  I can not say enough good things about Mark Cafiero. Mark conducted himself with the utmost professionalisim. He was very easy to work with and found that I felt at easy knowing that he understood what we wanted. The final product was absolutely amazing and something we will treasure forever.

  Mark is the most sought after photograper in Colorado. He has been our family photograper since 2001. Our big family is not easy to please. We all agree though that we have been blessed with a creative, accomodating outstanding photograpther. He has gifted us with priceless art. His style is distint and stunning.   I saw some of the negative responses here from a couple of years ago, and feel that Mark deserves some better feedback. I'm not sure if he was struggling in certain departments a while ago, but the negative reviews are far from our experience with Mark.
  
  He was plenty early to our location on the day of the wedding and worked HARD all day long. Whenever we saw him, he was always clicking away, with a big smile on his face. You can tell he loves what he does.
  
  He was never in the way, and incredibly patient with our family's many requests.
  
  We felt he was incredibly professional. We got all of our photos back in a reasonable amount of time and we can't stop looking at them. They are amazing. I'll recommend him any day of the week.

  My husband and I used Mark just about a year ago for our wedding in Boulder, CO. He was absolutely fantastic from the first time I corresponded with him. At the time I was planning my wedding, I was a second year medical student studying for my Step 1 boards, while attending class in Virginia. I worked with Mark strictly via email and phone until the day of my wedding and had zero problems with him. He was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls any time I needed anything.
  
  The day of my wedding, he showed up on time to photograph my bridesmaids and me getting ready, then left in enough time to drive up to the top of the mountain in order to take some early photos even before the wedding party arrived. He then took pictures after on top of the mountain and drove with us to a second site on the way to the reception to take more wedding party pictures with the mountains in the background. He took plenty of pictures during the reception and even stayed a couple minutes late to finish getting some last minute shots of my husband and I outside.
  
  The pictures I received were absolutely stunning. I look at them often and every time and amazed at the shots he got. I know lots of people that are currently getting married or got married around the same time as me and have to say that the photographs I received from Mark were far superior from many those.
  
  Mark is truly a gifted photographer who truly loves what he does. I would most definitely recommend his services and would use him again for family photographs, etc.

  Wonderful pictures but no service. It has been over 10 months and we have not received our wedding album. Once our wedding was over, Mark would only communicate via email and was unresponsive to our calls or voicemails.
  
  Don’t expect timely service – or even good service! Best thing is to go to another photographer!

  Thank you for this feedback. Yes, 6 years ago in 2010 I admit I took on more jobs than I could handle. I was shooting up to three weddings per week. This was a mistake and I really hurt myself. Today I only work by referral and that's improved things incredibly. Also, I feel I'm unique in that my final payment is never due until the photos are ready to turn over. Most photographers feel this is risky, but I do it because I want my brides to know that I don't feel it's OK to collect full payment up front. I apologize for the poor service. But for brides reading these reviews, please know that in 2016, this has been corrected, and I feel I have the best turnaround times out there. I'll guarantee it. Thanks.

  Horrible Service! Use with caution! When I hired Mark he was very accommodating, but as soon as he had our check, there was no follow through. When confronted about the slow response time, he replied stating that he was considering leaving the wedding business and provided us with a variety of excuses. Do not trust his empty promises.
