  Caitlin is the best, most accommodating photographer!

  Caitlin is seriously the best! I planned a surprise proposal in Santa Fe, having only ever visited once before (quite the challenge if you don't have great help, like Caitlin). Caitlin helped me figure out the logistics to make everything work smoothly and went above and beyond what I could ever have expected to make the moment even more special. She was very accommodating, worked around my budget and schedule, and still managed to get a high number of excellent shots in just a short amount of time. I could go on and on but in short, book her as your photographer and you won't be disappointed!

  The best photographer!

  Caitlin was the best photographer we could have asked for! She was very accommodating when my husband and I had to reschedule our engagement photo shoot due to the Hermits peak fire. She was patient with us and made our engagement photo shoot happen even if it was a few weeks prior to our wedding. She captured our love so beautifully and made it fun for us so we weren’t awkwardly posing. It was our first time taking photos and she made us laugh and feel comfortable. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond for me. Even when I had hiccups throughout our special day she made everything run smoothly and still allowed us time to relax even when I thought we were running behind. She is very organized and is so well prepared! If you are looking for someone who is super organized and someone who will make you feel comfortable, she’s the right fit for you! You will not regret it! I highly recommend her for her awesome work and amazing personality!

  Best photographer!!

  Caitlin is absolutely the best!! We have been so stressed with wedding planning and trying to find a photographer for our engagement photos was starting to turn into a headache because everyone is booked till like 2065. We found Caitlin and after reading her about me section, we instantly knew we wanted her! Her consultation process was smooth and to the point, and we were able to book her right away and have our pictures taken a month after speaking to her. Caitlin is very humble, down to earth, open minded, and very lovely. Her presence/photography skills contributed to our smiles in our pictures. She is such a wonderful photographer and she got our pictures to us quickly which was a plus as well. If you want a fun and memorable picture session, I would recommend Caitlin and thousand times and more! Thee best! Thank you Caitlin!

  Outstanding!

  Wow! This photographer knows what she is doing. We are from out of town and hired Caitlin Elizabeth Photography for our wedding celebration day. Beginning with a video consultation several months before to a "sneak peek" less than 24 hours after our shoot, she was outstanding. We asked her to travel with us to various areas around Santa Fe and even a bit further away for some spectacular "vista" shots. She understood our vision for some artistic and unique photographs. Not only was she professional, but she was also kind and fun. I had every confidence that she would "catch" our memories that day. I would highly recommend Caitlin Elizabeth Photography for all special occasion photography. My only regret is that she doesn't live in my home town! Well done, Caitlin!

  Simply Superb!

  It is our absolute pleasure to write a (glowing!) review for Caitlin Elizabeth Photography and for Caitlin herself! We were married last October on a fairytale day in Santa Fe (NM), and we are so pleased to know that we will be able to remember and share that perfect day because of the pictures Caitlin and her team captured for us. From start to finish on the wedding day, Caitlin had a wonderful eye and the ability to capture both big and small moments, integrated into beautiful backdrops with a bright and cheery style. We hardly knew she was there as she unobtrusively recorded pre-wedding preparations, early looks before the ceremony, the ceremony itself, a host of beautiful family portraits, and all the post-ceremony fun. She even captured a priceless picture of the bride in mid-flip during our first dance! Throughout, she was patient, accommodating, and provided really excellent direction to keep distracted and emotional people looking their best. She was good with kids, adults, seniors, and even folks with special needs/requests. We loved it.
  
  Working with Caitlin before the wedding was also really seamless for us. We happened to have a very good wedding planner, who worked very well with Caitlin to make sure everything timed out just the way we wanted. That said, it was clear that Caitin’s highly organized approach to wedding photography and experience could be used as a template for folks working through the wedding planning on their own. We have learned that finding someone like Caitlin with positive energy and a clear passion for weddings really helped us feel special, reminded us to have fun through this process, and made the wedding so much more special. It was apparent that Caitlin was as excited about our event as we were…she was so eager to share some of her favorite pictures that we had a few key shots waiting in our inbox the next day!
  
  The value that Caitlin provided for her services was really exceptional, in our opinion. Not only did she cover the wedding itself wonderfully, but the pre-wedding photoshoot was tailored to us beautifully and captured some really touching moments that we continue to enjoy and share with friends and family. We love the fact that we have had ready access to all of our extremely high resolution, high quality, professionally “processed” photos, and the inclusion of a printed “highlight” album has left us with a wonderful trove of memories. In fact, we have struggled with how to select “just” 75-90 favorites (solely for the highlight album) as there are so many good ones to choose from out of all she provided to us.
  
  We can’t recommend Caitlin highly enough, and we couldn’t have wanted anything more from her. We would hire her again in an instant.

  Intimate Elopement

  My husband and I are in our 50's and the thought of a wedding (and that means pictures too) was not something we were thinking we really wanted to do. So, we eloped to Santa Fe to keep things simple. Our elopement package included a photography session (still thinking...oh geez, wedding pictures at my age). And then we met Caitlin. Right from the start we had so much fun with it. She is energetic, creative and made us feel totally at ease. I was floored when we saw our pictures as they were absolutely beautiful. We are so fortunate to have been able to work with Caitlin as she gave us incredible photos of our special day and fun memories!

  I can't say enough great things about Caitlin. My husband and I were pretty clueless when it came to wedding photography and Caitlin helped us at every step. She is incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and communicative. I definitely recommend booking her for engagement sessions in addition to your wedding to get some practice in front of the camera together. We were so comfortable with Caitlin by the time our wedding day came and it shows in the gorgeous pictures she took! She went above and beyond on the day of and was truly a joy to be around, which is so important for your big day. Her services are worth every penny!

