Lord where do I start. The food just magical!!! Everyone could not stop raving about how much flavor everything had. And the cake lord the cake!! It was so soft and just melts in your mouth. Delicious - More than Just Cake!
Don't let the name "cake" in their name fool you. They offer so much more than cake. Their food is 10/10. Everyone is still talking about the food from our wedding. Somehow Brie was able to make food for 260+ people taste amazing. Her jerk chicken was AMAZING!

Phenomenal Most Raved
This was the most raved about during and after the wedding! The food was exquisite. My family is very hard to please but there was not one complaint other than asking for seconds. We had such a diverse wedding and absolutely everyone loved the food. The professionalism and attentiveness was also top-tier which was the frosting on the cake. Speaking of cake - I also had my cake made with Cake Couture and they delivered excellence as well.

I contracted Cake Couture for my wedding catering needs almost 16 months prior to. And also my beautiful cake 2 months prior. They delivered on both! Brie is vibrant and pleasant. She was present for my final walk-through. The tasting for both (food & cake) was more than expected. We tried everything we chose for our day! And everything was delicious. She recommended the cake flavor for our wedding cake reflecting the same idea/image of our naked cake…let’s just say there was nothing left.

Best cake ever!
My cake was beautiful & delicious. I gave a color and theme and let them design without seeing it beforehand and they did not disappoint. I recommend them to any one who is in Raleigh NC. Hands down the best cake designer there is.

It was important for my husband and I to have GREAT food at our wedding. Brie and the entire Cake Couture team did not disappoint in the least bit! The entire experience from booking, tasting, to actual wedding day (after 3-4 plan changes due to covid19) was smooth. Brie was responsive to every email/phone call/request and made it all happen! The food was delicious the cake was even better and it was all gorgeous too! We opted for a plated dinner, grooms cookie cake, traditional cake and a midnight snack. Our guests are still raving about how good everything was!

I can’t say enough good things about cake couture. Bri was always there for me even with my millions of questions and emails. And everyone at my wedding was obsessed with the food and cake! I got the most complements off of my caterer. Everyone wanted to know who made it and where they could get more. I could go on forever about how much I recommend cake couture. BEST Wedding Cake in the Triangle
Typically, people warn you about all the leftover wedding cake while you wedding plan. Well, that couldn't be FARTHER from what happens when you work with Brie and Cake Couture Boutique! From tasting to wedding day, working with Brie was an absolute treat, second only to the cake itself! She brought my husband and my dream cake to life, including 3 flavors and perfect floral accent decor. The cake was so good, in fact, if venue staff hadn't saved us individual slices, my husband and I would only have had our cake cutting tastes!

Amazing cake
Choosing Cake Couture Boutique for our wedding cake was one of our best choices for the wedding. I visited their shop to try a few cupcakes prior to setting up a tasting meeting and as soon as I had my first bite, I KNEW Cake Couture had to be my wedding cake vendor. That cupcake was literally so good that I was telling everyone to go by and try them. Working with Brie was super easy and she has such a great personality. At the tasting, my husband and I literally were kids in the candy store being able to try to so many amazing flavors. We ended up choosing banana pudding, cookie butter, pineapple upside down and buttered vanilla as our wedding cake flavors (by tier). The design of our cake was beautiful and everything I had dreamed of for my wedding cake. Our guests LOVED the cake. I received so many compliments on the cake and how good it tasted. Even though our wedding was a few weeks ago, guests are still talking about how good that cake was. You will not go wrong with Cake Couture as your wedding cake baker. You will not be disappointed!!

