    Stunning Wedding Venue - Sacred Oaks!

    Absolutely beautiful venue with a great team!

    Our wedding at Camp Lucy (vineyard) was a dream. We had our wedding at the vineyard and the combination of the natural scenery along with the layout of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner was beautiful. Camp Lucy was very professional and experienced, making planning our wedding much easier. The staff and our venue day of coordinator (Laura) were fantastic the day of and required no assistance, alleviating all stress.

    Gorgeous Luxury All-Inclusive Venue Experience!

    Camp Lucy was above and beyond in every way! The space was gorgeous, the staff was so helpful and friendly, and the experience itself was so wonderful. Our account manager Laura was always so helpful and very sweet and friendly, she helped everything go so smoothly and was super at communicating and answering all of our questions! The venue itself was beautiful and the perfect mix of outdoor-indoor spaces for our ceremony and reception. The bridal and groom suites were gorgeous, and our food and drink service that morning was wonderful. The Camp Lucy catering and bar staff were also phenomenal the entire night! We stayed on-site in one of the resort suites, and that experience was also above and beyond thanks to the lovely staff.

    Aside from being a beautiful venue, Camp Lucy is also a wonderful resort with really cool historical points and a great (seriously, so good!) restaurant. We will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary!

    Best wedding venue and staff in Austin

    Okay, We just love love love Camp Lucy and we had an amazing experience working with the Camp Lucy account manager Lauren who helped and supported us throughout the entire wedding planning process.

    Our wedding at Ian’s Chapel couldn’t be more perfect and we received lots of compliments from our guests. I will highly recommend every couple who are planning to have a wedding in Austin, go check out Camp Lucy and I bet you will 100% have the same experience!!!!

    The Best Wedding Venue!

    Camp Lucy was an absolute dream! We got married this past June at Sacred Oaks & had our rehearsal dinner at the Vineyard. Not only is the venue gorgeous but they have an extremely kind & professional team (Jessie is the BEST!). We received so many compliments on the food from our guests as well. Would highly recommend to any couples looking for a wedding venue in the Texas hill country.

    Amazing venue

    I would not have wanted to have my wedding at any venue other than Camp Lucy. The space is absolutely stunning, and the staff is all so great. It was the most perfect wedding I've could ever dream up! Not to mention the guest rooms, pool, and dining at Tillie's are reason enough to go back!

    Flawless execution!

    Camp Lucy was the best decision I could've made for my wedding! They helped me create all that I envisioned and relieved so much stress around my wedding. I had complete trust in them through the entire process, and I'm so thankful I chose them for my wedding day. The staff, facilities, food, and planning process is the best in the area.     Absolutely perfect wedding venue!

    Our wedding couldn’t have been more perfect at Camp Lucy! Our chosen venue was Sacred Oaks and it was stunning. We stayed (along with immediate family) the night prior to the wedding and the night of - we enjoyed the pool, brunch at Tillies, and a wine tasting the day prior to our wedding with our group and they were all amazing experiences. The food is impeccable and the property is stunning. Our guests and family couldn’t stop raving about the experience! I can’t recommend Camp Lucy enough. We’re looking forward to coming back for our future anniversaries!

    Camp Lucy Wedding Weekend

    We hosted all of our wedding events at Camp Lucy and had the most magical weekend! Beginning with a bridesmaids luncheon at Mr. Keims the private dining area, followed by an amazing rehearsal dinner at the vineyard on site, and finished with the most perfect wedding ceremony and reception at sacred oaks/the great hall. Campy Lucy employees are so responsive and want to do everything possible to make the weekend/day special. We even had to last minute move the ceremony inside and that was no problem for their amazing staff! Highly recommend!

    From beginning to end it was perfect

    The staff of Camp Lucy was always in touch and up front with pricing and updates. The vineyard venue was absolutely stunning and made a perfect location for our small wedding. We loved the food and the drinks. And the bridal suite was perfect to get ready in, the snacks we had beforehand were delicious as well!

    Camp Lucy- best wedding venue!

    We had the most wonderful wedding weekend. Both the rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony and reception were perfect. The staff was amazing, so friendly, accommodating and responsive. We had a family health scare just prior to the ceremony and it was addressed so swiftly and perfectly- all is good and she joined later during the reception.
    My husband and I could not have asked for a better venue to celebrate our marriage.

    Incredible Hill Country Venue and Hotel

    We had our wedding reception at Camp Lucy at the Ian's Chapel venue and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Not only is it stunningly beautiful but Camp Lucy provides everything you need to make your special day EXTRA special. With the venue package, they provide everything you need from the tables, linens, crystal, etc.. to incredible food and beverage packages. Also, there's a hotel on-site as well as outdoor activities to participate in no matter the time of year. We stayed in the Luxury Suite the night of our wedding and it was beautiful and very romantic. Every staff member was kind, polite and professional. We had brunch the next day at Tillie's restaurant (also on-site) and the food was amazing! I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about this venue/hotel! We feel so blessed to have had the experience to host our reception and stay for the night after celebrating our special day. I'd highly recommend booking this venue for your wedding if you're looking for an incredible gem in the middle of the Hill Country! I was so impressed by all the little details that made everything that much more special. Cheers to you and yours!

    Nothing short of spectacular

    If you are looking for a dream wedding, look no further. I don't know what to list as the best feature; the venue, the ambience, or the staff. They made the process streamlined and fun, always professional and attentive, and the grounds themselves are from a fairytale. My wife is the first of her friends to get married, and the bar is set very, very high.

    Absolutely beautiful

    My husband and I knew that we were going to get married at Camp Lucy as soon as we got done with the tour. The four different locations are all so seriously unique and beautiful that it was so hard to choose! We ended up having our rehearsal dinner at the Vineyard and our wedding at Ian’s Chapel! We loved the versatility and food! The food was top notch! Such luxurious accommodations! We ended up staying a week and will definitely be back!

    Wonderful Venue!

    Camp Lucy is such an incredibly beautiful venue, well maintained, with so many cute spots for photos! If you're looking for class and elegance engulfed with natural beauty, look no further... this is the wedding venue for you! The staff and management team went above and beyond to ensure that our couple's event was nothing short of amazing, and that every detail was executed just as they envisioned!     Get married at Camp Lucy!!

