Fantastic!

Caitlin was amazing and we were SO happy we found her! We planned a last minute elopement/mini ceremony and Caitlin had the perfect package for us, right within our budget. She was super professional, checked off all of the photos we requested from her and was flexible with our afternoon timeline. Once the big day came she kept us on a much needed tight schedule for the day (thank god, since I’m eternally late!) and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. She was able to get some great shots with our dog too, which can sometimes be a challenge with him. She also gave us a 3-6 week turnaround time for getting photos back and was able to us our link a little before that, with teasers within a few days of the wedding! She went above and beyond and put together a little slideshow to music, which was totally sweet and unexpected. We would definitely recommend Caitlin to anyone looking for a photographer and would definitely work with her and her team again!

Best photographer

We love Caitlin!! She’s done our wedding, boudoir, maternity pictures and now all our baby/ family pics from when our daughter was born!! She’s the absolute best!

Awesome and very fun photographer!

Caitlin was honestly one of our favorite people to work with throughout the entire wedding process. She’s a bundle of fun and does such an amazing job with her photography. Punctual, friendly, and professional are a few words to describe her and her staff. We would 1000% recommend her as your photographer!

Awesome experience

Amazing Photographer

Caitlin has been absolutely amazing! The pictures she took for my engagement pictures came out so beautifully! She is so sweet and makes her sessions so light and fun. I could not have found a better fit for my wedding, and am so excited to see what all she comes up with! I would definitely recommend booking her if you can, she is the best!

Caitlin was so helpful and sweet! My mother had to plan my husband and my wedding while I was overseas and Caitlin helped her the whole way through! From scheduling to wedding advice she went above and beyond just a normal photographer. On the photographer side she was amazing! I’ve never taken any kind of professional photos before but she made us feel so comfortable and normal the whole time. I also did a boudoir shop with her before the wedding and the photo album she put together from it was great. She gives multiple copies of each photo in black and white, color, edited and untouched. I love having the options to choose from for each one. She is the best of the best!

I can never say enough about how great Caitlin is. My now husband put it best, "we like all of our vendors, but we LOVE Caitlin". Through the whole process starting with the initial meeting, engagement photos, invitations, guest book, and of course the big day, Caitlin was more than amazing to work with. Her photography and products were beautiful, unique, and completely us. Working with her was such a joy, and she has a way of making us so comfortable and catching our essence as a couple. She was always on time, very prepared, assertive and on point with us and our family members, and was attentive to every tiny detail. She knew the best ways to pose and the best backgrounds, and also accommodated our requests. We looked forward to seeing her and by the end of the wedding process she became much more to us than a wedding vendor. My now husband absolutely hates getting his picture taken, but he loved working with Caitlin. We plan to continue using her as our photographer for every major life event moving forward.

I am the mother of the bride now known as Erica Mclarty, (formerly Erica Pina). I have been to many weddings throughout the years and never had I seen, experienced or participated in a wedding so magical if not for the hard work of Caitlin. Caitlin’s the best! My husband and I hired her for our engagement photo session and our wedding day photography. She is everything you’d want in a photographer. She is energetic and has a wonderful eye for beautiful pictures. She makes everyone laugh when she cues the “hahaha” to get everyone to smile. She even makes babies laugh! Her pictures come out natural and you’re not doing ridiculous unnatural poses for long periods of time. Her packages cover so much and she has so many photo album and printing options!!

Caitlin did a wonderful job at capturing our wedding day memories. We were a destination wedding couple and Caitlin did a great job of getting to know us remotely since we were not able to do an engagement session with her.
We had teddy bears be "ring bears" in our wedding and asked if she would take some photos of them "enjoying the wedding." She totally embraced this request and these ended up being some of our favorite photos.
If you are looking for a photographer who will be dedicated to capture your wedding vision then Caitlin is the photographer for you!

Caitlin was awesome!! I chose her services because since our first meeting, I was convinced that she would do an amazing job for my wedding. Her attitude, communication, and responsiveness are spot on and I like that she provided sneak peeks of her work on her Facebook page. Throughout the day she captured every moment and even risked being trampled on the dance floor to get the shot! I also liked her assistants and felt like I was in good hands. The only negative thing I can say is that I wish she had taken more than one picture of each shot. Looking back at my pictures, I only had one of each shot I requested and I would have liked the option to pick and choose. Overall I had a great experience, you can't go wrong with choosing Caitlin for all of your photography needs!

