So happy we chose this venue for our wedding!

We recently had our wedding at Cambria Pines Lodge and were so happy about how everything turned out. Jollyne and Jayce were the two that really made sure everything was all planned for the wedding and they were extremely responsive and professional. The staff ensured that everything was set up for the wedding and even when there was a possible chance of unexpected rain the day of, they had a backup plan. Our pictures turned out gorgeous, the gardens are such a beautiful backdrop and the gazebo is gorgeous as well. We stayed in the bridal suite for two nights and it was super spacious and comfortable. Several of our guests stayed multiple nights as well and all were very happy with their stays.

Peaceful and Relaxing Venue

We had the most beautiful gazebo garden wedding at the Cambria Pines Lodge. The party didn’t end once our dinner was over, their lounge had a band and there was even more dancing available for my guests to enjoy. The food was wonderful and the staff was so attentive. The only negative was that the rooms are not air conditioned (because of the naturally cool climate) and it was unseasonably hot on my September wedding weekend. Other than that, my wedding was the best wedding I ever attended. Thank Uou Cambria Pines Lodge, we will be back!

Amazing Wedding and Reception!

We had the most amazing wedding here, we had our wedding in the gardens and it was magical. Everything was set up perfectly and the staff was a huge help. I would definitely recommend this place.

This has been such a pleasant experience due to the attention to detail and quality of service. The photos on line do not do this venue justice. I can honestly say it has been stress free from day 1.

We just got married at Cambria Pines Lodge On May 12, 2018. Everything was so beautiful, we had the best help from Saul and Katy! I couldn’t have imagined it turning out any better. I asked for lights above the gazebo area where we had the reception, and I got my lights! Katy was so flexible with our last minute details and decisions. The gardens were more beautiful than I could have anticipated! So happy with my experience!!

Cambria Pines Lodge was the perfect place for our wedding. Calli, the events coordinator, was super helpful and responsive throughout the whole planning process. I was relieved to have her help and input throughout. All of my guests loved the venue, loved staying at the lodge, and had a great time (the live music in the lounge was an added bonus for the nights we stayed there). The food was amazing and the service during the wedding was great. We are so grateful for the experience at the lodge and we look forward to returning :)

We honestly could not have imagined a more perfect place for our wedding, nor a more perfect staff. Calli is an incredibly flexible and organized person, and she was there for us throughout the entire process. We could not have done it without her wealth of knowledge and positive attitude, from the moment we first contacted her all the way through the event. We felt so supported by her and the whole staff. The food and drinks were all delicious, and the waitstaff were so friendly and responsive. The lodging is beautiful and the location is great. We cannot think of a single thing we would have changed!

Our overall experience with the Cambria Pines Lodge for our wedding was excellent! We got married in September, 80 - 90 people, here are some highlights:

(1)SERVICE: The staff at CPL is probably one of it's strongest offerings. Calli is extremely responsive and made me feel like I was in good hands. For any question or challenge she always approached it with a "yes, I'll try to figure this out" type of attitude. Which is EXACTLY what you want in a vendor for your wedding. She really went above any beyond in every way to make the day perfect. The head of catering Saul is also amazing, very organized, fast, and helpful to keep the party moving.
(2)LOCATION: Most of my guests were from New York, they all really loved the Lodge. They said it was super cute, beautiful, and unique. We did our wedding in 4 locations: ceremony in the amphitheater/forest, cocktail hour in the vegetable garden, outdoor dinner in the gazebo garden, dancing in the Peacock room. Each one we decorated to be super unique, but our guests loved the different settings - and thought each one was really beautiful.
(3)VALUE: The Lodge really is are great location to get married at an excellent value. I did a lot of cost comparisons with other locations on the Central Coast, the lodge's location fees are way more reasonable compared to other places and the catering options give a lot of flexibility for making the kind of menu you want. Plus our guest were able to stay at the lodge which made it super convenient for them to get to the wedding.
(4)FOOD/BAR: We got a mix of appetizers for the cocktail hour, all were really yummy. Then we did the mixed grill buffet, which our guests said they really liked because they could pick and choose which meat(s) they wanted. Callie and Saul were super accommodating to help make our bar excellent. We did open bar, with a special ordered drink for cocktail hour, Firestone keg, and brought in wine. The bar was a great mix of options for all our guests.