    When we went look for vendors we quickly realized no other vendor compared to CL. We booked with them for May 2020..obviously that got rescheduled and we booked for July 2020 (since everyone predicted covid would be over). Eventually we had to reschedule again for August 2021. Throughout the whole postponing process, CL was amazing! I heard horror stories about venues not letting people postpone, but CL was so incredible. When we finally got to our wedding, of course covid was at another peak, they again worked with us as people started to bail on our wedding. The rehearsal and wedding day was perfect! I am so glad we picked a venue that took care of everything for us so we could just be in the moment on the day of. The only very minor thing is that we were promised we would get good size portions of the food leftover, and since I didnt eat much the day of I was excited, only to learn we got less than a portion for one person. But it was a very minor thing in an otherwise perfect wedding. CL's people are so incredible and always made sure everything was perfect. We booked many cabins for our families and wedding party to stay on site and there were many different billing comments for how much each person was paying, Kaitlin our account manager always went above and beyond making sure that everything was perfect. I would choose CL over and over, I cant say enough good things about them. I had many people comment on how pretty, or perfectly run the day of was. We cant wait to go back for our anniversary!!

    Perfect wedding at a perfect venue

    From start to finish, getting married at Camp Lucy was a dream. The venue is absolutely GORGEOUS--we've been many times now and we're still discovering hidden treasures throughout the property. It was amazing to have our family and friends all able to stay on-site as well--we got to spend so much more time with our guests than we would have otherwise. Kaitlin Chatham was our account manager, and WOW did she make things run smoothly! Claudia Suazo did our flowers and I think she might be an actual genius--the place looked gorgeous. If you're looking for a rustic, upscale wedding with plenty of time to spend with friends and family, look no further.

    Camp Lucy was amazing!

    There are no words to describe our Camp Lucy experience! We wanted a destination wedding that was drive-able for our family and friends that lived in Texas and Oklahoma, and this was perfect! We felt like we were in another country. Everything was so beautiful and it was one of the most luxurious resorts I have been too! The rooms were unique and huge, and not to mention their incredible pool. Our family spent most days lounging at the pool and enjoying the swim up bar! The wedding venues speak for themselves, they are exactly like the pictures!

    Jennifer and Alex were our main point of contacts, and they were amazing! Alex was so responsive, and helpful when we had a million questions! She was kind and ready to help through out the whole process. Jennifer was also so helpful we would have been so lost with out her! They were great!

    Magical venue

    Where to even start with how amazing this venue and the staff are! As a California MOB with a Texas bride, Camp Lucy and Shannon were top notch. I never had a worry, they were on top of everything and the entire staff was ALWAYS so receptive and helpful. Camp Lucy is beautiful, every aspect of the venue is 5 star. The meal, the flowers, the set-up, the care and consideration for all of our needs, I just can't say enough about Camp Lucy.

    Camp Lucy- Ian’s Chapel Review

    From the planning process to the big day, everything and everyone was wonderful! During the planning, I never had any questions because Kaitlin, our account manager, was so thorough which made it easy for us! The day of the wedding, several guests came to us saying that the service and attentiveness was the best they had every seen! We were looking for a venue that would help streamline the entire process and that’s exactly what we found. Plus, it was BEAUTIFUL!

    A magical experience

    What a magical wedding weekend we just had with our friends and family!!!! We loved the luxurious cabins, eating at Tillies and our 2 phenomenal events at Whit’s Inn. We couldn’t be happier with choosing Camp Lucy for our wedding!!! My husband and I plan to come back for our anniversaries!

    Perfect Venue For Our Live Band

    Camp Lucy is a one-of-a-kind premier wedding venue. It is set in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, providing the ideal backdrop for any wedding photo. Our Austin wedding band, Uptown Drive considers Camp Lucy our home away from home. We LOVE being the event entertainment at this venue. Well organized staff, dreamy rustic setting, and classy indoor reception space. We can't say enough about this great venue!

    Camp Lucy is a MUST for your wedding!

    Thank you so much to Camp Lucy and Whim for making our wedding day (and time planning it) so special! We truly appreciated their attention to detail because everything turned out perfect. We were so happy with the layout of everything, the food was FABULOUS, and the florals were AMAZING! We had so many compliments on it all from our guests.     The most beautiful venue!

    My wedding at Sacred Oaks was absolutely stunning. Camp Lucy was the PERFECT Venue! The staff was so well prepared and knew exactly what to do in all situations. It made it so easy on me. The planning process was also very easy because every vendor in the Austin area either knows about Camp Lucy or has worked a wedding there before. As a matter of fact, my videographer was from Tulsa (my home town) and she even knew about Camp Lucy and was excited to FINALLY get to shoot there! I would 1000% recommend any future bride to choose Camp Lucy. I loved every second of it!!

    Far beyond what we envisioned

    The place was gorgeous!!!! They rooms were over the top! Camp fire, new restaurant nearby, pool, staff extremely helpful and friendly and the venue...oh my word...just breathtaking!

    We had the best experience at Camp Lucy and they helped make our wedding day the best it could possibly be! Tara Blackwell was our coordinator who was AMAZING. She helped with all the details and gave us such great advice throughout all the planning. And on the day of, we would NOT have made it through without her. Rowen was in charge of the florals, and they were more beautiful that I could have imagined. She understood what "look" we were interested in and the bouquets and table arrangements got SO many compliments. It was perfect! Thank you to everyone at Camp Lucy!

    A most beautiful wedding at Camp Lucy, Sacred Oaks. Anna and Rowen worked with us to create exactly what our daughter envisioned. Beautiful floral, delicious food and the venue arranged exactly as we wanted. Every detail was attended to. The day of staff was fantastic too.

    There is no place to be married that's more beautiful than Camp Lucy! We had originally thought of traveling to Italy for a destination wedding; however, Camp Lucy was just as romantic and lush and way more convenient for our family & friends. Everything was flawless, from start to finish!

    Wow!!! Our daughters wedding last weekend at Ian's Chapel, Camp Lucy was AWESOME!! Words can not describe how incredible the staff of Camp Lucy and Whim Hospitality were. Professional, transparent, honest.....some of the best customer service I have ever experienced and I was in that industry for 40+ years.

    If you are looking for the PERFECT Texas Hill Country wedding....do not go anywhere else! Call Camp Lucy and make an appointment and I guarantee you will have your dream wedding! And....get Tara to be your Wedding Coordinator as she did not miss ONE SINGLE DETAIL!

