Wonderful Wedding Cake

Our beautiful AND fabulous tasting wedding cake was a hit at our reception. I would recommend this business to anyone needing a cake for any occasion. I was very happy with the service and delivery too. Thank you Summer, for making our day even more special with your wonderful cake.

Delicious groom's cake

We booked with Candy Haven for a simple groom's cake. The flavor was chocolate cake with Bavarian crème filling and it was decorated to look like a putting green. v We picked up the cake the day before the wedding and the cake was still moist and delicious the day of the wedding. Highly recommend!

Delicious!!

I got our Wedding cake and Groom's cake from Candy Haven. Our Wedding cake was white chocolate with white buttercream icing and one tier white chocolate marble with butterceam icing(which I didn't get any because it was all gone!). Very easy process and everything went smoothly. Very reasonable pricing. Very happy overall.

Great cakes!

If you're looking for a delicious cake that is also affordable, look no further than Candy Haven! Both our wedding cake and groom's cake were so incredibly good. We had hardly any left! The staff were super helpful and kind during our tasting and it was a no brainer to order our cake through them.

Beautiful Cake and Great Tasting!

I hired Candy Haven because they did the cake at a friends wedding and I remembered how great it tasted! I appreciated the affordability of Candy Haven as they were the most realistic with their pricing. The grooms cake was free with the wedding cake purchase. They did a beautiful job of creating my 4 tier wedding cake and the grooms cake to represent the Arkansas Razorbacks where my husband and I attended school. Candy haven was extremely professional and quick to respond with any request I had. I am very grateful that they were a part of our day!

Delicious cakes!

My fiance and I are enjoying working with Candy Haven. We just went for sample tasting and ordered our cakes! The white chocolate isdelicious, but you cant go wrong with any flavor you try :)

Ashley was amazing! Our cakes were beautiful! They specifically dyed the cakes to exactly what I wanted. The cakes were delicious and beautifully decorated! We even got 75 chocolate covered strawberries! It was the perfect! I will say they forgot the cake stands, but drove all the way back to Denton and they were there in time and never even blinked. I highly recommend Candy Haven!

Loved our cake tasting experience at Candy Haven! Ashley was really nice, explained everything thoroughly, and left the room while we sampled the cakes. (I hate when people hover when I am eating).
I showed them pictures of what I envisioned, and was told I could drop off the flowers and cake topper the day before the wedding. It tasted great and looked absolutely gorgeous!

Candy haven has been a tradition in my family for 3 daughters! We love their cakes, they're beyond yummy, and so beautiful! Our grooms cake turned out beyond perfect (our alma mater's seal, which isn't a very common one) and we had people going back for more and more through the night!

Candy Haven is a true gem! We got our wedding cake and grooms cake and they were both beautiful and delicious! The staff is amazing! They were always so nice and helpful and extremely professional! I highly recommend this vendor if you're looking for a delicious and beautiful cake!
They have AMAZING candy too though!

My husband and I had such a great experience with Candy Haven. At our cake tasting, Ashley helped us come up with ideas on how to truly personalize the groom's cake and assured us that they would be able to bring to life the bridal cake I imagined. We were amazed at the wonderful detailing of our cakes -- and they tasted fantastic!! I would highly recommend them -- they won't disappoint!

We throughly enjoyed working with Candy Haven. Ashley did our tasting session and was helpful and fun. She was always willing to answer questions and make adjustments when I called back wanting to change something. The cake they made not only looked but tasted increadable (I had people telling me for the next week how amazing the cake was!). I highly recommend using Candy Haven for any cake needs; you won't find a better cost to taste ratio!

Not only were the cakes beautiful, but delicious as well! We got numerous compliments on the chocolate groom's cake and guests like that Candy Haven allowed us to have each tier of the brides cake a different flavor! Added variety that people enjoyed. The groom wanted a very specific baseball themed cake and Candy Haven delivered!! It was exactly what he wanted. The bridal cake was chosen from a cake seen long ago on their website, and they were able to not only recreate, but modify the cake to be exactly what the bride wanted!! Best of all, as first stated- the cakes were delicious!!

