Caitlyn Meyer Team is a Luxury Experience

The Caitlyn Meyer experience is true luxury. Before deciding on each stylist, I had a consultation zoom call with Caitlyn where she helped guide me through her team. I have naturally curly hair and having a hair stylist who knew how to work with curly hair was very important to me.

I ended up hiring Eva for make up and Lucja for hair. Eva made me feel so beautiful and provided a nice facial before my make up trial and wedding make up. I received so many compliments of how I looked beautiful and it made me feel like a princess on the day :)

The amazing Lucja is truly a must-need for curly hair girls! She listened to all of my worries and really made my hair exactly how I wanted. My wedding was in December, and we had unexpected humidity/warmth on the day of my wedding. Lucja worked with my hair to ensure no extra frizz would come and made it look beautiful while keeping my natural curls.

I also HIGHLY recommend using the concierge services for both hair and make up. While taking photos outside the hotel and going to the Jefferson Memorial, my hair got a little messed up with unexpected wind. We were tight on time and Lucja fixed my hair on the bus! She made it beautiful for the monument photos.

It rained the day before the wedding and the marble on the monuments was wet and slippery - both girls helped me on the stairs and with my long train to ensure I didn't fall and no mud got on me. They were so both so helpful and kind! After coming back to the hotel before the ceremony, both Eva and Lucja did last minute touch ups before the ceremony so I felt fresh for the actual wedding.

All in all, you must hire the Caitlyn Meyer team to feel like a princess and the most beautiful on your wedding day :)

Incredible Hair and Makeup Team

It was an honor to have been able to work with Caitlyn's team! Lucja and Fernanda brought my vision to life with their skills. They truly made me feel beautiful with my hair and makeup. Lucja, Fernanda, Nancy L and Jessica also did an amazing job with my bridal party and mother. They were able to make each person feel glamorous. It was also inspiring to be working with such a diverse and talented team.
Fernanda stayed for concierge services and it was a blessing. I had teared up a bit after doing a first look with my dad and she was able to do a retouch and fix my veil at the church right before walking down the aisle. The entire team truly goes above and beyond and I could not have been happier that I got to work with them. I could not recommend Caitlyn and her team enough!!!

Incredible hair and makeup team!!

I can't say enough good things about the experience I had with the Caitlyn Meyer team every step of the way. At the outset, Caitlyn was very responsive and communicative to determine timeline and how many artists would be needed, and was even able to add an additional artist with only a few weeks' notice when we needed to add more services at the last minute (keeping in mind our wedding date was one of the busiest of the year). At the trial, Nancy and Lucja were somehow able to deliver exactly what I was looking for even though I had a very tough time putting it into words in any coherent way. The entire team were rockstars on the wedding day and had me, my bridesmaids, and family members looking and feeling amazing. It's really incredible how Caitlyn's team does makeup - it looks perfect and is super long lasting but feels so so lightweight on the skin! Not to mention my hair has never looked better (even though about 60% of it was actually not mine - courtesy of clip in extensions that Lucja flawlessly matched to my real hair). The whole team was very professional, friendly, and helped make our day that much more magical.

Incredible Hair and Makeup Team

I am so grateful to have had Kiaté (Tay), Nancy L, and Brittney on my hair and makeup team for my wedding day. Tay effortlessly brought my vision to life with her incredible makeup skills and even created traditional Bengali chandan designs which she practiced and perfected. Nancy's patience and attention to detail were remarkable as she flawlessly incorporated various elements into my hair, including the maangtikka, dupatta veil, and a Bengali topor. They worked with me on two different looks for my ceremony and reception and executed both perfectly. Beyond their talent, Tay and Nancy's support and reassurance were invaluable during moments of high anxiety. Their calming presence made all the difference on such an important day. I'm also so grateful for Brittney, who contributed her skills and infectious positivity as she did my family’s hair and makeup. Overall, I cannot thank the Caitlyn Meyer team enough for their outstanding work and support.

Best hair and makeup team!

I was incredibly lucky to be able to work with Caitlyn's team on my wedding day! I can't even begin to say how beautiful Tay and Lucja made me feel with my hair and makeup. I got so many incredible compliments that day, telling me how stunning I was. I truly felt amazing. Tay, Lucja, Annie, and Jasmine all also did incredible work with my bridal party. They worked with different skin tones and hair, and did such an amazing job, while putting my entire bridal party at peace on what could be a stressful morning. They even accommodated my last-minute request to add an extra person for hair and makeup the week of the wedding. Tay went with me to the church and touched me up right before I walked down the aisle and even put my veil on for me. She was such a sweetheart and a professional, and I could not have asked for anyone better to have done my makeup on this day. I could not recommend Caitlyn and her team enough. If you are a bride, you definitely want this team working with you on one of the most important days of your life!

Professional, supportive and attentive beauty team!

Caitlyn and her team were phenomenal at my husbands and my wedding! They all were incredibly professional, supportive of the wedding party’s vision & individual needs and attentive during touch ups throughout the entire first look. Special note - as a gay wedding, Caitlyn and her team treated my husband and I and our wedding party as any other bride and bridal party. Best hair/makeup team ever !!!

Working with Caitlyn Meyer and her incredible team was a dream come true! I used them for our engagement session, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day. Nancy G was amazingly flexible when rain threatened our engagement photo day and offered to reschedule to when there was better weather! Lucja and Kiaté were quite literally the backbone of the wedding day. They made my bridesmaids, mom/mother in law, and me look and feel so beautiful! Kiaté stayed for concierge services after and I’m not quite sure I would’ve gotten through without her wiping my tears and fixing my veil after a mishap walking down the aisle. The pictures I got day of don’t do justice to their skills!

Caitlyn Meyer Pro was one of the vendors I knew I wanted to work with for my wedding before even having a consultation. After the consultation, I was 110% sure. From beginning to end, the process was so easy, beginning with the introductory call with Caitlyn. An overdue praiseful thanks to Caitlyn of Caitlyn Meyer Pro Hair & Makeup! I got married in October of 2022 and planned my wedding in 3 months. I booked Caitlyn instantly after we had our phone consult. I knew immediately after we spoke that I needed her to be a part of our day and I am SO BEYOND GRATEFUL that she was. I never met Caitlyn face to face before our big day. We did not do a trial run on makeup or hair. I had complete confidence in her that she would perfect the look I was hoping for and she did just that and then some. My mom, my MIL and my hair/makeup were all FLAWLESS. Worth every penny!

