I couldn’t recommend Cakes by Anna enough!! Anna is so friendly and accommodating. It was easy to work with her on what we wanted from start to finish. She made my Pinterest dreams come true! Not to mention the cakes TASTES AMAZING!! We chose Almond cake with raspberry filling, coconut rum cake and blueberry muffin cake. The cake is so moist and full of flavor. We received compliments all night. -

Choosing Anna as our wedding cake vendor was one of the best decisions we made. She is incredibly talented and such a genuine, kind person to work with. Throughout the process, she was attentive, thoughtful, and truly cared about making sure everything was perfect.
When we saw the cake on our wedding day, we were blown away. It was beautiful and matched our vision perfectly and it tasted even better than we imagined. Her flavor options are amazing and made choosing so difficult!
The CINNAMON SUGAR was the standout of the night. Guests couldn’t stop talking about it, and we had so many people ask who made the cake. There were no slices left. -

Wonderful and delightful
The cake was moist and overall delicious, rather than just being "pretty." Very flavorful without being overly sugary. Anna's ability to customize flavors and fillings, including options for different layers, was a big plus. Beautiful and Tasty
Anna was amazing! Finding our perfect cake was one of the more challenging vendors, but Anna was wonderful. She was super responsive and professional. We booked the Buttercream Special and added on a few kitchen cakes. The cake looked and tasted great and she styled it beautifully with our flowers. -

The best cake ever
You should run, not walk, to book Cakes by Anna. We got a half lemon, half almond cake with buttercream for our wedding cake and it was the most incredible cake I have ever tasted. We got so many compliments on it and we are already dreaming of our next occasion we can order from Anna! Our wedding cake from Cakes by Anna was a amazing! Not only was it visually stunning, but each bite was an explosion of flavor. From scheduling our tasting, to the final delivery, Anna exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail and an amazing cake.
I don't know how we will be able to wait a whole year to eat our anniversary tier :) If you want a wedding cake that's both delicious and beautiful, look no further!

Get the salted caramel … you won’t regret it! YUM! It was perfect for our fall wedding, up in the mountains. -

We absolutely loved Anna! We wanted something super simplistic and she worked with us so well. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful! Anna did our wedding cake and my husband's groom cake. She was so great to work with. She listened to the ideas I had for both cakes and helped put them together. We did an at home tasting, but she made the process very easy and explained everything when we picked up the flavors, fillings, and icing choices. Pick up was very easy for my husband's grooms cake and although she was hurt on our wedding day and unable to deliver the cake herself, I was not worried for a second! It arrived perfectly, was everything we asked for, and was so beautiful. The cake tasted delicious and we did not have a single piece left over!! -

Just as delicious as they were beautiful!
Anna was truly a joy to work with and her cakes are PHENOMENAL. I have been to a few weddings, and always felt the cakes were just okay (especially when serving a large number of guests). I had no expectations going into the tasting, and didn't want to set my hopes to high for what we would be getting. My husband, our parents, and myself were blown away during our tasting. When I say she bakes the most incredible tasting cakes, I truly mean it. Every single flavor was delicious. Her flavors are unique, yet classic, and so beautiful. We chose Cinnamon & Sugar and Champagne & Blueberries for our flavors and I have never seen so many people go crazy over wedding cake. My husband's groom's cake was yellow cake with chocolate fudge frosting. We had at least 100 people comment on how great our cakes tasted and how stunning they were.
Cakes By Anna truly brought my vision to life for both cakes she created for us while staying in budget. If I could choose Anna again, I would, and I will recommend her to every couple I know who gets married in Georgia. -

Cakes by Anna - delicious and beautiful!
My cake from Cakes by Anna was incredible. I had a three tier cake with 3 flavors: coconut, peanut butter/chocolate, and almond and raspberry jam. My wedding was 125 people and she recommended a 4th tier for that, but we ended up with just enough (know your crowd, I'm sure a 4th tier would have provided plenty had all of my people eaten a slice, we had some gluten free folks who didn't have any). My cake design was a beautiful white icing mountain scape and every bit of it was delicious! She even delivered for a small fee all the way from Atlanta. Communication was great with her and she made everything so easy! The cake was beautiful and delicious, I couldn't ask for more! -

A true gem!
Anna has been our go-to cake guru for years now, and I couldn’t be happier! We found Anna via random search and we’re blown away from the moment we met. She went out of our way to host a tasting for us for our wedding, and has gone on to create all of our recent celebration cakes. Most recently, I reached out with less than two weeks notice for an event that was a once in a lifetime event! She stepped up with a wonderful concept and delivered an amazing cake that brought my husband to tears! Cannot recommend Anna any higher! -