We used Caitlin for our wedding day photographer and she was wonderful. She had an assistant with her to help and she did pics before the event getting ready in my room and fiances room and then throughout the entire event. She was great at directing everyone where to go for group pics.

I could write a book about how thrilled I am my husband and I hired Caitlin Hudnall as our photographer! She is professional, and fun and easy to work with. I knew during the engagement session that we picked the right photographer. Her photos are great quality and she perfectly tells a story through the images. She made the engagement photo session fun, the boudoir pictures are both sexy and classy, and our wedding day shoots are amazing. Another reason to hire Caitlin as your photographer is that her packages are very flexible; we choose a boudoir session in lieu of the bridal session and she was very accommodating to do this. She went above and beyond what we expected. We got married on an overcast day. She took a lot of time and patience to Photo Shop one picture to have a clear blue sky behind us. It is easily our favorite pictures, though we love all of them.

If you want photos that you love years from now Caitlin Creations is the way to go. She makes you feel like a close friend and also keeps everything professional. She does everything in her power to make things happen when you need them. Thanks to her and the great company she uses for the wedding album my father was able to see the beautiful album just days before he passed away for they rushed it for us. That day was so special and I thank Caitlin from the bottom of my heart for helping me have that last special moment with my father. Truly a special photographer!

Caitlin was amazing and by far the best investment we made in this wedding! My husband and I can't say enough good things about her. When I look back at our gorgeous pictures I can't help but get flooded with emotion because not only were the big moments captured but the small ones, the intimate moments in time that can be forgotten with all the running around on you're big day. My sessions with her made a stressful time fun and she made me feel beautiful. I could go on and on about how amazing she is but honestly if your looking for someone to trust with capturing what is one of the most important days of your life you can not go wrong with Caitlin!

The first time I saw Caitlin's work, I knew immedialty thats who I wanted for my wedding!! And no one else! Her work speaks high values. She is professional and honest, and gets things done the right way. It was a smooth sail with her, Yes she is pricey but amazing, & experience isn't cheap. Caitlin is hands down the best! CAITLIN IS SO AWESOME!!! We LOVE her and her work!! Our wedding date is fast approaching--Sept 6, 2014-- but our experience with her so far has been AMAZING!! We absolutely LOVE the way our invitations came out--she completely gets who we are and what we like that she was able to personalize our invitations to fit who we are as a couple. We LOVE how our engagement photos came out and we can't wait to see the guestbook. We are anxiously awaiting our day to arrive so we can order the rest of our albums. Wow. We contacted Caitlin and gave her about 2 weeks notice to photograph our son's wedding; on a Thursday morning at that. She worked with us, met with us according to our schedule, and made an outside, rainy day wedding look like the wedding of everyone's dreams. She was great to work with, professional, and above all creative! We love love love the photos. When my second child gets married, we will choose Caitlin to be our photographer without hesitation!

Caitlin was fantastic! She has made it around the circle in my group of friends and we all love her. Caitlin is very professional, but still down to earth and very easy to work with. We hate having our photos taken, but she made it enjoyable and I absolutely love our pictures - both engagement and wedding photos.
She is very prompt with replying to calls and emails and never once made me doubt her. She is also an excellent source of information when planning your wedding! She has been doing this for years and really knows her stuff. She went above and beyond and helped me with the timing and schedule for our wedding day.
She knows what works and what doesn't and she will do her absolute best to make all your special days be the best, from the day of engagement photos, to the wedding itself. If we ever end up doing any baby or family portraits, I will only go to Caitlin.
Along with all the great personality, professionalism, promptness, and help she provided, she also gave us fantastic photos that we will treasure forever. She is an excellent photographer and a joy to work with.