I guess the word is out. This venue is a dream come true. I literally wouldn't change a single thing. Several people (whom I trust for their blunt assessment) declared our wedding the best they've ever attended and a true vacation weekend. Happy guests make this bride very happy.

Perfect weather. Perfect gardens or beach for photos. Real food on site. Real vendors in nearby towns. Everyone gets their party on because everyone stays on property at reasonable room rates.

Cambria pines lodge is truly great! Although we did have minor issues to start with responsiveness, once the staff knew the issue, they turned it around and made it right quickly! Having said that we wouldn't have gone anywhere else or asked for another venue! We couldn't be happier with the staff and the quality and care we received! The venue is stunning and the staff really cares to make your day special! And it was a destination wedding for us, so it was great having space on the grounds where we could be with guests and our guests could get away a little to enjoy their own vacation too! You will be so happy you if you choose this place!!

Our ceremony and reception at Cambria Pines Lodge was perfect. Everything went smoothly because of the dedication, work, and help of Bethany and the Pines Lodge crew. I could not have been happier with how the day went. I did not have a single worry the day of the wedding. During the planning process it was very easy to get in contact with Bethany if I had any questions or requests. I got so much feedback from my guests about the wonderful food, rooms, and appearance of the venue. Anytime we hear someone is going to Cambria we immediately tell them that Cambria Pines is the place to go and stay.

Starting with the venue, well it's absolutely beautiful! It is perfect if you want an outdoor garden wedding with a bit of a mountain feel. There are so many great places for your photographer to take pictures. Be advised, they do not have a wedding coordinator on site. We had to do everything ourselves. This was fine for us us as we were planning on doing that anyways, and an on site coordinator would have just been a bonus. Bethany Angelo, the Sales and Catering manager makes sure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day. In addition, she is great with answering questions and making sure everything turns out the way you want it to. So although we did it ourselves, we did feel like we had support from the venue. The staff at Cambria Pines Lodge helps to set up the tables day of and make sure everything looks the way you want it to. Another big plus for us was the Lodge does the catering. It was one stop shopping for ceremony, reception, and caterer. Dinner was delicious! I was not able to have any of the hor d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour but many of my guests have told me they were very yummy. We brought our own cake just for the bride and groom but dessert for the guests was included in the dinner. The pricing for dinner/dessert was very reasonable, especially in comparison to many wedding venues we were looking at. Speaking of price, Cambria Pines Lodge makes it easy to have an affordable wedding that is still beautiful. We did minimal decorations, and lots of DIY stuff and still were told how great everything looked. Because of the gardens, we barely had to do anything for outside decor. Last thing to mention, your guests can stay at the Lodge which is a bonus and our guests found that very appealing. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our choice!

We had a small ceremony and luncheon for 60 guests at CPL and it was absolutely perfect! The day turned out exactly the way we wanted... Bethany and her staff went above and beyond our expectations. We were a little nervous about everything with it being a destination wedding, but the entire day went smoothly. All of our needs were met and our guests could not stop raving about the food! Cambria Pines Lodge was the PERFECT place for our wedding. The staff was friendly and flexible, and the grounds are to die for!! One of the most beautiful places I have ever been. The honeymoon suite is gorgeous, as well. My guests did not want to leave and I had multiple people tell me this was the best wedding they have ever been to. I would recommend this venue to absolutely ANYONE for ANY size wedding!!!! The location of my wedding was perfect! Bethany was nice to work with in the planning of my wedding. She responded quickly, gave advice when needed, was flexible, and made me feel that my event was the most important. Not only was the location ideal and beautiful, the food was delicious! The rooms were also nice and comfortable. My guests, my now husband, and myself plan on meeting up again at CPL for future family reunions. I got married here this past April, and cannot imagine getting married anywhere else. This location is one of Cambria's best kept secrets. It is absolutely gorgeous with so many little surprises. At first sight, it looks like one main garden with a gazebo and an outdoor seating section for restaurant patrons. But then you walk around to find that there are multiple different gardens that you can wander and roam around, and it almost feels like you're in the secret garden. There is a pathway that leads you to downtown Cambria and a light hiking pathway that leads you around the woodsy areas. Every spot in Cambria Pines is perfect for taking pictures. My photographer found so much inspiration in Cambria Pines itself, it was easy to do our photo shoot.