Brie was fabulous! She has a wide variety of cupcake flavors and our guests absolutely loved them! They loved the opportunity to pick out their own flavor instead of having one choice with a cake. What I love the most about her cupcakes is that they are a normal cupcake size, not anything crazy and you can enjoy without overeating. Brie did my wedding cake. It was fantastic! It was several tiers high (someone called it a "city tower") and it was just gorgeous. She spent time with me to find out exactly what I wanted, and sketched it out for me as we talked. The cake itself was UNREAL! I hate going to a wedding with "vapid cakes" (pretty on the outside, nothing to offer on the inside); Brie's cake was anything but vapid! It was not only gorgeous on the outside, but super moist and tasty on the inside. I'm not a fan of fondant normally, but hers tasted great!
The true test of her cake is that it was wrapped in Saran wrap for us to take home after the reception, and we left it in the fridge for a week since we left for our honeymoon the next day. When we got home, we unwrapped the cake, expecting it to be dry and gross, but it was still incredibly moist and delicious! We ate on it for almost another week before having to throw it out!
This is a family owned business, and they truly care about their clients and quality of work. Please save yourself the time of running around town to taste average cakes, when you can go to Cake Couture to taste the best cake you'll ever eat!

Not only did my husband and I hire Cake Couture for our amazing 3 tier pumpkin, spice and vanilla bean fall dream wedding cake but they catered our entire event without a single flaw! Brie made time to fully understand what we were looking for in our special day and absolutely delivered. We had a small, cozy fall wedding with bar-b-que, sweet tea and ALL of the fixins - our guests were drooling! We had several guests compliment that our food was the best "wedding" food they had ever had and were not shy at all going for seconds! I've been a guest and participant in numerous weddings but no caterers compared to Bri and her staff. From the tasting to the day of she was outstanding. Sometimes she was a little hard to get in contact with but that's because she is super busy (a good sign) but it did not effect my day at all. Everything I asked for was available. She even remembered a small detail I mentioned at the tasting regarding deviled eggs and mad sure I had some the day of the wedding. She and her husband are excellent together and I believe that gives Cake Couture and extra edge.
People are still commenting the food at the wedding...in a positive way.

When my husband and I decided to get married, food was one of the top priorities and Brie and her family-owned business knocked it out of the ball park. Our destination wedding was held in a beautiful luxury beachfront house in the Outer Banks of NC and we were so blessed to have Brie travel with us.
Not only did Cake Couture cater our rehearsal dinner, but they also catered our wedding, made our cupcakes, provided servers and bartenders. Her food was so amazing that our guest are still raving about how delicious everything was. Her food taste as if it was made from nothing BUT LOVE. She is such a sweet, talented and overall blessed woman and I will forever be grateful for enhancing our wedding experience with her food.

As we were planning our wedding people kept telling us, "Don't worry too much about the food. People will only remember the booze & dancing." Well, I'll just say this... All of our guests are still talking about our food & cake! Brie & her talented team (her beautiful family) put together the most delicious & fabulous reception. The dinner was to die for; baked herbed chicken/bourbon salmon, grilled asparagus, roasted potatoes, spring salad & garlic knots (plates of these went by the head table). And the cake, oh the cake, was spectacular. Brie made us a beautiful, strawberry shortcake inspired, three tiered naked (no outside buttercream) cake. We can't wait for our anniversary cake...& neither can our friends!!
The entire process was easy & carefree. Brie always made sure we had everything we needed from full place settings to bartenders. She was also very accommodating to our guests with allergies .

I first tasted Brie's cakes at a wedding show and was amazed by the unique flavors she had and that her cakes were actually very moist. Brie's cakes are not only absolutely beautiful but taste delicious and that is one thing that are guest raved about. I sent Brie a picture of what design I wanted and it turned out better than we imagined. When I got to the reception and saw my cake I was blown away.

Oh my Gosh! My wedding day was a success thanks to Cake Couture Boutique. Brie and her entire crew were terrific. They prepared food for the cocktail hour, the reception and the wedding cake. The food was hot and delicious. We had a 4 tier wedding cake with 3 different flavors, and the red velvet won the show. I can barely control myself and wait until our 1 year anniversary to cut the top tier. All my guest were pleased and talked about the food for days. There was so much food, we had enough for seconds. Brie and the Cake Couture Team provided several services for my wedding weekend, including a Piano theme Groom's cake, six-tier gold and ivory wedding cake, appetizers, a delicious duet plate dinner, and a finger-licking midnight snack --slider bar. Cake Couture's attention to detail and creative vision is apparent in every dish they serve. Me and my guests were wowed by their beautiful and professional presentation, especially for my couture royal theme wedding cake complete with gold leaf, edible flowers, and crystal swags. What a perfect combination. Cake and catering at the same location. My husband and I originally booked Cake Couture for our Wedding Cake but also had to book them for our catering purpose after having a tasting with them. The food was so good that our guest went back for seconds and possibly thirds. I think if we were to ask our guests what was one of the most memorable things from our wedding, they would more than likely say the food. Brie and her family are great! Book Cake Couture today!!!!