Caitlyn was the first vendor I hired for my wedding, back in February 2020. She stuck with us through two COVID-related postponements and her flexibility to reschedule was a tremendous relief my husband and I appreciated and valued over the years it took to reach our October 2022 wedding. Over the course of our rescheduling, we added some of the new grooming services Caitlyn began offering to our contract for my husband. When I finally met her for my preview in August 2022 I felt even more relief with our decision to hire her -- she provided great guidance to bring together the elements of very different makeup styles I liked, and I am SO glad I took her advice to purchase hair extensions to pull off a Hollywood wave hairstyle. Even better, I finally was able to get excited about my wedding again which had been challenging over the course of the pandemic. On the day of, Caitlyn provided hair and makeup services for both my mother and me and grooming services for my husband. She was calm and collected and kept us on schedule, is easy to talk to, and she was invaluable to have along with us when we took some pre-ceremony photos. I received so many compliments on my look that day and felt incredible with how I looked. The next day, my husband commented that Caitlyn was worth everything we spent on her services and I couldn't agree more!

The best wedding decision we made

I cannot stress enough how happy I am that we went with Caitlyn and her team for our wedding. It was definitely one of, if not the, best decisions we made. She completely and totally understood my vision despite my inability to properly articulate it. Everyone, including my very picky mother, absolutely loved both their hair and their makeup, which is a great statistic considering we had 15 girls. Caitlyn curated an A-team to handle my large wedding party and we had the best time getting ready with them. If you are going to spend money on your photographer you need amazing hair and makeup to go along with it and Caitlyn and her team will deliver exactly that. My only regret was not hiring her to stay with me even longer. It was great having her there to help with photos, touch ups, etc. The groomsmen still talk about how great she was blotting them before the wedding. Hair and makeup is an investment well worth it and Caitlyn and her team are top notch.

A Stacked Team

I had booked Nancy for my engagement shoot and she did an incredible job.

Caitlyn and her team were booked for my wedding and I can confidently say all of my girls were happy. The moms looked INCREDIBLE and for that alone I am so appreciative of this team.

For bridal glam, I wanted something a little more dramatic and Caitlyn was well equipped to tackle my vision. She recommended that I sat in a different room from the other girls and it really helped with the stress of the day.

My only regret is not hiring Caitlyn for the full day of my wedding so she could help combat the August heat mixed with my inability to get off the dance floor.

Amazingly Talented Team!

I'm so fortunate to have worked with the Caitlyn Meyer team for our wedding in September and even luckier to have had Amanda and Nancy.

From the minute I spoke to Caitlyn on the phone, I knew that she and her team would be a perfect fit. She not only asked about my preferences as a bride, but she also asked about values, working styles, expectations, etc. ensuring that we'd be a good fit for one another. I can tell that Caitlyn really values protecting her team as well her brides!

Amanda and Nancy were incredible and true professionals. After my trial, they really listened to my feedback and on my wedding day, they made adjustments accordingly. Not only are they the sweetest people, but they are also sooo talented in what they do.

Due to some changes in timeline, there was an error on the amount of time Amanda and Nancy would spend with me on our wedding day and when I let Caitlyn know, she immediately actioned to make it right.

I had an amazing experience working with them and would gladly book them again for another event!

I was incredibly fortunate to work with Pam for my hair and makeup, as well as Jesse (makeup) and Maricel (hair) who also worked with my bridal party on my wedding day. The entire team is so skilled and I could not have been happier with the hair and makeup we each got. Pam is OUTSTANDING - I nearly cried when I saw myself in the mirror after she finished. She is pure magic and I have never felt so beautiful and confident. Pam, Jesse, and Maricel brought such good energy and vibes to the bridal suite. We had a fantastic morning getting ready with them and it easily became one of my favorite memories from the entire weekend. Words dont do them justice!

I was fortunate enough to have Richard to me bridal makeup with Val, Nono and Kiaté doing hair and makeup for my bridesmaids. The team was BEYOND. The team was not only extremely talented and skilled but also extremely warm, positive and professional. I have to give a special shout-out to Richard who worked with me during the months leading up to the wedding to create the perfect wedding look. I usually hate when I get professional hair and makeup done but I felt so beautiful on my wedding day (and all my bridesmaids and my mom looked like DIMES). Perfection inside and out!

Working with Caitlyn and her team (Nancy and Val) was a truly fantastic experience! From the moment I spoke with Caitlyn, it was clear that she takes the time to get to know her clients. She cares both about the bride and her vision, but cares equally about her team and whether the relationship will be a fit for both sides. I value that and find it so unique in the industry! She had this beautiful way of laying out the day during the first phone call and helping me to imagine what it might be like to work together. Her bridal concierge service is unlike anything I’ve seen offered. On the day of the wedding, not only did I fully trust Caitlyn and her team to nail all of the beauty looks including my own (of course!), but Caitlyn’s concierge service blew my mind! She truly has a knack for anticipating a bride’s needs and staying in lockstep with the photographer and videographer in a seamless way. I could not be happier with my decision to hire Caitlyn and her team for our wedding. Such a dream!

Working with Caitlyn's team was amazing! Stacie was our main artist and she did such a great job, as did the other HMU artists that were assigned to our day. My bridesmaids have since talked about how much they loved their HMU and compared it to other weddings they've been in, saying it was their favorite. Caitlyn's team asks you what YOU want as opposed to doing the same basic makeup for each person, meaning your look is tailored to your personal preferences and what will make you look best. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Natural, Glowing Beauty

I worked with Caitlyn Meyer for my April 2022 wedding, and couldn't have had a better experience. Caitlyn matched me with two HMU artists on her team based on my preferences and vision-- Brandon (makeup) and Valerie (hair). Both were incredibly talented, kind, and created looks that brought out everyone's natural beauty. Caitlyn also worked with our coordinator to create a day-of HMU schedule that flowed perfectly. Felt like Hollywood royalty

The process, the experience, the final look - all of it made me feel and look like I was Hollywood royalty on my wedding day. I got compliments on my hair and makeup for months after my wedding. On top of being truly top-tier at her craft, Caitlyn is probably one of the most compassionate (and equitable) artists in the region and is absolutely someone you want around you on your wedding day.

