Jenn made herself available just one month prior to our wedding. Our prior dessert plans fell through, and she responded to my request for a tasting immediately. It is clear to see that this is her passion. She pours her heart into her creations and her creativity shines. She is an absolute delight to work with and I can’t say enough about how she eased my nerves and was open to ideas and themes. She is a true artist. I was pleasantly surprised at the affordability of our cake and we got way more in return because of the beauty she crafted.

Jenny at Cake Cathedral is a gem! We found an inspiration photo of a cake to guide our wedding theme & it happened to be a cake she designed! Her central coast, at-home business is professional & comprehensive. We chose to have a sample box (4 cakes and 4 frostings) tasting which was a wonderful way to mix n match frosting/cream with cake bases. Jenny was helpful to provide gluten free & dairy free options, describe cake sizes, quantities, styles & give us choice for what worked in our budget. Guests loved our raspberry pink champagne layer & vanilla chocolate layer! We’d highly recommend Jenny at Cake Cathedral & look forward to re-tasting for our 1 year anniversary!

Cake Cathedral created the most stunning wedding cake for our big day and it was truly a work of art and a beautiful statement piece. From the very beginning, communication was easy and clear. I wasn’t exactly sure what direction I wanted to go with the design, but she was so patient, creative, and understanding. She listened to what I liked and didn’t like, and somehow brought my vision to life even better than I imagined.
Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was also delicious! She provided a tasting kit beforehand, which made the experience even more special. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. We cannot say enough amazing things about Jenny and the incredible work she did for our wedding! We knew we wanted Jenny from the start because she made a cake for a family member’s wedding, and we were already huge fans of her work. Even though she was booked, she somehow found a way to fit us in, and we are beyond grateful!
She created the most beautiful three-tier cake that was not only a showstopper but also absolutely delicious. Every layer was perfectly baked, moist, and full of flavor. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it!
Beyond the cake, her mini éclairs and tiramisu cups were a huge hit. Each dessert was beautifully presented and tasted just as amazing as they looked. It was clear that Jenny puts so much passion and skill into her craft.
On top of her incredible talent, Jenny is an absolute joy to work with! She is so sweet, kind, and truly cares about making everything perfect. From the beginning, Jenny was very communicative and supportive in making our vision a reality. We enjoyed trying her samples and creating a combo in flavors that represented a bit of ourselves, and for our guests to enjoy. We ordered an 8" round cake (Cookies n’ Cream with Raspberry BC) for 25 servings for our Vow Renewal celebration. Jenny made our cake look so elegant and beautiful, and really tied it all together with the flowers and cake toppers we provided.

Jenny was a pleasure to work with for our wedding! We opted not to do a traditional wedding cake and instead ordered a mixture of cupcakes and rice Krispy treats for dessert. Everything was amazing from the sampler box to the actual desserts the day of. I highly recommend Cake Cathedral!

Jenny made us a lovely spread of delicious single serving desserts for our wedding. We had tiramisu, lemon raspberry tartlets, and white chocolate raspberry dessert cups. She was extremely easy to work with and she was able to make some of the desserts gluten and dairy free for guest with dietary restrictions. I'm sure her cakes are amazing too but we would definitely recommend Jenny for a dessert table!

Jenny was fast, responsive, professional, understanding, and worked with us on a cake that worked very well for our wedding in Pismo Beach.
We suggest going for a tasting first to get samples and then discuss with Jenny, she was super happy to talk through things with us and find something that worked for our needs!
She works often with Ricardo at Elegant Details so it was really nice to work with both of them because they had a lot of trust regarding cake decoration, setup, things like that.

We ordered most of our desserts for our wedding from Cake Cathedral. And, wow. Just absolutely delicious! Each flavor was SO good. Our personal cake was cookies & cream with buttercream frosting, and our mini cupcakes (note: regular sized cupcakes are an option too) were cookies & cream with vanilla frosting, strawberry with cream cheese frosting, strawberry with chocolate frosting, chocolate with chocolate ganache, and red velvet with cream cheese frosting. I highly recommend doing the sampler box for cake testing; there are some other fun flavors to try like lemon, matcha, pink champagne, and banana. And of course, I must mention Jenny, the owner. She is so sweet, helpful, and prompt; I really enjoyed working with her and hope to book her for future special occasions!

Cake cathedral provided us with a beautiful and delicious semi-naked two layer cake as well as super yummy mini-cupcakes for our wedding. We had done a take home tasting box which allowed us to try different cake and frosting flavors, and everything was so delicious we were unable to pick just one cake and frosting combo, so thankfully we were able to do mini cupcakes so our guests could enjoy all the different flavors as well. Jennifer was incredibly sweet and helpful in giving us ideas of cake design as well as how much cake we would need for our large guest count. They also delivered which was a HUGE plus for us as we didn’t have to worry about getting the cake to the venue on the day of.

