The perfect venue!

Canyonwood Ridge was the perfect place for our wedding. We wanted something timeless and elegant that didn't feel too big for our 90 person guest count. All of the spaces are breathtaking, but in particular, the chapel's massive windows allowed for a ton of natural light, giving our ceremony the glowing and sunny look of a summer wedding without any of the heat. The venue itself has such a natural beauty that we felt like we didn't need to do a lot for florals and decoration either. The view off of the patio overlooking hill country made our out of town guests marvel at just how beautiful central Texas can be!

We can't recommend Canyonwood Ridge enough!!!

A dream wedding venue!!!

Canyonwood Ridge was a dream of a wedding venue!! It is absolutely stunning, no matter where on the property you get married. We got married outside under the trellis and had our cocktail hour outside and reception indoors. The venue has such a beautiful and natural flow to it. It was the perfect day!!

Canyonwood Ridge

We had the most perfect wedding at Canyonwood Ridge! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and needs minimal decoration. We got so many compliments on the venue, location, and view from cocktail hour outside! The entire staff was incredible and extremely accommodating working with all of our other vendors. We had Casey for our day of venue coordinator and she was fantastic from the weeks before the wedding to the day itself. I cannot recommend Canyonwood Ridge enough for a wedding venue!

Book It! It's Amazing!

Keeping this short and simple. Book it. Most beautiful venue I've ever been to. Loved every second of being on that property. The outdoor and indoor options are stunning. Loved it!

Perfect Wedding Venue

Canyonwood Ridge was truly a dream come true for our wedding day. The team was so helpful and responsive — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. It was truly the best day ever, stress-free and all around good vibes all day.

Both the indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces are stunning. We ended up using the indoor space, and it was just so beautiful. Our guests loved the patio during cocktail hour and everyone enjoyed the amazing view.

The custom barn doors created a magical reveal of our reception , and we loved being able to bring in our vendors although their preferred vendors list was amazing and we used many on their list.

If you’re considering Canyonwood Ridge, do it. It’s everything you could hope for and more.

We appreciate yall so much and will always hold this special day in our hearts knowing we got married in our dream venue.

Stunning Texas hill country venue

This venue is just gorgeous! Our main priority for wedding planning was a stunning venue which was beautiful on its own and did not need floral/decoration "make up". Canyonwood Ridge met all of those requirements and more. We did an online virtual tour and booked the place before seeing it in person (living abroad) and its true that the venue is even more stunning in person. We also had a weekday wedding which was very competitively priced and allowed us to get the wedding of our dreams for a price that we were comfortable with. The indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces are equally beautiful meaning that a weather plan "B" is absolutely not a compromise! The full day access also meant that our set up volunteers and vendors were not racing to set up on time, which made the day much more relaxed for everyone. The bridal suite was stunning and comfortable. My bridesmaids and I could hang out and relax while getting hair and make up done on-site. Outside vendors were also allowed (only the bartending company and beer/wine are required for licensing reasons) which gave us great flexibility. However they also provide a full list of recommended vendors of top notch professionals which helped guide us in planning. All in all, great venue, great staff and we had an unforgettable wedding!

The best venue

Canyonwood Ridge is a beautiful venue! We loved the chapel being so close to the reception space and the beautiful backyard for cocktail hour. Canyonwood Ridge is very transparent with their policies so there are no surprises if you fully read your contract!

Incredible experience! The wedding of our dreams

I got married on December 29, 2024 and couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. Alexa made every single part of our day so special and held our hand through it all- from planning up to the execution. She was the biggest blessing! The venue itself was perfect. There was plenty of space and every part of the space is picture perfect quality. They have truly thought of it all! Can’t recommend Canyonwood Ridge enough!!

A dream venue

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day, and the venue played such a huge role in making it all come together. From the very start, we were impressed with the venue’s incredible flexibility and transparency. The flat-rate pricing (with no hidden fees!) and upfront alcohol costs made budgeting stress-free and so much simpler than other venues we considered.

One of the venue’s best features is the 15-hour access from 9:00 a.m. to midnight. It gave us plenty of time to set up, celebrate, and wind down without feeling rushed.

Both the indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces were stunning, allowing us peace of mind with a perfect Plan A and Plan B option. The outdoor site, in particular, offered gorgeous views that created the most beautiful backdrop for ceremony and pictures, while the chapel was a great area for vows and private dances.

During cocktail hour, the beautiful patio was a hit! It was a relaxed, elegant space for everyone to mingle and take in the surroundings. Then, for the reception, we loved how the custom barn doors kept the space hidden until the perfect moment—such a unique feature, and we didn’t have to pay extra for draping.

The venue also includes all the practical amenities a couple could ask for. The bridal suite was spacious and comfortable, making getting ready a breeze. Plus, they provide all the tables and chairs you could need, and we appreciated their helpful layout recommendations to maximize our space.

Lastly, being able to bring in outside vendors was such a bonus. It allowed us to customize every detail of our wedding without limitations.

If you’re looking for a venue that combines beauty, convenience, and value, this is it. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about the space, and we’re so grateful to have celebrated our special day here!

The BEST!!! Beautiful, Peaceful & truly an Exquisite Venue ❤️

Our daughter & son in law were married here on Oct. 13, 2024. They had the best experience from the moment they visited the 1st time. We cannot say enough nice things about Canyonwood Ridge…they exceeded all of our expectations and lovely to work with. We were introduced to the owner on our 1st visit and he was actually working when their wedding took place.
The bridal suite is huge and truly elegant! Look no further!!!

The venue is absolutely stunning and all my guests were raving about it. The bridal suite has been recently renovated and had plenty of room for my 10 person bridal party. We were so impressed with the facility and would 100% recommend this venue to anyone who is looking.

Exceptional

We recently celebrated our wedding at Canyonwood Ridge and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The entire event was exceptional, from start to finish.

Every part of this venue is spot on, from the venue itself, its location, to the team running it. The team was outstanding. From our initial tour to the day of the event, they were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. Their expertise and dedication made the planning process smooth and stress-free.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning, it provided the nature focused vibe and romantic atmosphere we were looking for. The architecture and design of the venue were tasteful and elegant, creating a lovely backdrop for our day.

Our wedding ceremony took place in the outdoor portion of the venue, which added the natural beauty we sought to the occasion. The serene surroundings and well-maintained grounds added a special touch to the ceremony. The indoor venue was perfect for our reception, as well as having the indoor chappal provided a bad weather backup we wanted as a contingency.

We are incredibly grateful to the team at Canyonwood for making our wedding day truly unforgettable. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. We wholeheartedly recommend Canyonwood to any couple looking for a beautiful and memorable wedding experience.

Wedding of my Dreams

I recently had the pleasure of hosting my wedding at Canyonwood, and I cannot praise it enough. From the initial inquiry to the final moments of our special day, every interaction and aspect of our experience was exceptional. Communication with the venue staff was outstanding. They were prompt, courteous, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire planning process. We were an out of town wedding, but I felt like I was in person planning the whole time. They were always responsive and eager to address any questions or concerns we had. One of the standout features of this venue is its transparency regarding costs. Everything was laid out clearly from the beginning, allowing us to budget effectively. The indoor and outdoor spaces at Canyonwood are simply breathtaking. We wanted our wedding outside, but of course had to have a backup plan. The chapel was a beautiful backup plan and that is probably the number one reason why picked Canyonwood. Every space was beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our unique needs and preferences, allowing us to customize every aspect of our event to reflect our vision. Overall, our experience at Canyonwood was nothing short of magical. From the seamless communication and upfront cost transparency to the stunning indoor and outdoor spaces and unparalleled flexibility, every aspect exceeded our expectations. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Canyonwood Ridge. From the moment we set up the tour through the entire wedding and post-wedding process, they were incredible. Ethnee was always in touch and available to answer any questions we had and went above an beyond in all aspects. Canyonwood Ridge

Beautiful venue, we got so many compliments! It's huge, you get it all day, the bridal suite is also very large and has a great area for hair and makeup vendors, you can choose to have your ceremony inside or outside, and there are so many different ways you can make your vision come to life. A few of our vendors even told us that it was their favorite venue to get to work at. All around, it was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding.