We loved working with Candy Haven. My husband and I got married at the Milestone and our cake was included in our package. We met with Candy Haven for a cake tasting (which was soooo good) and then showed them what we were wanting. They were so accommodating and easy to work with! We loved that each layer could be a different flavor so there was something for everyone! Our cake turned out fantastic!

So glad we continued our search for an amazing cake and found Candy Haven the moment our appointment started I knew they knew what they were doing and we would be in great hands. Our cakes turned out beautifully and looked amazing. My husband and I were looking forward to having left over cake and the grooms cake was demolished by our guest and many took a slice of wedding cake home ( we had way more than enough cake for our guest but they couldn't get enough!) Candy Haven was spectacular!! Our wedding included our cakes so we were sent to them from The Country Abbey. The cakes and fillings were all delicious and beautiful. They were even able to accommodate the cake to hold the heavy Precious Moments figurine I wanted on the top. We would highly recommend them!!

Wonderful experience! We received so many compliments on the look AND the taste of our cakes!! We had a blast at the tasting, as well. My groom couldn't make it, so Ashley sent us home with a box of chocolate covered strawberries for him - so sweet! We absolutely cannot wait until our anniversary to get to eat some more of our delicious cake!

We got our weddingn cake, cupcakes, and grooms cake from Candy Haven! We absolutely loved everything. When we met with Ashley we knew we were in good hands, they know what they're doing and make you feel so comfortable with decisions!

Everything tasted amazing, and everyone loved it. The cupcakes were beautiful!

Candy Haven was super easy to work with and we LOVED getting to do our taste testing! The strawberry cake was my favorite, and actually we loved all the flavors so much that I chose three different flavors for each layer and served all of them! They let us match the cake color to my bridesmaids (MINT) and it was like out of a dream. My husband LOVED his cake as well (chocolate and strawberries!). They were beautiful and delicious!

Ashley at Candy Haven was able to book our tasting within 24 hours of contacting her and was super professional, enthusiastic, and helpful. The cake samples were delicious and their range of basic design options was astoundingly diverse and flexible. She anticipated our needs and helped us realize the perfect wedding cake for our style and event. She even went so far as to suggest adding two tuxedo chocolate-dipped strawberries and reproducing the monogram from our invitations in icing on the complimentary groom's cake, and matching the decorative icing on the wedding cake to our wedding colors. Plus, their pricing structure is competitive and an astounding bargain with the level of service we received.

While they were setting up our cake at the venue, my husband brought in the homemade cheesecake topped with a brownie tier that he had made to go with the wedding and groom's cake. The Candy Haven delivery people went out of their way to help him set up his special cake addition by trimming the support dowels, decorating it with chocolate-dipped strawberries, adding a finishing ribbon of fudge icing icing to the tier seam, and even repaired the cheesecake when the side split upon adding the silhouette pet toppers that matched our silhouette grooms topper on the wedding cake.

All in all, the wedding cake and grooms' cake was astoundingly beautiful, moist, and delicious, and the assistance they provided helped make our own contribution to the cake trifecta fit in perfectly with the other two cakes—not only did they look good, they made us look good, too!

Even though we live in S. Arlington, we will definitely be visiting them again to try their handmade candies and kolaches. If the quality of their cakes and their awesome people are any indication, it will definitely be worth the trip.

Used Candy Haven as cake vendor through a package at my venue, The Milestone, and was not disappointed! The consultation was incredibly professional and the sample presentation was lovely and informative. I believe Ashley was the name of the woman who assisted us and she was great. The topper and decorations looked wonderful & the cake was delicious the day of the wedding - other people commented on it as well saying "normally I don't like wedding cake but this was yummy!"

It was difficult to find a bakery that would deliver our wedding cake on a Sunday. Thankfully Candy Haven came to our rescue! They are going to bake us a beautiful cake, and are even giving us the groom's cake for free! Thank you Candy Haven!

Candy Haven did an incredible job with our wedding cake and groom's cake! I was having a hard time picking out what I wanted before I went to the consultation, but Candy Haven knew the right questions to ask and pictures to show me to help me narrow it down. When I saw the wedding cake at the reception I thought, "That's exactly what I wanted the whole time!". It just took someone who knew what they were doing to help me figure out what I did want. They also did awesome with the groom's cake. We had a sheet cake for his cake that was decorated to look like the top of his tux. They did an awesome job matching all of the colors to his tux and tie. My husband saw it and thought it was the coolest thing ever. Plus, both cakes tasted amazing!
We would highly recommend Candy Haven to anyone looking for a cake for an event. They did a great job!