    Camp Lucy was absolutely an outstanding venue for my son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner and wedding! The accommodations, the staff, the food, and the service were all excellent. The staff were all accommodating, helpful and friendly from planning to implementation. Once we checked in, Becky, in the office, to Will, the bartender and everyone else - helped make the weekend what is now a beautiful memory! The cottages were gorgeous, beautifully appointed and comfortable. Whit's Inn, was a perfect venue for the rehearsal dinner-- a beautiful setting with its warm rustic elegant ambiance. We had live music and about 90 guests, and there was plenty of room for dancing after dinner. Speaking of dinner--Whim Hospitality catered the food and it was delicious! The bartenders were also awesome--they provided great service. It truly was the party before THE party and fun! The wedding took place at Sacred Oaks - and it was just beautiful. With the gorgeous oak trees as the backdrop for the ceremony it was the perfect setting - even on a hot August day. The reception hall was exceptional. The bride's and groom's lounges were spacious and comfortable for the wedding party getting ready and relaxing before the ceremony. The Sacred Oaks reception hall is beautiful with it's tall arched ceiling and stone floors and easily accommodated the 140 or so guests that attended. Again, the food and the bar service was excellent! The dance floor stayed full until midnight--a testament in itself! Thank you to everyone at Camp Lucy for contributing to a wonderful and memorable wedding weekend!

    Our wedding was magical ! The staff at Camp Lucy is exceptional! Rachel and Cyndi the floral designers at camp Lucy are the most talented and most professional team I've ever worked with they go far beyond any expectations you will ever have to make your day beautiful !! Anna the catering director wears many hats and takes care of the wedding party like a wedding coordinator and she became a true friend to me that I will forever cherish as the mother of the bride ! The weather was so hot we had to move the cocktail party inside but no one noticed the change.. the staff magically made everything perfect for our guest!! Our guest were served ice water before the ceremony to keep everyone cool.. I can't say enough about the staffing at camp Lucy they go far beyond what they are asked to do customer service here is a 5.0 !!!

    We loved working with Camp Lucy! We had our wedding and reception at Camp Lucy's beautiful Ian's Chapel. After months of planning, this venue began to feel like home! We love it's beauty and history, it's wonderful staff, beautiful and comfortable cottages, which many of our bridal party and family stayed in, and we loved how easily and quickly we were able to plan our wedding there! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and accommodating as we planned our wedding, and our coordinator, Tara Blackwell, helped our day come together flawlessly!

    Beautiful venue!! We had our wedding at Ian's Chapel in front of the arch, and everything came together on our wedding day perfectly. Having the florals, rentals, and catering with Camp Lucy is very convenient, and they handle everything well. They are quick to respond to any issues you may find and willing to review everything with you. They want to make everything the best it can be for you, and you can feel that effort. It takes a lot of effort to plan and execute a wedding with so many details! Details you never thought of, they would discuss and guide you. I planned our wedding with my mom and fiance and had the assistance of an outside day-of coordinator who had other clients at Camp Lucy in the past. I asked a lot of questions to both my coordinator and Camp Lucy, and they helped me plan the most amazing day ever! We loved every minute of our wedding - it just flies by too fast!!     Camp Lucy was PERFECT. Sacred Oaks was beautiful even with the rain. The staff and management at Camp Lucy are very helpful and mindful of your wishes. They keep you informed on payments and work very well with the Whim teams to ensure everything runs smoothly on your big day. I’m so glad we were able to celebrate our marriage here.

    I stumbled on this venue (Sacred Oaks) one night on Pinterest not knowing that this was located in Texas. Once I researched more and I saw that it was, I immediately booked a tour (The first and only place we actually booked and took a tour with because once you know you just know!). Once there I knew that this is exactly where I wanted to to marry my best friend. It was everything I envisioned for our fairytale wedding. The beautiful oak trees and hanging lights provided a romantic ambiance, while the indoor reception area with its beautiful beams and architecture, although rustic was still able to accommodate the winter wonderland theme I was going for. It rained the day of our wedding and it was foggy, but our Day of Wedding Coordinator, Kim Hunt, whom I highly recommend, was there to calm my nerves and help coordinate everything to where we were able to still have our ceremony outside. This gave us the most beautiful photos! From the tour to the getaway on the day of the wedding, the staff was there every step of the way to help in any way they were able. All our friends and family, even the ones that were not there physically, but have seen our pictures just through Facebook, have raved and continue to compliment on how beautiful this venue is! They have cabins on property that are great and convenient for you and your guests. Unfortunately, we were unable to experience them because they were unavailable so we had already booked our hotel room blocks elsewhere, but we will definitely take advantage on our year wedding anniversary! They also have catering, rentals, and florals in-house which really did save me a lot of time with searching for these vendors. Plus, they already know the venue inside and out, so I trusted their opinions and the food was delicious! I wish we could renew our vows already just to redo it at this venue, obviously you can tell I just love this venue! Budget wise, in my opinion, it was definitely a steal for everything Camp Lucy offers!

    My husband and I are from south Texas and both decided we want to do a destination wedding. I was browsing venues through this website and found Camp Lucy with really good reviews. I looked into the pictures etc and I knew I needed to see it in person. We drove to Dripping Springs and had appointments with other venues as well. The first venue we saw was beautiful, and I thought that that would be the venue. I was already thinking about not showing up to our appointment at Camp Lucy! Good thing we showed up because the minute We laid eyes on Sacred oaks, we both just fell in love with the place. This was the one. I can't even begin to describe the beauty of the place. It's beyond amazing. During the entire planning process, they made sure that everything would just be easy for me . We did a lot of emails and phone calls and if I have concerns or issues, they were so quick to respond. The day of the wedding, everything was just perfect. Even the sun came out that day. Most brides probably stress out the day of but I felt so relaxed. I trusted the camp Lucy team to deliver and boy did they ever. I couldn't thank each and every one of them enough for making our wedding day the most memorable time of our lives. We had the best time, everyone was raving about the food, and it was just the most perfect day. Again, thank you all so much!

    We celebrated our wedding at Scared Oaks on September 18, 2016. Every staff member we were in contact with, from the first tour to the final farewell after our reception, went above and beyond making sure we felt informed and at ease. Our manager of the day, Shelby Hawkins, handled everything for us flawlessly, we were able to enjoy our day without worry. Our guests raved about how beautiful the ceremony site was, the gorgeous reception venue and how professional the staff was. Camp Lucy made our big day the most perfect day, we can't say enough about how wonderful our whole experience was!

    My daughter had her wedding at the Sacred Oaks Facility at Camp Lucy. We used all the whim vendors for food. rental, and floral. Everything was perfect. Ashley O was our coordinator and she was fantastic. I was able to enjoy the event without worry. All the guests were amazed at the beautiful flowers and set up. We also stayed in the cabins and had a great time. Can't wait to gi back to camp lucy...