Beautiful Hill Country Venue

The biggest requirement to securing a venue for me was a space that was going to have two separate places for a ceremony AND reception that didn’t require a breakdown. Canyonwood ticked off this box and so many more!

First, I want to comment on how SPACIOUS the venue is. I’m not talking about just the stunning high ceilings of the ceremony site or the new expansive bridal suite - the grounds itself are BIG. I visited other venues that were pretty but felt cramped because you could see (in)visible fencing. Canyonwood has a great lawn with a wonderful view of the Hill Country for your guests to be wandering around during cocktail hour and plentiful parking.

Other favorite parts of the venue / small details
- The windows in the ceremony site face to greenery so you aren’t looking at a parking lot or a sidewalk of some sort if you choose to use it
- The trees on the grounds hold their leaves all year round
- Access to the venue until midnight (usually meaning an 11PM send off) so you’re not kicked out just as the party is getting started
- Huge bridal suite - this is relatively new and so incredibly gorgeous! The bridal suite now includes multiple chairs for HMU, even more storage space, and a private bathroom
- A little nook by the mantle which is perfect for a cake table (in my opinion)

I had the opportunity to work with Kelsey from Canyonwood Ridge’s wedding planning team alongside my own and I am so grateful to have had her through the process. She was always transparent, punctual, and responsive. Though it got frustrating at times during the decor process to be reminded of Canyonwood’s rules I am so glad she was there to do so to ensure that our security deposit would be returned. Furthermore, Kelsey took care of me (the bride) more than anyone else during the day of - she was discrete, moved quickly, and so supportive. Thank you Kelsey for being an absolute gem.

If you book Canyonwood, you guaranteed have a gorgeous place to have your wedding. It honestly doesn’t need more decoration, the space itself is that beautiful!

Absolutely perfect!

Canyonwood Ridge was an incredible place to get married. I knew it was my dream venue from my first visit. The interior is beautiful and the view outside is amazing. You can’t go wrong with choosing Canyonwood! We chose it for the indoor chapel option for a July wedding. They were so helpful with any questions that we had. They recommended great vendors. And their inhouse coordinating, Amanda Blue Events, made our day run perfectly. Alexa did a great job. I went into the day confident that she would take care of anything and ensure the wedding ran well - and it did! You cannot go wrong with Canyonwood Ridge.

Perfect Venue for Summer Weddings in Texas!

There are not enough words to describe how beautiful Canyonwood Ridge is. Canyonwood was the 4th stop on our venue tour list, and after touring we didn’t even think we needed to go anywhere else. There’s 2 ceremony spaces (1 indoor, 1 outdoor). We decided to use the indoor chapel space since our wedding was in June, and it could not have been more perfect. Reception tables, cocktail tables, ceremony and reception chairs, are all provided and if you use a preferred caterer, setup and teardown is all included which is a plus. The bridal suite and grooms room are plenty spacious. For reference, we had 10 people in the room while getting and hair and makeup done. The reception space allows for any set up and the floor is perfect for dancing, and the lighting at Canyonwood is perfect for pictures.

One of the big things about Canyonwood is being able to put greenery up on the chandeliers. They modified their policy to where you could only do it with a preferred florist and we did not contract with a preferred florist; however, Canyonwood reached out about a month before and asked us if we wanted to split the cost of the greenery with the couple whose wedding was the day before ours. We ended doing this and it was amazing, and we’re so happy that we were able to do it, but note that is almost $2000 to do the greenery.

Canyonwood offers several bar packages however you are responsible for bringing the hard liquor. You are required to use Royal Fig for bartenders which is a bit frustrating as you are locked in to whatever they charge versus being able to shop around. The bar packages themselves are reasonably priced though. We did the beer, wine, and champagne package with hard liquor we did not receive any complaints about the beer, wine, or champagne. The bartenders did a great job throughout the night and had champagne ready for our toasts accordingly.

We worked with Kelsey leading up to our wedding and although she forgot to send the questionnaires out in a timely manner, everything worked out just fine and she really didn’t need to do anything the day of. There were no emergencies.

We would HIGHLY recommend this venue to any couple for their big day.

The perfect venue!

From the minute we toured Canyonwood Ridge we knew this was our venue. From the stunning outside ceremony site that overlooks the Texas Hill Country to the beautiful indoor chapel Canyonwood Ridge had everything we were looking for. The staff was always friendly and they were prompt with their response to our many questions. They offer so much flexibility with hiring vendors. Getting married in May in Texas can be a huge gamble with the weather. We originally planned to get married outside under the trellis, but the weather was showing a thunderstorm at the time of the ceremony. So we ended up having to go without back up plan of using the Chapel. It ended up being the most beautiful ceremony and I wished we had chosen the Chapel as our plan A from the beginning. Having access to the venue starting at 9 a.m. allowed us to have a slow morning and we got to hangout for a bit and have a dance part before HAMU started at 10:30. Kelsey was our venue manager the morning of the wedding and she was a dream to work with! We had our cocktail hour outside on the patio we loved getting to look out of the bridal suite and see all of out guests enjoying themselves outside. We loved that the barn doors were closed to keep the reception hidden from guests for the big reveal. Canyonwood was our dream venue and I wish we could do our wedding over and over again. Can't recommend this venue enough!!

The perfect wedding venue!

Canyonwood Ridge was the perfect wedding venue! Everything from the chapel ceremony space to the reception hall was beautiful, and all for a reasonable price compared to other venues in the area. The space was so nice that I didn’t feel the need to go overboard with decor since it shined on its own. The bridal suite was fantastic and so nice to have access to that and the whole venue from 9am-midnight! The staff were amazing to work with as well, especially if you book an on-site coordinator through Amanda Blue Events which I highly recommend. We worked with Ethnee and she was phenomenal!

GORGEOUS and Fairly Priced!

Canyonwood Ridge was one of the last venues my husband and I looked at and I think when we left the place, we know it was the one but had to be sure, so we looked at 1 other spot and that was an immediate NO! We looked at venues in neighboring areas like Driftwood, Canyon Lake, Austin and Kyle and CWR was the perfect mix of 2 other venues we liked. We though CWR was not only beautiful, but it was reasonably priced. Everyone we worked with was professional, helpful and kind. This venue really does have it all in terms of great location (close to Austin), beautiful indoor and outdoor areas, built in bar, fireplace, and I could go on. It truly does have something for everyone. One additional positive we liked was that the flooring was all even for folks who may have a hard time on stairs, etc. We really cannot recommend this place enough and even our guests continued to compliment how nice it was. If you're the type of person who is looking for a good bang for your buck this is it plus, you're getting an absolutely stunning venue and location.