I reached out to Cakes by Anna after reading reviews and seeing the Diamond Awards Winner mentioned on her website. Anna is the epitome of professionalism, she is attentive, and kind. After corresponding with Anna, I placed the order for my daughter, Dionna's wedding 9/17/2022. Dionna and I then met with Anna to pick up the wedding cake tasting box. The box Anna prepared is so special, there were nice size portions of five different cake flavors separately wrapped, with a card stating the flavors. We so enjoyed trying each one, all flavors were absolutely delicious and moist. Dionna and I are sensitive with dairy and most baked goods, but we did not experience any discomfort. Dionna and her fiance' chose the Hummingbird and Strawberry flavors. Anna did a fantastic job decorating the cake and delivering it to the venue. The guest enjoyed the wedding cake and mentioned how amazing it tasted, guests also took slices home. I am extremely pleased we chose Anna, her passion and gift are visible and tastes delightful. You'll receive A+ service from this business. My family and I are looking forward to picking up our holiday cakes made especially by ~Cakes by Anna. -

Perfect cake!
Can’t stop raving about my cake. It was gorgeous and delicious. o I’m not a big cake person, so I thought looking for a cake will be the easiest part of my wedding process. It was probably one of the hardest lol. I heard the recommended choices, so I tried them out. Some looked amazing, yet didn’t deliver in the taste department. Some cakes taste so good but they looked amateur-ish. My fiancé (now husband) tried to convince me I couldn’t have it both ways or it will cost a million dollars to have it. He just preferred a good tasting cake. I was determined to have it my way and within a reasonable price. I reached out to Anna via a regular google search. She responded promptly! (Which you’d be a surprised was an issue with other cake vendors). Not with Anna. Response was fast and she had to be confident in her stuff because we had a free tasting. That sold me: the cake was freaking delicious. White champagne, moist, not overly sweet…just delicious. I knew from her other cakes she could make it pretty. I sent her some pics of what I had in mind….the execution was even better. The cake was one of my freaking highlights and I was shocked. It’s a cake lol it was so beautiful. Ppl tried to get seconds and it was done. It was a perfect cake. She delivered on time according to the planner and it was seamless. I’m a fan. You won’t regret choosing her. Perfect. -

If you are looking for a wedding cake vendor, STOP HERE and pick Anna! Due to COVID, we did our cake tasting via cake boxes, which was so so innovative (and delicious). We immediately booked her, because she was so communicative, professional, and—the cake was tasty.
Flash forward to our wedding—Anna went above and beyond to ensure that the cake was set up perfectly, and she also did a fantastic job on my husband’s surprise Steelers groom’s cake! Her cakes were so good, my mom literally grabbed one of the plates from the server as he was cleaning up bc she wanted more. There was hardly any cake left, and Anna offered to provide us a slice for our 1-year anniversary!
Anna can handle your cake needs, and is incredibly talented in recreating images and crafting edible works of art. Thank you, Anna, for helping to make our wedding day amazing! -

Anna was so kind and quick to respond and the cake was simple and beautiful and so delicious. Anna had a variety of flavors to choose from and we had a tough time picking because they were all so good. We ended up doing a vanilla with fudge filling and an almond cake with cheesecake and fresh strawberries filling. Anna was very flexible, we told her we wanted flowers and all we had to do was ask our florist for a bucket of flowers and Anna but them on herself. My aunt made us a custom cake topper and Anna made sure to help us get the correct things we needed to make sure the cake topper was secure on the cake. When we postponed and downsized our wedding, Anna was flexible for all the dates we presented to her and she was happy to take one tier off the cake to accommodate our new guest count. Highly recommend!

Most delicious tiered cookie cake!!
Anna created the most delicious three-tiered cookie wedding cake!! We came to her with a picture and an idea and she knocked it out of the park. She customized our tasting to include three types of fillings - caramel, chocolate, and vanilla - and it was so hard to choose! All tasted AMAZING. Probably the best cookie cake I've ever had. We will be coming back to Anna in the future! On top of an excellent product, Anna was responsive and extremely easy to work with. One of our favorite vendors for sure! -

My husband and I reached out to Anna to do our wedding cake at the start of the COVID shutdowns. She responded promptly and professionally and we were able to pick up our cake tasting sample just a few days later. My husband and I are far from cake people yet we thought her cakes and fillings were fantastic. We went with the strawberry cake with fresh strawberry filling and our wedding cake was truly stunning and sooo good - neither one us can wait for our first anniversary to have another slice.