    After viewing a few venues in Houston, my heart was really wanting to say our "I do's" in Hill County. Our family is from out of state and we really wanted to show them the beauty of Texas! It's a quaint quiet location up in the hills so you have beautiful scenery overlooking a working ranch. Just by looking at pictures, and this venue being my only Hill Country appointment, I knew it was going to be an easy "yes" for me! Diane Hutchinson gave us a beautiful tour of both options and since our wedding was intimate (60 guests) we decided that Ian's Chapel would fit everyone perfectly! BONUS! If you want an outdoor wedding, there is a magnitude of ceremony option locations! We booked a year in advance, and on a Monday which turned out to be the best idea ever financially! Ashley Rousseau seamlessly answered my questions revised our proposal a few times. We were set free to start the planning process and Sabrina Read was our Manager on Duty and she helped us perfect our wedding day for the remainder of the planning process. Big Kudo's to Sabrina for going above and beyond and gathering as much history as she could for us so we could prepare a history blurb to our guests for cocktail hour. I booked one onsite cottage for me and my girls to get ready in! We showed up day-of, grabbed yummy breakfast food & coffee from their breakfast buffet and took it back to our cottage. The cottage girls also brought a lovely fruit tray to our cottage while we got ready! Since Camp Lucy is in the country, we all stayed at the Austin Marriott South (free shuttle to downtown for our guests) and my husband and I booked a private bus for our guests to safely get to-and-from Camp Lucy. It was a perfect decision and all transportation companies are aware of Camp Lucy's location as well as that uphill climb! You really can't go wrong with booking here, we couldn't not be happier with our decision and our guests continuously tell us how beautiful our wedding day was!

    I can't say enough about Camp Lucy. It was a perfect place for my daughter's May 2016 wedding. The minute we viewed the grounds we all knew it was the place. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Food is awesome.

    The other reviews are 100% correct about the magnificent beauty of Camp Lucy, especially Sacred Oaks. Shelby Hawkins introduced us at first visit. Luke Johnston did an impeccable job with Whim Event Rentals. We used outside florist and wedding coordinator. Be as specific as you can with your plan and they will consistently seek to implement it.

    When choosing our wedding venue, Camp Lucy was the easiest decision we made during the entire planning process! I had previously researched and visited multiple venues in the Austin, Lake Travis and Dripping Springs area for my sister and friends, so I was able to compare them all to Camp Lucy and none of them come close. Both venues at Camp Lucy are gorgeous, but we fell in love with the ceremony site at Sacred Oaks. The site is breathtaking and feels like its own spiritual area under the oak trees dripping in twinkling lights. The porch is ideal for the cocktail hour, and the inside great hall is absolutely stunning! The high ceilings are breathtaking and perfect for dancing. The space is set up wonderfully for everything to flow smoothly during your entire event. The bridal suite's bathroom is also the perfect size for anyone that chooses to wear a big ball gown on their wedding day ;). A unique aspect about Camp Lucy is that they offer catering, florals, event rentals, and wedding planners. I had Kristen White, wedding planner, for my day of coordinator, and she is absolutely the BEST! She has been with Camp Lucy for over 10 years now, and she previously had her own wedding planning company. If you choose Camp Lucy, then you have to also use Kristen for your coordinator (even though hiring a coordinator is optional, I HIGHLY recommend it for the day of the wedding). The catering, florals, and rentals were all exquisite. Our guests cannnot stop raving about everything! It was honestly the best day of my life. Camp Lucy is incredibly professional, friendly, organized, and accommodating. I was hesitant at first that you had to use their caterer and florals, but after reviewing them and having consultations, I would have picked them even if I wasn't getting married at Camp Lucy. Alyssa with florals did an incredible job. Everything looked stunning, and she was able to display everything better than what I could have dreamed. I would remarry here tomorrow if I could!

    Oh my goodness I cannot say enough good things about Camp Lucy! This place is the ultimate Hill Country wedding venue. My now husband and I flew down from NYC for 2 days and saw 9 venues in 1 day (we must have been crazy) but as soon as walked into the ceremony space at Sacred Oaks at Camp Lucy I knew it was it. My husband still talks about how magical it was to see it for the first time. I was initially worried about how it is all Whim (catering / rentals / etc) but honestly it was one of the best parts... everyone who works at Camp Lucy and Whim knows each other and coordinates with one another to make sure that everything lines up. I never realized how many different moving parts there would be in planning a wedding but with the Whim and Camp Lucy team it was SO much more manageable - they thought of things I never would! I literally emailed rentals / catering / my on-site coordinator at 2AM and they would respond by 9 or 10AM the next day with full options and explanations.. talk about dedication. Most of all, i really just loved working with each and every person at Camp Lucy (special shout outs to the Hawkins women!) their energy and passion for creating beautiful events shines through every meeting and call and you just feel so taken care of throughout the entire process and day of. Trust me, I know it seems like a big investment up front but it is worth every penny, and more! Thank you Camp Lucy for giving us the most magical wedding!

    I first saw Sacred Oaks when I was looking for a venue with my sister a few years ago, and it was not quite finished yet. I could tell it was going to be spectacular though, and as soon as we got engaged, we made an appointment to visit. The oak trees are breathtaking and the cocktail hour lawn and the reception hall is just beautiful! Needless to say, I whole-heartedly believe that this is the most beautiful venue around. When we visited (two weeks after we got engaged, and a year out of our ideal wedding date) they only had Fridays and Sundays available at both sites until mid-summer. We went with a Friday though, which ended up being perfect for us and our families. They encourage you to use Whim for catering, florals, and rentals because they work very closely with them and make everything so easy. We indeed used Whim for everything, and Camp Lucy has a unified billing setup that makes payment and tracking payments SO easy.

    We also rented out all of the cottages for both Thursday and Friday (our wedding was on a Friday evening) and that was the best part of the entire weekend. All of our friends and family were together, they provided s'mores for us by the fire pit each night, complimentary breakfast that is incredible, and we just had the best time. The staff at the cottages were so kind and caring and helpful, and they even had someone working the front desk throughout the nights just in case anyone ever needed anything. One of our attendants locked herself out of her cottage at 2 am and got a key right away :)

    We were slightly worried about having to shift everything inside because of inclement weather, but it was a beautiful day and cleared off in perfect time for them to get everything set up for us! Shelby was our Manager On Duty for our day and was incredible. She's spunky and fun and super positive and helpful, and helped us get everything together wonderfully. Thanks to Campy Lucy, everything was everything we ever hoped it would be.