I first saw Caitlin's work while browsing through San Antonio Weddings (hint of what was to come?) wedding photography vendor pages. When I saw her page I knew she was the one (just like I did with my now husband ;)) Upon stepping foot into her awesome vibrant and art displayed office I told my husband "yup she's the one I don't care about price" lol to my surprise she was very affordable and worked with us to create a personalized package. Come wedding day I remember as soon as I got off the limo to dressing room I was greeted by Caitlin and her helper ready for the camera action and fun! On our group and couple pics she knew what poses to do at the drop of the hat. I was so surprised that even with the blazing humid heat how much fun and fast everything was! Our entire reception was the exact same. Our goodbyes were said and once in a lifetime memories completely captured. The next week seeing all the pictures I was just totally blown away! Who were those models on those pictures? Lol just mind blowingly awesome! I also fell absolutely in love with our wedding album and so did everyone who saw it!! Just pure artistic magic on how Caitlin knew the order and placement of pictures to tell our beautiful wedding day fairy tale! Fast forward a couple of months later I get a surprise call from Caitlin with some more awesome news! San Antonio Weddings magazine, the same magazine I fatefully found her in, wanted one of our awesome wedding pictures on the COVER of the May/June 2013 issue!! What a lovely honor for Caitlin to display her work and an honor for us to be her artistic subjects! My overall experience with Caitlin has been nothing short of a pleasure and just PERFECT!! Caitlin, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for your gift of amazing photography! You truly are a big part of what made our wedding lovely and memorable. I will always recommend you! Caitlin photographed our daughter's Bat Mitzvah. Our event was out of town and involv ed plans fo rthe entire weekend. Throughout the process, from our initial meeting, to the pre-event photo session, invitation preparation, the actual event, and poost-event organizaiton of the album, Caitlin has been an absolute joy to work with. She is a superb photographer and was incredibly organized, considerate of our needs, and wonderful to be around. We have already decided ot have her do our son's event in 2016. I would highly recomend working with her.

My husband and I worked with Caitlin for our engagement and wedding pictures, and it was a wonderful experience! Caitlin is very friendly and fun, but she is also very professional and keeps you on task to make sure you get everything done before your big day. Caitlin is truely excellent at what she does - she takes pride in the quality of her work and it shows because the pictures are fantastic! I plan on using Caitlin for all my future photo shoots, and I would recommend her to anyone!

We are somewhat awkward people but we were instantly comfortable with Caitlin! She is very easy to get along with and is a lot of fun. Caitlin is incredibly creative and talented.. compared to other photographers, she definitely has the best value and quality, and she really gets to know you on a personal level. We had a very small, intimate wedding, and I was afraid it might be kind of weird but she fit right in and everyone loved her and her work! Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without her.. she literally helped us along the way to make sure we had everything organized for the perfect wedding. Caitlin is so detail-oriented and the amount of time and care that she puts into everything is amazing. We love everything about her and her work, and we look forward to working with her again because she's the best!!

After my fiancé proposed and I calmed down long enough to start planning the first thought that came to mind was a photographer! I was lucky enough to already know an amazing one! I reached out to Catie a couple days or so after the engagement. She was prompt In responding and setting up a time to meet and chat about what we visioned for the wedding ect... She has such a sweet spirit that you can't help but be happy and excited when you're with her! Her office is so comfey, you will feel right at home. While on shoot with Catie she is very efficient and practiced, and teaches you how to do those ninja like poses, so you and your fiancé can look like a rock star! On the wedding day she is on time, captures the sweetest moments, and she changes it up so you don't get those cookie cutter wedding photos, but unique special moments you will remember forever! Catie was not just my photographer but my friend and I would highly recommend her for any of your portrait needs!

Caitlin and her team were such a fantastic photography team! Our pictures and album turned out beautifully! We were so happy working with her and her team, we couldn't imagine anyone better suited. She made things easy, she took great spontaneous pictures, she helped us through our day, and she was so fun! I would recommend her to anyone in the San Antonio area. I plan on taking our kids to her for family portraits in the future.

What caught our attention about Caitlin's Creations, a part from the awesome orange color, was the design work that is put in to the photo albums. There are many good photographers out there, but not all can design. Caitlin is awesome at both! You will get more than just a plain old photo album with a bunch of pictures when you get an album done by Caitlin's Creations. Her communication is above what I could have ever expected. She was very good about sending out reminders and keeping us on a timeline to ensure that all of our sessions (save the date, bridal portraits, guest book, etc) were done at keep points during the wedding planning process. I hope you decide to give her a try, you won't regret it!