Worth every penny

I cannot say enough good things about Caitlyn!! Caitlyn was literally God sent and extremely talented! When I came to her and told her about doing two looks, not only did she understand my vision but she executed ALL of it!! From our initial preview, I knew that I was in good hands. Caitlyn played a HUGE part on my wedding day, stayed by my side and made sure that I looked my best during the photos (was raining/storming all afternoon) and even re-curled my bangs before I left for the ceremony. This is why I HIGHLY recommend that you book her as your concierge because she was literally the best! I always say that you are the best investment that I did for our wedding.

Immaculate Service

Words cannot express how wonderful Caitlyn's work, ethics, patience, and customer service are! I felt completely at ease! We had a trial together which ensured my trust - she tried a complicated hairstyle and even mixed a few lipsticks to find my perfect shade. It takes times to do these things, but Caitlyn insisted on excellence. Wouldn't have it any other way!

Caitlyn brought Nono as a second artist, who addressed all of my mom's needs (mom is a bit shy). Both Caitlyn and Nono went above and beyond when my dad asked for a small adjustments on my mom's hair.

It is truly a luxury package and every penny is worth it!

Book Caitlyn and Team now, you won't regret it!

As a newly engaged bride, I had some angst over how I would wear my hair and makeup for our big day. I had no idea what I really wanted. Then I met Caitlyn...and she immediately put me at ease. She has this calming magical power that makes you feel like you've been friends forever but still maintains the upmost professionalism. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make you feel like the most beautiful version of yourself.

I highly recommend booking Caitlyn for concierge services post-getting ready. She stayed by my side the entire afternoon until our ceremony -- touching up my lipstick, taming my fly aways, and making sure every picture with our photographer was perfect.

Her team, Kiate and Amanda, were absolute rockstars. I had a diverse wedding party, and Kiate and Amanda did a fantastic job working with different skin types and textured hair. Everyone looked gorgeous!

The best of the best!

Caitlyn and her team are absolutely incredible. I was one of Caitlyn's August brides. I was blown away not only by her outstanding hair and makeup talent but also her caring and calming nature and attention to detail. She perfectly executed my hair and make up vision and was also such a great help to everyone around that day (photographer, videographer, planner, etc). All of my bridesmaids (hair and make up done by her team) were stunning and I could not have asked for more. Caitlyn and her team are truly the best of the best!

10/10 The Best HMU Vendor

Caitlyn Meyer's Pro team in summary is amazing.

Scheduling / Trial: Working with Caitlyn to book her team was a lovely experience, even during this busy time for vendors. She made me feel confident in her team (even when I couldn't meet Nono (hair) in person prior to the wedding) and the day of schedule (including a hair change I wanted after the ceremony). Caitlyn was also able to accommodate a last minute decision to include hair services for my husband - without making me feel any stress about MY week of change! It is also great that she offers services for the mens! It is clear that Caitlyn cares deeply about her team members, which helped me build trust with them quickly. Brandon was able to come to my home for the make-up trial and we discussed minor changes for the wedding day. I couldn't meet Nono for a hair trial, as mentioned, but that did not create any issues the day of.

Day of, Make-up: Brandon is amazing. The morning with the team felt really calm as we followed the schedule Caitlyn developed. The team was on time and in great spirits. All the girls LOVED their make-up. My mom commented that she felt her make-up made her look 10 years younger. I cried three separate times (all happy tears) through out the day and it RAINED but my make-up still looked perfect through the after-party. I didn't even feel the needed for any touch-ups through out the day. I would book Brandon again in a second.

Day of, Hair: Nono and I first met on the wedding day, but we didn't skip a beat. Again, the day felt very calm as we followed the schedule. Nono did my hair, but I felt that there was a bit too much volume (probably my fault as I encouraged the volume) but once Nono finished up the bridesmaids, she adjusted my hair till I was happy.

Concierge Services: I am so grateful that I booked the concierge services - it ended up being the best decision of the day. Nono stayed with us through our pictures prior to the ceremony and after the ceremony. While surrounded by different vendors, I felt that Nono took the best care of me - constantly offering me snacks and water, while fixing my hair. I was a little down as it rained throughout our time for pictures. But when we arrived at the ceremony location, Nono got straight to work and completely re-curled my hair (in about 7 minutes) so it looked brand new. She was also able to fix some of the bridesmaid's hair, as we had all been out in the rain for pictures. I ultimately decided against a hair change post ceremony, due to the rain, but Nono helped put on a take off my very long and heavy veil. Her positive, can do attitude really helped me through the rain! I would not hesitate to recommend Nono to another bride.

Five stars are not nearly enough!! Caitlyn and her team are clearly extremely talented and, beyond that, they're professional and an absolute pleasure to be around! From the first phone conversation with Caitlyn where she took the time to get to know me, I knew I wanted to have her do my hair and makeup for my wedding. She had wonderful insight into the styles I liked and created two very different, flawless looks for both my rehearsal and wedding - Ive never felt more beautiful in my life! This team is the best!!!!

Caitlyn and her team are the absolute best and helped to make our wedding day special and fun for us and our guests. I, unfortunately, did not get to meet any of her artists besides Caitlyn, herself, but I heard nothing but good things from our guests who got to work with her team. Don't Wait--Hire Them Now

A perfect experience! I worked with Richard, and my communication with both he and Caitlyn during the entire process was always prompt and seamless. Caitlyn went above and beyond to make accommodations for me around covid rescheduling needs.

What I have to say about Richard: Professional, high end, experienced, and client-focused! He spent extra time on my trial look and even re-did my hair because after spending time chatting with me and doing my makeup he felt another style would suit me better. On the wedding day he arrived right on time and was a joy to have in the bridal suite. My hair and makeup looked great all night and even survived a few costume changes. I cannot recommend Caitlyn, Richard, or her team enough! Worth every penny to have zero stress about your hair and makeup.