    Sacred Oaks at Camp Lucy is a magical, fairytale venue! The setting is beautiful, elegant, and simply enchanting. We were blessed with the most beautiful weather, for February. The staff at Camp Lucy went above and beyond to make everything perfect! When I first heard of Camp Lucy, all the reviews talked about how wonderful the food was. The food is amazing, our guests were so impressed by the dinner being gourmet and so wonderful. The staff was flawless and did everything in their power to accommodate any requests. Shelby, our onside manager, took such good care of us and kept on top of everything. They worked beautifully with our wedding planners, and did everything they could to make sure the evening went as planned! I would have ten more weddings here if I had anyone else to get married - this place is fabulous!! It has the entire package, beautiful ceremony space, gorgeous outdoor spaces, patios, and the inside venue is amazing! Even the brides and grooms room are above and beyond - a great place to hang out! Our guests were enchanted by the drive up to the venue and then what a treasure was hidden in the hills. I love this place!!!!!!!!

    Camp Lucy was the perfect venue! I fell in love with it as soon as I drove up. I then took my fiancé to see for himself. He loves the outdoors and rustic details. He instantly knew it was perfect too! He couldn't stop looking at the detail in the chapel - so unique and warm feeling. We liked that there are indoor options for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception in case of bad weather. You don't have to repurpose a space to accommodate. We got married in February and were prepared for cold. The weather was perfect. It was so great to be taking photos and look over to the pavilion area and see all of our guests enjoying the outdoors and taking pictures of the view. The staff was amazing too! Very helpful. Kim hunt our wedding planner made the day flow perfectly. After a year of planning, I was able to enjoy the day. I highly recommend a day of planner. All of our guests are still talking about just how fantastic the wedding was and location plays such a big part in that. Thank you for making our day so memorable.

    Even though staff changes throughout the process of touring, reviewing the contract, signing the contract, arranging vendors, etc, I always felt like this place had a system that works for them! I never felt like my name got lost in communication between people. It was smooth and I am SO excited about our wedding day there!

    We love Camp Lucy!!! We had our wedding at the Sacred Oaks location. We are from Houston and decided to have our wedding in Austin. The Sacred Oaks location was one of favorites before we saw it and fell in love with it when we went to visit. Being a couple that lived out of town, it was so great to have Whim Hospitality available on site. The prices for all the services including floral and catering seemed pretty comparable to other companies and it honestly just saves a lot of time and headache. Everyone though is definitely top notch and knows their craft well. The Camp Lucy staff really walks you through the wedding process well especially since we were planning the wedding from out of town. The catering was unbelievable!!! Chef Rob is great! We created a custom menu (Thai food) and he nailed it! Our guests were raving about the food and multiple guests went up for seconds. It was probably one of the best thai food that I have ever had hands down. We are still getting emails from guests about how beautiful the venue was and that they totally understand why we bused them 45 min from downtown Austin to Dripping Springs. The day was beautiful and everything went so smoothly. We are so happy we had our wedding at Camp Lucy!

    In one word Amazing. Literally every guest at the wedding spoke of how beautiful the venue is and how amazing the food was at dinner. We had some foodie's at our wedding who commented that this is not you run of the mill wedding food. It was delicious I would LOVE the recipe for the green chile macaroni and cheese. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and has multiple places to take great photos. The staff does not disappoint. I dealt with multiple people at Camp Lucy and each was more helpful than the last. The staff helped setup my wedding and helped break it down and with clean up. It took 20 minutes to be out of the venue at the end of the night (crazy fast if you have ever done this you know!). The only minor complaint is in the process of being fixed- billing. We had to pay each department separately which got confusing but they are in the process of streamlining this. The on site cabins are to die for. We will be spending anniversaries in the cabins. Our bridal party and family stayed the night before the wedding and we had great bonding time at the camp fire making smores. If I could do it all over again I would still absolutely get married at Camp Lucy.

    My daughter Brianna wanted to get married at Camp Lucy from the moment she saw Ian's Chapel and the grounds. She had 6 months only to plan her wedding the wanted to be married by the end of 2015. She lives in Dallas and I, brides mother, live in California. I was referred to Johnell by one of Camp Lucy's vendors. We did not have a chance to meet until the Wednesday before the wedding but she was kind enough to answer all my emails. The day before the wedding Dripping Springs got 16 inches of rain within 1 hour and keep raining through the night and morning, roads where closed due to flooding and no passable roads were open. I saw my daughters heart breaking as we had to make a decision. Johnell asked what we wanted to do. My daughter wanted to be married at Camp Lucy , she said she would make that happen and do all possible and SHE DID. We got there 1 hour before the ceremony and she had to work the event on her own because her staff couldn't make it through but SHE DID and Camp Lucy Staff, WHIM catering and crew they all made it happen for her. It was a beautiful event and Johnell from Clearly Classy Events YOU ROCK. You made my daughters day so beautifully romantic I can't thank you enough. I highly recommend Johnell she understands what it takes to make the day magical for bride and groom. She works well with all the vendors and keeps everything going.     I was so underwhelmed when looking at wedding venues until I saw Camp Lucy. My fiancé (now husband) and I initially wanted to get married outside, but then we say the inside of Ian's Chapel. It was/is beautiful and classy and gave us the intimate setting we wanted. The best part about Camp Lucy is all of the extras-- from the lawn to the arch and the pavilion, we maximized the space as much as possible and our guests LOVED it. To keep things simple, we used Whim florals, catering, and rentals. I highly recommend you do the same because the quality of all three was exceptional. Our families also rented all of the cottages for the weekend which made our special day even better.

    From the time we set the date until the day after the wedding, Camp Lucy's staff went above and beyond to make our day as special as possible. My husband and I highly recommend this venue to everyone, and we can't wait to visit Camp Lucy again soon. (In fact, we love it so much that we want to move to Dripping Springs and I want to work with all of the amazing people at Camp Lucy.)

    If you are looking for a first class venue, then look no further. Camp Lucy is a gorgeous setting nestled in the Hill Country. It is a one stop wedding venue offering all you need for the perfect wedding. To begin your memorable experience at Camp Lucy, wedding coordinators are an option here. Lindsay Blackwell listens to your desires and knows where to get everything to make your event special. Camp Lucy also has florals on the premises which makes choosing and decorating with flowers super easy. Whim catering is on site with a delicious selection of Hors d'oeuvres and meals. Our guests were so impressed with the tasty appetizers during cocktail hour and the savory flavor of their dinner at the reception. Our guests continued to rave about the beautiful wedding the following week and we even received thank you notes from several of them stating what a fun time they had at our wedding. Our site coordinator, Tara, was very attentive and made sure all of our needs were met. She and Lindsay, our wedding coordinator make a great team! The clean up at the end of the evening is all handled for you with precision. We backed our vehicle right up close to the reception hall to load up gifts and a few other items that we brought. Camp Lucy has what it takes to construct a beautiful wedding that will never be forgotten!