I can't say enough good things about Caitlin's Creations Photography & Design, Caitlin and her team were beyond amazing!!! Going into wedding planning, photography was very important to us and we knew exactly what we were looking for; Caitlin went above and beyond our expectations and gave us absolutely gorgeous memories to hold on to forever.
My husband and I went through Caitlin to do our engagement pictures, save the dates, wedding invitations, bridals, thank you notes, guest book, our full wedding day and our beautiful wedding album. All the time and effort she puts into her work and designs truly shows and she produces wonderful products.
We enjoyed working with Caitlin every step of the way and she was always there for our every need without hesitation. Caitlin was an excellent photographer for our engagement session, my bridal session, and for our wedding! Caitlin has the best value and quality photography product by far. Re-living our wedding moments is truly a joy as we look at the level of detail that Caitlin went through to capture our day. No photo was missed, in fact she gave us a total recap of every precious moment. She was a part of our family that day! Caitlin is a true joy and pleasure to work with. She is prompt and punctual with her meetings and communication. She captured our engagement, my bridal and our wedding photos, and all of them were STELLAR! When we look back on our wedding (which was a blur) we are so incredibly thankful for the talented eye of Caitlin and her assistant(s). Cailtin is superbly a creative genious behind her camera! We performed Engagement, Bridal and Wedding Photos that were so amazing, I still can't believe my eyes. She even arranged for enlarged canvas photos to be displayed at our grand entrance of the reception, total hit with our guest! She is such a gem to work with and made the best out of every situation. Before I hired any vendor, I asked three previously married couples, if you could change anything about your wedding day what would it be...stunned all three said "spend the money on your photographer", you can't get your day back and if the pictures suck it's gone forever...they were right! Caitlin, you're the best and well worth it!

I loved working with Caitlin! Our first shoot included photos to be used for the invitation. She was super creative and completely captured my son's personality in the pictures. Caitlin was amazing. We had completely unique invitations that everyone loved. They perfectly reflected the mood of the wedding and we were able to showcase the beautiful engagement pictures she took. We sent out a Save-the-Date that Caitlin made also. It was a little more casual (including pictures of our puppy). They got a lot of compliments! Caitlin's team is always very professional and on time. It was something I did not have to stress about on wedding day. We got wonderful pictures of every aspect of the wedding and reception. Caitlin was the first and the last photographer that we will ever have. She captures the moment, it doesn't feel fake or posed like school pictures, and she can make anything into a background for a great picture. She did our engagement photos and our wedding and reception. She did the best work that I have ever seen. Our package also includes a guest book and a wedding book. She even is taking care of the thank you cards.I am a plus sized girl so of course I was worried about the angle of photos and she knew just what to do and how I should sit or stand. Caitlin has great talent but does not come cheap BUT she is totally worth it. We are really glad we went with Caitlin's Creations because it truly is her own creation and her own definition of how beauty is defined through her camera lens. I love her work. Caitlin and her staff were, in a word, amazing! From our first meeting, I had complete confidence that she would take care of us. She is very upbeat, super organized and follows through on her promises. She laid everything out for us up front: our payments, important dates, meetings and expected delivery of the photos after the wedding. She also has an excellent contract that made us feel comfortable that we would have a photographer on the wedding day, no matter what! She is flexible with her packages and always gave us terrific customer service, even though we were on a smaller budget. She was always very quick to respond to calls and emails, which was much appreciated! She even took time to meet with us a couple days before the wedding, since she hadn't had a chance to meet my fiance. She also gave us guidance on how to plan our timeline for the wedding, and actually helped keep us on schedule throughout the day.

As far as the actual photos themselves, they are STUNNING! Caitlin beautifully captured the small details, and more importantly, the spirit and emotion of our special day. She and her staff were very easy to work with, and they caught every important moment. They were also creative and open to our ideas, which made it so fun! I was a DIY bride and added some personal details to our wedding; Caitlin got fantastic shots of each and every one, so that I will be able to look back and remember all of my hard work! Our wedding was outside, and many photos were taken at sunset and then after dark with very little lighting. She made it all work, and the photos turned out wonderful! She and her staff even stayed a few minutes past their scheduled time to get our departure. And the best part is that we had our photos in hand less than one month after the wedding! Her photography was worth every penny, and we are thrilled with the service and photos we received!

