Wonderful Addition to our big day!

Natalie was such a wonderful addition to our wedding day! She played the violin at both our church wedding ceremony and our day of ceremony at the venue and cocktail hour. Her music was such an elegant touch to the day. Natalie was professional, responsive and so easy to work with. She checked in several times to make sure everything was going to be perfect for our day and it was. I would highly recommend to have Natalie as part of your celebration!

Capriccio Ensemble was incredible!

We hired a duo of violin and cello. Straight from the beginning, they were super communicative, incredibly professional and flexible enough to accommodate all of our requests. During the ceremony, their playing was beautiful and they coordinated with the venue staff smoothly and seamlessly to give us a perfect ceremony! We would definitely recommend these magnificent musicians to anyone who is getting ready to tie the knot. Thank you so much!!

Capriccio Ensemble.

Beautiful violin and cello renditions of classical, traditional and specific requests for before and after wedding ceremony music. Added the perfect meaningful and elegant touch to the ceremony. Took the time to meet and listen to our specific requests and were pleasant and professional in every way.

Natalie (leader/owner of the Capriccio Ensemble) is top notch. She is professional, extremely talented, kind, and goes the extra mile for you. We hired Natalie (violin) and for her to be accompanied by a second violinist and cellist for our wedding on 9/23 in White Plains. The music during the ceremony was beautiful and Natalie, graciously, played outside the church for 30 or so minutes afterwards while photographs were taken and guests were chatting. She is great and I highly recommend to you all!

Natalie and The Capriccio Ensemble provided the perfect live music for our wedding day. Not only was Natalie incredibly responsive, but she was so flexible and easy to work with. We knew we wanted mostly contemporary music (vs. classical), and when I saw the list of what was in their repertoire, I was so impressed! When deciding what would be played when (throughout the ceremony and then cocktail hour), Natalie provided thoughtful feedback based on her experience - and I'm so glad I took it. Additionally, just a couple of weeks before our wedding, we decided we wanted a specific song played for our recessional that was not in their repertoire. While I highly recommend requesting this well in advance, Natalie and The Capriccio Ensemble kindly agreed - and did such a beautiful job! Thank you to The Capriccio Ensemble for being such an integral, special part of the best day of our lives.

I used Cappricio Ensemble for the ceremony and cocktail hour music during my wedding on 8/25. Working with Natalie at Capriccio Ensemble was such a treat. She was personable, flexible, and quickly responsive. Natalie was also extremely thorough in her work and made sure that the selected music fit my style and my vision. On the day of the wedding I had no doubt that Capriccio Ensemble would do an amazing job based on the service that I had received from the get go. They arrived right on time, set up easily in both the ceremony and cocktail hour locations, and knocked the ball out of the park. I received tons of compliments on their performance. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Capriccio Ensemble!!! I met Natalie since 2014 when I was planning my mother's wedding. She is very kind-hearted, easy-going and professional. She has such a beautiful spirit and I knew I made the right choice. Her team played exceptional well.... it was beautiful and angelic.. I cried my eyes out :) Ever since that day, I always said when I get married I would love for her and her team at Capriccio Ensemble to play at my wedding. My wish came thru!!! I got married on 6-3-18.... and words can't even describe how happy I was for them to be apart of my special day. I was lucky that my bridal suite was close to the ceremony setup so I was able to hear all of the beautiful songs they played as my guests were seated. My ceremony was on the beach and all my guests loved the ambience they brought to the beautiful scenery. After all these years they still by far EXCEEDED my expectations. I will continue to refer them to other brides-to-be because I know they won't ever disappoint. Capriccio Ensemble is QUALITY SERVICES!!!

We got married on 05/25/18 and used Capriccio Ensemble for our Wedding Ceremony. They were perfect!! Since the first time we got in contact with Natalie and her team, to the beautiful wedding day in May, Capriccio Ensemble has been a delight to work with. Natalie sent us over a contract and a long list of music of songs we could use, both religious and none. Samples of their music can be found on their website. Throughout the months leading to our wedding, Natalie would invite us to events where she and the group would be performing (unfortunately we were never able to attend due to busy schedules). Payment was easy, as they accept quick-pay through banks. For our wedding we chose a mixture of pop songs and religious songs. The music was so beautiful, every song was easily identifiable. I would most definitely recommend Capriccio Ensemble if you want that nice classical touch of music, and if you want to work with great people.