    Pricey venue, but a perfect venue. The grounds are immaculate, the chapel is beautiful, the reception hall is large but cozy like a log cabin. The staff is incredibly helpful, and overall the site makes a perfect day even better than you could ever imagine. Everything ran so smoothly at our wedding we couldn't have been happier with how things turned out. We booked well over a year in advance, we also booked all of the on-site cabins well in advance. The one negative is the lack of hotels in the area. You have to use the catering from Camp Lucy, but the food is delicious. You can also buy your own alcohol and just pay the bartenders to serve it, which worked out well for us.

    Just had our wedding at Camp Lucy two weeks ago - it was a Sunday morning wedding, followed by Brunch.

    I loved how professional the entire staff was regarding our event - I was concerned that there might be trouble getting everything set up since we live in the Houston area, but as it turns out I had nothing to worry about. Most of the time we communicated via email, and then we had one final coordination meeting in person close to the wedding day. Some people may not like the idea that the rentals and catering is restricted to Whim Events, but I actually think this was great since it meant that they all knew each other and had done plenty of events together before. I loved that Camp Lucy assigned a "venue coordinator" and also that for the final meeting we sat down with the caterer and the rentals people - everything worked out perfect.

    The venue was clean, and everything was set up without problems of any kind - they all worked together flawlessly and I had absolutely nothing to worry about the entire day!

    I cannot give a stronger recommendation for a venue and staff for the most important day of your life. Camp Lucy and the entire Whim staff were exceptional and exceeded any expectations we could have ever imagined.
    My wife and I got married under the "lovers arch" outside at the Ian's Chapel Venue. The entire Ian's Chapel venue is gorgeous as is and requires minimal decorations. Perfectly capturing the beauty of the Austin Hill Country, but still providing a perfect blend of elegance and class. About 60-70% of our guests were from all over North America and everyone is still raving about how beautiful the venue is. Our guests described a certain peace and serenity that the hill country provided as the perfect background, as we committed to a lifetime of happiness.
    The pavilion with the gorgeous green Spanish tile acted as the perfect host to a seamless transition from ceremony into our cocktail hour. It continued our goal of an elegant, but still Texan rustic feel to our wedding. The great lawn allowed us to set up games for the kids to run out energy and not take away from the tremendous atmosphere and sophistication of the cocktail hour.
    We cannot say enough about the event center. Once again, the venue is beautiful as is and needs minimal decorations. The hall was large enough to provide an intimate, but still comfortable feel for our 200 guests.
    Most importantly the Camp Lucy/Whim staff is OUTSTANDING! They handled the day with ease and the progression of the wedding felt natural. Sabrina Read was our coordinator and it was an amazing experience from initial introduction to weeks after the wedding in a genuine thank you. The food....WOW! Before my wedding others told me to not worry about the menu because no one remembers the food. This is not true at Camp Lucy. My wife and I are definite "foodies" and the meal was one of the best we have ever had.
    Please consider booking Camp Lucy to help make the best day of your life that much more special and easy.

    Camp Lucy was such a wonderful choice for me. I work in management at a very customer focused company who pride themselves on customer service and I was always impressed with everyone I spoke with at Camp Lucy. From booking the venue to working out last minute details, catering and day of issues - they were so helpful! Tara Blackwell was our site manager and she did an amazing job of make sure everything was taken care of promptly and correctly. She helped the wedding day go smoothly and let us enjoy it. The food was amazing - Mac and Cheese was so delicious (as was everything else). The venue was beautiful, clean and well kept. You won't be disappointed in your experience and they are worth every penny!

    When I began my venue search for our wedding, I was instantly drawn to the romantic trees of Sacred Oaks and knew that I wanted to get married beneath them. Upon touring the venue, I was even more pleasantly surprised by the reception area with it's sky-high ceilings and unique craftsmanship. Working with the staff at Camp Lucy was a breeze from the first days of correspondence, and while we did have a planner who worked closely with many of them, I never felt out of the loop or taken by surprise. I especially loved working with Tara and Randi in the weeks leading up to the wedding as well as the day of. Randi worked diligently to make sure we would get everything we wanted and more from our food and her flexibility and positive nature just made such a difference in the overall experience. Speaking of the food, it was absolutely amazing! Every one of our guests raved about the meal that Chef Rob prepared, which was something I really wanted to prioritize for our day. The service was excellent as well and really ensured that the day rolled smoothly. Everything about the day was perfect and I can not thank everyone who worked with us enough for their role.

From Ian's chapel with its romantic richness and carved beamed ceiling to the charming bridal suite. The gorgeous grounds makes a stunning backdrop for wedding pictures.     "Best food I've ever had at a wedding!" "What a beautiful chapel!" "The reception hall, with its rich wood, elegant lighting and beautiful stone fireplace, was exquisite!" "Everything with the wedding just flowed so perfectly!" These were the comments we heard from our guests at our daughter's recent wedding at Camp Lucy and we heartily agree!!!!! And as beautiful as the venue is, the professionalism of their staff may be their biggest asset. They were right on with their advice. While we did not use the extras the venue offered, we did engage one of their recommended wedding coordinators for the month of the wedding. Kim Hunt has to be the best there is! She worked tirelessly in helping us that last month, communicated well with and managed all the vendors and ran the event to perfection. I highly recommend her and Camp Lucy!!!