Caitlin was the best decision my wife and I made in planning for our wedding. Her photography was affordable and worth well beyond the cost. Caitlin and her staff were fun and easy to work with. Her creative talents helped us in many more ways than just photography. She happily helped in our pursuits of our imagined perfect day and worked with us to design Save the Date Cards, Wedding Invites, a Guest Book and Wedding favors, all of which were special and a hit with our friends and family.

Her brilliant and artistic eye helped to tie our wedding into a wonderfully elegant and modern event that our guest and I will never forget. We never had a problem getting a hold of Caitlin when we needed her. She was quick to answer our questions while also being flexible and willing to go with the flow of things if we changed our minds. Our guests simply raved about how beautiful and flawless my wife’s and my engagement photos were. She made us feel and look like movie stars.

Caitlin’s ability to find the little details and include things that really represented us in our photos was just astounding. We are excitedly anticipating the arrival of our wedding photos themselves and know, without a doubt, that we will be just as amazed by them as we have been with every other aspect of Caitlin’s work. Her photography is simply stunning.

We plan to have a trash the dress session with Caitlin in the near future and can’t wait to see what fun and crazy ideas she has in store for us! If you are even considering using Caitlin for any sort of photography don’t judge just by reading what I have written here make an appointment with her and see what she has to offer you. Trust me it will be the best decision you may ever make. It was for us and we will be happily reminded of that for many years to come.

Caitlin is amazing. If you want your pictures soon after your wedding, she's your girl. Lots of photographers will take six months to a year to have your stuff ready. Our disc is in the mail two weeks after our wedding and we'll start work with her on our album one month after. I never felt like she was in the way, yet the moments she captured were so intimate and perfect. Our pictures have come out infinitely better than I expected or imagined.

Caitlin was awesome to work with! She photographed our engagement session and wedding. Caitlin came up with some creative poses for our engagement session and even made us get into the pool with our clothes on! :-) We had a great time. She was very dependable and did an awesome job at our wedding. Everyone has commented on our photographer. She took creative shots and captured wonderful moments. Caitlin was one of the top vendors I had to deal with for my wedding that I was 100% happy with and that says a lot. Even after the wedding she stays on top of things. She has been great with the design work of our wedding album and gave us our wedding photos in a timely manner. For example, it has been two months after our wedding and we have yet to hear from our videographer. Nevertheless, I have never regretted using Caitlin and in fact hope to use her for future things that might pop up! Thank you Caitlin for making it such an enjoyable and memorable experience! Caitlin was super nice from the first day we had our consultation with her. She was incredibly flexible with her packages, we only paid for what we wanted. The pictures were all so beautiful and the CD of all the ones taken was a great way to post online and send to family and friends. The photo albums she offered were amazingly well put together although we didn't decide to do them. If i ever had another event Caitlin would be my first call. Let's just say anything that could go wrong did go wrong in this wedding. I found Caitlin came into the picture 20 days before the big day,when we learned the family friend who had volunteered his photography skills for free went awol. Caitlin gave me a very reasonable estimate and then allowed me to break the payments up a bit on the up-front and then the rest when I got the pictures. I brought my two small children to the consultation my 12 year old instantly loved her, she did small things to entertain my 11 month old so I knew the day of the kids being photograpphed would look great because she was unruffled by their antics. The weeks leading up to the wedding I gave her ideas of what I wanted in the pictures. The day before the wedding, I was forced to find another reception location-Caitlin rolled with the punches and adapted even though the new location was 20 minutes from the church where both parts of the event were supposed to occur she did not charge anymore than was quoted. I do not know why or how I ran behind schedule but I was very late I had intended on being at the church at 7:30 having my hair and make up already done but pose for "pre-ceremoney" pictures, it was raining of course and I'm sliding into the church parking lot at 8:45 for a ceremony that was to start at 9am! Caitlin helps us into the room we're supposed to dress in and as I'm apologizing for being late she chirps "every bride runs late-not to worry, the pastors not here can't have a wedding without her!" She had such a calming aura about her she put me right at ease. Caitlin in her an assuming way did double duty--helping me dress and photographing it also! She would instruct my mom or sister to do something and SNAP-what I knew in the moment would be an amazing picture! As I mentioned our wedding day was very rainy-this potentially could pose a major problem I have been at weddings that were to have outdoor pictures but couldn't because that photographer did not know how to use natural light and his lighting equipment would not work so new arrangements had to be made ETC-Caitlin is VERY well versed in natural lighting and used the inclimate weather aspect in such a way that I knew as she was clicking photos that I would have pictures uniquely me and significant moments of the day.
We felt that we didn't just have a photographer we had a friend at our wedding, who understood us and who really got what made us different from other couples--that comes through in the pictures.
Caitlin will be our photographer for life, our annual family photo, senior pictures, and any other situation that we may need photos I will call upon her as my go to person. Caitlin has such a great demeanor and rapport I wish she taught a class because I think even I could learn from her. In fact as she was photographing us she would give reasons for different poses and kinda gave "tech-tips" as well as when the kids would approach her and ask her she would give very straight to the point reasons for why she was doing things would let them see the picture she just took, pointed out why she did it that way. Caitlins seems to be a natural teacher. It was great I felt like I learned things from her and so did my son, Justus, he actually wondered if as part of her current business she taught classes. Caitlin has left all of us wanting more. I have refered several people and will continue to do so. I think Caitlin is awesome and her pictures are amazing!