I knew immediately that I would be selecting Candy Haven for my wedding cake. I had ordered cakes with them before for smaller parties, and my sister had used them for her wedding the year before. It is difficult to find wedding cakes that look amazing and taste great, but that is exactly what Candy Haven provides! I still had guests complimenting the cake weeks after our wedding! They have a wide selection of flavors and icing patterns, so I knew our cake would be individualized to our taste. Their prices are very reasonable, as they include a grooms-cake with their wedding cakes. Our wedding had to be relocated three days before due to Grapevine Lake flooding in late May. They were very flexible about the last minute change. I will definitely continue to use Candy Haven!

Candy Haven did such an awesome job on our cakes for our wedding! The complimentary cake tasting was professional and really gave you a great idea about what your cake would taste and look like. The cake turned out so beautifully and was delicious, I can't wait to eat the top on our anniversary! The groom's cake was also delicious and got entirely eaten by our guests. I can't believe the price we paid included cake, groom's cake and chocolate covered strawberries. The cake was already at the venue when we arrived on the wedding day and was completely hassle free! I would definitely recommend going with this bakery for your wedding cake, especially if your venue is Harmony Chapel!

Candy Haven took our wedding cake's to another level. My husband is an avid duck hunter and had a specific vision for his groom's cake. We thought it would be impossible, but Candy haven exceeded everyone's expectations. The bridal cake was stunning as well and tasted even better. A definite two thumbs up for Candy Haven!

Candy haven made our wedding and groomsman cakes. They were absolutely amazing. Not only were thy beautiful but they tasted amazing! I'm very happy with my Wedding Cakes from Candy Haven! We had both a four tier wedding cake, and a grooms cake. Candy Haven had a special that made the Grooms Cake free, and since we paid in full, we also receive a lot of chocolate covered strawberries to go with the grooms cake! They even had free delivery to my wedding venue in the same area!

The cakes were beautiful, and I hear very delicious...the Chocolate was the biggest hit! I may have to order another just to get to eat some....Brides, make sure your wedding party grabs you some to eat or box it up for you, because you'll be way too busy to do it yourself!

The staff was very responsive in the tasting/ordering process, and even called the week of to make sure everything was still the same. This is a great place to order your wedding cake!!!

Great job on our wedding cakes. You were flexible, and your creative ideas really helped us make the right decisions for us. The gluten free options were a big help in serving those of our guest in need of this offering. The groom's bass cake was awesome and everyone loved the realistic look. Candy Haven was the most affordable wedding cake vendor we found. The tasting was fantastic. They gave us as much cake as we wanted and had so many flavors to choose from. They did a beautuful design with brooches cascading down. They were professional and easy to work with. I know dozens of people that use Candy Haven, and none of them have ever had a complaint. I would highly suggest using this bakery.

We got so many compliments on our cakes for our wedding! Both the bride's and groom's cakes were stunning and delicious. I don't think I've ever seen prettier cakes- they really looked like they were from a wedding magazine. Candy Haven works directly with Harmony Chapel, our wedding venue, so we got some free upgrades. Candy Haven was also really good at responding to all emails/calls. Pleasure to work with them.

Really great cake and cupcakes! They made a beautiful finished product, they took the designs and colors and made them look better than I would have ever thought. The cake is the best tasting in Dallas. We tried a lot of different places but theirs is the best! From the presentation of cake flavors to the end product at your wedding Candy Haven is the place to go. They are very professional and delicious. I loved my cake and my husband loved his as well and he is not a sweet eater! They we had some of their chocolate covered strawberries as well and they are a must if you like strawberries. We will and have already use them again for celebration cakes. We also had my shower cake from them and it was perfect! Go check them out in Denton, you will not regret it!