One of the things I loved about this place was that everything was on site. No driving, no need to give directions, no confusion. From the hotel rooms, you could easily walk about 5 minutes or less to the ceremony, and then turn around and walk a few feet for the cocktail hour. To get to the reception, all you had to do was go inside.

Bethany and Saul were amazing to work with. Bethany is the catering manager and is so helpful. I emailed and called her a million times and grilled her with so many questions, but she always stayed cheerful and friendly. Saul is the banquet manager, and he took care of the food, drinks, reception without a hitch. He made sure that my hubby and I never had an empty cup, that we ate our food and that the entire reception ran smoothly.

The only minor downfall is that if you have your reception indoors, you would really have to decorate. The reception room is not the prettiest place to be especially in comparison to the outside, and the chairs are homely. You would definitely have to rent the chivarri chairs they have on hand or chair covers elsewhere.

I just want to say Thank You to Bethany Angelo, she did an amazing job to provide me with the most beautiful day. It was supposed to be an outside wedding but mother nature did not allow for it. She got on the phone and started to get me decorations for the ceremony, she brought in beautiful topiary's and the staff was amazing they were at our beck and call all the times. The food was amazing and they did all the preparation and cooking. The lodge itself is beautiful and they offer a lot of assistance to make your day perfect! They have a lot of services they offer and the bridal suite is amazing, they give you two days for free when you book your wedding and reception at the lodge. I will always cherish the staff for giving me my fairy tale wedding!

My Husband and I were searching for a dog friendly hotel in the area. I stumbled by accident online and I found these guys. Let me tell you..it was the best thing that happened! We had both our ceremony and reception at Cambria Pines Lodge. The grounds are so beautiful! The ceremony sites are so romantic. You have to see them in person. The room we had our reception in was also very beautiful. The staff was amazing!! They fixed and helped us with anything we needed. They would even offer help when I was walking around throughout the night in my wedding dress! Rebecca and Bethany are both so sweet and amazing coordinators. The hotel rooms are very nice and relaxing. They sit in a forest like setting. We will definitely be back here for many more trips. Thank you Cambria Lodge staff for making our day even more special!

We had a small wedding there last Sunday with a rehearsal dinner for most of the guests on Saturday. We chose CPL based on several stays here in the past. Rebecca was very responsive by email and was helpful with where to find a good dress shirt after I forgot mine at home!

There was a mixup when the wine we originally picked for the events was not available but Saul was good about making up for it. He made sure the wedding and reception went off without any issues and the guests loved the food, wine and service!

Thanks Rebecca and Saul for making our wedding weekend one we'll remember with great memories.

I loved everything about our wedding at the Cambria Pines Lodges. It was amazing! The grounds are so beautiful. All of our guests as well as my husband and I had a very positive experience. We found the staff to be very polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure the event flowed seamlessly and guests were taken care of. The food was fantastic- we loved our choice of the Pasta Bar with grilled chicken. Saul the banquet manager did a great job. And Rebecca was very helpful in coordinating the wedding plans and details leading up to the big day- she was very responsive to any question I ever had. Overall, it was a wonderful venue!

I love the lodge. We chose this venue after getting engaged in the area. It is absolutely beautiful. The garden gazebo was the perfect place for the ceremony. You totally save on flowers because the gardens are so beautifully kept. We had so many options to take photos that were private and away from guests so that we could get photos done and return quickly to the party. The bridal suite is literally next ti the garden, so it was so convenient to make sure no one saw me before the wedding. The staff at the lodge was very accommodating and professional. Rebecca Ramos is the banquet and wedding manager and she was amazing. She answered every question I had and even made sure our food was gluten free (I have celiac disease). Saul was in charge of the reception and he was incredible. Seriously, if you're looking for a venue on the central coast go to the lodge! From the staff to the experience it is an incredible deal!!!

The garden venue at Cambria Pines Lodge was visually stunning, and the drinks/food--punch, wine, champagne; hors d'oeuvres, salad, rolls and main courses were fresh and scrumptious. The staff was exceedingly professional and courteous. I cannot say enough about the wedding venue services of Cambria Pines Lodge and will sing its praises to anyone who asks. Special kudos to the Chef.