Stunning venue with friendly staff

I cannot say enough how beautiful of a venue Canyonwood Ridge is both inside and outside. My fiancé and I toured several venues in the Central Texas area and one thing we noticed is that a lot of the venues had beautiful outdoor spaces, but when it came to the inside, it fell short. As we know in Texas, you really have to take the weather into account and I didn't want my plan B to be a white sheet draped in front of a wall. (That was seriously one venue's plan). Canyonwood has taken the time to make sure that their indoor space is every bit as beautiful as the outside. In fact, we decided to have an indoor ceremony after touring the space and held out cocktail hour outside so that guests could see the beautiful views of the Hill Country. The staff at Canyonwood was so friendly and helpful, and they were always so patient with emails of questions. The venue has an excellent team of preferred vendors that they work with often. This is how we found our DJ, caterer, photographer/videographer, florist, ice cream and cake caterers. They also allowed us to bring in outside vendors that weren't on their preferred list, which wasn't the cased for every venue. Another thing that I appreciated was how much time you get at the venue on your wedding day. We could get in at 9 a.m. and had to have everything cleaned up by midnight. This allowed the bridal party to set up at the venue first thing in the morning and not have to worry about getting ready in one place and then having to drive to the venue. Finally, I loved that there were no hidden fees in the pricing of this venue. You aren't told one price and then all of a sudden it's more to have the space longer or to use their tables and chairs. (Tables and chairs were included in the price which is also nice!) They break up cost of the venue into payments which was also helpful as we ended up booking so many vendors in the beginning and having to only put down part of the payment helped us to have money for some of our other deposits. This was such a truly beautiful venue and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our day was as magical and stress free as possible. I promise that if you book Canyonwood Ridge you'll have the most beautiful day.

Oh What a Night!

Love, magic, and elegance make memories so very special.
Strolling through the grounds left us knowing this was the perfect place to share new beginnings. Each option and detail were thoughtfully considered and professionally executed by the staff. If we had to plan it all over again, the only choice would be Canyonwood Ridge.

Getting Married? Look No Further-Canyonwood Ridge Is Amazing!

Canyonwood Ridge has it all! A gorgeous hill country setting, a beautiful, light-filled chapel and a spacious and dramatic reception hall with windows looking out over the hilltop, all in one building! At this all-in-one venue, weather is not an issue! Add to that an amazing coordination team and there's no reason to host your wedding anywhere else. Whether you’ve had your wedding planned since you were little, or if you are starting from square one, you’ll be in very good hands at Canyonwood Ridge and with Amanda (@Amanda_Hepner) and Amanda Blue Events (ABE) as your wedding coordinator. We are still coming off our ‘post-wedding’ high and continue to receive compliments from our guests who said it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to. And we were fortunate to work with Amanda Hepner at Amanda Blue Events who works with Canyonwood Ridge and is a Wedding Coordinator Extraordinaire! Amanda was our advisor, ‘architect’, anchor, advocate, and ally during our whole wedding process. She played a key role in making our wedding a memorable event; and what a wedding it was! From the overall ‘big picture’ down to the minute details needed for a successful event, Canyonwood Ridge, Amanda and her team worked together to make the event spectacular. Beautiful Venue

Canyonwood Ridge is an absolutely magical place to get married. The staff is super kind and responsive, and the grounds are perfectly kept. The only complaint I had is that there is not a bathroom attached to the bridal suite, so if the bride needs to pee before the ceremony make sure she has some great bridesmaids to clear out the public restroom!

Gorgeous, stress-free venue!

Canyonwood Ridge was an INCREDIBLE wedding venue! It's a beautiful space made with high quality materials (calling this out bc photos can be deceiving at some venues) and the grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained. The key things we appreciated the most about it was that you get the venue for 12 hours, and that our rain plan (indoor chapel) was so beautiful that we knew we wouldn't feel disappointed if we had to use it. Lots of space, photographs beautifully, and the staff were so supportive and helpful. No drama! We thought it was fairly priced and great value - highly recommend!

Exceptional venue, look no further

Canyonwood Ridge was the first venue my husband and I visited, and we knew immediately it was the one. The layout, the two gorgeous ceremony options (the outdoor trellis and the indoor chapel with floor to ceiling windows), the exceptional reception space with big windows and a gorgeous fireplace... I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. The venue staff, particularly Amanda Hepner who was also our (insanely amazing) full-service planner, was just spectacular. We postponed our wedding due to COVID and the whole staff were communicative, understanding, and helpful through the process. I'm so, so grateful to everyone at Canyonwood for helping us throw the wedding of our dreams. I wish we could go back and do it all over again.

Canyonwood Ridge is HANDS DOWN the best venue I could've ever asked for on my wedding day. From the incredibly knowledgable, attentive, and kind staff, to the beautiful facility that is perfect for every wedding-day event, Canyonwood has it all (and then some). I particularly love how the venue has both ceremony and reception spaces all on the same property, making it especially convenient for out-of-town guests. As a bride, it was also a lifesaver to know that Canyonwood has no hidden fees, and important things like tables, chairs, and other decor pieces are included. I could continue to sing praises for Canyonwood Ridge, and provide more specific examples on how they made my wedding day PERFECT, but I will leave it at this-- you will NOT regret having your wedding at Canyonwood Ridge! WE LOVED THIS STUNNING VENUE!! We got so many compliments on how gorgeous our ceremony was and our venue on our wedding day. We worked with Amanda and Mary Catherine as venue managers and they were incredible! Stunning Venue

We toured Canyonwood Ridge on a whim. Amanda was there to greet us bright and early at the earliest time slot available and painted a perfect picture of what a wedding there could look like. After touring other venues, there was no comparison! The landscaping is gorgeous - the green grass, trellis, and view make for the most beautiful outdoor wedding location. I love that they also have a chapel to accomodate poor weather. Payments and logistics were easy to sort out, the team was super friendly and eager to make the day perfect. Highly recommend this stunning venue and fantastic team!

Phenomenal Experience

Canyonwood Ridge is a stunning venue with fabulous staff. They made my wedding day as easy as possible, and I can’t imagine getting married anywhere else. The site is large enough for big weddings, but also feels intimate. They have fabulous options for either an outdoor or indoor ceremony, and there is a large reception hall to accommodate up to 300 guests. Their preferred vendor list is not required to use, but they were all wonderful choices who know their way around the venue and the staff. The biggest selling point for me was all of the natural lighting you get in the chapel and the reception hall from the large venues. It makes all the difference in your photographs and natural beauty of the venue without having to go over the top with decor.

Most Stunning Venue in Dripping Springs

Canyonwood Ridge is the most stunning venue in Dripping Springs. I fell in love with the entire venue on my tour, especially the gorgeous chapel. It is the perfect venue for everything you need on your wedding day. Having a wedding venue that provides an indoor or outdoor ceremony option, outdoor area, and large reception hall is a dream and makes wedding planning so much easier. They also provide plenty of chairs and tables as well as some other furniture pieces that really help save rental costs as well as provide some beautiful décor. I love that you get the venue from 9am-midnight which allows you a full day of celebrating. I was able to get there early with my wedding party and enjoy the beautiful bridal suite while we got our hair and make up done. The staff was always helpful and responsive before my wedding day as well as day of. My guests were blown away by the beautiful views of the hill country as well as the large reception hall where there is plenty of room to eat and dance. Overall, Canyonwood Ridge is the full package, and I would recommend it to any couple looking looking for a venue.

*Bonus- I was a 2020 bride that had to postpone her wedding and Canyonwood was so understanding and flexible with me. Just a testament to their professionalism and how thoughtful they are.