She was extremely friendly to work with. Very detailed oriented. Played samples over the phone so you can hear. Very responsive with emails and texts. Was super early at the church to organize herself and work with the Church Choir. She truly is a great musician and professional to work with. I would definitely have her play at other occasions!!

Capriccio Ensemble made our wedding day so unique and special! Natalie was amazing to work with - she's so kind, thoughtful, and really passionate about her work. She also is very professional, yet personable, and answered all e-mails promptly (even on weekends!). She is also incredibly talented! We wanted a solo violinist for our outdoor ceremony of about 120 people and the result surpassed all expectations. My husband and I had a blast sampling all of the songs on Capriccio's user-friendly repertoire template that we used to choose our favorites. Each song we selected was truly special to us, and when I heard Natalie play them during the ceremony, it gave our ceremony that extra dream-like element.

Natalie was there every step of the way helping us to customize our ceremony to our liking. She remembered every detail, arrived early, and even coordinated with our officiant. I highly recommend Capriccio Ensemble!

AMAZING!!! We booked the string trio (violin, viola and cello) to perform during ceremony and cocktail hour at Flowerfield in St. James. Natalie was a pleasure to work with - very responsive and accommodating, and helped in our selection of songs by providing not only an extensive variety of tunes to choose from, but by also adding a new song to their repertoire which was specifically selected by the bride. We received many compliments on their performance from our guests and highly recommend the Capriccio Ensemble to others!

Natalie is a true professional. I've been in contact with her for almost 2 years (since I first got engaged) and she has been fantastic. She is very responsive and her main priority is making sure the bride & groom are happy. She played the violin at our ceremony this weekend and it sounded so beautiful. My husband and I hired a quartet for the ceremony and cocktail hour, one of the best decisions we made!
My father who is a classical music lover, was very pleased.
The ensemble sounded amazing! I wish the cocktail hour could have lasted longer so that I could have enjoyed them more.

From the start, Natalie was a true professional to work with. She truly loves what she does and that showed in all my interactions with her. She responded promptly via email and answered my many questions with great patience. She has an outstanding knowledge of music and guided me in the musical selections for our ceremony. Our guests simply raved about the quintet that performed at our wedding. Each of the musicians was extremely talented and it was noted in the beautiful music they performed. We had a vocalist as part of our quintet and we received so many compliments about his beautiful voice and how wonderfully he accompanied the music. The Capriccio Ensemble played at our daughter's wedding ceremony in NYC last December. Natalie was a pleasure to correspond with and talk to about our vison for the ceremony's music. She helped us take a concept to a beautiful combination of traditional and more contemporay music ~ perfectly matched with the bride & groom's wishes. I couldn't have asked for more. Natalie at the Capriccio Ensemble made this ceremony a absolutely beautiful one. Capriccio Ensemble came highly recommended by family members who had them play at their wedding years ago. I genuinely appreciate having been linked to Natalie and their wonderful music. Her strings had my guests in tears as I walked down the aisle. I could hear the beautiful song I had picked during my walk down the aisle with my father and knew I had made the best choice. The musicians were at the venue in a timely matter (aka early) and continued to play all through the cocktail hour. Thank you Natalie for being reliable, understanding and flexible. I was sold on Natalie and Capriccio Ensemble when I heard that they did a string version of November Rain. I got married in November so I had this song performed as the processional for the bridal party...I thought it was appropriate ;) They arrived on time, actually they had to wait sometime because my venue was behind and my ceremony started late. They never approached me about that. Natalie was always responsive to my emails and helped me arranged songs for the ceremony and cocktail hour. I would recommend Capriccio Ensemble to anyone who wants strings to perform for their event. They sound great are professional and have an amazing selection of songs to choose from!

I worked with Natalie pretty much the first month I get engaged. For over a year and a half, we remained in contact while I was trying to decide if I wanted/could afford having live music played at my wedding. I have to say she was probably one of favorite vendors to deal with. She always answered emails, was so personable, and you could truly tell she was passionate about what she did and really cared about her services.

I wound up choosing a string trio for my ceremony. Violin, Violin and Cello were the perfect touch for my wedding. I am so happy with my decision. It added a touch of elegance and class which is exactly what I wanted. And Natalie couldn't have been any sweeter.