My wedding cake was beautiful! I went in having a few ideas and they sat down and took the time to figure out exactly what I was wanted. The groom's cake was amazing, they were able to draw a music staff around the groom's cake, it was incredible. Not only did they look amazing, but they tasted even better! We have used Candy Haven before for Bridal and Baby Shower cakes, so when it came time to order my own wedding cake, we didn't need to shop around at multiple bakeries. We planned to have a dessert bar with pies and cookies as well, so we didn't need a very big cake. We chose their smallest package, a 2 layer Bride's cake and small Groom's cake (still, it would feed 80--plenty for a wedding of 130 guests with the other desserts we planned). It was beautifully and simply decorated and delicious with raspberry filling. It fit our "rustic chic" theme perfectly and we received many compliments on the dessert bar. Thank you, Candy Haven for always making a perfect ending!

Candy Haven Cakes was the vendor for both my bride's cake and my groom's cake for my wedding, since I was a Milestone bride. Even if they weren't included in my venue's contract, I would have chosen them without a second thought - the cakes were beautiful and delicious!

First of all, the Candy Haven people were easy to work with and listened to every detail that my husband and I wanted to include in our cakes. I got to have a four-tier beauty with snowflakes cascading down the side, while he got to have a classic chocolate covered cake with a Texas-shaped top layer. We got to include multiple flavors (red velvet and marble for me, chocolate and strawberry for him) and we got our pick of designs (I chose sweet dot clusters and criss-cross patterns, and he chose paisley swirls). On the day of, both cakes looked breathtaking.

Of course, its not just about looks. Let me tell you, if you are concerned about stale cake, Candy Haven will erase all your fears. The cakes were SCRUMPTIOUS!!! So moist and true to flavor - truly the best cake I ever had (and if you know me then you know that I am a cake tasting expert!). I can guarantee that I will be ordering other cakes from them in the future.

If you are a Milestone bride then you are in good hands with Candy Haven cakes. If you are not with the Milestone and you need a cake vendor, then don't waste any more time and call these people! They will do everything they can to turn your dream cake into a reality and they will make it taste good too!

I had to plan my wedding from out of state so Candy Haven's incredible attitude made it possible for me to get the cakes I wanted. We corresponded via email with images and descriptions and they didn't rest until they got it right. Since I am a foodie it was imperative that the cake was delicious too so even though it was a bit unorthodox, they coordinated with me to allow my parents to do a taste testing for me which made me confident that everything would be delicious! We were so please the day of the wedding and they made sure everything was perfect! It was some of the best cake I have ever had!

We ordered both the bride's cake and groom's cake from Candy Haven in Denton and they were both delicious! There are quite a few flavors to choose from with several different fillings and icings. They were very flexible and accommodating and the cakes were exactly as we ordered. The cake tasting appointment went great and was very professional. Everything went off without a hitch. The cakes were delivered to the venue on time and were beautiful and delicious! Highly recommend!!

They did amazing as well. There was a car accident on the way to my wedding that completely destroyed my cake. They were somehow able to remake it right away (I heard they make extra cake layers in your flavors just in case?) and I never even realized there was a problem until the very end of the night when Daniel told me about it. It all looked great and exactly like I ordered even though it was rushed. In fact I think it might look better than I expected, they made the swirls on the cake look exactly like my dress instead of the generic swirls I ordered. The cake tasted awesome as well, even Daniel liked it and he does not like cake. The strawberry layer was gone before I even had a chance to try it. They even threw in a certificate for a free 1 year anniversary cake and 2 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries for the inconvenience of my cake being late, which I didn’t even notice! Even though they aren’t very personal during the planning since they do so many cakes, I’m glad they are so experienced and were able to handle the hiccup.

Candy Haven did an amazing job with our bride and groom's cakes. Jane and her staff were helpful, and whenever I had a question, they answered my emails immediately. The bride's cake was beautiful! I asked them to match the design on our invitations, and it came out even better than I expected. My husband wanted a Nintendo controller for his groom's cake, and it looked awesome. We ended up with a smaller bride's cake than originally intended because our final head count was lower than expected. They called me the week of the wedding to make sure I was aware that the head count would change the cake size, and gave me the option to add the third tier if I wanted. Since we decided to just stick with the smaller cake, I had a $5.00 credit for tinted icing that they offered to refund or give us 15 chocolate covered strawberries for the groom's cake. I thought it was nice that they gave us the option because the strawberries are usually $1.00/strawberry, and who doesn't like a chocolate covered strawberry? We had 3 different cake flavors and fillings in total, and they all tasted as good as they looked.