Hire Caitlyn, ASAP!!!

I cannot rave enough about Caitlyn and her team. Getting ready for my wedding was absolutely seamless thanks to Caitlyn, Randi (her bridal coordinator who kept us all on schedule), Stacie, and Richard. She had such a calming presence, not to mention my hair and makeup looked absolutely perfect. My bridal party also looked amazing thanks to her team! I also highly recommend using her bridal concierge service for touch-ups etc during the first look and family photos. She was always right there with her travel hot tool, makeup, a fan (it was hot!), and water. I felt SO special during my big and so much of it was thanks to Caitlyn!! Plus, my makeup stayed on all day through the tears and sweat.

Truly an HMUA wizard and all around goddess

First things first, Caitlin is the kindest, coolest babe to work with. She makes you feel SO comfortable, she's so forthright and helpful that her personality alone is enough to book her for.

But then you look at literally any client, any photo, any video and see the glowing, gorgeous, fabulousness and you absolutely understand why she is so in-demand and truly one of the greatest HMUA rockstars around.

While I eloped and wish I could haven taken her with me, I got an in-person makeup tutorial from her beforehand where she showed me how to use my own items to give myself exactly the look I wanted without stress and with full confidence. The entire session was a nonstop roll of amazing techniques and info that I use literally every single time I wear makeup! There were a few suggestions on items to buy to compliment what I already had, but everything else was based on what I already had and what I was comfortable with. I left my appointment feeling so ready and so informed and just so dang confident that it was, hands down, one of the best things I have EVER spent money on.

In whatever way you choose to work with Caitlin, be it a full squad of babes, a tutorial, or your day of glam squad, know that it is worth every freakin' penny, and then some.

I cannot say enough good things about Caitlyn. She is so talented, kind, thoughtful, and brings such a calming energy to your wedding day. From trial to wedding day, her professionalism was 10/10! She brought my glam vision to life better than I ever imagined someone could. Even when it came to where she would do my hair and makeup when she arrived at my parents' house, she was so thoughtful and intentional on protecting my energy and keeping me calm. If you are going back and forth about her concierge services, DO IT!! From the veil going in and out, hair and makeup touch ups, protecting my train from cement and dirt, and even fanning me in the July heat, Caitlyn thinks of it all. You Should Book Her ASAP!

From the minute I spoke to Caitlyn on the phone, I knew I made the right decision in picking someone to do my hair and makeup for my engagement photo session. I am by no means great with makeup. I didn't even really know the right words to describe what I wanted. But, she looked at a few photos I showed her, and she really took the time to find out what I actually wanted. The results were breathtaking. She made me look AH-mazing! My hair and makeup were so beautiful, and held up so well for 2 hours in the blazing sun and heat. I can't thank her enough for the beautiful work she did and for making me look and feel like an absolute goddess. Any bride would be lucky to have her for their wedding day. You should book her. Wonderful service with a wonderful team

My bridesmaids, mom’s and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Caitlyn and her amazing team of professionals for my wedding in May. The whole team was a dream to work with and made every single member of the bridal party feel like their best. Through changing covid precautions, Caitlyn was open and honest with me about the changing needs in order for everyone to be done (hair + makeup) as safely as possibly to protect both the bridal party and the team.

The day had some weather hiccups and delays, but Caitlyn stayed through it all to help me look my best in my photos. I really had the most wonderful experience working with her and her team, and will absolutely use them as hair + makeup in the future.

Caitlyn's level of professionalism is unparalleled. I had incredibly early call times for my wedding (3 AM), which included several events, and she was prompt, organized, and ready to go for all events. Caitlyn's creative skill is out of this world. She made me feel confident throughout my wedding weekend. I had a long weekend worth of events and during each event she knocked it out of the park. During my Indian wedding ceremony, she also pinned my hair and veil perfectly - which takes skill and years of experience! She listening to my exact requests and elevated my vision! She is your dream artist!

I had a two day South Asian wedding and Caitlyn did my makeup, hair, and dupatta setting for both days, as well as touch ups on the second day of my wedding during our photoshoot. I also reached out to her again a few months later to do my makeup and hair for a wedding reshoot as it rained on our wedding day.

Caitlyn is all around such a lovely and genuine person. She has a true passion for what she does and is talented, versatile, and experienced, and all of this shows through her amazing work. After I did my bridal trial with her and decided to change things around, she was so receptive to all of the details, big and small. The day of my events she knew exactly the looks I wanted and executed them beautifully, and as someone who's so particular when it comes to my makeup that was huge for me to trust her completely like that.

Looking back at my wedding pictures there's not a single thing I would change about any of my looks. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, I couldn't say enough good things about her and would recommend her a thousand times!

Caitlyn is a DREAM!

I had the pleasure of working with Caitlyn for my wedding in November 2019. She did my hair/makeup, as well as, my MOH and mom's. Over the years I have gotten my hair and makeup done many times and have never had a positive experience like when I worked with Caitlyn. Caitlyn is a true artist and professional. She creates a completely custom look that works with your angles and the way your face moves. I love her work, especially the "natural glam" look she is known for. I wish she could do my makeup every day!

Caitlyn was absolutely amazing! She did the hair and makeup for myself and my four bridesmaids. I don’t wear makeup often so I showed Caitlyn pictures of makeup looks at my trial and we found the perfect look for me. The day of, she worked her magic and made me look and feel the best I ever have! I felt like a glowing goddess, a soft glam look perfect for my outdoor summer wedding. She also beautifully arranged a “hair garden” in my fishtail braid with leftover blooms from the florist and made me feel like a model. I received so many compliments about my hair and makeup and am so happy that I had Caitlyn on my wedding day!

A talented and calming companion for your big day

Caitlyn did both a preview for me and my mother, as well as on the big day, shared the hair and makeup load for myself and four family members. She took my inspiration and initial ideas and made them so tailored and perfect for me. She asked sharp questions about how I normally wear my makeup day-to-day to make sure my look felt like me at the core, but enhanced. Even on top of her talent, she was a faithful, calming presence while getting ready and doing our first look photos. We had rainy weather and still managed to do some outdoor portraits; she stood by me to touch me up and zhuzh my dress for the photographer, and stayed longer than planned to make sure I felt comfortable for the ceremony. I would recommend Caitlyn in a heartbeat to any detail-oriented bride.