Rebecca and the Cambria Pines Lodge were wonderful! We had a smaller wedding and it was perfect. They handled all the details that needed to be handled and were even happy to make changes when we wanted. Rebecca always got back to us, even if she was out of town she made sure we had a point of contact. They made some great accommodations regarding our guest rooms and our room was amazing!!. We could not have chosen a more perfect place for our wedding getaway!

Cambria Pines Lodge was perfect for my daughter's wedding! The staff was so kind, attentive and professional! They are all at the top of their game took care of every detail perfectly! The grounds were beautiful, all our guests remarked about how much fun, beautiful and comfortable the Lodge was! We couldn't have been more pleased with the event, it is a treasured memory!

Cambria Pines Lodge is the perfect location for a wedding. We had many guests traveling from out of town and from other states. Having the ceremony, reception and lodging at the same location was so well appreciated among all our guests who stayed at the Pines Lodge. The gardens were beautiful, reception room hold comfortably our 150 guests and the food was delicious. Rebecca Ramos was a charm to work with. She was quick to reply to my emails or calls. She was always available to answer questions and give suggestions.

CPL is such a great place for a wedding! It was so nice to have all our friends and family be able to stay at the lodge the whole weekend with us. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. Rebecca was SO helpful during the whole process and got back to my emails and phone calls right away. I didn't realize how important it was to have a good contact at the venue until I started planning and realized how much went into planning a wedding! The gardens are gorgeous during summer and we got some great pictures.

Cambria Pines Lodge and staff, especially Rebecca, were beyond accommodating. They helped make a life time event one of the most memorable for us and our family and not one guest left there without commenting on how incredible the location, food, accommodations and staff were. Literally every person was amazed at the beauty and ease of the entire event. They made our dream come true. That's just not common in today's society unfortunately. But, they make it possible to believe that style, integrity and professionalism can still be found along with kindness and warmth. Need we say more???

Our wedding was perfect. The staff was more than accommodating and extremely professional. Durning cocktail hour the servers made sure that even the bride and groom were attended to while shooting photos. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married. The grounds and accommodations are stunning, the staff is great and food is wonderful.

We love the Cambria Pines Lodge. We didn't need too many flowers because the gardens are so beautiful just the way they are. It was the perfect place for our wedding. We had lots of family from out of town and it was so great to have everyone stay there. It was fun to see everyone the next morning at breakfast. Rebecca was very helpful. We did not have a wedding planner, so we were doing it on our own. It is just a beautiful place and all of the staff did a great job!

This wedding was so easy to do because we were provided with so much help. They took care of all the details by reminding us of what we need and when we needed it. The grounds were perfect. The food was the best wedding food I have ever had. The rooms were comfortable and nice. We had massages the next day and they were perfection. I could not have asked for more out of our wedding day or weekend.

My husband and I love Cambria. When we started looking for an affordable option to host our 60 guests for a dinner reception, we never thought that the Cambria Pines Lodge would match our budget... we were so wrong, the lodge hosted our 90 guests (the guest list kept growing) comfortably and lavishly but still within our budget. Our wedding and reception were a long drive for all of our guests, almost 3 hours for most, and a 3 hour flight for some. Everyone said that the travel time and effort was worth it and those who stayed over night (more than half of our family and guests) were delighted by the value of the beautiful rooms and gardens that they enjoyed while they were there. The lodge offers an extensive hot breakfast buffet to all of their guests which helped us to feel that our guests were taken care of and had a smaller out of pocket expense in coming all the way. The guests did not stop raving about their entrees at dinner: the lodge offers a number of delicious options and price ranges in serving your guests, and makes it possible for a couple who is trying not to go into debt for the reception (we have a new mortgage) to still "wine and dine" their close family and friends. Also, the catering staff was very professional, the banquet manager, Tyler, could not be more in tune to the bride and groom: AMAZING EFFORT and SUCCESS!!! Rebecca is the contact for planning and decisions before the big day and had every detail recorded correctly and was super responsive about all of my nagging detailed questions leading up to our wedding weekend. We could not have found a better venue or value anywhere in California. We are life-long Santa Barbara county residence who just moved to Ojai to buy our first home, but wanted to make the wedding super special by going all the way to Cambria: this presented the challenge of planning everything from out of town. If it hadn't been for the full time talented staff at the Lodge it would have not have come together. I did not have a wedding planner, but with the help of family and friends and the lodge staff on the weekend of, it all came together beautifully! We will never forget it!

