Jenny is an incredibly talented artist and baker, who also has a heart of gold! From the very first conversation, she was so warm, friendly, and patient as she let me fully explain my vision for the wedding cake. She immediately recognized the kind of vibe I wanted and gave me helpful suggestions on how we could achieve it. She was kind and caring in every single subsequent discussion, and she always took the time to answer my questions and offer guidance. The result was absolutely stunning—a beautifully delicate and pristine design with the most intricate details and a wonderfully moist, light cake! The cake was everything I imagined and more, and I can't thank Jenny enough for delivering perfection on our wedding day. Jenny is truly a gem and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you again for your incredible work, Jenny! -

Jenny was fast, responsive, professional, understanding, and worked with us on a cake that worked very well for our wedding in Pismo Beach.
We suggest going for a tasting first to get samples and then discuss with Jenny, she was super happy to talk through things with us and find something that worked for our needs!
She works often with Ricardo at Elegant Details so it was really nice to work with both of them because they had a lot of trust regarding cake decoration, setup, things like that.
Thank you so much Jenny - for a lovely cake and for being a part of our special day! We recommend her for all of your Central Coast wedding cake needs. -

We ordered a cake with Jenny for our wedding day and it was an absolute breeze! We wanted a smaller cutting cake with a simple design and she did an amazing job. She is so sweet and her communication is great. The cake itself was delicious—we got the red velvet and cream cheese icing! I highly recommend Cake Cathedral for your wedding cake! -

We ordered most of our desserts for our wedding from Cake Cathedral. And, wow. Just absolutely delicious! Each flavor was SO good. Our personal cake was cookies & cream with buttercream frosting, and our mini cupcakes (note: regular sized cupcakes are an option too) were cookies & cream with vanilla frosting, strawberry with cream cheese frosting, strawberry with chocolate frosting, chocolate with chocolate ganache, and red velvet with cream cheese frosting. I highly recommend doing the sampler box for cake testing; there are some other fun flavors to try like lemon, matcha, pink champagne, and banana. And of course, I must mention Jenny, the owner. She is so sweet, helpful, and prompt; I really enjoyed working with her and hope to book her for future special occasions! -

Cake cathedral provided us with a beautiful and delicious semi-naked two layer cake as well as super yummy mini-cupcakes for our wedding. We had done a take home tasting box which allowed us to try different cake and frosting flavors, and everything was so delicious we were unable to pick just one cake and frosting combo, so thankfully we were able to do mini cupcakes so our guests could enjoy all the different flavors as well. Jennifer was incredibly sweet and helpful in giving us ideas of cake design as well as how much cake we would need for our large guest count. They also delivered which was a HUGE plus for us as we didn’t have to worry about getting the cake to the venue on the day of. -

Our cake was perfection. The flavors were delectable, and we enjoyed every morsel! The cake tasting during the order process was also super fun. Jennifer made the process super easy, and the end result was nothing less than FANTASTIC! -

I gave Jenny a couple cake photos as inspiration and asked her to design something similar in theme but unique in details. The mini cake she created was a fairytale dream beyond anything I had imagined, in both appearance and taste. I absolutely recommend her services! She's worth it. -

Her specialty is wedding cakes and she has the best prices around! I highly recommend the red velvet and choosing smaller items for the dessert table. She lends you all the stands and trays free of charge and for a small fee can set it all up for you! It will look absolutely gorgeous. You will be thrilled with the way this turns out! -

Everything we wanted and more!!!
Jenny was such a joy to work with! From the tasting to delivery, everything was easy! We loved how excited she was to execute our galaxy geode cake and she delivered a master piece!!!

Jenny was so great to work with and super accommodating through the pandemic as well. From our first cake tasting, she made it so easy for us to decide what we wanted with her assortment of buttercream frosting and cake flavors. We ended up deciding on a lemon buttercream frosting on a pink champagne cake, and I am so excited to break out our anniversary cake soon since I remember it being so good! She really made our dream wedding cake into a reality, and I would definitely recommend her and Cake Cathedral for anyone looking for a wedding cake. I cannot begin to express how great Jenny was to work with. It was during the pandemic when we booked with her, and she went above and beyond and hand delivered our to-go cake tasting to our home. She is so sweet and created the wedding cake of our dreams. Her intricate detail is unmatched. Not only was our wedding cake absolutely stunning, everyone at the wedding was raving about how delicious it was. I will be ordering from Jenny for many years to come! -

Highly Recommend
Jenny was such an angel to work with while planning a wedding during Covid! We were able to pick up cake/frosting sample boxes from her home in order to taste test. Every flavor was so delicious, which made picking flavors for a two-tier cake very difficult. Our wedding cake was perfect—exactly what we had asked for. I would highly recommend Cake Cathedral to anyone. -

Jenny is the absolute sweetest and our cake turned out so beautiful! It not only looked amazing, but it tasted great too!! Our guests commented on how amazing our cake was! Busy the weekend of our wedding but was able to squeeze us in & I’m so grateful she did! Everyone loved the flavors of the cake because they were different and not your normal traditional white/chocolate cake. We had Apple spice and cookies n cream flavored tier cake. It was such a hit that it was gone within minutes. Thank you again!!! -

Jenny was an absolute delight to work with. The whole process was so easy. Once we chose our cake/frosting flavors we sent her a picture of what we wanted and she certainly delivered! Words can not describe the talent Jenny has. She created the most intricate sugar flowers for our cake and we were blown away by how amazing it turned out. You can tell she put a lot of time and effort into our cake and it really went well beyond our expectations. Like I said words can’t really describe her talent and artistry, so I have attached pictures! Definitely cannot recommend her enough! -

Best Cake EVER!
We ordered a small cutting cake for our wedding and wish we ordered more! The matcha sponge was so moist and chocolate ganache with Grand Marnier filling was delicious! The Italian buttercream served as the perfect semi-naked frosting. Not too sweet and such a crowd-pleaser. We plan to get the same cake for our wedding anniversary. Jenny was great to work with and made the experience seamless. -

Jenny baked the most delicious cake for our small ceremony! We ordered a 6” white velvet cake with raspberry buttercream. It was high quality with the most meticulous layers, and most importantly, it was crazy good. Jenny obviously uses the best ingredients and takes her time with her work. She did a beautiful and simple texturing on the outside buttercream. She was super responsive and kind, and also let us borrow her cake stand! Pickup and payment was easy. Highly recommend Cake Cathedral! -

Excellent wedding cake
Jenny is super responsive and easy to work with, + operated very safely given the pandemic. Everyone loved our wedding cake. The tasting was nice because I got to mix and match to find the best combo. Perfect level of moisture and not too dry. Highly recommend! -