Trust Caitlyn with your life

Our original plans for our wedding changed due to the pandemic, so we were scrambling to find new vendors in a short period of time. Caitlyn was amazing from the very start. She was then flexible again when our plans changed, and always so responsive and reassuring. I have a pretty laid-back makeup routine and have never gotten my makeup professionally done. And also being Asian, I’m always a little apprehensive when it comes to others doing my makeup. However, with Caitlyn I knew I could trust her from the start. I don’t think I’ll ever look as glamorous as I did on my wedding day, and in addition, my makeup stayed completely put throughout all my ugly crying. She’s an incredible human being in addition to being an incredible artist, and you shouldn’t hesitate another second to hire her!

Absolutely the Best

If you are looking for someone who can surpass your expectations for any special occasion, you need to book Caitlyn. I have known this sweet soul for several years prior to booking her for my wedding and she has always exceeded others in her expertise with hair/makeup. Before I was even engaged, I knew this special lady would be the only person I wanted for hair/makeup to the point that I would’ve changed our wedding date if she wasn’t available! I am someone who wears a full face of makeup, fake lashes, etc everyday. I have very small trust towards anyone when it comes to makeup (and hair for that matter). I booked a wedding preview appointment to prepare before the big day. Caitlyn knew exactly what I wanted with few pictures and was able to recreate the exact image I had in my head. I felt like an absolute princess! On my wedding day, she spent hours perfecting my winged liner even with my hooded eyes, asking me along the way what my thoughts were and if any corrections needed to be made. She was thorough in her communication and extremely professional. Please know if you book her, you are receiving the highest level of expertise (and products!!) one can find. She has years upon years of experience, and she is the absolute best, not to mention so sweet and comfortable to be around. Cost should not be an object for her level of quality! Book her!

The piece of the getting ready puzzle worth every penny

Caitlyn Meyer was the one vendor I knew I wanted for my wedding. My original wedding date 6/27 she wasn’t available and I was devastated! One positive of covid was she was able to be by my side on my rescheduled date 10/25. I’ve worked in cosmetics myself so I can be a bit... picky? Everything I could have hoped for and beyond!

If you have found Caitlyn you really dont need to look any further. She is extremely talented with hair and makeup and can make whatever look you're going for happen. She is very very flexible and accommodating (as appropriate!) which is important bc wedding planning can be a moving target! and she is extremely wonderful to work with especially during stressful times. As an added bonus, all of her products are environmentally and animal friendly. Seriously, stop looking and book Caitlyn now if she's still available!

Caitlyn was AWESOME!!!

Caitlyn did my hair and makeup for my September 2019 wedding (along with my mother & MOH’s makeup). She’s very good at what she does & made us all look great :) I also really appreciated how organized & on-top-of-it she was leading up to my wedding (ie, ironing out all of the day-of details, etc.). My favorite vendor!

Caitlyn was by far my favorite wedding vendor! She made me more excited for my wedding beauty than I thought possible - and on the day of I truly had never felt more beautiful. I had a pretty big group of bridesmaids plus moms and Caitlyn brought in two additional makeup/hair artists to handle everyone in the time frame, and they were also incredible! Every single lady gushed over how great they felt with their hair and makeup. Caitlyn can honestly handle every possible style you can think of - she's absolutely amazing. One of the bridesmaids is getting married in 2021, and Caitlyn was one of her first hires! I'm so excited to get to work with her and her team again as a bridesmaid.

The absolute BEST!

Caitlyn and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our wedding day! My bridal party had 9 bridesmaids, a mother of the bride, and myself to get ready. Caitlyn and her team had us all looking absolutely flawless and on time. They were pleasant, kind, and professional. I could not imagine having any one else do my hair and makeup on my wedding day. Caitlyn knew my exact vision and brought it to life even better than I could have imagined! It was also so hot and humid on our wedding day and my hair and makeup stayed completely perfect all day long. Caitlyn was also there with me during my photos to help with touch ups and help keep me cool. So basically she’s your personal artist and best friend at the same time. Seriously, a dream!

Absolutely wonderful and professional.

I knew I wanted Caitlyn to do my wedding makeup before I was even engaged! I stalked her IG and fell in love with her immense talent. She’s just as lovely to work with in person as she seems online. I felt absolutely comfortable with her and she made both my mom and me look stunning. My mom still talks about how great “the makeup lady” was. Caitlyn stayed with us through the photos after the ceremony and was hyper focused on me, making sure my makeup was touched up and my veil was just right. I felt like a celebrity. I would absolutely hire Caitlyn again and highly recommend her.

She works MAGIC.

Finding a make-up artist was a daunting task on its own. Besides the sheer number of MUAs in the DMV area, it was hard finding an artist that worked with people of color and could still create a palette that seemed glowing and natural. On top of that, I wasn’t one who personally wore make-up too frequently. I had an idea in my head, but in reality, I just didn’t want to look caked up like a clown. I didn’t want to show off my eczema that likes to make a guest appearance when I’m stressed and I certainly didn’t want to come off as anyone other than myself.

Then, I found Caitlyn. Immediately, I feel in love with her stunning work. Her examples covered not just all skintones, but all variations of brides – glam, natural, cultural, and everything in between. Hiring her was an easy, friendly process, as was the trial. And let me tell you...that trial blew me away! After the trial, I wasn't just secure in my choice, but I became excited for my wedding day - that was big.

Come the wedding day, Caitlyn arrived with plenty of time, did make-up for my MOH and my mom, and then called me to the chair. She kept me relaxed, engaged, and just treated me like a person – something every bride needs on that day. Even when things got crazy and chaotic, she made it clear that YOU were her main focus—how you looked and how you FELT—everything else was secondary. It’s moments like that that I still recall when I think about my wedding.

Caitlyn took the very definition of beauty and gave it a new meaning. It wasn’t just a glowy face and dark red lips…it was support, confidence, ease, and excitement. When I looked in the mirror, I was in awe of myself. Who could’ve thought I could be that beautiful and still feel like me?