We had so many compliments on our cake! Being the foodie I am, having a good cake was important to me. Our wedding and groom's cakes were the best cakes I've ever had in my entire life. Working with Anna was a breeze. She was even able to work with me choosing a smaller cake due to a way smaller guest count than I planned for. The dark chocolate with peanut butter buttercream was the groom's choice and was absolutely amazing. I can't recommend Cakes By Anna enough! Gorgeous and Delicious!
Anna was fantastic! My fiancé and I were supposed to get married in Savannah but had to postpone our big celebration until next year due to the pandemic. Despite this, we decided to have a small backyard civil ceremony on our original wedding date and wanted a cake to help celebrate our day. Amazing Experience!

Working with Anna to create our dream wedding cake was such a pleasure. My husband and I were planning our Atlanta wedding from across the country and greatly appreciated how communicative and accommodating Anna was. She met us in person at a coffee shop so we could try all of the flavors she offered, and she made recommendations about what would go best together. Anna can execute any cake design, but my favorite are her "naked" cakes. We did a four layer cake with alternating raspberry and strawberry flavors and it turned out beautifully! We got so many complements from our guests saying it was the best wedding cake they've ever had - we agree! Thank you Anna for such a wonderful experience. -

Anna did both our wedding cake (a three-tiered salted caramel “naked” cake) and our groom’s cake (a carrot cake that looked like a bucket that held ice and Coronas with a lime on the side).
Both were stunning, for our October 18th wedding. Our theme was White Pumpkins and she even incorporated them into our wedding cake.
My husband was a defensive tackle for Bama and his cake featured the Alabama emblem.
Our guests were awed at the beauty and then floored by how delicious they were. Anna was a joy to work with and I can wait for another excuse to get one of her fabulous creations. I feel so blessed to have found her! -

So far so great! we met with Anna for a tasting and immediately fell in love with her choices, so many to choose from. We had a very specific request and she immediately jumped on the opportunity to make it happen. She is very responsive to all of our questions. Excited to see what our cake will look like and taste like :) UPDATE: cake turned out BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS. Anna executed our desire to have a rainbow cake perfectly! Highly recommend her. -

I ordered 3 cakes - one three-tiered cake and two small cakes. I ended up with lemon, strawberry, and chocolate raspberry as my flavors. They were so incredibly beautiful and tasty. I am so happy with how they turned out. -

My wedding day was so hectic but Anna ensured she didn’t add to the stress she was very helpful with the cake setup and accommodating me with a few last minute requests. Also this cake isn’t one that just looked nice but it tastes amazing as well!!! I would definitely use Anna again as well as recommend her services any given opportunity!!! -

Erica Sent on 11/14/2017A few months ago, I began planning a surprise vow renewal for a dear friend of mine who never had a true wedding ceremony or reception. I was on the search for vendors to participate by donating their services/creations and reached out to Cakes by Anna. I met Anna a while ago at a venue’s open house, where I first tasted her delicious cakes, so I knew she was very talented!
When she responded that she wanted to help by making a cake, I was so excited! Anna was sweet as always, prompt with email responses, and created the most gorgeous cake for us! I met Anna the day before the event, 3 days before she was moving to Australia, to pick up the cake. She could have easily said no, that she had too much to do for the move, but instead she kept her word and delivered an amazing creation! If she was staying in the States I would recommend any Bride-to-Be to her for their wedding, but I know Australians need cake too! Anna, thank you again for everything!!

Laura Sent on 11/08/2017Holy cow are her cakes good! I mean GOOD! We chose a semi naked carrot cake. I’m not usually a big fan of carrot cake but that’s all my husband likes so we went with it. Sweet baby Jesus! I’ve never tasted any cake so moist and delicious - wonderful texture, not too heavy or sweet. We also got vanilla, chocolate, and salted caramel cupcakes. All the chocolate were gone so I’m assuming they were great. We got some vanilla & caramel to take home and they’re wonderful too. Thank you, Anna, for the best cake ever! -
Japera Sent on 11/08/2017Anna is the best Executive Baketress Atlanta has to offer! I was searching all over for a yellow batter wedding cake because I love the moisture and density of those cakes. Everyone I talked to just flat out told me they couldn't help, until Anna. When we talked, not only did she work within my budget but she explained why yellow batter cakes aren't typically prepared for weddings and assured me that her French Vanilla cake would come close to what I was looking for. We met for the tasting, I devoured the cupcake, went to my car and immediately signed the contract. Her cakes are not only moist and delicious, she is just a pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. I am so happy we chose Anna and would chose her one million times over.
