Best night ever

I had my wedding here this spring and it was nothing short of amazing. Jessica the event coordinator was truly a dream come true for a bride and groom. She made everything perfect from the food, to the little details it was just utterly amazing. She has been there 15 years and you can tell she loves her job and helping her clients. Booking the escadrille for our wedding will always be one of our greatest and easiest decisions we’ve ever made- and that was largely thanks to Jessica for making everything so perfect. A huge thank you to all the other coordinators there, Tanya & Elisabeth! Our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about every part of it.

Love this venue!

We booked with Cafe Escadrille in late September/ Oct 2024 for our wedding in June 2025. Tanya was our main contact and was awesome throughout the process. She helped to make the wedding planning process easier and was very helpful in any questions we had. Jessica was great as well! The wedding coordinators, Charlotte and Elizabeth, were so nice, welcoming and warm. Lucille was also helping the day of the wedding and was so sweet. The whole entire staff was just awesome. I would highly recommend Cafe Escadrille for a venue for your wedding!! They helped so much to make our wedding night even more special.

Wedding review

Hosted my wedding with Cafe Escadrille on 5/4/2025. I had around 150 guests and the reception took place in the grand ballroom, with cocktail hour in the parlor. For starters, it’s important to note that I got engaged in January of 2025 and wedding was to take place in beginning of May 2025 - leaving me with just 3 months for planning, sending out invitations, etc. given the short time frame, communication with the venue and event coordinator was crucial. I chose Cafe Escadrille because my brother had his wedding here 10 years ago and I remember leaving “wow’d” by the food. I returned for my own wedding this time around and hoped to have a similar experience. Make no mistake, I was indeed wow’d the second time around. Tanya, my event coordinator, worked with me every step of the way to have a successful reception; assisting with things like the floor plan, explaining meal selections, h’our d’ourve choices, cake options, working with the DJ to schedule a site visit, etc. She was excellent. The traditional Wedding package offered by the venue has a huge selection of meal options and there really is something for everyone. As part of the package, you get to select 4 meal choices for guests to choose from. I chose the prime rib, chicken statler, salmon, and vegetable stack for my vegetarian friends. Food was absolutely delicious on the day of and the portions were generous. Prime rib was cooked exactly how I requested. The venue offers house linens and candelabras for brides who are looking to save money on centerpieces. I opted to have fresh floral centerpieces, but it still felt good knowing I had the option to use the candelabras incase I wanted to save money and skip out on buying flowers. The dinner package included champagne with strawberry garnish for performing a toast, house selection of red and white wines were also included and served to guests during dinner. I chose the escadrille salad with house dressing for my first course. Salad was delicious. It was also served with warm bread rolls and butter. I chose the raspberry sorbet for the intermezzo, and strawberry grand marnier for the cake. The Intermezzo was refreshing. The cake was an absolute hit and everyone who tried it loved the taste. It was served with ice cream and a chocolate cup. Overall, I was happy with the food, service I recieved, level of professionalism and responsiveness from the venue and event coordinator. I will be back in the future to host more events at cafe escadrille and would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to host their wedding on a budget while still having excellent food options. 5 out of 5 for my experience. Amazing coordinators and staff!

I got married in 2024 and used the Cafe Escadrille and could not have been happier. Their attention to detail is superb and their wait staff are so attentive. From menu meetings, guidance on vendors and more, I felt so taken care of with Escadrille and never had a worry - I highly recommend!

Elopement Party

My husband and I eloped and were looking for a place to have a party to celebrate. We wanted a cocktail party with room for dancing. I contacted Jessica and she understood everything we were looking for and laid out all of the options that Cafe Escadrille had to offer: banquet rooms, the cozy bar, or the courtyard room, sit down meals, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, desserts, cocktails. Options beyond options. Jessica helped me with menu selections and ensured there was plenty of food.

We had 75 guests and chose the Courtyard Room with heavy hors d'oeuvres, a charcuterie station, a pasta and slider station, open bar, 3 12-seat tables and several high top tables with plenty of room for the DJ and dancing. The staff for the event were incredibly attentive and made the night flow seamlessly.

Everyone said it was the most fun they’ve had at a party and we couldn’t agree more. It was everything we were hoping for.