Cambria Pines Lodge is a great venue for a wedding! My husband and I loved the lodge for the convenience and ease of getting around in Cambria.

His Family is in the Bay Area and my family is in the L.A. area. It was a perfect meeting place for both of our families. Most of them made it a mini vacation due to the beautiful area and the wine tasting along Highway 46.

When we were considering CPL we were looking at convenience for our guests and wanted to make sure they had a great stay. Cambria Pines Lodge offered that. We loved the fact our guests didn't have to drive from site to site and they didn't have to drive after the reception was over. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms were beautiful, the staff is very friendly and very helpful! They even have a little day spa for massages... something every bride needs before the big day!

Would definitely recommend CPL if you're looking to have a wedding in the Paso Robles/Cambria area. We had a wonderful experience at the lodge and we plan to return when we're in the area.

The Cambria Pines Lodge is an absolutely gorgeous venue to have a wedding. The only down side is that we booked the garden for our ceremony and peacock room for our reception. It rained that day however, all day. So we lost $900. Other then that, everyone there is outstanding and very helpful. They will help you with anything they can, and as every bride to be knows...that is amazing!

Having spent years in customer service positions in large cities, I am a hard one to please. The team at the Cambria Pines Lodge was amazing and so easy to work with. They handled my every whim and helped me plan AND enjoy the wedding of my dreams. The food was delicious..several guests commented. All of my guests enjoyed the grounds and their rooms...they were delighted! I loved having everything in one place. People could socialize over the hot buffet breakfast and meet up in the bar for evening entertainment. The catering manager and event coordinator were exceptional. Can't wait to go back every year and relive the memories!

All of the staff at Cambria Pines Lodge was very helpful and professional. We could not have asked for a better place to get married. We had the time of our lives. The Lodge was the perfect venue for my son's wedding. The grounds are stunning and perfect for an outdoor ceremony. The food is excellent and many guests commented that it didn't "taste like banquet hall food." Rebecca Ramos was a great help in planning the event and made sure that all the details were taken care of. However, it was Tyler who made the event run like clockwork. No matter what request we made of him (including some vegetarian meals at the last moment), he took care of it with a pleasant, helpful attitude. From the hospitality suite on the eve of the wedding to making sure that we remembered to take home some rental items, he was there to backstop us and help make the wedding weekend relaxed and fun for everyone. The staff at the reception desk (thanks, Jennifer!) were also great in helping us book rooms for family & friends. I would highly recommend the Lodge for your event.

Rebecca and her staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to my ideas and needs. Pictures in the gardens turn out BEAUTIFUL. We barely needed to decorate for the ceremony because of the amazing landscaping. Even the Peacock Room, which I wasn't sold on at first, transforms into a romantic place to have your reception. I had always wanted an outside evening reception, but being on the coast, it's a good thing we had an indoor reception. It was cold even at the end of June! The staff was kind enough to roll out some heaters for outdoor cocktail hour at no extra cost when the weather didn't warm up.

I hear the food was good, but I only had a few bites. The guests liked it though! Make sure you have something to eat for you and your husband back in the room for afterwards, since everything closes early in Cambria.

Our wedding turned out to be the wedding I always wanted, even though I didn't always know that was what I wanted!