So amazing!!!
Jenny is the absolute sweetest and our cake turned out so beautiful! It not only looked amazing, but it tasted great too!! Our guests commented on how amazing our cake was! We had to postpone our wedding like many others due to COVID, and she was so flexible and understanding! Truly such a wonderful vendor. We are so thankful we found Cake Cathedral!!!

Best Cake EVER!
We ordered a small cutting cake for our wedding and wish we ordered more! The matcha sponge was so moist and chocolate ganache with Grand Marnier filling was delicious! The Italian buttercream served as the perfect semi-naked frosting. Not too sweet and such a crowd-pleaser. We plan to get the same cake for our wedding anniversary. Jenny was great to work with and made the experience seamless.

Incredible Artist
I gave Jenny a couple cake photos as inspiration and asked her to design something similar in theme but unique in details. The mini cake she created was a fairytale dream beyond anything I had imagined, in both appearance and taste. I absolutely recommend her services! She's worth it.

Her specialty is wedding cakes and she has the best prices around! I highly recommend the red velvet and choosing smaller items for the dessert table. She lends you all the stands and trays free of charge and for a small fee can set it all up for you! It will look absolutely gorgeous. You will be thrilled with the way this turns out!

Busy the weekend of our wedding but was able to squeeze us in & I’m so grateful she did! Everyone loved the flavors of the cake because they were different and not your normal traditional white/chocolate cake. We had Apple spice and cookies n cream flavored tier cake. Jenny was such an angel to work with while planning a wedding during Covid! We were able to pick up cake/frosting sample boxes from her home in order to taste test. Every flavor was so delicious, which made picking flavors for a two-tier cake very difficult. Our wedding cake was perfect—exactly what we had asked for. I would highly recommend Cake Cathedral to anyone.

Jenny is super responsive and easy to work with, + operated very safely given the pandemic. Everyone loved our wedding cake. The tasting was nice because I got to mix and match to find the best combo. Perfect level of moisture and not too dry. Highly recommend!

Delicious cake!
Jenny baked the most delicious cake for our small ceremony! We ordered a 6” white velvet cake with raspberry buttercream. It was high quality with the most meticulous layers, and most importantly, it was crazy good. Jenny obviously uses the best ingredients and takes her time with her work. She did a beautiful and simple texturing on the outside buttercream. She was super responsive and kind, and also let us borrow her cake stand! Pickup and payment was easy. Highly recommend Cake Cathedral!

Jenny was an absolute rockstar to work with from the get go! After searching what SLO county had to offer, we met with Cake Cathedral and not only was Jenny easy to work with, but she makes absolutely delicious cake! We did a semi 'naked' look for our vineyard style wedding, plus plenty of finger sized dessert bites - and all were exquisite, delicious, an absolute hit, and honestly - a great price! Really... her style, presentation, and execution could not have been more perfect. Thank you Jenny, and thank you for making us believe in Banana cake! haha!

Best carrot cake ever!
I hired Jenny last minute for my wedding on 10/10/20 and I am SO happy I did! Jenny was professional, quick to respond, and made the tastiest cake! I showed her a picture for inspiration and she did a great job! It was BEAUTIFUL and so perfect. I chose carrot cake with cream cheese butter cream and everyone said it was the best carrot cake they’ve ever had, (even my mom who is SUPER critical with her cakes). We planned to pick up the cake at 10am and at 10:10am I received a call from Jenny worried about where we were. My fiancé had forgotten all about the cake! He rushed out and arrived 2 minutes past the pickup time but Jenny was so nice and waited for him to come. I can’t thank her enough for calling me when she did otherwise we would have not made it in time and I wouldn’t have had a cake for my wedding. Do yourselves a favor and hire Jenny now!

Jenny's cake was delicious, very moist. She had a large variety of cake and frosting flavors. She was very accommodating. Jenny also provided other desserts. We chose chocolate strawberries and rice crispie treats. They were delicious as well.

it was an absolute pleasure to work with Jenny. She listens to your ideas and then works her creative magic to make it all come to life. She is a true professional that delivers. We did a “blue velvet” cake that was 3 tiered. We had a beach theme and she incorporated our navy and coral colors in a simple and elegant way. It was a popular item photographed at the reception!