Best place to have your wedding!

I am so happy that we chose Cafe Escadrille for our wedding. From day one Tanya was always responsive and answered questions clearly and with so much patience. I had a lot of confidence in Tanya and the rest of the staff that I really could just go into my wedding day without worrying about anything. The day of our wedding went so smoothly that all we had to do was enjoy every moment of it. Every guest said the food was amazing and that they had a wonderful time. It truly is a great place to have a wedding reception, you are guaranteed a successful, fun, and smooth wedding at Cafe Escadrille!

Amazing Venue!

The best day 10.5.24!

I had the best day on my wedding on 10/5/2024! The venue was beautiful! The staff were absolutely amazing. Tanya was amazing throughout the whole process. She was professional and was very helpful! Shout out to Lucille who made sure all of needs were met like eating and drinking! She was such so sweet! The food was amazing! Many of the guests talked about how great the food was!

I recently had my wedding at Café Escadrille on September 28, 2024, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Tanya, the events manager, was amazing! She made planning our wedding in just nine months feel seamless and stress-free.

On the big day, Elizabeth and Ashley were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, attentive, and ensured that everything went perfectly. Cafe Escadrille hosted our wedding on 11/25/23. From our initial meeting for vendor selection until the final moment, the event team was phenomenal! Communication was great during the process for my many questions and special requests. Our guests were well cared for during the wedding with top notch service, beautifully displayed pastries and appetizers and a delicious meal…. Several guests stating it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had! Our ceremony was held here as well, it’s amazing how quickly they turn the room over to the lovely ballroom.

Perfect in every way!

From the moment I stepped into cafe escadrille I knew that this is where my wedding should be . Tanya went above and beyond and did everything to make sure my special day was beautiful . Everyone on the staff was so amazing and kind . My wedding cake was everything I could only dream of my husband wanted marble and I wanted funfetti that was no problem for the pastry chef because they were able to do half and half . The food was amazing and all of my wedding guests agreed. My wedding was better than I could’ve ever imagined and it is all because of the incredible staff at cafe escadrille ,they really make you feel so cared for and make everything stress free. Beautiful venue

We just had our wedding there at the end of September. Tanya was wonderful to work with coordinating all our details and Elizabeth and Ashley were on top of everything for the day of, and everything went so smoothly. Our ceremony was in the parlor in front of the fireplace, and we didn't have to worry about anything. The venue did a fantastic job transitioning us to our reception and the details were perfect. Every need was attended to, and I couldn't have wished for a better wedding ceremony and reception! Cafe Escadrille also made the most beautiful cake for us!

Amazing Vendor

You will not be disappointed. The attention to detail and transparency throughout the entire planning process was incredible. Tanya as the wedding coordinator and her entire team are amazing. They spelt everything out for us so there was no surprises. What you get for the price you cannot beat it. Everyone at our wedding cannot stop talking about how delicious the food was and how efficient the staff was. The location is also so beautiful for pictures. The day of the wedding Tanya and her team made sure everything went off without a hitch and they paid extra attention to my husband and I as well as our parents to make sure we had everything we needed. From food to a drink and just make sure we were okay. I will choose Cafe Escadrille for all my events going forward.

Highly Recommend! Amazing venue! Amazing staff!

Café Escadrille was an amazing venue for our reception! From the initial tour with Jessica, to our wedding reception with Tanya, the service was top notch. Jessica did a great job providing us with all the information and answered all of our questions to help us make our decision to work with Café Escadrille. Tanya was our coordinate the night of, and made everything smooth and stress-free! Tanya handled our guests with respect, made sure myself and my husband were taken care of, and all of the vendors had what they needed. Tanya is a master of her craft! Lucille, one of the staff, was a huge help to everyone in our bridal party & helped us stick to our timeline and most importantly, made sure to remind us to enjoy ourselves! I highly recommend Café Escadrille to all future brides, and we are so grateful to Jessica, Tanya and Lucille!