Our experience working with Natalie and the Capriccio Ensemble was outstanding. Having seen them perform at my sister's wedding a few years earlier, I knew the ensemble would be my choice for our ceremony/cocktail hour entertainment at my own wedding. Natalie and the Capriccio Ensemble have performed at the weddings of two of my children. The first was during the Halloween snow storm of October 2011. All of the musicians arrived ON TIME and provided wonderful music for the ceremony and the cocktail hour. We worked with Natalie to develop two musical arrangements customized for the bride and family- the pieces were wonderful and added priceless memories to a day that was already unique. The second wedding in December of 2012- again in the snow, and again they were all there on time, and developed custom arrangements for the bride and groom. If you are looking for truly professional musicians, who play with their heart, this is the group you are looking for to add that extra something to your event. Your guests and family will thank you for an unforgettable event.

My wife and I absolutely loved working with Natalie and the Capriccio Ensemble. As a musician myself, I was very particular about who we would have to perform at our ceremony and was very specific about the selections that I wanted included. Natalie was incredibly flexible in accommodating my requests, and I have to say, the group truly outperformed my expectations! There is nothing like having a live string ensemble to add an element of warmth and elegance to such a special occasion as a wedding-- and in terms of quality, professionalism, and flexibility, you really can't beat the Capriccio Ensemble!!! In fact, looking back now after six years, the only thing I liked better than the music at my wedding ceremony was my bride :)

From the beginning Natalie was extremely professional and accommodating, traveling to Westchester to meet with my mother-in-law and I. She came prepared with samples of live music and a thorough list of her repertoire. No doubt she is talented!
My husband and I worked with Natalie and the Capriccio Ensemble for our fall wedding. We hired their services for our ceremony and cocktail hour. We had a beautiful, sunny day, but it was chilly. The temperature stayed in the low fifties all day. I was worried because our ceremony was to be held outside. Natalie and ensemble were troopers and played for an hour outdoors!
Natalie also wrote a custom arrangement of Christina Perri's "A Thousand Years" for my ceremony entrance. Her rendition captured the emotions of the song and exactly what Tim and I were feeling at that moment.
I would highly recommend Natalie and the Capriccio Ensemble to anyone looking for high quality live musicians!

Natalie (violinist) worked with me throughout the whole process - she is a great communicater and will work with you closely via email to come up with the perfect song layout! Just from her emails, her sweet personality emanates from them. When I met her in personal after our ceremony, she was an absolute sweetheart!! I'm so happy I used them!!

I found capriccio ensemble online after deciding on a song I HAD to walk down the aisle to. I couldn't find it anywhere until I found capriccio ensemble. The song brought tears to my family's eyes. It was/is the most beautiful rendition of Billy Joel's "She's got a way" that I have ever heard. The moment I found them, the emails began. Never once was I nervous about not getting a response, Natalie was so responsive, and SO great to work with. The day of my wedding, they showed up and I was so eager to not only get married, but to hear that song!! It sounded just as amazing as it did when I heard online. I could've stopped and just stood there to listen, but I had a marriage I had to get to:)I highly recommend and strongly encourage anyone who is looking for a fabulous wedding ensemble to go with Capriccio. OMG Natalie was the best. I had so many people rave about them and think it was so awesome my bridesmaids walked down the aisle to Guns n roses November rain. I walked down to a thousand years. It was just perfect. I didn’t really get to hear them in the cocktail hour as I was so insanely busy but I heard they were amazing. They just added to the wedding and made it more perfect. Natalie and Capriccio Ensemble were excellent. We booked a string trio for the ceremony and a solo pianist for the cocktail hour. Natalie was super professional and warm from the get-go and throughout the process. She was very thorough and helpful. They played the exact songs we discussed for the ceremony and the guests all said the music was wonderful throughout, as we were a bit distracted from the music itself :) I would definitely recommend Capriccio Ensemble!

We booked a string trio to play for our ceremony and to provide soft music at our reception. They sounded so beautiful. Before the ceremony began I had specific music that I wanted played on CD so they didn't play during Prelude/invitation however they performed our Processionals and those were wonderfully played. We also had a special song that we wanted played as our Recessional and that was played on CD.
At the reception they played all classical selections which included some of our requests and things that they knew well. Our guests complimented us on how nice it was that they could hear each other speaking at their tables and on how beautiful they sounded. They price breaked us for the evening as our wedding fell on a Wednesday night even though it was the night before Tday which is a holiday/pre holiday time and we were very grateful to them for this. Highly recommend!