Turn key service. We were able to bring up our flowers and cupcakes, yes, cupcakes, the day before. We were able to enjoy our special day with no worries. The food was exceptional and guests were very pleased, we were too. The atmosphere was elegant with the attitude of relaxation. We could not have anticipated such a beautiful day with staff and services exceeding all needs. Families with children were well provided for and the needs of young children were meet. After finding the perfect ceremony spot in San Simeon, just outside of Cambria, we knew we needed to find a good place for our reception. We had a few requirements for our reception: natural and intimate site; guests could rent a room there; they could fit a large amount of guests; beautiful place for pictures; and mostly blank slate for reception room. When thinking about the wedding, I had wanted the beach, the forest, and a garden/meadow. We were able to do the ceremony at a local beach and Cambria Pines Lodge was able to give us an amazing mixture of both forest and gardens, as it has lush and enchanting gardens with secret passages, small hideaways and wonderfully quirky decorative touches surrounded by beautiful mature trees and with hanging Spanish moss.
We were able to select CPL in September for our June wedding and I began working with Cali to get ideas for the reception and cocktail hour. She was able to recommend various options to improve the wedding and helped to recommend one of the vendors that helped to make our entire reception beautiful. She was able to work with repeated changes to our planned/required items and helped to facilitate various tastings by various family members to choose a perfect pairing for our reception dinner. When we walked into the reception room after the ceremony, I was quite nervous the room wouldn’t be complete, but there Cali was personally seeing to it that everything was complete and finishing off the last touches. Saul was an amazing asset to help facilitate and organize the set up and take-down of the entire room, even helping to clean off and package away personal dishes and glasses that we had brought in. We had multiple guests comment on the amazing experience that they had at CPL, including the guest rooms, reception room and gardens, and the food and service. We are extremely pleased with the entire reception at CPL and the work of Cali, Saul, and the entire staff.

Our Wedding was very special and I long for a day like that again! We discovered the Cambria Pines Lodge in April of 2014 and we knew within minutes we had found our "meant to be" place! We were married in June 2015 and the entire duration of planning went smoothly thanks to the support and cooperation given by the Lodge staff, especially Bethany! Attention to detail was wonderful! Suggestions and recommendations as we felt our way through putting on our first wedding was invaluable. The entire event, from start to finish was wonderful. Wedding guest comments were consistently like this: "Everything about this wedding was wonderful! The place was wonderful! The rooms were wonderful! The way the staff treated us was wonderful! The food was AMAZING!!" That pretty much sums up our entire experience with having our daughter's wedding at Cambria Pines. This was such a great experience. The only thing I would like to suggest, is that when people are coming from out of town, an assumption on the part of the lodge that the guests are mostly from out of town as well - including the person bringing the cake - would be helpful. The lady who made our wedding cake was initially told she would not be allowed to have our cake kept in the fridge in the Lodge's kitchen overnight, the night before the wedding. The problem is that guests were asked to book two nights to get the discount rate, but she had no where to store the cake the night before the wedding. But eventually she was allowed to store the cake in the lodge's kitchen fridge and that was ENORMOUSLY helpful! Thank you!!
Also, the staff that helped with the reception set-up went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much to all involved from Rebecca, to the bar tender, to the wait staff who brought the bride and groom drinks & appetizers as they were taking pics, to the housekeeping crew for making us feel comfortable in those beautiful rooms!
Thank you ALL for providing such an overwhelmingly positive setting for our daughter's wedding!!

Cambria Pines has a special place in our hearts. The service we received for our wedding was amazing. They far exceeded our expectations. Rebecca (the events manager) was very professional, and bent over backwards to help make the day/weekend a success for us and our guests.She also did a fantastic job in describing and arranging services months in advance (she handled the catering as well). In addition, Raul (the facilities manager), is one of the hardest working men I have seen - always there to help the ship run smoothly. We were also pleasantly surprised at how good the food was, and still receiving compliments to this day from guests who loved the menu.

In short, I would recommend Cambria Pines Lodge to just about anyone...including my closest friends and family. It was a 1-stop-shop (ceremony, reception, food etc.), and could not have been happier with the service and genuine kindness we received from everyone there.

Beautiful! So glad we chose Cambria Pines Lodge!