Exceptional Service/Amazing Food

My husband and I eloped at city hall and wanted to throw a wedding celebration party. I looked everywhere when I stumbled upon the Escadrille! I coordinated with Tanya the entire time and she was very responsive and helpful. The night turned out amazing - I still have family and friends raving about the food and how much fun they had. They were accommodating when it started out as a small guest list and even when it increased by ~30 more people than originally planned. The service was truly exceptional, I do not remember everyone's names (sorry) but Elizabeth, Lucille, and Manny were excellent!

Positively Perfect in Every Way!

Cafe Escadrille went above and beyond to make our Royal Wedding absolutely magical. We had the pleasure of working with Jessica and Tanya to create an amazing reception for us and our friends and family.

Cafe Escadrille offered us so many delicious food choices for cocktail hour, first course, intermezzo, main entree, and an array of cake, frosting, and filling choices! The entire team made the space look regal with a generously-sized dance floor to party!

Jessica and Tanya made this a stress-free, extremely fun, and an easy wedding planning process. They were absolute Queens with communication and helped me create a timeline to ensure a smooth reception.

The entire team worked fast and were extremely accommodating. The service was flawless and they treated you like family. They offered us to much to customize our perfect wedding. There are multiple photogenic areas both inside and outside to create timeless memories and the space can accommodate large parties.

If I could relive my wedding day because of how amazing Cafe Escadrille is, I would certainly use them over and over again!

Perfect from Start to Finish!

We got married at Cafe Escadrille earlier this month, and our experience working with them was nothing short of perfect! We truly cannot say enough good things about the Escadrille. From the staff, to the food, to the location and overall ambiance (especially in December), it more than exceeded our expectations!
Our wedding coordinators, Tanya and Jessica, were extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process and made process as stress free as possible. They made planning a wedding enjoyable for us, and are the reason our wedding went so smoothly.
Additionally, the wedding package itself at the Escadrille was very inclusive which was helpful for us as we did not have to work with too many outside vendors. Our package included our cake, linens, centerpieces--just to name a few!
Our guests had nothing but great things to say about our wedding--from the beautiful venue, to how helpful the servers/bartenders were, and of course how delicious the meals were.
We would book the Escadrille for our wedding 10 out of 10 times if we could do it all over again. We would like to thank them so much for all of their help and the most perfect day!

Couldn’t ask for better help planning our wedding.

We were assigned Tanya as our wedding planner, and not going to lie in the beginning I was working a little with Jessica, who is awesome so I didn’t know what to expect with tanya.. well.. she was AMAZING! Every detail, question, request, response went so incredibly smoothly, it made me such at ease. Wedding planning can be pretty stressful and she made it so easy for me. She was honest when I needed her advice, quick to response to the thousands of emails I wrote, and the best part.. she apart of our evening. Anywhere I looked she was there, very attentive to myself, and my husband, and all of our guests. She was even rocking my son to sleep at one point so the guest could enjoy themselves! I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner! Cafe escadrille exceeded my expectations. Jess and Lucille were such a great help as well.. the team there is amazing. You can’t go wrong!

The Best Venue in Massachusetts

The moment we got in touch with Cafe Escadrille, it was incredible. Tanya was our weeding coordinator and she deserves so much recognition. From every email sent, we received a response in less than a couple hours later, to asking her opinion on things, to being there the day of, she was amazing to work with.

The food options were spectacular and worth every dollar amount. They have a pastry chef on site that baked the most amazing cake and cupcakes for us.

When it came to the week of Tanya was so helpful and responsive. We had a lot of decorations and I sent pictures of how I’d like it set up and they followed my instructions to a T. We had Lucille and Vlado as our waiters for the evening and if you host your wedding here, you must request the both of them.

Overall our experience and wedding at Cafe Escadrille was nothing shy of perfection. All of our guests raved about the venue and food. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone!

A Wedding at the Escadrille is a dream.

Everyone was so accommodating throughout our experience (4 different dates as we navigated the pandemic). I didn't have to worry about anything, they took care of all of the details day of and made us feel so pampered as we got ready for my big day. I highly recommend the Escadrille for your wedding or any function. The food was incredible and I knew I didn't have to worry about the quality or temperature of the food. My guests were well cared for as well and tell us it was a great party and wedding. Thank you to Tanya and the whole team for taking such great care of us and making my wedding truly a night to remember especially as not one thing went wrong the entire night.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

We had the BEST time at our wedding reception at Cafe Escadrille! Everything was absolutely perfect - it was even better than we ever could have imagined and we are so thankful for the amazing staff!