The cake was both gorgeous and delicious. Our guests were thrilled with it and we were so happy to have found someone who was easy to work with. Everything else for the wedding experienced problems; the cake order did not. My family from out of state was enthralled by the Red Velvet cake and had never seen or tasted anything like it. She has our absolute top rating.

From the very first day of sampling a piece of cake from Cake Couture at a Bridal show we knew there was something special about these bakers! My husband and I had many goals in our wedding but two of our biggest goals was to have good food and cake. Brie & the Cake Couture Team surpassed our dreams and provided us with an amazingly beautiful but also even better tasting cake! Her personality is so welcoming and infectious and you can't help but to feel that you've made the right choice once sampling their cakes! I would and will recommend them over and over again! We absolutely LOVED everything about Cake Couture Boutique! The cakes and dessert are AMAZING! They look good and they are delicious. Brie is very talented and it is amazing how she can take your ideas and bring them to life! She did an excellent job with the Groom's cake. I had an idea and two pictures that I wanted to combine into one cake. She knocked it out of the ball park. It was a surprise at the rehearsal dinner and nobody had seen it! When I got it out everybody was so excited and my husband LOVED it!!! Our wedding cake was amazing too! When we walked into the reception and saw it, it was exactly what we wanted. Brie is a pleasure to work with. Throughout the engagement, I felt like I was working with a friend, not just a "wedding vendor" that was making a cake I paid for. Great experience. Cake Couture is the bomb.com.My hubby and I opted out for a smaller cake to do a dessert bar. My guest talked about the bar for days and are still asking about those sweet pot. pies. The presentation was awesome. The price is reasonable and I will use them for future events again..again…..again… They are just outstanding!!!!

CCB not only baked my fabulous cupcakes, but they also catered my meal. My guests are STILL talking about the awesome dinner and the to die for... 'Maple Bacon Cupcakes!' :)
Brie's team was fantastic! They were professional and super sweet to work with all along the way. I knew during our tasting consultation that I just had to have them at my event. If you need food or sweets for any event, you need to give Cake Couture Boutique a call! You will not regret it!

Delicious wedding cake! We got the buttercream icing which is risky in the hot weather because it can melt away easier than the fondant. It looked so beautiful the entire reception despite the heat! It tasted so amazing and looked absolutely gorgeous. The price was less than those in the area. It was a pleasant experience doing the cake tasting and the ordering and payment process was high-tech and easy to use. Great place to get your wedding cake!

From beginning planning to the wedding day, Cake Couture exuded complete professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. Cake Couture and all of their staff did an amazing job. The reception venue looked absolutely gorgeous and the food was just scrumptuous! We really enjoyed working with Brie and her company. They were helpful, they listened to all what the bride and groom wanted/had to say, and offered suggestions when we didn't know what to do. The cake was just what the bride ordered and was just as good to eat as it was to look at. They went above and beyond what we had envisioned! We will definitely use Cake Couture again!

We used Brie for our wedding on the 14th. We could not have made a better decision. She and the cake were great! Every single slice was gone in no time and people could not stop raving about it. She was so easy to work with and made the cake exactly as I had envisioned it! Her price was almost as great as the cake! Let me suggest the key lime flavor! YUM!

When I first met them, we LOVED their cake and knew they'd be the ones we'd use! Then we found their food and it was seriously life changing wedding food! I absolutely adored my wedding cake from Cake Couture! Meeting with Brie and her husband in person for the tasting was great because they're such sweet people, and the cake was the best we tasted out of several bakeries we tried.
Fast forward to the wedding and she took my ideas and transformed them into the exact vision I had for my PERFECT wedding cake. Everyone said the cake was phenomenal at the reception and absolutely beautiful. She also went the extra step allowing us to incorporate charms for a traditional New Orleans cake pull (for my bridesmaids) into the bottom layer. I could not have been happier with the way it all turned out!