The Perfect Cake!
Jenny was a delight to work with and did a fantastic job on our cakes.
We found Jenny through our venues vendor list and could see from her portfolio that she is exceptionally talented. We felt a little bad asking for a simple cake decorated with flowers but Jenny created an elegant cake and decorated it with an artful eye, making it a real center piece!
Visiting Jenny at her office for the tasting was a lot of fun trying out all the different flavors gave us a chance to really appreciate that we'd made the right decision choosing her. When we couldn't decide on a flavor Jenny suggested have a tray cake for the second which was a great option and allowed our guests a choice while remaining budget friendly.
Overall I'd highly recommend Cake Cathedral as a vendor and Jenny has the experience to make any cake idea a reality!

Beautiful, delicious, perfect
Jenny did a lovely job creating a cake for our wedding in September. I showed her photos of my gown to give her a feel for the theme, and she had the brilliant idea of adding little lace details to the cake that matched the lace on the sleeves of my gown. The cake was perfect and delicious, and she did a great job helping us pair flavors of filling and frostings. Plus, the cake tasting itself was a fun afternoon! Thank you, Jenny!

Jenny was a true professional and a joy to work with! From the initial cake tasting where she made us feel comfortable and explore the plethora of options, to the day of our wedding, she was an incredible partner and vendor. Jenny is AMAZING! I was a destination bride so it was a bit of a gamble for me booking someone since we were unable to physically meet our baker or try the cake! From the inquiry process, to the vision and design phase, she was quick to respond, professional and put me at ease. She listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life! Not to mention that the cake was OUT OF THIS WORLD! SO YUMMY! Even after we go back to VA and were recapping with some of our wedding guests they still rave about the cake! I highly recommend her!

I think we had THE PERFECT wedding, but if I could change anything I would've had Jenny make a full size wedding cake instead. On our small cake she made succulents out of sugar that EVERYONE thought were real. Besides everything tasting delicious, her cakes are artistic masterpieces. The owner Jennie is so personable and lovely to work with. The Cake and cupcakes are absolutely delicious. We did three different types of cupcakes and our wedding guests said they were the best cupcakes they have ever had! We also had a small gluten free dairy free cutting cake for this bride with food allergies and I must say it was absolutely amazing. The groom even devoured it and said he could not tell it was gluten free dairy free. Along with great taste and a wonderful baker, the cake and cupcakes were beautiful. Jennie is very talented and creative and interpreted exactly what we wanted for our special day. I highly recommend cake cathedral.

Jenny did a beautiful job on our wedding cake! Our wedding cake was a small 7" round cake just for cutting. We had some trouble finding a bakery in the area who would make such a small cake for us. We actually had some rather rude responses because our cake was "too small to be significant". Jenny with Cake Cathedral did an amazing and beautiful job! She was kind and very helpful! The cake was exactly what we wanted and it was DELICIOUS!

We could not have asked for a more beautiful cake at our wedding. It was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and we were blown away when we saw it. Jenny was so amazing to work with, from the beginning works (she sketched multiple styles for us!), to the cake tasting (all of which were so yummy, it was so hard to choose!), and finally, to the wedding day itself, I am so proud to say that Jenny went above and beyond what we could've ever hoped for. We put our trust in her, and it was the best decision we could have made, because she did exactly what we asked for and all of our guests commented on how beautiful (AND DELICIOUS!) the cake was. Jenny amazing....the cake amazing...the whole experience was more than I could have hoped for. The cake was so yummy and we can still eat it!! I was so happy about how long it's been lasting for us. And the whole cake was absolutely beautiful, there is no way I could even begin to think about how to make a tree cake! You need a cake Jenny is your gal!!

Jenny was AWESOME!!! She was so easy to work with and went above many beyond to make me the cake of my dreams, and it was an unusual one. It looked spectacular but even better it tasted AMAZING!!! It was so moist and fresh and flavorful and not overly sweet. Everyone RAVED about it and there wasn't a slice left! We kept our topper to "save" for our one year anniversary but we couldn't contain ourselves and ended up just eating it when we got home two days later cause it was so freakin good. By far, the best wedding cake I've ever eaten!!

Jenny was a dream to work with!! She is the sweetest person and and her love for what she does shows in every way! The manor in which she does her tasting is the best I have seen because she gives you the option of trying any cake and frosting combination you can dream of. Her cakes and cupcakes are the best by far! Not only her talent in making sure every detail is perfect but the flavor and texture of the cakes are out of this world. My guests still rave about how amazing the cupcakes and cake were at our wedding, saying it was the best wedding cake they have ever had! I would 100% recommend Jenny as she is professional and so very talented!

Jenny of Cake Cathedral is an amazing person to work with. Not only does she make it very easy to get in touch with her, but she also was able to assist us with advice on other areas of the wedding. I am gluten free therefore I had a small cake for me and a large one for the wedding guests. Both cakes were not only delicious, but decorated beautifully. We absolutely love and would definitely recommend Cake Cathedral to all of our family and friends!!!!