The Best Wedding Venue!

Where to begin? Canyonwood Ridge was the perfect place for our April wedding! From our first tour (amidst covid) to the wedding day, the staff was very accommodating and professional. Alex Hershberger helped with coordination and we cannot recommend her enough. She put our minds at ease leading up to the wedding and helped the day run smoothly! The beautiful, large chapel drew us in as well as the views overlooking the hill country. We also really appreciated being able to choose which vendors we wanted to bring/work with, which helped our wedding feel unique to us. Which by the way, we chose many vendors from Canyonwood’s recommended list and LOVED all of them! Having all day venue access (15 hours) was a huge bonus. Our guests continue to comment on how beautiful the venue was, and our musician, Taylor Stearns, said that because of the awesome acoustics in the chapel, CWR is one of her favorite venues to play at! Thank you again Alex and the entire CWR team for your professionalism and coordination throughout our wedding!

Canyonwood Ridge is a great wedding venue! The Amanda Blue Events wedding coordination along with this event made for a perfect wedding day! Amazing venue!!!

We knew right away after the tour, Canyonwood Ridge was the venue we were going to pick. Alex gave us a tour and she was the sweetest, so informative and answered all our questions. Linda was always responsive as well!! They were very flexible with when we needed to drop in considering we lived out of town. On the wedding day, I received so many compliments about the venue. This venue and its staff are amazing. The location is perfect, the view is breathtaking. Ethnee, was our day of coordinator and handled everything perfectly! She was always available and helped me out so much with planning closer to the wedding. I am so thankful to have had such a beautiful venue and to have worked with amazing people.

I wish i could get married here over and over again!

Canyonwood Ridge was our DREAM venue. I wish I could get married there over and over again. The natural beauty of the hill country coupled with the large beautiful windows made for the perfect indoor chapel setting. We wanted to find a chapel with natural light and beauty to be married in, and the chapel at Canyonwood ridge was the perfect fit! There is also a drop dead gorgeous outdoor option with a stunning view, but we wanted the chapel from the beginning. Our guests used it for photo ops. The chapel has the feeling of being outside due to the huge windows and natural light, without the heat/cold/rain/ unforeseen weather chances. So it’s a great backup option if you want outside, but it was our perfect Plan A. I loved the dramatic effect of the large doors on the chapel for my reveal of walking in with my father! (My groom teared up, it was perfect.)
The bridal suite was so cozy and clean with large mirrors for our hair and makeup team to pamper us. We were served mimosas and lounged around all morning long preparing for the ceremony. There is also a groom’s suite, which could be used for hair/makeup if you have a larger bridal party and the bride suit feels too crowded. I also used the venue for my bridal portraits. They included time for either our engagement photos or for bridals as a part of our package. I just love the oak trees and lawn for our outdoor photos, you just can’t beat the scenery for stunning photos!
Being a covid couple, we contemplated lots of options for our wedding as the pandemic continued. We postponed our original date due to a combination of travel restrictions for family, not being able to get suits due to store closures, and overall uncertainty of the early months. The staff was amazing with helping us move our date, and we will forever be grateful they did! Amanda went above and beyond to help us postpone and secure a date. Our backup date, though a Thursday due to availability, was PERFECT. The weather, the scenery, the food, the drinks…. EVERYTHING was perfect. And YES! YOU CAN have a blast even with masks on.
We loved the fact that they had several options for alcohol and that you could bring in your own liquor while using their beer, wine and champagne package. It was the perfect option for our crowd! We had our cocktail hour outside on the patio and the bartenders moved everything to the inside bars at the end of that hour. If you choose any of the preferred caterers for your big day, they include setup of the ceremony chairs, reception table and chairs and also cocktail hour location without added fees. They have all of the chairs and tables you need for a wedding up to I believe 300 people, so there was no need to rent any additional furniture unless you wanted a different look. We personally thought what they had on site was perfect.
Finally, I HIGHLY recommend hiring one of the event coordinators for your wedding! We originally hired Amanda, but when we postponed she ended up having 4 weddings in a month and offered to have Stephanie take over so that we would have more personal attention. The team usually only takes a few weddings a month. They were both amazing and made our day so perfect. They are on top of everything and were always quick to answer my many questions! Their wedding planning guide and timeline was just what I needed to help plan, as I had no idea where to even begin when we got engaged.
In conclusion, I have zero complaints and only wonderful things to say about canyonwood ridge. I highly recommend this beautiful wedding venue!

BEST Wedding Venue in Dripping Springs/Austin Area

Honestly not sure where to start! Canyonwood Ridge + staff = the most AMAZING wedding combo! If you are looking to capture the Texas hill country views and work with people who truly want to make your day uniquely special, look no further than Canyonwood Ridge. Back in March, we were forced to postpone our wedding. Amanda was INCREDIBLE in helping to ensure our new date worked for all vendors taking SO MUCH pressure off of us during such an unpredictable time. I will be writing a separate review for her because she is incredible and her coordination services were 1000% worth every penny!! We were finally married last week and it was SO worth the wait! Our friends and family are still raving about how beautiful the venue was and how safe and comfortable they felt from start to finish. Cannot stress enough how wonderful of an experience we had. So sad it's over, but excited for future brides to experience the same magic we felt at Cayonwood Ridge! We are so grateful!!

Huge fans of this venue!!!

WE LOVE CWR!!!!! I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed having our wedding this past August in this beautiful venue. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the very first time we toured to the wedding day itself, this venue knows what they're doing and they know how to do it WELL. The space is stunning and very accommodating for COVID-friendly weddings (which was what ours was). On the wedding day, we were able to arrive at 9am (which is RARE to find) to start getting ready/setting up. Everything went seamless and all of our guests had an incredible time in the space. The staff at CWR is also outstanding, always answering emails quickly and providing important information. Amanda Woods was our coordinator and we felt sad at the end of the event knowing we wouldn't be in communication with her all the time anymore. She does an amazing job of accommodating needs and making it look easy. Couldn't recommend her coordinating services enough! Thank you, Canyonwood Ridge, for an incredible wedding. We had the best day of our lives and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a venue in Dripping Springs/Austin area!!

Best wedding day ever!

I can not say enough of how amazing Canyonwood ridge venue is. Not only is the venue absolutely perfect, the staff from the venue manager to the wedding coordinator were so helpful and wonderful. Alex was my awesome coordinator. She ensured every little details were taken care of. As stressful as the last 2 weeks were Alex put my mind at ease, by managing and coordinating with all the vendors. Sure enough, on the day of the wedding, everything was perfect! The wedding went on as planned even with this crazy covid madness. The venue itself is breathtaking and all the guests had a great time. Thank you Alex again! I am so happy I had my wedding at Canyonwood! The staff are super friendly and the venue is gorgeous!! I had my wedding during this COVID craziness and the Canyonwood staff were able to help me place every social distancing policy imaginable to keep our guests safe.

Perfection in Simplicity

Canyonwood is simply beautiful! Very little extra is needed as the venue itself is GORGEOUS!!!! The staff especially Alex and Amanda are so welcoming and focused on making the process fun and enjoyable. The minute we arrived at the venue and walked in, we knew we had found the place. As part of the package, they provide chairs/tables, rehearsal time, bridal and groom suites, plan B options for rain, and one of the most beautiful unobstructed views of the hill country available! The venue is well thought out and sets any wedding day up for success. Vendor recommendations and flexibility are one of the bonuses. No regrets and would highly recommend!