The space was beautiful, everyone was so attentive and friendly, and the food was phenomenal. No surprise - all of our guests were raving about the venue and food! My husband and I keep saying how lucky and grateful we are to have used Cafe Escadrille for our wedding celebration. We can’t thank them enough for how amazing Jessica/the owners were through navigating the last year+ and being so flexible. Our long-awaited reception was truly incredible!

We had originally planned our date for October of 2020 and postponed a year until our 1 year anniversary. We were incredibly lucky that Cafe Escadrille worked with us to reschedule and honor our pricing and package, we’ve heard many horror stories of other couples at different venues that were not so lucky and had astronomical rescheduling fees and nightmares!

Our reception was certainly worth the wait and exceeded all of our expectations - it was a dream day!

Cafe Escadrille also recommended vendors to us and we used a photographer (Bharat Parmar) and DJ (James DiNanno) they had recommended and we really hit the vendor jackpot. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Cafe Escadrille made our event so special. We could not recommend them more highly and will absolutely look to host any future events with them!

Highly Recommend the Cafe!

We did not end up having our wedding reception at the Cafe Escadrille, as our plans for a 2020 wedding changed due to covid. That being said, we can’t speak highly enough of the Cafe Escadrille, even though we ended up having to change reception venues.

Initially the process of meeting with everyone at the Cafe was very smooth - everyone was so nice, friendly, and patient. The reception hall and surrounding space is beautiful, and the staff was excellent. We found that the food was superb upon having our tasting as well.

Sadly we had to change reception venues, and the Cafe was overly accommodating due to the pandemic. When we notified the Cafe we had to change venues, we were given a full refund of all money we had put down. This was NOT something that the Cafe needed to do, but chose to do for us anyways.

We would recommend the Cafe Escadrille to anyone looking for a wedding reception venue! This is an established, respectable place that will not leave you disappointed.

Best decision for a wedding venue!

There just aren't enough words to describe how happy we are that we chose Cafe Escadrille for our wedding venue. Jessica Reynolds is a rockstar of event coordinators and was beyond accommodating. Lucille was assigned to me the day of the wedding for anything I needed and was fantastic, and Amy Lavoie went above and beyond in service throughout the night. We had both the ceremony and reception there on 8/21/21 - it was beautiful, the food was OUTSTANDING (people are still telling me how good it was), the in-house cake was exactly like the picture I asked for AND delicious, and everyone had so much fun! The value of the very inclusive package was beyond compare. Without a doubt Cafe Escadrille was one of the best (and easiest) decisions and I can't thank Jessica enough!

wouldn't change a thing!

we are so pleased with our wedding at cafe escadrille! the venue is perfect. the wedding planning process was so stress free because tanya is amazing at her job- she is super responsive, patient, and very sweet. the value is great- numerous guests told me how wonderful the food and service was. also the escadrille wedding cake (raspberry and chocolate) was amazing. the wedding night was super smooth and we had no issues or complaints. i 100% recommend to check out this beautiful venue if you are planning your wedding :)

THE best customer service

Their team is SO nice and professional that I just had to write a review. We toured there and have been having conversations about potentially having a bridal shower there / a smaller mini ceremony due to COVID. Their team went out of their way to make me feel special and heard, even though I know they are working with so many other brides that are also impacted by this pandemic. THANK YOU!

Gorgeous venue with wonderful staff!

Accommodating and Kind

Jessica Reynolds is the special events coordinator at cafe escadrille and I can not recommend working with her enough. She went above and beyond for me despite the circumstances the pandemic has brought to many of our weddings. The quick responses to every E-mail as well as her willingness to always offer to call me instead (I’m terrible with e-mails!) was beyond professional. She truly cared to help me through the unanswerable questions this pandemic has given us all. Overall working with Jessica has been more about her doing everything she can to support my fiancé and I with all the big and heartbreaking choices we’ve had to make because of these uncertain times. I know coordinating events is her job, but it became very clear to me helping people find a way to have happy moments (even in the hardest of times) is her passion. Thank you Jessica and cafe escadrille for all your kindness!