This was the perfect place to get married! It was exactly what we were looking for; a beautiful outdoor venue with a garden that doesn't have a ridiculous price attached; as well, a place that already has catering and sound system that you can use.
I had such a good experience working with Sharon and Jollyne, they were both so kind and always willing to help me with any changes and additions I needed to make in the planning. They really helped me to feel at ease with a lot of the preparations and knowing that everything would turn out great. Their communication is great, I always received responses to my emails. However, just be aware when it gets to high season you may want to call vs email if you have a lot of questions, since it might take them a bit longer to get back to you.
The food was also delicious! All of our guests loved the chicken and salmon, and they loved the desserts. I highly recommend the dessert option that comes with 5 desserts. I was also very happy the venue offered games to rent. This gave people a different way to mingle and to have fun, especially for those who don't care to dance.
What also made Cambria Pines great is that they have a plant nursery. This is separate from the wedding event organizers, so you contact the nursery directly, but besides that they know what to do and where to put everything. Since it’s onsite there’s no travel fee. I loved working with Meghan! She did an amazing job on our arrangements. The flowers she chose and put together, looked beyond beautiful.
It’s also extremely helpful that they have lodging. We were all coming from out of town, so not having to look for different hotels was great.
Overall, my husband and I are extremely happy about our wedding. Every one of my guests went on about how beautiful the wedding was, not just for what we brought with us but because of the overall look of the venue. The Gazebo Garden is such a gorgeous place to get married in, especially in June when the flowers are in full bloom. It’s perfect for anyone looking to have an outdoor garden wedding that also feels a bit woodsy.

Cambria Pines Lodge made my dream wedding a reality!

I found Cambria Pines Lodge, and knew that their gardens were the place I wanted to marry my best friend. Admittedly, they struggled with staffing during the Pandemic, and hence communication in the beginning was less than desired. It was obvious to me that everyone cared and wanted to provide us the best service. Although there were moments I was concerned that everything might not come together, Cambria Pines Lodge provided me their undivided attention as we approached the wedding day, and ensured my vision was captured, and beyond. Please be patient with their team, they do care, and they will help make your wedding everything and more. A big thanks to Edgar and Sharon!

We got married here and it was perfect. The gazebo garden is gorgeous and the bridal suite is right around the corner from gazebo, which made it very convenient for "the walk". The peacock room where we had the reception is a little outdated BUT we hired a great lighting company, Kramer events and it completely transformed the room. An easy fix.

The staff especially Calli was amazing! All my questions and concerns were addressed and most of all, I always felt comfortable being able to ask any question at any time of the day. She made the wedding process so easy and comfortable, which is exactly what every bride needs. The reception was handled by Saul who was also awesome & attentive. He kept us posted on our "open bar" tab and made sure everything was taken care as planned with Calli.

All our guests complimented us on every aspect of the wedding including price of rooms, the fireside lounge (for a laid back vibe to hang out and catch up) and the food and wine... delicious! Finally, it's close enough to the beach where we were able to leave during cocktail hour and get some incredible sunset photos. We look forward to celebrating our wedding anniversary here, every year!

Everyone at the lodge was very nice. In the very beginning, it was slightly difficult getting in touch with someone when we were interested in viewing the lodge as a possible venue. But after everything was scheduled it went smoothly. Calli was able to move her schedule around to accommodate our Sunday wedding date (she's usually off on Sun & Mon). They were flexible with us on making a last minute weather call for the wedding and cocktail reception. A lot of the vendors in Cambria work together a lot which was particularly helpful and reduced the stress of planning an out-of-town wedding.

The only thing, which ended up working out better for us, is there is no option to have the reception outside unless it's a day time wedding. In the end, due to the weather, it was better for us to have the reception inside, but I was sad at the beginning when I realized I couldn't also have the reception in the garden unless it was a midday wedding.

I would definitely recommend Cambria Pines Lodge as a great garden wedding venue! =)

We had a magical wedding at the Pines. The gardens are beautiful and Bethany and Saul went above and beyond to make our event perfect. The gardens are beautiful and the all-inclusive package offered by the Pines made our event nearly worry-free. They have some very strict rules about food and beverages but other than that are pretty flexible about making the event into exactly what you want it to be.

Rebecca was always responsive to my emails. They made all the little special touches to my menu, decor, etc. Really amazing customer service.

Our wedding was amazing! Rebecca made the reception and the planning so easy! She worked so wonderfully with my coordinator and all my other service providers! The hotel was exactly what I wanted, rustic but chic! Loved every moment!

We had our reception here at The Cambria Pines Lodge. Rebecca is really great with communicating. She was very patient with me and my many questions, and helped me so much to get in there early so I could decorate the day of.
The event itself was SO much fun! Saul was the lead person that night and he & his staff, were really great! Really great service! The food was SO yummy (and they did go out of their way for a couple of special orders..)
The gardens there really make it so special too! We stayed in the Bridal Suite (which I Highly recommend).
Cambria PInes Lodge was a terrific venue to have our reception for our magical day. THANK YOU!!