The Capriccio Ensemble was a fabulous addition to my 2/23/13 wedding mass. They are complete professionals with an outstanding repertoire and it was fabulous working with the Director Natalie on my musical selections. I explained what I wanted and she knew exactly what to recommend to make it perfect. The Capriccio Ensemble preformed at my daughter's wedding and the ceremony music was above my expectations. Originally, this was not a part of the plan because I thought it would maybe be too much money and I didn't want to be too extra. But as I was going through the process I realized more and more that I wanted to have it and I would be sad if I didn't. Ever since I was younger I had that dream of walking down a grand cathedral aisle while a quartet played Canon in D. Well the cathedral didn't happen but I wanted the music. The quartet to me was too much money to spend for a half an hour ceremony so instead we went with a Violinist and a Cello. Natalie was amazing. I sought her out around May and found her through LI Weddings and she ended up giving me a discount for being at the Wedding of The Year 2012. Natalie helped us pick out music and was always very sweet through emails. On the day of, when the ceremony was running late, my husband and I were taking pictures before the ceremony and I heard the beautiful music and was so happy. I kind of wish I was able to thank her after wards but being the Bride you are a bit busy. But they were awesome and added the touch I totally wanted for our ceremony.

Natalie is the perfect wedding vendor. She is great with responses, and she really proves it to you why you hired her in the first place. Even after she already had our business, she invited us to events that she was playing in the area. Unfortunately, I was unable to make any of them, so she forwarded us videos and a sample cd instead. All of our questions and concerns were promptly addressed. She showed up on the day of, and played the most beautiful music you ever heard. She played all the songs were requested (from a list of sample songs). She added an extra dimension to the day that gave me a tear as I heard my song when I walked down the aisle. We only hired her, it was more than enough.

From our first conversation with Natalie, we knew that Capriccio Ensemble would be the perfect addition to our wedding. We had a 3 piece trio from the Capriccio Ensemble perform during our outside wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. They traveled a great distance from their location to be a part of our wedding day, and we are so glad they did! Natalie was great to work with. Very caring and you never got the feeling she was in it just for the money. I was so happy that I decided to go with Capriccio Ensemble vs. a singer. Natalie plays the violin beautifully and it sounded like heaven when played in the church with the acoustics. She played with her organist and provided beautiful music for the guests, then for the bridesmaids processional, when I walked down the aisle, the unity candle lighting ceremony and the recessional. Both priests raved. Guests enjoyed the music. In particular the piece during the unity candle lighting-Ava Maria was mentioned. This was one of my best vendors and choices for my wedding.

The Capriccio Ensemble made our wedding very special. They did a wonderful job of setting the tone for the rest of the event. Natalie was very helpful during the selection of the music for our ceremony and also very considerate for our needs. Although our minister was running late (leading our ceremony to start nearly two hours later than expected) and the Ensemble members had other committments, they stayed for the remainder of the event and did not charge us any additional fee. Natalie was amazing to work with from the very begining. I knew I wanted a solo violinist and she was more then willing to come to my small ceremony. She played Bach's Air for the walk up the aisle, my favorite. But what was really moving was The Prayer played during the lighting of the candles. It was perfect, and my mother really appreciated it. We worked with Natalie from Capriccio Ensemble. She was extremely responsive and helpful. She has amazing customer service skills and you can tell she really loves what she does. We were originally going to sign with another company who charged less, but yet were not responsive or helpful, but then I contacted Natalie from Capriccio Ensemble and from beginning to end I got exactly what I wanted. The price was reasonable and worth every cent and I know I made the right choice booking with her company instead. Of all of our vendors her involvement the day of the wedding was only for an hour but yet I heard from her more then anyone else. She spent a lot of time making sure we liked all the music for the ceremony and reviewing things with me for the ceremony to make it all go smoothly. She played violin for the ceremony and brought a gentleman with her to play the piano. The guests were commenting on how nice all the music was that was played and got excited when they heard certain songs being played. When they played my processional it sounded beautiful and not only was my groom moved by seeing me walk down the aisle but also how beautifully the music sounded while I was walking down the aisle. It was exactly what we wanted. I would really recommend to anyone to use this company for ceremony music because they play beautifully, have amazing customer service skills and will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy on your wedding day and we definitely were!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Capriccio Ensemble. They seriously were on of my favorite wedding vendors to work with. I had always wanted to have ceremony musicians for our wedding ceremony but wasn't sure we could afford it. I inquired with Natalie about what we wanted for our ceremony and she quickly responded to all of my phone calls and emails. After meeting with Natalie, hearing the music samples and given a quote, we knew right away we wanted Capriccio Ensemble to play for our wedding. I basically only knew what song I wanted to walk down the aisle to and left a lot of the other songs to Natalie's expertise and couldn't have been happier.