Such a lovely day and such great staff!

We had our cozy wedding reception at the Cafe Escadrille this past January, and it was so lovely! Throughout our experience, we worked with Tanya who was incredibly responsive to our needs and pulled together so many different components of the reception for us - and also thought of so many things we wouldn't have thought of. We also loved the signature package that the Cafe Escadrille had put together - which was pretty much all inclusive and made planning the wedding all that much easier. It was so great to know that so many things would be taken care of for us (including the cake) and that we wouldn't have to hire additional vendors for specific items. Finally, the experience on the day of our wedding was probably the best part. My husband and I was running a little late to the reception from taking photos and Tanya was able to help us manage and transition the guests well (despite our lateness). We also had an awesome staff member (shoutout to Lucille) who took care of us SO WELL on the day of. She made sure that we got what we needed - saved appetizers for us knowing that we wouldn't be able to partake in the cocktail hour and ensured that we would be able to eat throughout the reception (which so many of our friends had warned us may not happen on the wedding day). There was such great attention to detail to our experience and our guests and we are so grateful. Finally - so many of our guests mentioned that the food (especially the baked stuff shrimp and cake) was so tasty. It was probably one of the best wedding cakes I've ever had :) We are so happy to have chosen the Cafe Escadrille for our event and would recommend it to friends hosting events in the future.

Dream Wedding on 2/15/2020

We had a dream Wedding Ceremony and Reception at the Cafe Escadrille on 2/15/2020! Tanya our Wedding Coordinator was phenomenal. She is not only a professional but puts her heart to make sure your event goes on fluidly. She was available to us whenever we had questions or something we wanted to do to make it a memorable event. We also had our own private server, Lucille who was very attentive to anything/everything we needed or wanted.

Just what I expected!

I held my daughters wedding shower at Cafe Escadrille in their Winter Garden Room on 8/24/19 and it was magical. The staff was so on point and made sure that everything ran smoothly. The room was gorgeous, the food was hot & delicious, the bartender/servers were all so lovely~I could not have asked for more. Jessica & Tanya (the event coordinators) made sure that anything we requested was readily available to us and I truly thank them for that! It was the best decision I made picking this beautiful venue for such a special day! Always loved this place

Excellent Experience

Our experience having a wedding shower at Cafe Escadrille could not have been more perfect. The staff was professional, gracious and accomodating.
It was the first event that I have hosted ( and there have been many ) that went without a single hitch.
The food was delicious, the service was top notch and we could not have been happier with the experience.

Excellent venue with lots of menu options

We had a wonderful experience with Cafe Escardrille. From our first conversation with Jessica Reynolds and her team, we felt informed of all our options, pricing, and details. They were great at following up and letting us know what they needed from us.

The day of was fantastic with everything being taken care of by the Escardrille team with thoughtful and happy service. The food was great, the space was perfect for our group, and any needs were taken care of very quickly. We had multiple comments from friends and family about how lovely the space was and how they enjoyed it. We would strongly recommend Cafe Escadrille

Amazing Bridal Shower

Bridal Shower Event

The event space is very roomy and tastefully decorated. All of the wait staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious as well! We definitely recommend Café Escadrille! They also allowed us to come in early to set up which was very helpful.

Amazing and beautiful wedding venue!

My husband and I got married at cafe escadrille on May 4th of this year, and we couldn’t have wished for a better venue for both our ceremony and reception. From the beginning, they were very responsive to our questions and upfront about all they had to offer. They offered a great wedding package deal that included open bar during cocktail hour, wine service during the meal, champaign toast, a wedding cake that we got to pick the design for, and more. Jessica (the wedding coordinator we worked with at escadrille) helped us figure out the wedding timeline, coordinated with our vendors on the day of, and made sure everything went as planned. All the staff were extremely kind, professional and attentive. We are extremely grateful to have worked with cafe escadrille for our wedding and would highly recommend them!

The Perfect Night!