An Absolute Dream

Working with Caitlyn was an absolute dream. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding she worked several years ago, and when I got engaged I knew she was the artist I wanted to work with. I've worked with a few other artists in the past and none of them lived up to the skill and quality of Caitlyn's work. Some of the only components I knew I wanted to focus on were: dress, hair and makeup. Caitlyn created the most stunning interpretation of our collective vision and I have never felt more beautiful. My hair was a romantic dream and she encouraged me to step outside of my comfort zone for a bold lip that (I think) ended up being a staple of my whole look. I wish I could go back to that day so I could look like that again. She has an incredible energy that put me at such ease. On the wedding day, she was calm and reassuring, and literally gave me the coat off her back when I was freezing between shots. Our photographer stated she had never worked with such a compassionate make-up artist. I could go on forever about how lovely Caitlyn is. Master of her craft

I adore Caitlyn and highly recommend her!

My family rarely wears makeup, so it was so special to have Caitlyn and Stacie do hair and makeup for myself, my mom, sister, sister-in-law, mother-in-law and niece before my wedding. We got ready at home - it was really pleasant and calming morning before the chaos of the ceremony and reception. Everyone looked and felt beautiful!

My mom especially appreciated how respectful Caitlyn was of her preferences. She created a super-natural look for my mom that allowed her to feel dressed up without feeling overdone.

I wanted a slightly retro-glam look for the wedding, and Caitlyn perfectly created a look that felt a little retro but also modern enough that it wouldn’t look costume-y. I’ve never felt so pretty. I’ve heard that wedding make-up can be plasticky, but all of the products Caitlyn used felt natural and comfortable. The hair and makeup stayed in place all night with zero-maintenance needed.

I also enjoyed doing a hair trial with Caitlyn before the wedding at her home studio. It was a chill morning complete with super-friendly cats. It was nice to have an idea of how my hair would be done before going out to find earrings and other accessories.

A true artist!

Caitlyn was absolutely amazing for my wedding day hair and make up! She masterfully curled my hair with the ability to put it up later in the day, despite the heat and humidity of late June. She also has the most beautiful vision for make up. She knows how to exactly highlight your features and make you feel beautiful, while still feeling like yourself. Caitlyn created a neutral, glowy palette for my day and I could not be more grateful. She is so sweet, professional, and made me feel so comfortable and confident in my skin. Caitlyn also did my mom and younger sister's make up (who both were very skeptical to get their make up professionally done considering they wear very minimal to no make up everyday) but Caitlyn did an amazing job making them feel minimal, yet enhanced. Caitlyn brought a team of other artists for my wedding day, for 12 of us to have hair and make up done, and they were all so talented, fun, and professional. All my bridesmaids had a great time getting ready together with the help of her amazing team. They both absolutely loved the outcome. Caitlyn also did my hair and make up for my boudoir shoot, which made me feel like an absolute bombshell for my photos! She is able to see the vision exactly as I describe it and create the perfect look to enhance all of your beauty. For any bride on her wedding day, I would recommend Caitlyn every time to look and feel your absolute best!!

Incredible MUA for South Asian bride!

The moment I met Caitlyn I knew that I wanted her to do my make-up for my multi-day Pakistani wedding. She was so thoughtful in hearing what I wanted from both of my looks and made my vision a reality. For both mehndi and baraat days Caitlyn did an impeccable job on my hair, makeup and dupatta setting. My mom also loved her hair and makeup for both days! Caitlyn is awesome at nailing EXACTLY what you want.
I had a vague idea of what I wanted for my hair... and she created THE MOST iconic, incredible loose braided updo. It was very "me" and tied my dress together perfectly.
Also, my makeup was perfection. She understands skin types and tones, and was able to create a dewy, glowy look that held up ALL NIGHT with no touchups... such a feat!
I felt like the most beautiful woman on my day... which is how it should be. Hire her. She's easy to chat with, and just generally the best.

I cannot even begin to say enough positive things about Caitlyn and the quality of her work. I have been obsessed with her and her portfolio for years but after my hair and makeup trial AND booking her services for my engagement pictures, I cannot recommend this lady enough. She is flexible and accommodating and so supportive. I am clueless when it comes to hair and makeup and she understood and supported my fluctuating wedding vision.

Caitlyn worked her magic again this weekend for my wedding. I had a huge bridal party and Caitlyn was organized and prompt. Caitlyn assisted me and helped me book two more talented artists so my gals looked flawless. Caitlyn also took extra time to do my mother and my mother in laws makeup and they looked gorgeous!

My wedding day was so incredible and I have never felt more beautiful in my life. My hair and makeup was so gorgeous not just in person, but photographed so so well. Caitlyn performed her magic on for my daughter's 4/7/18 wedding. She did both hair and make up for both of us. She was fabulous! I have never looked so good. All night everyone told me how beautiful we both looked. Not only is she talented, professional, and creative; she is a joy to work with. She worked well with the photographer and videographer and really kept to the time line. At the end of a night of crying and dancing, my hair and makeup was still going strong. We loved her and would recommend her for any special event.

Caitlyn is SO talented!!! She is for sure one of the most talented MUA in the area and I feel so fortunate that I was able to hire her for my wedding day. In my trial with Caitlyn, I showed her some inspiration photos and she listened to me as I attempted to explain to her the look I was going for (emphasis on attempted because I really had a hard time narrowing it down at first). Caitlyn had no problem understanding and did an amazing job at making my vision come to life – but making it unique! Caitlyn is extremely talented and passionate and it shows in her work. I was starting to feel anxious the day of my wedding as we got closer and closer to the time for my first look and Caitlyn had a huge part in keeping me calm and trying to make me laugh when certain things (not related to Caitlyn’s work) weren’t going as planned. When it comes to her work, she is very straight forward and honest about her approach but she will make sure to ask you questions throughout the process to make sure you’re comfortable as well. Soooooo I am going to start this off with the fact that I am not a make up person. I didn't know what to expect/ask for when it came to hiring a make up artist/hair stylist. I had met Caitlyn through a friend and Caitlyn actually did my hair/make up for that same friend's wedding. After that experience, I knew I had to book her for my wedding.