Caitlin is the best photographer in San Antonio in my opinion! She is efficient, organized and artistic--a rare combination! Caitlin was very accomodating when I had to move my wedding date up and her fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend her to anybody looking for a photographer.

Caitlin has a passion that drives her to excel above and beyond the typical responsibilities of a photographer. She did our engagement, bridal, and wedding photography; we would be hard pressed to find anyone else with her creativity, personality, and true talent. She is not afraid to get the best shot possible, regardless of what it takes! She is amazing!

I wish I could give Caitlin above a five for the awesome photography she provided! We had Caitlin shoot our engagements, bridals and wedding. Working on a very tight budget, Caitlin gave us awesome customer service with amazing attention to detail. Caitlin got every single one of my "must take" photos and many many more. When we arrived home from our honeymoon, we already had a CD with a copyright release and almost 800 pictures from our wedding day waiting in our mail box!!! I would recommend Caitlin to any bride on any budget. She was my absolute favorite vendor.

Caitlin was so easy to work with. She is very professional and patient. She has an artistic eye that comes through in her photography. Caitlin really brought out the best in us. The hardest part was picking our favorite photos! We loved working with her and will use her for any future family photos we want taken.

Offers great packages and flexibility to have whatever you want. I loved working with her- always felt like she wasn't going to miss anything. Very prompt with email response and great with getting your pictures to you as quickly as possible. The only thing I would have wanted was for more of my pictures to be "fixed up" but I don't doubt she would have done that if I would have asked her!

Caitlin is truly passionate about her work and provides a high quality end result. She is very knowledgeable in her craft and willing to provide advice/ideas to help capture the perfect shot. Her prices are a little on the higher end in cost, but you get what you pay for. We really enjoyed her professionalism and punctuality. When dealing with multiple vendors, she was by far, our favorite wedding vendor to work with!

We got invitations made from Caitlin's Creations as a wedding gift from a family member. All we told them was that we wanted the cards to have pink, yellow, and plumerias and provided them with photographs from our engagement shoot (with another photographer) and she created the most amazing invitations!! They were just stunning!! The were so pretty, unique, and completely personalized! I absolutely loved them!! I had more than one person tell me that they were the nicest wedding invitations they'd ever seen! I'd highly recommend Caitlin's Creations work to anybody!

Caitlin came to me extremely highly recommended...with good reason. We took our engagements photos with her and of course, our wedding photos. The quality of Caitlin's work is second to none, but more importantly, she takes her work very seriously and CARES about the memories she's about to help you create. You're not just another client. It matters to her that she gets the best shot...almost as if it were her own. We did purchase our invitations from her and they were absolutely beautiful! We received tons of great compliments, and they served as a keep-sake. They're definitely not throw-aways! Caitlin also helps with the selection of photos and gives good feedback, bringing up things that normally we wouldn't have thought about that helped make decisions on photos for the invitations and the photo album. She is organized, knows her job quite well, and is precise in telling you what she needs from you. The packages are a little pricey, but if this is something you're going to have for the rest of your life and pass on to your kids, then it's worth every penny. I too, highly recommend Caitlin as your photographer. The last thing you want is to take "a less expensive" route and end up regretting it later.