We picked Canyonwood Ridge as our wedding venue after an amazing experience with my sister's wedding 2 years prior and it lived up to all of our expectations and then some! Canyonwood is the most beautiful wedding venue I have seen! Pictures do not do it justice! AMAZING staff made our wedding day the absolute best. Every single person there goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. So convenient to have ceremony and reception hall in one place- and the outside area is just as beautiful as inside. We also loved that it included all tables and chairs so there was no need for rentals. Cannot say enough good things about Amanda (venue manager and coordinator)- would not have been able to pull off our wedding day without her! HIGHLY recommend this venue!!

Amazing Venue!

We both fell in love with the look and feel of the venue over pictures alone, but not being too naive we also wanted to have some sort of look around the place. We finally took a trip to Austin, as the venue manager Amanda had made arrangements for us to have an appointment where she took us around the venue and explained the different areas. She took us through a general run-through of what most couples do on their day but let us know they were very open to any creative ideas we had to make things a little different for our day. She really put our minds at rest and we knew even though we hadn’t seen the venue it was definitely the right place for us. During all the months leading up to the wedding, we were in contact with the venue managers. We obviously had so many questions and requests through not being able to be there physically, but they were quick to respond to all our emails and give helpful friendly advice for everything. Although our wedding was out of town, our family members supported us 100% and couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the chapel and the whole venue was! It was just amazing to hear and knew we had made such a great choice! Thankyou so much for helping us create our dream day! We highly recommend Canyonwood Ridge for your upcoming wedding!

Beautiful venue!!!

Overall, great experience. They are quick to respond to any questions that you may have. The venue is beautiful and I love that you have a total of 15 hours to use the place. There are a lot of places out there that only allow for about 4hrs total time. My guests loved this venue and some commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. :)

The BEST venue!

Canyonwood Ridge was AMAZING. 100% I would recommend booking your ceremony and reception with them. The space is absolutely beautiful - the reception hall, the chapel, and all of the outdoor spaces. It is the perfect mix of a little bit rustic and modern. Everyone who works at Canyonwood Ridge is extremely helpful and always willing to work with you and give advice. We also booked the month of wedding planner through Canyonwood Ridge, and Stephanie was our wedding coordinator! I cannot speak highly enough of her! She was FANTASTIC and thought of everything. I am so type A and detailed that it was hard for me to turn over things to anyone else, but Stephanie made it easy and seamless. She made sure that every detail I wanted went according to plan, and I couldn't have done it without her. Canyonwood Ridge is reasonably priced, gorgeous, and the best venue in Dripping Springs! Everyone who attended our wedding raved about the venue. Don't hesitate - book with Canyonwood Ridge!

Best Day Ever!

I cannot say enough good things about our wedding venue and our coordinator Amanda. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. Being able to have the venue all day made everything go so smoothly. We had a guest list of 270 people and we still had plenty of space. We had our ceremony outside and the view is to die for. Then we did cocktail in the chapel and had our reception in the reception hall. Everything flowed seamlessly. Amanda also was a huge part of that. She was what made our day so stress free. We looked at a lot of venues and got a lot of quotes. I am so happy we chose Canyonwood Ridge they didn’t try to throw in any hidden fees. They allowed us to use the space for engagement photos. Also one of the biggest things I’m grateful for is the communication on both the venue and Amanda. They were so helpful and always responded in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Canyonwood Ridge and Amanda for coordination.

Choose Canyonwood!!!!

Canyonwood Ridge was the perfect venue for us! We chose to get married in the chapel since our wedding was in the heat of the summer, and our guests were so very thankful! The venue is beautiful and the staff is absolutely amazing!! We also chose to use a wedding coordinator through Canyonwood, and Alex was incredible to work with! She thought of every detail, and asked questions I hadn’t thought of, nor would I have thought of that made the day of run so smoothly! I didn’t have to stress about a thing the day of my wedding and I am so happy we invested in a coordinator through CWR! It was by far the best money we spent throughout the entire wedding planning process! I would recommend Canyonwood Ridge to any brides looking for an amazing venue with beautiful hill country views and would 100% recommend for your sanity to get a coordinator through CWR!! We are so happy with our choice in both Canyonwood Ridge and our coordinator, Alex Hershberger!! :)

Beautiful Texas Venue

When my husband and I were looking for a venue, we wanted something not only affordable, but something that really said "this is Texas" yet was elegant enough and could hold its own without much added decorations. That is exactly what we found with Canyonwood Ridge (CWR). We immediately fell in love with our venue. Not only were they reasonably priced, but the view outdoors and the indoor chapel were gorgeous! The architecture of the place itself is so beautiful, that if you were to not put up any decorations at all, the venue would still look AMAZING all on its own. AJ, Stephanie and Amanda along with the rest of the CWR staff are also awesome. They make preparing for your wedding day super easy and they are also very flexible. We loved that we were not forced to go with certain vendors such as catering, if we booked through CWR. But everything they offer will make you want to go with their own liquor package, their amazing month of coordinators, and their preferred vendors. We received SO MANY compliments on the venue itself the day of the wedding. So many of our guests kept taking photos outside of themselves with the beautiful back drop. No matter what happens, be it a sunny or a rainy day, both ceremony options are stunning. CWR was also very accommodating the day of the wedding, allowing us access since 9am for no extra charge which allowed us time to set up the venue and bring over any decorations we needed. They also provided us with a bartender to serve us our mimosas while the ladies and I got our hair and make up done on site. I was so at ease and super stress free the day of our wedding due to CWR and our amazing month of coordinator we booked through CWR, Stephanie. She is so sweet and took care of everything the day of the wedding. If something was going to go wrong, Stephanie made sure it didnt or she found a solution. My husband and I were tremendously happy with our choice in CWR and we are sad our wedding day is over. My husband, and our families said we should book them for another major family event one day, just so we can experience the venue and its beauty all over again. I cannot say enough good things about CWR but it really is a hidden treasure on a hill. Thank you to CWR and all the staff for making my husband and I's wedding day that much more special!

Great venue for hill country Views

Out of all the venues we toured for our wedding day, Canyonwood Ridge was the most beautiful and inclusive venue in my opinion. With an outdoor and indoor ceremony option that are both equally breathtaking, you can be sure that no matter the weather your wedding will have a backup plan that is just as good as plan A. The staff at CWR are all incredible people dedicated to service and helping you create the day of your dreams. In particular, Stephanie, AJ, and Amanda were all extremely helpful. The venue is also affordable when compared to venues of its calibur. The most confusing part of working with CWR is their alcohol policy- you have to hire separate bartenders from them for wine and beer and from Royal Fig for hard liquor. This lead to much confusion for me and my husband in the planning process. HOWEVER, working with AJ and with Tia from Royal Fig left me comfortable at the end of the day with the bar service and on the day of the bar service was perfect with no issues that I noticed. Everyone raved about the bartenders remembering their drink orders. Overall, CWR was the perfect location for my July wedding with views of the Hill Country and wonderful people to help my day go off without a hitch. Thank you CWR!

Best Venue, Best Value, Makes You Feel Like Family

My husband and I could not be happier or more thankful that we chose Canyonwood Ridge for our wedding ceremony and reception. The venue is breathtaking (even without any decor or floral) and the staff was incredible in helping meet our budget without sacrificing anything. Most venues charge extra for time, tables and chairs, etc., and often have a hap-hazard list of vendors they recommend, but won't connect you with. AJ (the owner) and his entire team went above and beyond to provide a list of vendors, connect us and ensure every element of our day was squared away to our exact hopes! The CWR team truly made us feel like family, and their passion and care goes FAR beyond a simple venue rental.

