    Candler’s is amazing!

    I cannot wait to wear my GORGEOUS dress I bought from Candler’s! The whole experience was amazing. They really let you enjoy the process and let YOU pick what is right for you! We cried, we laughed and I left with the dress of my dreams. Seriously go check them out!!

    The Perfect Bridal Shop

    If you are looking for a wedding dress that won't break the bank look no further. Candler Budget Bridal was the first and only shop I visited to find my perfect dress. They quickly realized exactly what I was looking for and I left with the second dress I tried on. The quality of service I found here was amazing. After I had to postpone my wedding due to Covid they told me exactly what I would need to do to ensure my dress stayed in pristine condition. I cannot say enough great things about this shop.

    Absolutely wonderful day!

    Today was an amazing blessing. Crystal and Rebekah were amazing with my daughter while helping her choose the perfect dress. There was no stress or hard sales pitches. So many dresses to choose from and a wonderful staff that makes you feel right at home. I recommend this bridal shop before you go anywhere else. Nothing over $600! Some were much less at $300. Thank you for a beautiful time with my daughter.

    Perfect Dress for young lady.

    Visited Candler Budget Bridal today with a young friend. Miss Carol and her staff member went above and beyond to help us. Their kindness and supportive actions to help find the perfect dress was so appreciated. My friend left with an amazingly beautiful dress that is perfect for her.

    Hands down, the best!

    I had the most incredible experience at Candler Budget Bridal! I was able to get a private appointment on short notice and both Crystal and Tabby were so helpful. Not only do they have a more expansive selection of dresses than other “chains,” the dresses were much more unique and of a higher quality. They also have a great selection of veils, belts, and jewelry. I would absolutely recommend this shop to any bride searching for her dream dress. Thank you so much for helping me find the wedding gown I’ve been dreaming of since I was little. I can’t wait for my big day!!! 💜

    Wonderful shop with excellent value!

    This place was fabulous! We got a flat tire on the way to our appointment and they worked with us to allow us to still have the full time and full experience. Carol and Rebecca were patient and encouraging and Carol even went and pulled dresses for me that she thought I might like. We ended up getting a couture dress worth over $2000 here for only $600!!! The value is incredible.

    Diamond in the rough!

    I went to CBB with low expectations. I thought it would be the place I went to find the style of dress I liked, I did not expect to find a dress here. I for some reason convinced myself not to commit when I found a dress I loved, and instead went to another bridal shop in town with much higher prices and terrible service. I kept dreaming of the dress I loved at CBB and called Deb who said she thought she still had it. I ran over on a lunch break to see it hanging on a mannequin and took it home!!! Other dresses by the same designer go for 1500-2000, and I got it for $600!!!

    wonderful place for bridal gowns

    Besides the obvious fact they specialize in "budget" designer dresses. The women are SUPER sweet and professional. They stayed late with my niece and have a HUGE selection of dresses all under 600$.

    I said yes to the dress

    Omg I can’t express enough how I am soooo glad I found this bridal shop. Our appointment was scheduled for May 18. Crystal & Rebecca were beyond amazing. They truly treat you like family the minute you walk through the door. When I say I left there feeling amazing, I mean just that. I was able to find my dress, veil, & a bridal belt within my budget. They listened to me & what I liked. Even offered a few dresses off of their mannequins & even listened to the family stories my mom was telling them about. Rebecca even had toys for my daughter to play with. I highly, highly recommend any soon to be bride to come here. The 2 hour drive was definitely worth coming here. Thank you sooo much ladies!!

    You can truly see God working in Miss Carol. She came in extra early for me on Saturday because I drove from Kentucky! I felt like I was the only bride she had ever seen because of how she devoted her attention to me. I loved hearing her story of how she started her business as well. I FOUND MY DRESS, got all of my undergarments, a necklace and my veil for the best deal! My dress is absolutely stunning. I'm so happy and will make sure all of my friends know about Miss Carol and her budget bridal shoppe! She truly made me so happy and I'm blessed to have met her.

    I had a wonderful experience at Candler’s. Don’t let the unconventional look of this place keep you away! It for sure does not have the look of a glitzy bridal store but the team is so friendly and welcoming and they have some truly great dresses. I am one of those brides who didn’t want to deal with the drama of an expensive dress at a boutique. Here I was able to find my dream dress for a dream price. I had been looking for a very specific look and was so surprised to find it. Caitlyn was my appointment attendant and she was so sweet and helpful. She even let me FaceTime my mom who couldn’t be there.