As the wedding day approached, Natalie contacted me to confirm all the songs and when the wedding day came, the musicians were on time and played absolutely beautifully (We had a duet: cellist and violinist). Family members still rave to us about how beautiful Capriccio Ensemble played. Being that we were getting married in a Catholic Church, only classical/religious songs were allowed. However, my husband and I loved the song "Bittersweet Symphony" for when we exited the church. Natalie came up with an idea right away and cleverly transitioned a classical song into the "Bittersweet Symphony" song for our exit that not only sounded beautiful but also simply flowed from one song to the other. We were thrilled at how perfect it sounded!

I highly recommend Caprricio Ensemble for your ceremony musicians. They get 5 stars all across the board!!

Natalie and the rest of the Capriccio Ensemble are wonderful. We worked with Natalie to map out a non-traditional ceremony playlist, consisting of current pop hits in string arrangements. Originally, my husband and I did not think we wanted any ceremony music for the wedding, believing it wasn't necessary and that we could not afford it. So I went to my friend's wedding a few months before mine, and she had a string quartet for her ceremony. Well after hearing the way it sounded at her wedding...I KNEW that I wanted to add it to ours! Unfortunately I was afraid we didn't have the budget and that my husband would say it was an unnecessary expense. So I started shopping around and I found Capriccio. After reading many reviews and reccomendations I contacted Natalie, and I let her know that I wanted a price quote and to see her repertoire. She was such a sweetheart! There was no pressure at all and I really was amazed at her customer service. I kind of had to keep her on hold for awhile and I let her know that if I got my husband to say yes, I would book with her. At no time did it feel like I HAD to book her ASAP or anything. It finally wasn't until about 5 wks before the wedding that we received some extra money and I knew we could afford it.

Once I contacted Capriccio and let them know I was ready to book---they were great and so fun to work with, especially with music selections The trio also performed as people came in, doing prelude music. They were on time, sounded amazing, and I am soooo happy we used them. Many guests complimented us and said that the strings were wonderful, and I recommend them to any bride!

Natalie and the ensemble were beautiful...it was a perfect touch to my ceremony...i was very pleased, and my guests were impressed. On the video, hearing the beautiful music as my bridal party walks down the aisle still makes me cry...they are very talented and professional

Natalie is so knowledgable and helpful. She was able to help me choose beautiful music for the ceremony and fun music for the cocktail hour. I received so many compliments on the string quartet and they really were wonderful.

Natalie and her ensemble were terrific! They were hired for the ceremony and for cocktail hour and played such a wide variety of music. She was always easy to reach and made it perfect for planning the most perfect day. I would highly recommend them in the future!!!

Natalie was very nice and very responsive. All were professional musicians so quality was good. They were very particular and did have some usual demands for the ceremony site which we had to accommodate. They requested umbrellas to cover the musicians, rain or shine (it was an outdoor ceremony). One musician showed up a little late and we had pushed up the ceremony a little so we had to go ahead with one man short. They're not at all flexible with timing so make sure you get them in and out of there exactly on time or prepare to pay extra.

They played nicely at my ceremony but no one could hear them at the cocktail reception. Poor experience unfortunately.

While there is no denying the talent of Capriccio Ensemble, they were unprofessional on our wedding day. As many brides know, you pay top dollar to hire professionals who can manage hiccups on the day-of. Capriccio Ensemble were the only stressful part of our wedding day.

There was sunshower about 10 minutes before our ceremony was to start. While my other vendors and venue staff kept our entire bridal party calm and occupied in creating a "plan B," Natalie was stressful to both me, my parents, and my husband. Rather than working with the helpful venue staff, she approached me (the bride) asking what she should do (as I'm lined up to walk the aisle!!), insisted she would not play, and was rude to our venue and to my family.

As our maitre'd had predicted, the rain subsided after about 10 minutes and ceremony went on as planned. The music was nice but their unprofessional behavior was unacceptable; if I had the choice I would not have hired them to play.