Furthermore, COORDINATION SERVICES! I am an event planner by profession. Along with that, I'd say I'm hyper-organized and a detailed planner, so when I came to a day-of/month-of coordinator I initially said, "Thanks, but no thanks." Man, I could not be happier I spoke with Amanda (lead venue coordinator) prior to ruling this option out. This investment was THE MOST important one we made for our wedding , and I would recommend hiring through CWR one million times over.

Lydia Simmons was our assigned coordinator, and she was the perfect fit. She is a hyper-organized wonder woman, and we couldn't be more grateful for all she did not only on our day, but in the weeks leading up to our wedding. I was stressed with family and 100 events, and she remained calm and collected. Her professionalism, bubbly personality and true care for us was felt in everything she did. She is are AMAZING, and I'm looking for ways we can work together again in the future hehehehe.

Canyonwood Ridge was our dream venue and an amazing experience!

We struck gold when we decided to go with Canyonwood Ridge for our venue. We planned our wedding from out of state and honestly were looking for an all inclusive package, we only toured venues with this option but somehow included CWR without realizing they didn't offer this option. I'm so incredibly grateful that we made this mistake! Alex showed us around the incredible venue and it took our breathe away - my fiancé turned to me and said 'this is the place' almost immediately. It was out of our 'original' budget and didn't offer the packages we were looking for but we knew immediately this was where we wanted to be! The venue offers incredible views, a breathtaking chapel, large reception space, and both a bridal suite (so chic!) and grooms room. We also opted to hire Alex as our coordinator and she was absolutely incredible! Even though I was out of state, she was always easy to contact and was so helpful through the whole process. The day of, I didn't have to do anything but sit back and relax with my girls - it was the best day and so stress free! She made sure going into the day that she understood my vision and handled everything like a true pro. Thank you so much, Alex, for all of your hard work! We have received so many compliments from our family and friends and our day was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Canyonwood Ridge

canyonwood was one of the first venues we toured after getting engaged and Amanda made us fall in love, not only with the gorgeous venue but with the staff and making us feel like they would help us plan our dream wedding. All around great people to work with. It looks like a chapel without being religious. Everyone complimented the venue saying it was gorgeous.

Everyone was talking about the venue, say how beautiful and what a great choice we made. The people working are AMAZING we hired coordination through them and it was SO worth it. They have you answer so many questions that you didnt even think about! Loved the place and the people!

Truly Breath Taking!!

Canyonwood Ridge is truly BREATH TAKING! I knew as soon as I walked in that this was the place we would get married. Amanda Hepner and all of the folks there were incredible. I highly recommend hiring Amanda for your "month of" planning... she made everything so easy and super stress free. The venue is so beautiful and stands on it's own... you don't even need to decorate it... and the entire space flows perfectly from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner to dancing. We had a large number of children (about 25 kids) and the outdoor space and large dance floor was fantastic. Thank you for such an incredible night!

The Best Experience

Let me start of by saying that this venue is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I am so glad that we chose this venue for our wedding and I was not budging otherwise. No other venue compares to how beautiful the venue and the scenery is at Canyonwood Ridge. What was also great is the staff there are amazing!! We worked with Lydia and AJ and the rest of the staff there were so great and communicative throughout the whole process from beginning to end! They helped on the day of with making sure everything was just how we wanted it and were willing to make any changes when necessary. I would choose this venue again and again. Definitely worth the pretty penny!!

Canyonwood is an amazing venue with an amazing staff!! They are knowledgeable and really make the booking process easy! The venue really speaks for itself, it has true beauty and functionality and gives brides so many options. They are very responsive and really work to help you plan the perfect day in any way they can! They also offer day-of-coordinator services that you can book in addition to the venue. This is a great option since Amanda is thorough and catches every little thing you might forget, plus she knows the venue and vendors inside and out. I would highly recommend Canyonwood and Events by Amanda!

Canyonwood Ridge is the most beautiful venue I have ever seen! We moved our wedding date back so we could get married there, and it was so lovely! The bridal suite is really luxurious and it’s fun to spy on your guests. The grooms suite was nice too but definitely not as awesome as the bridal suite. We initially wanted to get married there for the outdoor venue, but decided to get married in the chapel after we saw how beautiful it was. Our guests kept talking about how stunning it was and some even said how it must have been SUPER expensive. It’s also awesome that you can provide your own liquor, will help you save some money! I also don’t think you need to add a ton of decorations because the beauty of the venue stands on its own.

I HIGHLY recommend utilizing their coordinator services- Amanda Hepner helped the wedding go so smoothly. She was always available for any need or questions, and kept me sane through a stressful process. When someone left the usher/ring bearer suits in Houston, she helped them find replacements a few hours before the wedding and I never even found out until afterward! She handled delicate family situations and I’m sure a million other things I don’t even know about! She was the wedding MVP!

I highly recommend Canyonwood Ridge! Not only is it a gorgeous venue, the staff was amazing and a joy to work with. My “very set on an outdoor ceremony” husband was swayed to indoor by how stunning the chapel is. It is also very evident that a wedding planner was involved with the layout of the venue and it is definitely a perk. After touring at multiple venues, the layout of Canyonwood makes so much sense and just makes it easier for the wedding day to flow smoothly.
I would also HIGHLY recommend hiring Amanda as your day of coordinator. I won’t be able to fully express how much of a resource she was. Her experience was invaluable! Our wedding was the perfect day. We don’t look back and think of the many things that went wrong or what we would do differently, as I know many who do, we look back and can’t believe how wonderful it was. And it was perfect because of Amanda.

Let me start by saying that my dream wedding was only possible because of the staff at Canyonwood Ridge. They made the entire MONTH before my wedding easy and manageable. I had a huge wedding (400 guests), and the staff made things go so smoothly that I never had to worry about anything. I can't thank Alexandra Hershberger enough. She thought of everything in the planning process, I can't even manage to think about how my husband and I would have the planned our wedding without her.

The venue itself is beautiful.. We used both the chapel and reception hall as our reception hall. Our guests could not stop gushing about how gorgeous the venue was. Then they stepped outside and were blown away. My family could not stop taking pictures of the scenic view. I think at one point my grandmother's were taking a selfie together. It was hard ushering the guests back into the hall, they did not want to leave. We got married in December, and even then, the view was GORGEOUS!

I also absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED the bridal suite to get ready in. As I was getting ready, I watched our guests enjoy themselves, enjoyed the view. The fact that I was actually able to get dressed at the venue was a major plus. My husband and I spent MONTHS trying to find a venue. Never did we find a venue that we were able to get the hall for so long. We started at 9AM all the way to midnight! We had so much time!

Let's talk staff again, I cannot say enough thanks to the staff at Canyonwood Ridge. To every couple planning a wedding, do not hesitate, book their month of coordination package, you will not regret it, at all. THANK YOU SO MUCH ALEX! I also want to thank Amanda Hepner, and Anthony Pedrotti for helping make our day so special.

It had everything we wanted in a venue; rustic but still elegant with a beautiful view of the hill country and a breath-taking chapel! We loved that the venue had no hidden fees and that we had access early to the venue on the day of the wedding. We got lucky enough to get Alex as our day-of-coordinator! Alex went above and beyond, she is amazing at what she does and we can honestly say that our day would not have been the same without her! If you are considering hiring in-house coordination ask for Alex, you won’t regret it! This venue also offers the flexibility of choosing what vendors you want to work with and tailor everything to you with the exception of the bartender service, which they have partnered with Bar Divas. If you choose this venue trust me when I say you will not be disappointed.