Awesome place. It is expensive, but the staff was great, helpful and it was gorgeous. Wouldn't have done it anywhere else!

Our experience with the lodge was fantastic. Rebecca was always helpful and available, and worked with us to make the day perfect. She made sure that every thing was in place the morning of the wedding and we had absolutley no problems with anything. Food was delicious and of course the gardens were exquisite. Looking back now, almost 4 months later, we are still talking about how wonderful the wedding was at Cambria Pines Lodge.

Perfect Romantic location. The staff was very friendly! We had our ceremony outside in the Gazebo and the reception in the Peacock Room, loved it. Felt it was a good value for the cost. The food was incredible! Everyone loved it!!!! We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was everything we hoped it would be. The one down side was that there was no room service after our evening ceremony so there was no way to get any drinks or food and the town is very small so nothing was open after 11 (for food). :) Some of our guests found that annoying.

This venue was the perfect fit for us. Beautiful, unique, and they took care of all of our needs. The Cambria Pines Lodge has the wedding thing down to a science, I wasn't worried at on wedding day about anything that they were in charge of. The events coordinator was very easy to work with and more than willing to answer all of my questions throughout the planning process. I really would highly recommend this venue!

This venue does not provide a place for the wedding party to prepare unless you stay at the hotel. For some people (like us) this extra cost is not in the budget.They would have received 5 stars if they could provide a dressing room.

Cambria Pines Lodge was very easy to work with, and accommodated all my special requests with no additional costs. I highly recommend this venue as an alternative to the typical beach weddings which you usual see around here. Cambria Pines Lodge was well worth the money.

All of the staff (catering, hotel reservations, planning staff, etc) at Cambria Pines Lodge were extremely helpful and flexible. We had a great time and didn't need to worry about the details. It is a beautiful site, in a great town.

Cambria Pines Lodge was a beautiful setting for a perfect day! They were very professional and accomodating! Rebecca was always very available and helpful! The grounds are gorgeous, especially in the various gardens with abundant flowers everywhere! The food was tremendous and the service commendable! I would definitely use their services again!

I loved the atmosphere of the establishment, really great service. The staff treated me like I was part of the family, and very accomodating. Already planning on having vows renewed there. And I want to give special thanks you to Rebecca Ramos, Tyler, and receptionist attendants.

Amazing Place for Your Next Event

We had an amazing experience at Cambria Pines Lodge for our wedding reception. The venue is so beautiful, with lush, colorful gardens and lights strung above. The staff were helpful, efficient, and friendly. The food was great and they even accommodated our specific dietary needs by modifying menu items. I would highly recommend Cambria Pines Lodge for your wedding, or any other event or celebration!

We had our reception here, in the afternoon in their gardens. It is one of the most beautiful places for a ceremony and/or reception. Almost everything is included for this site. They make it so easy to make choices and are flexible to fit your needs. You can't beat the price for what they provide. Plus, the surrounding area is a great place for guests to extend their stay.

Cambria Pines Lodge was an excellent choice for our wedding venue! Having our wedding in Cambria at the Pines Lodge made the experience unique and special for us and our guests. The food was delicious both for rehearsal dinner and reception, but will have to say our food tasting experience left us hoping we made the right decision on choices when we didn't get to actually taste a majority of the food options available. Breakfast was amazing and the fact that it was continental blows my mind. Breakfast was a great place to meet with family and friends day of/after the wedding to say our hello's and goodbyes. The lounge at night with live music really helped bring our two families/friends reunite and meet new people. Room accommodations were great for everyone, lots of variety to choose from. Beautiful grounds! The on-site coordinator, Calli, was very nice, accommodating, quick to respond with any questions we had, always available to meet or discuss any changes we needed to make. Can't say enough about this place, made our wedding magical!

Bethany, the event coordinator, was very helpful. She made sure all the details of our wedding were covered and was able to make all of my extra touches for the ceremony and reception were taken care of without me running around checking up on everything!

Beautiful venue and working with the ladies during the planning process was easy and smooth. Day of had a few hicupps (no one came to see how we were or help guide us through anything) and during our amazing reception we found out someone was passing our cake out to people in the bar area. A bit unprofessional I'd say. Other than that the venue itself was beautiful