She was so easy to work with and has a genuine gift when it comes to making people look and feel beautiful. I had no inspiration pictures and no idea what I wanted. I told her what I typically do and explained that a ton of product typically doesn't work well on my tiny face. That was all of the info I gave and she ran with it.

And let me tell you - I looked BEAUTIFUL. She was thorough and honest and efficient. Her and Stacey (second hair stylist) did an incredible job. I don't even think they stopped once from 6am-2pm!

Towards the end, timing was getting a little tight and Caitlyn kept me calm and confident that everything would be okay. She reassured me that the timetable wouldn't be a problem to adjust and she worked diligently to finish my make up. She was right - the day went by wonderfully and I looked amazing the whole time - my make up didn't budge once!

I cannot thank her enough for her amazing talent and for making me feel so beautiful on the most important day of my life. She is also incredibly comical to work with and made me feel comfortable the entire morning - that's a tough thing to do with a stressed out bride!

Caitlyn is amazing. When I first saw her work on a wedding blog I was in love. Her styles look romantic and gentle which is exactly what I wanted. We met first for a hair and makeup trial a couple of months before my wedding and she was a pleasure to work with. Easy to talk to, an excellent listener, and happy to adjust things that weren't exactly as I'd wanted (we went through more lip colors than I can remember during the trial, and she was super patient). The day of, Caitlyn helped me retain my calm center amidst the whirlwind of getting ready. In part because we'd done this hair and make up thing before! But, in part because she's such a soothing person to be around. The work her partner, Stacie, did for my bridesmaids and mother was also stunning. One of my bridesmaids, whose hair has never been able to be anything but straight, had a gentle wave all day for the first time in her life! Everyone's style was slightly different and all romantic and gorgeous. I know her rates are more than what you'd pay a local salon, but you get what you pay for and in this case you get so much more than what you pay for. Caitlyn is truly a gifted artist and a beautiful person!

Caitlyn made the hair and makeup experience a fun and stress-free part of my wedding day. When I went for my trial I showed her a few pictures of makeup and said I would like a half up do with fish tails. With little direction, she created a look better than I could have imagined. Caitlyn is very talented and efficient, I had ten people getting hair and makeup done. She and her partner Holly stayed on schedule and made everyone look amazing as well as giving them the look that they asked for. On the wedding day Caitlyn organically placed flowers in the hairstyle and it looked spectacular. Caitlyn is hands down the best makeup artist I've ever worked with. I first got the chance to have my makeup done by her at my best friend's wedding over a year ago. Each and every bridesmaid left that wedding in awe of how amazing of a job she did, so she was literally the first vendor I reached out too once I got engaged 9 months ago! Her skill and ability to make each girl look stunning while still looking like 'themselves' is such a gift. You leave her chair feeling like a straight up celeb which is everything on your wedding day. As if her talent and skill wasn't enough, she's so sweet and fun to hang out with! Like most women, this part of my wedding was extremely important to me. I had a strong beauty vision that I was going for, and when I was looking around for an artist in the beginning of my wedding planning, I was getting a little worried that I would not find an artist that could execute my certain style.....until I found Caitlyn. I had an out of state wedding so my trust level was increased due to not knowing anyone in the industry already, but the moment I saw Caitlyn's work, I knew she was it. Caitlyn's talent is so incredible and diverse. She doesn't just do the basic steps for each client, she truly customizes a look for your features and your personal vision. One of many things that makes Caitlyn stand out above the rest is that she does both hair and makeup, and she does them exceptionally well. Caitlyn is truly an artist! She helped make me, my bridesmaids, and my family feel more beautiful than we've ever felt before. She specializes in creating dreamy, romantic and bohemian looks. She created a beautiful crown braid for me and set my makeup so that it lasted perfectly for my over 5 hour reception and post-reception campfire! I highly recommend her.

You absolutely cannot go wrong with Caitlyn. I promise that this girl will give you star treatment. She has an impressive resume from working with friends and family to Hollywood celebrities. Knowledgeable, talented, and fun, Caitlyn will be sure to deliver. Some makeup artists find a comfort zone and stick with doing similar styles and using the same techniques over and over, but I'm here to tell you that Caitlyn's flexibility combined with her dedication to stay current with the newest techniques and products will leave you in awe. I would recommend her to anyone, anytime. She's the best there is!

The best way for me to describe my experience with Caitlyn is, she gave me the look I had always wanted and hoped for on my wedding day. And my bridesmaids' hair and make-up looked incredible! I felt completely at ease with Caitlyn, which is something every bride needs from a hair and make up artist. While it's the most incredible day of your life, it's also an overwhelming day. And Caitlyn ended up being there to help me with everything. Part of that is because we paid for her to stay at the wedding until the reception started. This was well worth it to us. She touched-up every bridesmaid, the MOB, the groom...not to mention re-did all my foundation after I sweated it all off in the brutal August heat after pictures outdoors. While we hired her to be there, she went above and beyond the call of duty. (Helping with my train for pictures...making sure no hair was out of place.) The other thing I would add: don't hesitate to tell Caitlyn any changes you want to make after your trial. I loved my initial look...but it wasn't 100% me. I did my best to describe how I wanted my look to change...and voila! Everything was perfect. Thank you, Caitlyn! I still miss you!

Caitlyn and her colleagues did my makeup and hair for my wedding day as well as my 8 bridesmaids,
3 junior bridesmaids and 2 mothers of the bride/groom. She was the epitome of professional, which was just an added bonus to the fact that she made me feel more beautiful than I ever have before or likely ever will again! I had a huge wedding party to accommodate and she worked with me at every step of the process to make it happen in a pleasant, organized and relaxed way. I did a trial make up session with her as well, and she was more than responsive to my "edits" to that look. She took my poorly formed idea of what I wanted to look like and made it happen. She is well worth what she charges, and you will be lucky to book her!!