Brie was wonderful to work with. I was able to choose exactly what I wanted to have served at my daughters wedding reception. Other caters had set menus that weren't exactly as I wanted them. Brie & Mariston did a wonderful job. Food & service was great at a price that fit my budget. Brie also made the wedding cake exactly as the bride wanted it. She did the grooms cake too. It was so nice to have one vendor to do both cake & catering. She does more, but I had already hired other vendors to take care of. I would recommend her to any bride.

Cake Couture did an amazing job on our wedding cake. We received so many compliments on not only the design, but the taste. We chose Strawberry Lemonade, Marble, and Lemon Chiffon for our layers with buttercream frosting, however, the layer that was supposed to be Marble was White. Overall, it didn't matter because the only ones that knew were me and my husband, plus there was none left...every piece had been eaten. Even though there was that snafu, we'll DEFINITELY be using Cake Couture for all our future special occasion desserts.

Brie made us the perfect wedding cake and groom's cake. Delicious and gorgeous! She made us a 3 tier wedding cake with coconut and rum flavors to tie in our Jamaican theme. For our groom's cake, she nailed it with a red velvet replica of Morehouse College's first building. We highly recommend her for all your cake needs!

I worked with Brie and she provided cupcakes for my bridal shower and the cake for my wedding. Everyone loved the cupcakes. But the show stopper was my wedding cake. It was 6 tiers, had 4 different flavors, and was absolutely stunning. She really listened to what I wanted and put everything together to make an amazing creation. The reason I loved working with her is because she didn't just do the traditional vanilla cake. She has so many flavors! She let us sample about 8 different flavors and we selected which ones we liked. The show stopping flavor is her peach cobbler cake!!!! It was delicious. I hadn't even heard of peach cobbler cake before, but I'm glad I have now. She is also moderately priced. She made a cake for 100 guests and we paid about $550 for the cake. I will definitely be using Cake Couture again in the future!

I don't know what went wrong with our cake. The tasting was so fun and Brie was really friendly, the whole experience was pretty much perfect, minus a little bit of difficulty in contacting them after we'd placed our order. I was so excited, right up until the moment I saw our cake...and then even less happy when I tasted it.
It just wasn't what we ordered. We wanted a simple design, nothing fancy - just buttercream with horizontal pallet knife lines, a messy contemporary look that's usually easy to do. Brie had a sample cake with the exact design so we told her we wanted that and then to be extra sure, I also sent pictures of cakes with that design in my order email (see attached). Instead, we got a Michelin man type cake with a very traditional beaded detail on each tier. The flowers were nice, in the right colors and in clusters on the cake like we'd asked for. But that was it.
As for the guts of it, the tasting was in cupcake form, and was the best thing I'd ever tasted. The strawberry shortcake (white cake with fresh pureed strawberries) was my absolute favorite and we asked for our largest tier to be in that flavor. Unfortunately, in cake form, that meant white cake with small bits of strawberry mixed in sparingly - I got a whole piece of cake and it only had 2 teeny strawberry dots in it. Several people thought that it was normal white cake...
I'm still so disappointed, I had planned on going to Cake Couture for cupcakes every year on our anniversary to get that delicious cake, but it wasn't anything like what we had at the tasting. Plus, the cake stand that we paid to rent was beat up, it was a shiny white painted metal stand with the paint chipping off the edges - it should have been free. If I'd have known it was going to look like that, I'd have just used my venue's cake stand instead.
I think if you're having cupcakes at your wedding, Cake Couture is still a good bet. But if you're doing cake, you might not get what you're expecting.

Stressful experience
Poor costumer service, hard to get in contact with, catering staff wore crocs when serving on my wedding day. Did not get the cake that was discussed in terms of flower arrangements. Brie initially referred me to a wedding coordinator who I fired due to lack of production. Then Brie hired her as staff at my wedding to serve my husband and I at the wedding 😂😂 an interesting experience.