My husband and I had a perfect night for our wedding in October 2019. Cafe Escadrille met all of our expectations. Elisa emailed with me for over a year before the wedding and answered every question I could possibly come up with. The space was beautiful and the staff were amazing and so accommodating. There is so much included in their packages that other venues do not offer. Having a bridal suite was a huge must for me, and I was able to arrive around 9AM. Lucille made sure everything was perfect all day and even made my husband and I sit down to eat during every course. My ONLY reservation, and this is a tiny one, is that the backdrop of the wedding party and bride walking down the aisle is a wall that doesn't look too pretty in pictures. If I had to do it again, I would have made sure there was some kind of curtain. Overall, I highly recommend!

Best day ever!

Cafe Escadrille absolutely made our wedding a dream come true. We had an intimate ceremony in the parlor in front of the fire place. Tanya was our coordinator and was so helpful from the very first day we spoke to her. I dropped our wedding decorations off with her a day before the wedding and the way she set everything up was more beautiful than I could have imagined. The whole team was flexible, helpful, and so sweet. Tanya and the rest of the dream team at the Escadrille went above and beyond to make our day more perfect than we could have ever imagined. If you're considering the Escadrille for your wedding or any event, look no further. Our wedding was truly the best day EVER and a big reason for that is the Escadrille and the incredible team there.

Best Night Ever!

Best Night Ever! Elisa and her team were amazing from the very beginning. They made the planning process smooth and easy. The day of, one of the other wedding coordinators came in early to let us into the bridal suite. They were attentive all throughout the day. The service that night was impeccable from the food, to the staff and bartenders. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The perfect locations for our wedding!

Café Escadrille was the perfect choice for us. The staff was great from the very beginning in being friendly and answering all of our questions. The food was amazing and our guests are still talking about how great it was and how wonderful the location was. A few of our guests have dietary needs and they were very accommodating. We had our ceremony in the parlor by the fireplace and they made sure that there were no interruptions by other guests during that time. We had our cocktail hour in the same location then moved into the Winter Garden Room for our reception. We are so happy that we picked this location and will definitely consider using Café Escadrille for future events.

My bridal shower was hosted in the Winter Garden at Cafe Escadrille and was beyond perfect! The quality of the food was excellent. We had a brunch and there were plenty of options to select a menu to accommodate all guests/allergies. Working with Elisa Turilli made our experience amazing as she was reliable, quick to respond and knowledgable about planning this type of event to help make suggestions, which we really appreciated! We loved this venue for the food of course, but the added benefit of a beautiful room which made the room easy to decorate and compliment all the photos from the afternoon. The staff working our event were attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back, thank you again for hosting a dream bridal shower!!

The Cafe Escadrille without a doubt gave us our best day ever and so much more! We booked and planned our wedding with Devyn Facchetti and Jessica Reynolds. The packages offered by the Escadrille really made us feel like we were getting everything we wanted for our special day. From touring the space, to our tasting, and finally on our wedding day they really did make us feel like our special day was the most important event to them. We were given exclusive use of the entire function facility because we had over 150 guests. Jessica was right outside when we arrived on our wedding day and was there the entire night making sure we were on schedule, even if we were cutting it close she made sure we stayed on track for the evening. They even started our cocktail hour early because our guests started coming before it was scheduled to start. When we arrived we were escorted to the winter garden room where we could take wedding photos with our family and friends while our other guests enjoyed the cocktail reception. This room is where we met Lucille who was our dedicated attendant the entire evening. She went above and beyond from the moment we met her making sure we had the chance to actually enjoy our meal and stayed with us until we left at the end of the night. We cannot thank her enough for all of her help. Our cocktail hour was included in the package which included unlimited appetizers throughout the hour. Our guests raved about our wedding venue, the outstanding food, and service for days and even weeks after our wedding. It was truly the most amazing feeling to give our guests such a wonderful experience. Another great feature that the Café Escadrille had was the bridal suite on the lower level. It was the perfect location to get our bridal party lined up before we were announced or to go touch up my makeup during the night. Overall, the food was incredible, the service unmatched, and the beautiful venue truly made our wedding everything we could have hoped for!!

When we first started to look at venues for our weeding, Café Escadrille stood out right away.