It is difficult for me to describe just how wonderful and amazing Caitlyn was on our wedding day. From the moment we had our trial we knew it was going to be a great match. Our wedding was in August and was hot! Close to 100 degrees. Caitlyn stayed with us (two brides!) the whole time, touching up our makeup and hair. We just got our photos back and you would never know that we were sweating so much! Not only that, but her team brought their talent and fun to the whole bridal party making the getting ready time perfect. I think the best thing about Caitlyn and her team is how she made each of us feel and look as beautiful on the outside as we feel on the inside. We can't thank her enough!!

Caitlyn made me the most beautiful bride in the world. I sent her a few ideas of what I was thinking and she made me look even better than the pictures I sent. She flew across the US (from Baltimore to Idaho) to be there for my wedding and she was so much more than just my hair and makeup artist. She kept me calm all day. She was able to delicate people to what I needed or what needed to be done and really helped when I got flustered with all the things that had to get finished before the event started. She also made both my mother and my mother-in-law look absolutely stunning. Both of them were so overwhelmed with joy when she finished. She was right by my side the entire night. I had an outfit change after the ceremony into a short dress and we pulled my hair off my neck and put on a different color of lipstick. It was like a whole transformation that didn't take very long and I felt like a rockstar and looked gorgeous. She was also the first person by my side and pulling me into the bathroom to fix my makeup after the groom and I cut the cake. Lets just say there was frosting and cake all over my face and she was able to make me look like I hadn't just gotten cake shoved up my nose! She is so easy to be around and truly brings a light to the occasion that you don't know your missing until she steps into the room. She is such a talented artist and sees things in the most beautiful way that you have never imagined. If you have an important event coming up then she is the one to call. I know that I will be calling for my next big event. Thank you so much Caitlyn!

Caitlyn and her assistant keep me and my bridal party laughing and feeling like rockstars all day! From day one she was super professional and friendly. When I went to do my trial for my make up and hair she made me feel like we've been friends for years! I was actually looking forward to seeing her on my wedding day and to the time we would get to spend together. She did exactly what I wanted for my wedding! I would highly recommend her to all my friends!

Caitlyn was such an amazing person to work with on the day of my wedding and the interactions we had before hand. She was calm, cool and collected which was so helpful as I was a bit of a frazzled bride the morning of. Caitlyn did my makeup as well as my bridesmaids and Mother in Law. Everyone was so happy with their results and mentioned numerous times how beautiful they felt. As a bride, she really took into consideration what I wanted and the theme and setting of our wedding. But, she used her expertise to make me look beautiful and I couldn't haven't been happier. I would recommend Caitlyn to anyone. She traveled to the Eastern Shore to do our makeup so shore brides reach out to her if you're looking for someone amazing!

Caitlyn did hair and make-up for my daughter's wedding October 15. Although stretched for time due to not being able to access the venue as early as she would have liked, she remained cool and calm and her calmness transferred to everyone whose make-up she did. The results were amazingly beautiful. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to get us ready. She made all of us feel so beautiful on our special day. Not only did she do an outstanding job on hair/make-up, but she was a bridesmaid as well! Extremely beautiful and talented young lady - a true professional. I highly recommend Caitlyn. She truly is the BEST!!!

It was a no brainer when I began planning my wedding that I wanted to book Caitlyn, and I'm so glad I did! I had her do all of my bridesmaids makeup as well. It was important to me that the makeup look natural and photograph well. The end result was flawless!!! Love this lady!!

Caitlyn was practically a 6th bridesmaid and I would not have survived the day without her. She made me feel beyond beautiful, and did the same for my mom and mother-in-law, on my wedding day. She even sprinted (not a joke) a 100 yards out of the town at taking her to our ceremony when she saw me attaching my veil without supervision. She not only made sure my hair and makeup looked great, but helped style my veil and dress in photos AND helped my MOH bustle my dress. Love love love her will use for every event from now till forever

Caitlyn is hands down my favorite makeup artist I've ever worked with. She can do any look you want, she's talented and professional and always on time. We've done shoots together for years and she did my makeup for both my engagement session and my wedding day. I'm an event planner in the area and I'm always referring Caitlyn to my clients. She's worth every penny!!

Caitlyn was one of the best parts of our wedding! She showed up with the best energy and ready to get started! She listened to exactly what we wanted, had references ready and knew what looks were age appropriate (bride vs mother of the bride). She came to the venue, following us around and making sure we looked perfect. By the time she was leaving it felt like she was an old friend. She made us glow and feel like brides should feel, like the prettiest in the room. I would recommend her without hesitation and look forward to the next time we can use her expert services. She's truly one of a kind!

I got married in October and Caitlyn did my hair and makeup and my maid of honor, as well as makeup for my mom and the mother of the groom. I literally would not trust anyone but her to do the job - I've seen her work on other brides over social media and have always been consistently blown away by her talent, and my wedding day was no exception! I felt more beautiful than I ever have in my life after she worked her magic on me and I know my sister and mom, and my husband's mom did too. I highly recommend Caitlyn over anyone else in the area - she is fantastic

Caitlyn is amazing. Not only is she such a talented make-up and hair stylist, but is also provides such a warm and supportive energy. I had two trials with Caitlyn prior to my wedding day. I am so happy that I did, even though I didn't actually go with what we tried! I highly recommend booking a trial. It was so great to meet Caitlyn prior to the wedding day, knowing that I already felt comfortable with her made my own hair/makeup anxieties minimal! As a bride that was very indecisive, it was very helpful to try different looks. Since Caitlyn is so talented, every look I tried was beautiful! But in the end, I wanted to somewhat combine all the things we tried and she totally understood what I was going for. Caitlyn not only listens and cares to accomplish her client's vision but also infuses her own creativity and artistic style, WHICH I LOVE! She has such a delicate way of working, which makes you feel really calm and in good hands. Caitlyn did most of my bridesmaid's makeup and they looked fierce! EVERYONE was so happy and felt so beautiful, which is exactly what every bride wants her wedding party to feel. Her partner, Stacey, was there as well to do hair and make up. She styled my mom's hair in the first updo she has ever had! It looked amazing and my mom was so happy. Stacey is also very talented and extremely professional. Overall everyone was so happy with the services and I would recommend Caitlyn a thousand times over. So thankful to have worked with Caitlyn and Stacey on my wedding day!