    I first found out about Camp Lucy (Ian's Chapel) while attending my third Austin Bridal Extravaganza back in 2011. Truth be told my future maid of honor and I would attend these extravaganzas as "brides" merely to enjoy all the free bbq and wedding cake! Fast forward two years, 200 cake samples and about a dozen visits with the Camp Lucy staff later, a week after my sweetheart proposed, I was ready to set the date at Camp Lucy! Actually, I realized, even though my desired date was 15 months out, it was actually a good thing I booked when I did! My November 1st date already had a few dates booked around it! Word to the wise, Ian's Chapel and Sacred Oaks are so in demand, booking a.s.a.p. is highly recommended! The scenery alone is reason enough for booking Camp Lucy! The scenic hills against the hill country sunset is something not many others brides can find in Texas... especially at their rate. Trust me, I did the leg work! Granted there are a few other popular locations within Dripping Springs but from what I found, the other venues were still too close to the highway, thus their ambiance was staled by the sights and sounds of nearby cars and 18-wheelers. Camp Lucy, merely two miles off the highway, becomes its own world. The staff is plentiful, genuinely friendly, and readily available to answer your questions. I was certainly the Type A bride, constantly calling in to make sure my plans would work with the site... It never phased them! Even after 15 months of calls, random visits, and emails, the Camp Lucy staff treated me as a friend with a smile! What I loved about Ian's Chapel was how versatile it could be. You have the chapel, the covered pavilion, luscious green lawns, stone arch overlooking the countryside and the reception hall. A couple truly has the ability to make their wedding day vision come true. My Camp Lucy wedding has come and gone but it was clearly the perfect choice in location.     Kristen White coordinated our daughter's wedding at Sacred Oaks at Camp Lucy and helped us every step of the way. We live in Dallas, and the bride has been working in NYC for 5 years. As University of Texas graduates, the couple wanted an Austin wedding. We met Kristen at a Camp Lucy open house in September 2013, and she immediately suggested musicians, cake designers, and photographers. Kristen arranged vendor meetings exactly 1 year before the wedding when we could be in town.
    Kristen promptly responded to questions and guided us along a path to a "perfect wedding." On the day of the wedding we had a vendor crisis, and she contacted the owner and "saved the day." Kristen met with us and vendors a year in advance for rental choices, catering planning, and floral planning. We happened to be in town Labor Day weekend 2014 for a family reunion, and she arranged her schedule to meet us on Sunday morning to finalize plans.
    When we arrived from Dallas two days before the wedding, Kristen met us at night in the hotel parking lot to transfer our huge car load to her car to store items for the ceremony. She was always calm, joyful, patient, and worked really hard behind the scene at the wedding to make sure all went smoothly. Prayers were answered for a beautiful evening ceremony outdoors, and the couple's friends sent these comments on Instagram: stunning, killer wedding, stunning cake, beautiful send off (with sparklers), like out of a movie, beautiful, gorgeous...

    We had an absolutely beautiful wedding at Camp Lucy. The whole team worked so well together to give us the best wedding they could give. Not to mention how sweet they were. Food was pretty high on my list and they really exceeded my expectations as well as my guests. Though the only complaint we got from our guests was that the food came out late for some tables at our plated dinner. We had one of their first Jewish weddings and they really were accommodating to our special needs. I highly recommend using this location.

    Camp Lucy is the most beautiful venue that I have ever been to and that's not just because I got married there!

    My entire wedding went off without a hitch. No issues, no last minute changes, nothing. All thanks to the folks at Camp Lucy.

    The food was INCREDIBLE! We had a mix between Southern Home Cookin' and New Orleans Creole and people raved about it all night. I'm STILL having people call me for recipes and to say how amazing the food was.

    The floral arrangements were absolutely stunning (they have their own florals company on campus). I came to them with a vague idea of what I wanted and within minutes had a pretty stellar idea of what it was that the arrangements would look like. They shot straight with me regarding what the prices of flowers would be and whether or not a flower would be in season.

    Lastly, our day-of coordinator Brittany K. was a God-send! She took care of all the little details so that my husband and I wouldn't have to stress about them. She looked for ways to save us money and maximize what we brought and what we ordered.

    I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married. We had an incredible night and I wish we could do it all over again!

    Everything was so perfect! Camp Lucy is so beautiful and the staff is wonderful. They made everything so stress free. We used Whim Catering and the food was outstanding, we had so many compliments on the food. We used Whim Florals also and they did a beautiful job on all the flowers. They even wrapped the columns in the Events Hall with twinkle lights. Whim Rentals was great to work with also. We had one of Camp Lucy's Wedding Coordinator's, Kim Hunt, and she was so great! She made us feel like we could relax and she would handle everything on the wedding day, so
    we could just enjoy the moment. I highly recommend Camp Lucy, and also the fabulous Camp Lucy cabins.
    They are luxury cabins and we made a whole weekend of wedding fun. Enjoyed the fire pit area in the evenings. Everything was perfect!!!

    I recently got married at Camp Lucy Sacred Oaks in August and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get married in the future. I looked at four wedding venues and Camp Lucy put them all to shame. I knew immediately I had found the place for our wedding when I compared Camp Lucy to the other venues. A lot of places were charging more than Camp Lucy for half of the service.
    The staff did an outstanding job on making sure our day was organized and smooth throughout the whole process. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for an outdoor or indoor wedding.
    Being the first to marry among my family and friends, I was really looking for a venue to provide the catering, and reception/ceremony on one site while being on a tight budget. I feel that they really are the best value for what you spend, and the quality of what you get in return. The staff is really organized and knowledgeable too.
    My guests were blown away by the food provided by Whim Catering, it was a bar-b-que buffet and turned out amazing, not to mention extremely reasonably priced for the quality of food!!! I got so many compliments. This place has built a fabulous reputation for their chef Rob, and other staff.
    One and only advice for Camp Lucy staff, (as I highly recommend them) is to fully disclose that there are staffing charges and rental costs upfront when asked what are all of the associated costs of catering. These seemed to be somewhat hidden to me, and more as a surprise as I got into the wedding planning but none of the less, it all worked out. In the end, I had a beautiful wedding and at an incredible value that I won't ever forget.
    All in all, if you want exceptional service at a reasonable cost Camp Lucy is your place!

    When choosing a venue you truly want to work with people that are very customer service oriented. I chose Camp Lucy and they exceeded my expectations. Every single individual we met with leading up to our big day always paid attention to what it is we needed and wanted. They were very accommodating with our schedules and never made us feel less than important. In other words, you're not treated like your just another person on their schedule.
    Tara was an absolute gem to work with and had a very pleasant disposition with a positive attitude that was contagious. Meghan in Catering was on point and made our evening exactly what we needed it to be...memorable.

    ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE VENUE! Our daughter was married in Ian's Chapel in June. From step one a year before to the glorious day of the wedding, we were so impressed by the staff's responsiveness and professional expertise. If you want an elegant Texas Hill Country venue this is it! What a hidden gem this is! The floral team is very creative and provided exactly what we wanted. In fact. when I walked into the reception the florals took my breath away. And the catering...WOW! Chef Rob and Tiffany Keith are masters at fabulous cuisine. All of our guests raved about the food. Yes, it is pricy compared to some venues, but the end result was a day we will always cherish!