Elisa, the event coordinator put us at ease right away and made us feel comfortable and confident in her abilities. The value of the venue was amazing! The weeks leading up to the wedding were chaotic and I must have emailed Elisa 10 times…she put all my worries to rest. The day of the wedding, everything was perfect. I did not have to worry about a thing. We had the ceremony in the lovely parlor and then moved to the winter room for an intimate dinner. The food was amazing and the service top notch. The star of the day was Lucille. She is a pro who knows what she is doing and took care of both me and my wife from beginning to end.

I can’t say enough nice things about Café Escadrille. They were great!

We had our wedding reception at Café Escadrille and we could not have asked for a better venue, it was perfect. From planning to the day of, everything was excellent. We cannot say enough about how amazing everything at Cafe Escadrille was, from the moment we made the appointment to tour the facility until even now, a few weeks after our wedding, they are absolutely amazing. The customer service and attentiveness we received from everyone, especially Jessica, Gabriela and Elisa was top notch. One of them was always available to answer questions. Even the tasting was special! We had such an incredible experience. They were there waiting at the door when we arrived to drop off all our wedding decor. We used their lovely centerpieces and birdcage for cards which was so convenient that they offer that. The food was so delicious. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful everything was and how much food there was. The biggest surprise was the cake. we could not have even imagined a more beautiful, elegant and scrumptious cake! And all the guests really enjoyed the amazing chocolate fountain and all the fruit and treats to dip in it. and that is all included in the price! The service by all was so wonderful that day. Bride and Groom have a personal server who took us to the private room downstairs (that had champagne and cheese/crackers just for us) made sure we ate and who took such special care of us. She was very kind and caring and we had a lot of fun with her and appreciate her taking such good care of us. Her name was Lucille.
All of our guests are still talking about what a beautiful wedding it was and that it's one of the best they've ever been too! Cafe Escadrille offers so much, convenient location with complimentary valet, delicious food and amazing service! They are the best!

There is not enough space to effectively rave about the experience my husband and I had at Café Escadrille. Elisa, Gabby, Lucille, and the rest of the staff at Cafe Escadrille were instrumental in orchestrating our wedding reception. From day one, I kept asking 'So what's the catch?' 'What's the extra fee?' To my surprise and delight there really were no gimmicks, no hassles, and absolutely no worries. This is the one time that I can honestly say I've gotten more than what we paid for!!Our wedding reception was simply the best experience we have ever had. Mind you, this is coming from a couple who didn't even want a wedding but had to make a bit of sacrifice for the in-laws. From the initial contact, I felt that Elisa and her staff were so responsive, helpful, and genuine. They were organized, incredibly helpful, and a pleasure to work with. After dropping off wedding decor the week before, I trusted that the ladies of the event staff would make the place beautiful. The result...it was absolutely perfect and exactly what we were envisioning! Our guests continue to rave about everything from the hors d'oeuvres, entrees, the cake, the décor, to service of the staff from the Escadrille -particularly the attention to those people with food allergies. If there were any hiccups during the reception - I didn't know about them. I can't pick a favorite part of the night because it was all so spectacular. At the beginning of the night Lucille grabbed my husband and me and escorted us to the bridal suite to enjoy a few private moments before being inundated with our wedding guests. She even took us into the Ballroom to observe the room without guests and ensure everything was to our liking. They hit it out of the ballpark! Another bonus - Lucille also ensure that my husband and I got to enjoy all of the food - we had hors d'oeuvres waiting for us at our sweetheart table, and got to sit and enjoy our meals...INCLUDING the cake! I won't go anywhere else!

We hired Café Escadrille to host our 80-guest wedding reception in the grand ballroom. Thank you so much, Elisa, for managing a memorable evening! Our family and friends commented on the impressive space, excellent service, and delicious food. We were amazed that dinner was served piping hot. And the wait staff were so attentive; if a guest excused him/herself from the table, a server made sure to cover their food until their return. The cake was beautifully decorated; it was so fluffy and the strawberry Grand Marnier flavor was delightful! My favorite part was Elisa’s patience and openness to our ideas and her readiness to execute on them. Not to mention, the groom and I were able to fully enjoy the evening and the food without much worry on our part. Elisa and team took care of everything and were careful to safeguard the gifts/cards, moving them seamlessly from the cocktail hour into the ballroom just behind our sweetheart table. Finally, our guests were provided a safe transport to their hotel via Café Escadrille’s shuttle throughout the evening, which was peace of mind for the groom and me. Truly a worry-free and wonderful evening for the ages. We are so grateful that the night went so smoothly and our guests left happy. Thank you so much for taking care of everything with utmost professionalism. We most definitely recommend Café Escadrille!