  Amazing Service Provided

  I hired Caitlin and her second photographer Kayleigh as my photographers at my Wedding in April of 2021. They were both so sweet and came on time and prepared! They captured every beautiful moment of our wedding! My Wedding Planner left early and Caitlin was my right hand girl and had everything in order by the times scheduled. She made my husband and I feel very comfortable during our portraits, with a fun game to get us know us better and capture the perfect shots! I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Caitlin as your photographer!

  Engagement pics

  Caitlin got back to us promptly about a quickly approaching date for engagement pictures and was very accommodating to coming to us to be able to capture our time in Taos. She was willing to brave a little storm and take pictures of us in the snow, pictures which turned out magical, and kept us laughing the whole time, asking wonderful questions that reinforced all the reasons were together and fell for each other

  Capture our real-life essence

  I absolutely LOVE working with Caitlin. I was initially gifted a maternity session. Not only was she responsive to me requests, she used her expertise to capture the perfect moment. Caitlin has been OUR family photographer from the very beginning. I have a series of maternity, fresh-baby, birthday, and family group photos taken by her. She’s gracefully captured •perfect• photos. Her execution is bar none - she knows her angles! Our family photos are full of OUR personalities... and my son adores her! We recently completed his 2nd Birthday photos, climbing around in an arroyo and mountain side. When she showed me the gallery, my heart exploded!!! I saw the real-life smiles, the spunk, and the pure essence of me and my son. That same feeling has been consistent with each session we’ve had. I’ve also used Caitlin for professional work photos in a Salon setting - the photos were used for marketing on social media, in the local newspaper, and various other advertising campaigns. Caitlin is professional. She is easy to speak to. She is responsive. She is patient. She is personable. And she is an amazing photographer. Her images are priceless. I feel comfortable in front of her lens - and I HIGHLY recommend choosing her as your photographer!!!

  We discovered Caitlin on Instagram and loved her photography. We contacted her when we were planning our destination wedding in Santa Fe, NM. She was eager to meet with us and discuss our wedding day photography. After meeting with Caitlin, we knew that her personality and professionalism would be a perfect fit for our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Caitlin was prompt, very professional, courteous and most of all, a bunch of FUN! So many photographers can be brash and condescending.   I contacted Caitlin about photographing an elopement wedding. She was so nice and she was vey excited about doing it! Her price was very reasonable. Since I was out of town we didn't meet before the wedding. She was so nice and funny! The pictures were creative, and very professional. I highly recommend Caitlin. :)

  Caitlin photographed our elopement and we absolutely loved her!!!!! Right from the beginning after I emailed her initially she made us feel like we were a priority! We decided to get married May 10 which happens to be her birthday and she was so excited to be a part of our day! She was on time and we had a lot of fun taking pictures with her! She has such a fun loving personality. We worked with her for just an hour and she produced amazing photos for us to remember the most special day in our lives! We just love our photos and she took on our rockabilly style well! I would highly recommend her for any event! We can't wait to work with her again in the future!

  I really like Caitlin's manner -- professional, courteous, cheerful -- and she is easy to work with. I had not given much thought to what I wanted in wedding photos, though, and this was a mistake on my part. My wedding was tiny, just family present, and I decided rather last minute to get a photographer. I wanted just one nice photo of my husband and me, but I was disappointed with the pictures of the two of us. The composition of the photos was beautiful, of course, as were the settings, the light, etc. The technical elements, in other words, were all there. But I should have asked for more candid photos because the pictures of my husband and I look staged and our expressions unnatural. I was pleased overall with the service, though, because I got some wonderful pictures of my children with their cousins.

  My wife Katie and I drove to Santa Fe, New Mexico from Austin, Texas to get married. Caitlin Elizabeth was our photographer. She is a cute and bubbly woman with a welcoming smile. Because Katie is from England and we were and are still fundraising for her very expensive and long immigration process, we went with a Caitlin Elizabeth "Mini-Shoot". Together, we chose a great location with interesting Santa Fe colors and textures and Caitlin was attentive and helpful. We were comfortable with her from the start, so it just made having photos taken that much easier. I would have loved for a bunch of flowers to have been in bloom while we were there, but since they weren't, Caitlin took us where she thought great wedding photos could take place.
  
  The entire "mini-shoot" took roughly an hour and Caitlin was open to our ideas as well as shared her own.
  
  We are appreciative for Caitlin's talented eye and service as well as her being supportive for an LGBT couple. We highly recommend her.

  Professional and Friendly Photographer

  When my husband and I began searching for photographers for our wedding, we were a bit overwhelmed by our choices and came upon Caitlin's photography. After looking through her online photos and pricing, we were sold on choosing her to do our wedding. She was professional and friendly through the entire process. Our engagement photos and wedding pictures are of great quality. She was patient with us on the day of our wedding. She took some excellent photos of our guests for the reception. This wasn't expected but was a great idea. It's nice to look back at pictures and see your guests having fun, Thank you Caitlin!! Anita and Guzman

  Whatever you do, don't hire her!

  I would never, ever consider working with Caitlin. We hired her to do out wedding photography and then Covid-19 struck. Instead of refunding our deposit like all our other vendors she refused to. Our deposit included gratuity, fees for a second shooter, and a travel fee on top. Not only that, when we asked what our options were it took multiple emails and three weeks for her to even respond. She wanted us to postpone our wedding until she could photograph it. We all know that with Covid there won't be any large traditional weddings for YEARS. She is extremely unprofessional and we have had to start the paperwork to sue her just to get our deposit back.