    If you are getting married at Camp Lucy and using a coordinator through them I would HIGHLY recommend that you request Britany Krause! She was AMAZING! Britany worked with my mom and I to be a day of coordinator but we got much more than that! We met with her early on in the planning, about 5 months before, for an initial introduction and brainstorming session. The next time I met with her was about a month before and she got herself all up to speed with our list of vendors and all the services that were to be provided. The day of the wedding I dont know what we would have done without her! We got married offsite and she was at Camp Lucy getting everything set up. She executed the set up just as we had described and asked me about one little issue, table assignment cards blowing in the wind, and was quick to execute a plan B. She ensured that our whole reception was on schedule without being pushy. She must have had her eye on everything all night because at one point I realize that one of the buttons of my bustle had come undone and when I left the dance floor she was standing there with a safety pin ready to fix it and get me back out there. Both my mom and I got to enjoy the whole day due to Britanys hard work! If you have the opportunity to work with her I can assure you that she will make sure the day you dreamed of goes as smoothly as possible.

    I got married at sacred oaks, and it was fantastic. Everyone raved about the ceremony site, it is flawless at sunset! And the staff was helpful!

    The venue itself was stunning (Sacred Oaks)!! I was a bit nervous how our dark colors (black, ivory and red) would mesh with the bright, wood area but it was just the right combination. It was PERFECT!!

    Everything was absolutely beautiful, could not have imagined a more perfect day! Coordinator, Kim Hunt, goes above and beyond to make your dream become a reality. Whim Florals did a stunning job on all the flowers; they were even better than I could have even imagined they could be. Whim catering did an outstanding job with the food it was so good and presented so nicely; the lines ran so smooth so no one had to wait too long! Whim rentals also did a wonderful job helping us figure out exactly what we needed and set it up perfectly for the wedding.
    Camp Lucy is the most beautiful venue in the Austin area and all the staff is so great, helpful and professional. I am so happy I chose to have my special day here! It was absolutely perfect!

    First of all, let me thank you on behalf of the entire wedding party for your wonderful coordination of the whole reception. Your calming presence and patient organization efforts let us know that we were truly in good, professional hands. Thanks to you, we had nothing to worry about at all throughout the entire event. My heartfelt thanks pale in comparison to the amount of work you put in for us.

    We have received nothing but compliments and wows about the fabulous service and food that Whim Catering provided for our daughter's wedding reception last Sunday. I have been to many a wedding reception and many at some very prestigious venues where the food was cold, over-cooked or just downright inedible. This was definitely not the case with Whim. I received numerous emails the next day asking who our caterer was because the guests were amazed at the combination of tastes and the overall deliciousness of everything from the hors d'oeuvres (especially the boudin fritters) to the chicken (a real hit, by the way) and brisket (wonderful sauce) to the sides (the salad dressing was amazing). We were also very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of your staff - always smiling, always calm, always helpful - from set-up to finish. We can't thank you enough, and I do hope that our friends' inquiries will turn into some additional business for a very deserving group of professionals.

    We had our daughter's wedding outdoors here. I can't praise venue or the staff too much - the entire experience was perfect!

    Because we were out of state, we used their co-ordinator and Whim (their company) for most services.

    Sacred Oaks is exquisitely set up. The outdoor chapel, under the trees with an arbor, is picture-perfect and the trees provide cool shade. A stone terraced amphitheater allows everyone an excellent view. The spacious and spectacular reception hall had plenty of room.

    A well-appointed "brides room" with makeup stations and a washroom allows the girls to arrive, do hair, makeup and dress onsite and stay in the air conditioning until the ceremony. An equally well-appointed groomsmen area lets them get ready in private.

    There is a spacious lawn for the photographs (and for kids to run around on later) overlooked by a large patio where the guests had cocktail hour and could watch. The bar, immediately inside, had no difficulty (with two bartenders) keeping up. We provided our own alcoholic beverages, which can only be served by the bartenders, and had Camp Lucy provide all non-alcoholic drinks.

    Dinner - we chose buffet style - was amazing. I've been at catered events all over the world, and this was the BEST catered food I have had, bar none. Many guests told me they were astounded at the quality of the food - good to hear! Many also said this was the BEST wedding they had EVER attended. As hosts we were exceptionally pleased to hear that - and relieved it all came off so well. We wanted our daughter's day to be perfect, and it was. The efforts of ALL the Camp Lucy staff were major contributors to that success.

    A few quick words about access: out-of-town guests stayed nearby at the Sleep Inn (which was new and lovely) and the hotel provided a shuttle to take guests to and from the venue. There is handicap parking close in, and both the chapel amphitheater and reception area were manageable by guests with canes and walkers.

    Camp Lucy was beyond beautiful. My wedding April 25th, 2014 was magical and I could not have asked for more. I loved every aspect of Camp Lucy, from the landscaping, the site coordinator, the staff, the florist and the caterer. The food was delicious.

    The first coordinator we started out with was a disaster. I mean couldn't figure out the reply all function or spell my name correctly...EVER! I felt like I was the one reaching out to her most of the time too asking if we needed to start planning this or discussing that. Probably a reason she "left" 3 weeks prior to our wedding date.

    Her replacement, Ashley O'Bryan, however was complete opposite. She was the best thing that could've happened to our wedding!! She caught up on all the emails I'd sent previously and hit the ground running. And she knew how to spell my name ;)!!

    Ashley came in, took over, coordinated everything 100% perfectly. She was also very friendly, had a great smile, and our bridal party loved having her around the day of. She is the best in my book!

    Camp Lucy, Sacred Oaks, is a beautiful Hill Country venue that truly captured everything we wanted for our wedding. From the romantic ceremony site to the beautiful open lawn and patio area for cocktails and the seated dinner inside the site could not have been more perfect.
    We also used Camp Lucy's on site florist and caterer and to say we loved everything is an understatement. The flowers were gorgeous and just what we wanted.Chef Rob was more than fantastic and went above and beyond when I asked if he would prepare one of my favorite family dishes. The food was fantastic and we are still receiving complements on it.
    We hope to make it to a supper club event soon so we can enjoy another night at Camp Lucy!

    We booked Camp Lucy for an Anniversary celebration with 165 guests. The venue was magnificent in every way. I have never planned an event this large and important and Diane Hutchinson, the site manager, helped make sure every detail was covered. The quality, professonal staff were over the top in helping make this a very successful event. Camp Lucy also provided services for flowers and catering that was the highest quality at a great value.

    We got married at Sacred Oaks at Camp Lucy! The evening was beautiful, and the food was amazing! Chef Rob and Tiffany made it a night to remember. Our Guests have commented that the Venue was unbelievable and that the Food was the best they've ever had at a wedding.