    If you have a large party call in advance and book early and you get a wonderfully roomy and private space. You have to pull your dresses from the main building and it can get really cramped with other brides but it’s well worth it.

    My future daughter-in-law and I was there Sat and tried on dresses she fell in love with the dress but wanted to look a couple more places hands-down Candler Budget Bridal has the best dresses and staff they are amazing. I went back and got the dress that I loved I have no way to thank you for the beautiful memory that you gave my daughter-in-law we will never forget it and Miss Carol goes out of her way to make sure It is the dress of your dreams I was there when the phone call came through on this girl that wrote this bad review on here the problem was she wanted to bring the dress back after two months and get her money back Miss Carol told her no but she kept calling . I felt so bad for Miss Carol

    I had the best experience here than I thought could be possible. They have a variety of dresses that is affordable for any budget. They made my experience with them very comfortable and was genuinely excited to be helping me find the dress of my dreams. They were very nice and I gladly give them high ratings.

    Making the 1 hour and 45 minute drive from Sevierville to Candler Budget Bridal was the BEST decision I made about my wedding! After having a horrible bridal experience at a rental place in Gatlinburg, a little angel reminded me of this place on Facebook. I debated whether the drive was really worth it, especially only being 3 days from my wedding! In the midst of the chaotic wedding week stress, I made the drive with my sister-in-law and met my maid of honor there on her way into town. I will say when we pulled up, I was very skeptical. It is a seemingly small boutique next to a carport place. But let me tell you, this is a classic case of don’t judge a book by its cover. From the moment we walked in the door Miss Carol made it her priority to make me feel comfortable and that it was all about me. I am a size 28 bride, so you could imagine dress shopping is something I was dreading. She had tons of plus size dresses in various styles. When we began trying on dresses, she made me feel comfortable in my own skin and didn’t waste time fiddling with dresses that didn’t fit (which as a plus size bride was a relief). I went to this place hoping to find something that looked okay and that I could ‘make do’ with, but I never expected to walk out with "THE DRESS!” It was everything I ever imagined wedding dress shopping to be. She made the ladies with me feel comfortable and engaged them throughout the process. I hope that if you’re reading this, trying to figure out whether it’s worth the time to go or not, please do! I promise, you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you, Miss Carol, for such an AMAZING experience!!

    I can not say enough great things about this place. Carolyn was so sweet and so were her helpers. My fitting went so fast and I tried on about 15 dresses. There is a huge selection of all different style dresses and sizes. She had a lot of accessories for me to try with the dresses including under garments. These dresses are very nice quality and aren't anymore than $300!!! Go here to get your dress or just to fell really special.

    This was the fourth bridal shop I went to in my search for the perfect dress. Carol and Rebecca were absolutely wonderful to my MoH and I. They made our experience fun while also ensuring we felt important and most importantly I felt beautiful. I found my dream dress here and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dress, small budget or otherwise. Their customer service cannot be beat!

    My daughter shopped around at many of the big named bridal shops and went out to Budget Bridal just to check it out based on friends that told her to go look. We went out without an appointment (which is usually not allowed in most shops) and they worked us in and spent a large amount of time showing her the different dresses until she found THE DRESS. We left very pleased......
    Her Bridesmaids ordered their dresses and when they came in I realized their dress "Out did" her dress. We returned to Budget Bridal and they not only found her another PERFECT dress, but gave her money off for the first dress.
    My daughter looked totally awesome and her wedding was perfect. The staff here are totally there for the Bride and making sure she is happy no matter what they have to do.

    What an amazing diamond in the rough. You would never know that this little place knew so much about making a lady feel amazing while searching for a dress. a COMPLETE bridal experience from head to toe literally, without the pushy commission sales tactics.I was also visiting in town for only a half day and they made sure to accommodate my busy schedule between other vendors. I can't recommend them enough and no dress over $300! I got a designer dress discontinued for $270 with tax. Amazing!

    I would NEVER recommend anyone going to this place. The owner Carol is a liar, hypocrite and deceiver. I called to discuss an issue with her and she hung up on me and then refused to speak to me when I called back. She said she would work with me on this issue and then told me there was nothing she could do without even speaking to me. In my opinion this place should be shut down