The cakes for our wedding were perfect! We had the champagne cake with raspberry filling for my cake and red velvet with cream cheese filling for the groom's cake. Both were so incredibly delicious! They also looked wonderful. The staff at Candy Haven were so nice to work with. I ended up changing my design a couple of weeks before the wedding and they were very flexible. Not to mention, the prices are excellent for such high quality wedding cakes. You get a free cake tasting and consultation. We loved our wedding cakes. They were exactly what we asked for in our consultation and they we're just lovely in appearance but they tasted soooooooooo good!

The cake was delicious. We had 5 flavors! Champagne, Butter Rum and Marble on the main cake and Strawberry and Chocolate on the grooms cake. It also looked beautiful. They were able to design my simple cake exactly as I asked and put a ghostbusters emblem on the grooms cake without using fondant just as we asked.

Candy Haven is absolutely tasty! They were quick to respond when I needed them and even changed my cake to fit my needs about a month before the wedding with no questions asked! They are quick and call right before they make it to go over everything. The cakes were delicious and the pricing was very reasonable! I would definately recommend Candy Haven Cakes to anyone!

We used Candy Haven for our wedding cake & groom's cake. They were wonderful! I was very indecisive and didn't have a clear "vision" for my cake. They were patient and helped me make decisions. I'm glad I listened to their advice because the cake was beautiful. And it tasted great. It was fresh, moist, and our guests loved it. They have great prices, too. Candy Haven called me about a week before the wedding to go over the details again with me and make sure everything was correct. The staff is so nice. On our wedding day, I was looking around the venue to see how things were going. The delivery people were there setting up the strawberries on the groom's cake. They could tell I was eyeing them so they snuck one of the chocolate covered strawberries to me and I thought that was very nice of them. On the honeymoon, we talked about our cake several times and when we got back we went ahead and ate the top layer! I plan on going back to have another little cake made for our 1 year anniversary. My husband will be thrilled to have the amaretto cake again.

I couldn't BELIEVE how AMAZING the cakes looked when we entered the reception on our big June 5th day!!! Without even a second meeting to discuss the cake plans - the first meeting was quick but quite detailed as we discussed what we wanted and the "cake artist" sketched as we described what we envisioned - Candy Haven went above and beyond our expectations! They created a three tiered wedding cake with twenty hand-crafted sugar peonies at the base, and each tier lined with a band that perfectly matched the band on my wedding dress. Each tier had a different, unqiue flavoring - all custom and delicious!! The grooms cake was chocolate with an EXACT replica of a TCU HORNED FROG! Guests from TCU were gawking at and gathering around the cake to take pictures all night! Additionally, Candy Haven's pricing was completely reasonable and on the cheaper side -which is always welcomed. :)

The cost of the cake was included with my catering so I don't know what their prices are normally like. However, the cake was delicious and perfectly decorated. I left my cake topper for them at the reception venue and when I returned from the ceremony, my cake was there waiting. It was not only beautiful but tasty. The grooms cake was very attractive and delicious as well. I called the week before my wedding to make a few changes and they were willing to work with me. The cakes came out exactly as we wanted and that was one less thing to worry about on my wedding day.

What can I say Candy Haven is the best place for any kind of desert!! I grew up the the owner's son and had the privilage of getting the experience many of their cakes before my wedding. I always knew that this was the only place I would ever get my wedding cake from. The cake was so beautiful and so good!!! They have the best flavors and the just best everything. I love them, theey are so wonderful!! If you are having trouble finding a place to get you cake from just stop by and see what they have to offer and you will not be disappointed!! Promise!! :)

Candy Haven did a custom design UT Longhorns grooms cake for me that was spectacular! Our wedding cake was also both beautiful and tasty. They happily accepted my change to the decorations with only two weeks to go. Wonderful chocolates, too!

Very happy with our wedding cakes provided by candy haven. They were very nice and attentive to our tastes, and even went out of their way to make special cake/frosting flavors per our request. The cakes looked and tasted great!

We use them for the cakes and they were delicious, Bride cake was just as she wanted and the Groom cake was a big success. They were fresh and everyone loved them. Definatley recommend them.