We could not feel more grateful or thrilled to have chosen Canyonwood Ridge as our wedding venue!! What a truly unique, memorable experience....from the supportive, knowledgeable Canyonwood team, to the indoor/ outdoor options, the gorgeous landscape, the beautiful features throughout the venue....especially the chapel which really won us over! All of the information, pricing, past experiences from brides/ grooms were so candid...they even have a private Facebook group to send/ receive recommendations, tips, etc. It was such a great asset to have access to the bridal suite at 9am. I would definitely recommend having everything on site for the day of- saved us time, energy, and extra transportation costs! We literally walked outside for photos after hair/make-up and felt so relaxed throughout the day...which in my mind is priceless the day of your wedding! HIGHLY recommend Canyonwood to anyone looking for a hill country treasure for their special day!!

Canyonwood Ridge is just a fantastic location for a wedding in Hill Country. It is gorgeous and simple, it does exactly what a wedding is supposed to do; help you embrace the wonderful gift and beauty of marriage. The venue was designed with an easy flow and simple layout so that it maximizes time and space for guests to talk and spend time together. The owner and staff were very communicative about our options and we loved working with them. If we ever are in the business of doing annual parties or fundraisers, this would be a great place to do it! If you like this venue, don’t worry about all of the fine details; the staff will ensure you get all of that figured out for your big day.

We cannot begin to express how beautiful and perfect Canyonwood Ridge is! I am extremely grateful my husband found it and made us the appointment to check it out! It was the first venue we visited and the one we HAD to go with! It is absolutely breath taking without a single decoration!!! Amanda and Alex were above and beyond helpful and I really can’t give enough praise and thanks to Alex for helping us and running our day so smoothly. She always responded in a timely manner and answered my billions of questions and never made me feel like a nuisance! I will truly miss talking to her so much! We wanted to do the indoor chapel from the get go because of our January date and it was spot on with fitting our vision for our perfect day. We truly consider it the best day of our lives and will cherish the pictures and memories forever!!!

Canyonwood Ridge is absolutely the most gorgeous venue! It's newly built and it's layout is designed perfectly for the functionality of a wedding. Overlooking the Texas Hill Country, the views and sunsets are breathtaking. I would describe the style of the venue as a rustic contemporary look. It's airy and bright with such a good feel to it. The bridal suite is fit for a princess- chandeliers, plenty of mirrors, blush colors, and the coolest part is the windows are tinted. You can look out and watch the guests but no one can see in. The chapel is stunning with windows all around and the outdoor area and arch is fit for a beautiful ceremony as well. I can't say enough good things. A big part of what made my day and this whole process special, was working with Amanda. She made this a breeze and was so detailed in making my plan come to life. She handled everything on our wedding day and made it run smoothly. Many thanks to Amanda and Canyonwood Ridge!

Alex & AJ were so helpful. The wedding venue is not only absolutely beautiful, it is well-managed, clean, and has a great staff. We barely even had to decorate, to make our pictures beautiful.

Canyonwood Ridge is absolutely breathtaking. When we arrived from our tour, as soon as we stepped inside the building we knew it was where we wanted to get married. Canyonwood was extremely accommodating for any of our requests and Amanda Hepner (the in-house coordinator who comes at an additional fee) is INCREDIBLE and ABSOLUTELY worth the money. She made sure everything went absolutely perfect and we couldn't have been happier with our wedding day. My advice - look no further! The facility is clean, well-arranged, well-equipped for any wedding. The view of the property from large windows in the chapel gives the appearance of an outdoor wedding without the weather risk. The high ceilings and lighting give the venue a graceful yet up-to-date atmosphere. The ceremony and reception area are attached so no one has to travel to a different reception destination. Coordinator Emily Gibbons was on point and often way ahead of our needs. She was gracious, calm and efficient throughout an entire day of rehearsal, wedding and reception and answering the many questions we asked throughout the day. You'll miss a lot if you choose a different venue.

Canyonwood Ridge took our breath away the moment we stepped foot in the venue for our initial tour. It truly is the prettiest venue in the Hill Country and the staff is the best around! We decided to pay extra to have Amanda be our day-of coordinator, and it was the best decision we made throughout wedding planning. She provided so many amazing tools to help organize all of our thoughts and it helped our wedding day run smoothly. She was so warm and attentive throughout the entire process and made all of our ideas come to life. Our wedding was a destination wedding with over 95% of the guests travelling (including us) and we wanted our venue to be the perfect representation of Texas. Canyonwood Ridge was a showstopper and all of our guests commented on how breathtaking the venue and views were.

We got married at Canyonwood Ridge on January 15, 2017 and it was absolutely perfect!! It is the most stunning backdrop for any wedding, especially the indoor ceremony option, which we chose no matter what the weather was going to be like because we loved it! The entire staff is extremely helpful throughout the process from initially going to tour, all the way to helping manage during our special day! Emily was our day-of venue manager and she was awesome, staying in contact with me every few days the weeks leading up to manage final details and was a lifesaver the on the day-of as well! You wouldn't believe how many of our guests commented on how great the venue is! I would do it all again in a heartbeat!

I can't say enough about this place and the people that are behind it all. We had ceremony and reception here and I would do it again 10 times over!
THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GET MARRIED! I was looking for something very specific for our wedding and this place had everything I wanted. You have and indoor and outdoor option to choose where you would like to have your ceremony take place and both are gorgeous. We got married in July so outdoors was not an option (Texas summers are no joke) but the indoor space had BEAUTIFUL windows that made for almost as good of a backdrop as being outside. BRIDES - the bridal and bridesmaid suite is stunning.
The staff at Canyonwood Ridge is amazing to work with. Amanda is your go to gal. She is one of the sweetest, most down to earth person you will ever meet. She goes beyond to make sure you have the perfect day. Your guests are going to be so blown away at this place and they will have a blast. It is so beautiful and worth every dollar you spend.
One of the most memorable days of my life. Highly recommended.

Canyonwood Ridge was absolutely perfect for my Winter Wonderland Wedding! I got married there on 12/30/16 and it was so beautiful, all of my guests were raving about it! The entire staff was great! AJ was great when first getting the venue then Amanda helped me through the planning stages and helped answer all of my millions of questions and then when they hired on Emily she became my venue manager for the day of and she was incredible! Everyone loved her and she helped out so much especially with things I hadn't even thought of! I couldn't be more grateful and blessed with how perfect my wedding turned out! My wedding at Canyonwood Ridge was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning, Amanda (wedding coordinator) and AJ (owner) were very helpful. AJ and Amanda were always prompt in returning my emails and ready to answer any question that I had. I opted to have Amanda coordinate on the day of and I would recommend that for anyone because it made the day go very smoothly. Amanda and her assistant put out all of the decorations and coordinated where everyone needed to be for the ceremony and reception. Our approximately 170 guests were extremely comfortable and felt at home throughout the whole night. We were able to have the venue from 9:00 AM to midnight which allowed us to drop off decorations in the morning and allowed everyone to have a night filled with fun. We felt the price for the venue was very comparable to others in the area and there weren’t any hidden fees that came up throughout the process. What I really loved about the venue was that there was an outdoor ceremony site, but there was also an indoor ceremony site in addition to a reception area. This was great just in case there was bad weather. We really enjoyed getting ready in the bridal and groom’s suite. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but the people at Canyonwood Ridge made it a lot easier and our wedding day went off without a problem. I have Amanda and AJ to thank for that!