Absolutely perfect! She is an artist not just a baker! We had a cutting cake and cupcakes, but it was to die for! I have celiac and finding a delicious, moist gluten free cake is very difficult. Not a single one of our guests would have guessed!! So good!! Jenny has a huge heart as well. One of the sweetest vendors on top of extremely professional and as I said, a true artist! A+, would absolutely recommend!

Our cake was beautiful and tasted so yummy! I gave Jenny my vision and she made it come alive. Three teir cake , 40 guests and nothing was left behind. All future cakes needed we will definitely be asking cake cathedral to make for us.

Jenny was lovely to work with! Her excitement and energy just walking in the room made us feel so at ease and lift the stress of the fun tasting and decision making for our cake! She has a wonderful selection of flavors for the cake and frosting. Personally, I was the overwhelmed with Pinterest ideas bride, but I did have a few photos to show her. She completely captured our vision and taste buds based on our conversation and a couple photos. It was better than we imagined. Our cake was delicious and beautiful. Jenny will not disappoint! <3

"Finally I Do" Wedding Project Recipients: My husband and I were nominated and voted by the community to receive an all-inclusive wedding for our dedicated service to our local community. The vendors that graciously donated their services were: All About Events (Rentals), Cake Cathedral (Wedding Cake), Cal Limo (Transportation),, Gusto on the Go Bistro (Caterer), Higuera Ranch (Venue), John Patrick Images (Photographer), Kramer Events (DJ, Photobooth, Lighting), Lori Boe Floral Design (Flowers & Decor), Love Always Weddings (Wedding Planner), and Patrick Ang (Videographer). This team of talented professionals created our dream wedding and we are forever grateful. We would not have been able to afford such a blessed occasion if it had not have been for these amazing people! The day went flawlessly!
We were so lucky that Cake Cathedral was a portion of our dream package. Jenny was so prepared with samples for us to taste and excitedly took my dream cake photos and turned it into a reality. We were able to have different flavors for each tier (even the our extra anniversary tier!) and not-to-mention that our guests raved about the taste of the light, airy, delightful cake. We couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you so much!!!

Cake Cathedral was amazing to work with! Not only was the cake absolutely beautiful but it was delicious and all of our guests raved about it. Jenny was a pleasure to work with. She is obviously passionate about what she does and it shows in her work! She asked for our budget at our first meeting and provided options that would work but would also have the idea we were going for. She is also familiar with other vendors in the area which allowed the day-of to go even more smoothly. We wanted to have fresh flowers on our tiered cake, so she worked with our florist to make that happen.

Jenny understood exactly what I wanted for my wedding cake and cupcakes. She was always prompt responding to emails and her cake was yummy too! She customized a frosting for me and it was delicious. Everything went smoothly and the cake and cupcakes were delicious. I had shown her pictures of two cakes that I wanted and she was able to combine them to create my dream cake. Couldn't be happier

I cannot say enough about Jenny, the incredibly fast and responsive service she provided or how delicious her cake was. My husband and I were a bit late on searching for a wedding cake and didn't end up looking until roughly a month and a half before our wedding. Our wedding was HUGE (240 people!) and we knew we needed to supply a lot of cake, quality cake, and find someone who could meet our needs quickly. The Cake Cathedral was the first vendor to respond to our wedding planner and Jenny immediately made herself available for a sit down tasting and a meeting. All the cakes and frostings we sampled were so delicious and Jenny is so sweet and personable that not only did we end up selecting her on the day we met her, but we ended up asking for THREE types of cake to be served at our wedding! Our cake came out beyond gorgeous and many people at our wedding raved that even though they personally didn't like cake, they LOVED our wedding cake and went back for seconds!! You will not regret your decision if you select Jenny and the Cake Cathedral! Five huge stars and two thumbs up from us!!

Working with Jenny was a fabulous experience. Cake Cathedral was recommended to me by my wedding coordinator and my husband and I were very pleased with our cake! I wanted a relatively simple cake, so the design and consultation process was very easy. Not only do the cakes look good, they taste delicious too. Jenny can work with any budget, we saved a lot of money by getting a small cutting cake and using sheet cakes to serve the guests. Very hassle-free experience, which makes me a happy bride :) I definitely would recommend Cake Cathedral to brides that want a beautiful and tasty wedding cake!

I absolutely LOVED working with Jenny! I was able to work through my many ideas I had with her and narrow it down and she was so accommodating to the many changes I made. I asked Jenny if she would be able to make a grooms cake in the shape of an Omega watch, and WOW. It was just stunning!! To top that off, my wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous! If I could attach pictures I would, I was in love my wedding cake and made our special day that much more special!! Thank you Jenny for such awesome work on our cakes!
