    Monica was amazing! I was a bit of a procrastinator when it came to the wedding cake and she was able to fit me in with no problem! She made this gorgeous 2 tiered Vanilla Champagne cake with delicious White Chocolate filling! It was EXACTLY what I wanted!! She is a creative genius and does high quality work! She was also able to deliver the cake the day of the wedding and set it up for us on the cake table. She also left a container for us to put our top tier in to save and freeze for our 1st anniversary! She has lots of decor to help make that cake pop also! She was very helpful in a design and executed it well! Highly recommend her for any of your cake needs!

    Monica is the best! From our initial meeting, I knew our cake would look and taste amazing. She took all of our suggestions into consideration and allowed us to more or less, design our own cake. Our cake matched our timeless/classic theme, and was one of a kind.

    I also appreciated how Monica didn't hind any of her costs. She was upfront with what she charges for and how she breaks out the costs of the cakes. At the end, there were no hidden costs that we weren't aware of. As a bride on a budget, that was extremely helpful.

    I will be recommending Monica to anyone looking for cakes... whether it's a wedding cake or for any special occasion. Regardless, she'll knock your request out of the park :)

    Was amazing to work with! So flexible and make the appearance of my wedding cake look exactly how I wanted! We had multiple people ask where we got our delicious cake! I will definitely be going back to Monica!

    Everyone LOVED our wedding cake! Working with Monica was great she was so nice, friendly and so helpful because i wasn't sure what I wanted at all and end up finding a picture of a cake I really like and she helped me make it our own and it turned out beyond perfect! I would highly recommend Cakes by Monica!

    Monica was so great working with us on all of our options for cake size/flavors/colors. She made us a really beautiful and unique cake that was perfect looking and delicious tasting.

    From the first time I met Monica I knew I was going to love my wedding cake. She was very interested in my ideas and loved my color scheme. We had a lot of compliments on our cake and it was my favorite thing! She did exactly what I wanted and the cake was so good! I am tempted to eat the top layer everytime I look at it in the freezer!I would reccomend Monica to anyone who needed any kind of cake. Her buttercreme and fondat frosting taste amazing!

    Monica made our head table cake, and also cakes for each table at the reception. All of the cakes were beautiful and tasted fantastic! We received many compliments on the flavor of the cake. Monica was very nice to work with and does beautiful work!

    Cakes by Monica did a fantastic job on our cake! The flavors were absolutely delicious! It was the best cake I have ever tasted! Our cake looked beautiful and fit right in with the style of the wedding. She was very easy to work with and even met us a few times in Sioux Falls to deliver cake samples. She was very friendly and helpful and I would definately recommend her to anyone!

    Monica was great to work with WHEN you could see her in person. From afar, via phone or email she is VERY difficult to reach. Her cake was delicious and beautiful, but she did NOT give me the design we discussed/the design she wrote on the invoice. That was disappointing, but alas, the cake was beautiful and delicious regardless.
