  Day-Of Coordinator = So Worth It!

  We had such a wonderful experience with Caiti! I hired her on as a day-of coordinator for my wedding. We began discussions a few weeks prior to the event via phone to get her caught up on all details. She was very organized and thorough and worked very well with the venue's event coordinator. I had her help with a lot of the set up, decor items, keeping on schedule, etc, and just everything that I would not be able to handle myself. It was so relieving to brain dump everything on my mind to her before my wedding and know all the details would be handled. And it was! Because of that, I could just enjoy my evening with my husband, family and friends.

  The wedding we always imagined!

  My husband and I had dreams to create a unique celebration on our wedding day for our closest friends and family. Which meant using many different vendors to help create our special day. If it wasn't for Caitlyn, our dreams would have never became reality. She was able to bring all our vendors together in a way I could have never imaged. Every piece was timed to perfection and every thing we talked about came together! I was able to lean on her throughout the planning stages for advice and I trusted her advice and taste to help bring our vision to reality! From our food trucks, our DJ, to walking down the isle and flipping our room, we could not have done it without her. Our wedding turned out better than I ever could have imaged, and it was really her being there from beginning to end that made it happen.