When we booked Canyonwood Ridge over a year ago for my daughter's November 19 wedding, it was a slab and steel beams. We loved the vision that AJ had and we felt we could trust him to make the vision come to life. He created exactly what he promised. This venue is absolutely beautiful! Amanda and the team are easy to work with and really care about making that special day perfect.

I don't have a single negative thing to say about Canyonwood Ridge, and working with Amanda Hepner. This girl KNOWS how to help plan a wedding, and facilitate your thoughts and concerns every step of the way! Amanda was answering questions I hadn't got around to asking yet. She thought of everything, was so supportive, and made the seemingly impossible totally work! My wedding fit 300 people into the reception hall, and even did a Polish Grand March that got everyone out of their seats and following along! SO FUN!! I would absolutely recommend taking advantage of Canyonwood's breathtaking facilities, and especially taking advantage of their in house coordination. They are the experts at their own venue, and know how to get things done in the most cost efficient way. Always ask questions!

The accommodating hours were especially relieving! We had the hall until midnight, which is surely something you don't find in all Austin area locations.

The grounds are outrageously beautiful. We got married inside the chapel amongst floor to ceiling windows of the property. Guests were free to hang out in the reception hall, or take a walk outside to catch the breeze and the view while we were taking photos! Not to mention the adorable bridal and groom suites! I felt like I was getting dressed in a dollhouse for the day. It was perfect.

In addition to the coordination and venue itself, I will HIGHLY recommend Uptown Drive for live music, The Bird and The Bear for photo and videography, Pink Avocado for delicious food, and STEMS for the most romantic, whimsical flower arrangements any bride could ask for!

I can extend on the expertise on of the things I've mentioned if requested! Happy planning!!

Beautiful venue for a wedding! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Canyonwood saved our wedding as we were canceled from our original venue 2 weeks before our wedding. We called Canyonwood Ridge, and AJ & Amanda were amazing and made the transition so so smooth! We are so thankful and so happy bc being canceled by our other location was a blessing in disguise that allowed us to be married in this gorgeous venue!!! We are still receiving so many compliments from all our guests about how amazing this venue is! We highly recommend this gorgeous site with their helpful staff to host any couple's special day! I just had my wedding at Canyonwood Ridge on September 17, 2016. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue for my wedding ceremony and reception! The hill country views are stunning, the details and design are tasteful, unique, elegant and convenient, as the reception space connects to the indoor chapel (there is a great outdoor option as well). The bar is HUGE and has taps for kegs in addition to allowing for cans and other types of alcohol. The covered outdoor patio was perfect for cocktail hour and our guests enjoyed the outdoor access to the patio and beautiful lawn throughout the night. Our wedding was 240 people and we had plenty of room to have a stage for our great band (we highly recommend The Austin Nines!). Most importantly, this venue is amazing to work with. The venue owner is great and the coordinator, Amanda Hepner, is a godsend. She made sure our wedding went smoothly and was so helpful in our planning! We really can’t say enough good things about Canyonwood Ridge. Our guests loved it and so did we!

It's pretty nerve wrecking to pick a venue that is in the midst of being built, but AJ the owner has done an amazing job in reassuring my fiance and I. When we were deciding on whether or not to go with Canyonwood, AJ offered to email his brides to ask them if they would be willing to talk with me about their process. From the beginning, AJ has been transparent and quick to respond to all my emails. He even takes the time to send us updated photos every 2-3 weeks to update us on the status of the construction. It's been great working with AJ so far and the venue site is beautiful. We are so excited to get married here next summer!

I have not yet had my wedding there, but they have done amazing so far. They are very easy to get in contact with and when I emailed about setting up a tour of the site they responded within ten minutes! They continue to send me updated pictures of the site which I love and I cannot wait to see the final product!

Professional, Courteous, Attentive

We loved how beautiful this venue was and fell in love with it at first sight. Lydia (the venue manager) was great at coming up with a plan for the wedding day and worked with my wedding planner to make sure everything ran very smoothly. The wedding went perfectly because everyone worked so hard to make sure that it did. Everyone at the venue was very easy to work with and we had no issues with anyone. I highly recommend getting married at Canyonwood Ridge!

Canyonwood Ridge was the perfect place for my husband and I to get married. It has breathtaking views of the hill country, a beautiful chapel with huge windows to provide natural light, a large reception hall with cool, vintage lighting, and a breathtaking bridal suite. I could go on and on. Canyonwood Ridge is very accommodating to any style of decorations as well (country, elegant, whimsical, etc.). The cost is a great value, considering how beautiful it is and the customer service you receive. You get the venue the whole day of the wedding, which makes setting up the ceremony and reception space a breeze. They also have a full kitchen, bar, taps, etc. There is also a groom's suite with a TV, which my husband and his friends really enjoyed. I would highly recommend going out to Canyonwood Ridge, meeting with Amanda (the venue coordinator), and seeing the venue for yourself. My guests were blown away, and my husband and I were so happy. Pictures just don't do it justice!

Amazing Wedding Venue

This venue is absolutely stunning. One of the main reasons we chose this venue was because we were able to have our ceremony and reception at the same location (we chose the chapel which is stunning!), has amazing views and needed minimal decorations. We were so impressed with the venue and staff that we went ahead and also used their in-house coordination services which I also cannot recommend enough! If you're looking for a venue that has it all I would highly recommend Canyonwood Ridge.

Such a pretty venue!!!! They were super helpful, especially Amanda as she answered all of our questions. Our guests loved the outdoors - that was perfect for the kids to run around and play games while their parents listened to the speeches indoors. The stunning barn doors allowed us to keep the reception space private while the ceremony went on. The natural lighting, eloquent set up, and simplicity of the location was perfect!

I loved absolutely everything about working with this team and this venue! The venue itself sold me in looks, location, and every aspect offered. I worked with an in-house coordinator who was absolutely amazing & was so helpful considering she knew the ins and outs of the venue to help everything run smoothly.
The venue offers "preferred" vendors that they have a lot of experience with to help you start your searching process which was extremely helpful for someone not sure where to even start.
The only "bad" or "negative" I would say is that you cannot bring outside alcohol/liquor into the groom/bridal suites which may not be abnormal to most but any wedding I've been in, we could bring whatever we wanted into the rooms.
However, with this said, we were able to get drinks through Canyonwood and served by our coordinator in the rooms so it still worked out perfectly!

My daughter was married here this past weekend. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The views are spectacular but even if you want an indoor ceremony, as my daughter did, you aren't "settling" for a backup plan. The inside chapel is just amazing. We would definitely recommend the venue!

My husband and I fell in love with Canyonwood Ridge even before it was built. I really liked that they had pictures of how everything would look. I think that what really got us was that it had a Plan B even though we really wanted to shoot for an outside wedding. The price was reasonable compared to others and we really liked that we didn't have to book their vendors as we already had in mind who we wanted to work with for our wedding. AJ and Amanda were very nice through the whole process. The only thing I really didn't enjoy was that they seemed a little unorganized. The week of the wedding I was being contacted about bar details. I would have much preferred that they would have asked any questions before. The day of the wedding everything went well. I would like to point out that any alcoholic beverages to need to be served by their bartenders. Meaning that we weren't able to drink mimosas while getting ready. Also, a few weeks passed and we still had not received the deposit back. I had to contact them and we got it after about 2 weeks of the contact date.