I would certainly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Café Escadrille is not only beautiful, but the professionalism of their staff is perfect. We decided to book our wedding in a short time and Devyn made our wedding flawless. From our last minute changes to deciding on menu choices, Devyn made us feel comfortable with all our emails and phone calls. The staff was so attentive to us during our dinner; our guests raved about the food and when we were finished, the staff packed all our belongings. We literally only had to enjoy ourselves. My husband and I would certainly recommend/use this venue for any future function!

The Cafe Escadrille was an amazing venue! We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. We knew the food was going to good, but the food was beyond our expectations. The whole process was incredibly easy. Elisa was so flexible, open, always quick to respond, and truly a pleasure to work with. The customer service was unreal. They are experienced, professional, punctual, and all very kind, sweet and happy to be part of your celebration. We had a guest tell us that she went to the bathroom and came out to find her meal had been covered. She sat down and some one uncovered it immediately. Just amazing service! Lucille is an experienced concierge to the bridal party and took such great care of us, made sure we ate, kept us on schedule, and really made the whole night easy. Beyond what we could have ever dreamed of! We had the time of our lives and everyone of our guests had a blast. Best venue ever!

We had our reception at Cafe Escadrille Columbus Day Weekend 2015, we LOVED everything about it. We were incredibly happy with the entire experience. We worked with Jessica R (who was also planning her own wedding) and she was always responsive, efficient and helpful, she really made our planning a wonderful experience. The food was amazing! And the day of staff were awesome. We were so happy with everything and highly recommend your wedding at the Escadrille.

we had our wedding reception at the cafe escadrille, and everything was perfect!! I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was working with the staff at Cafe Escadrille. From the planning to the day of service I was blown away. The venue itself was gorgeous inside and out, plenty of room for our party and amazing food. My maid of honor is getting married there next year and I can't wait to go back! I cannot say enough about this venue!

We hosted our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception at Cafe Escadrille this past September. We can't rave enough about how amazing the staff was from start to finish. On our big day, everything looked flawless and exactly like we had imagined. They were very accommodating and worked seamlessly with our vendors. We highly recommend using this venue! It's gorgeous and your day will be fabulous. We worked with Elisa and she provided outstanding customer service.

The cafe escadrille was fantastic!!!!! I couldn't be happier with the way my day turned out!!! Elisa was great to work with!! She always returned my phone calls and emails immediately!!! Lucille was the catering manager. SHe is wonderful!!! The food was awesome!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

Cafe Escadrille blew me away and completely surpassed my expectations. We primarily worked with Jessica Spry, who was amazing throughout the entire process.

The space itself was perfect for our 162 guest wedding, with enough space for an enjoyable cocktail hour and ample space and extra rooms for the bridal party to take photographs.

The ballroom was incredible. The linens, chair covers, and the hardwood floors really looked amazing.

The food as you would guess was perfect. All of our guests were commenting on it that night and the weeks following the wedding. The staff was also great throughout the whole night. I was really impressed with their services.

I would highly recommend checking Cafe Escadrille out for your wedding. Ask for Jess Spry!

We worked with Jessica S. for our wedding (October 2015), and everything was great from beginning to end. Jessica was always extremely responsive, answering all of our questions in a timely manner. She helped us choose options for decor and aesthetics that fit with the theme/feel that we wanted. We were continuously impressed with the food (appetizers, main dinner courses, desserts, etc.) that Cafe Escadrille provided, and our guests raved about it being some of the best wedding food they've ever had. The venue also has a couple private rooms downstairs, where the bridal party can get ready, and very nice/clean restrooms. Cafe Escadrille also takes care of small details that you may not even think of, like making sure that the bride & groom get a few minutes to themselves between the ceremony and reception - so you can grab some drinks, a bite to eat (they will bring some food to your private room), or just take a minute to sit down and let it sink in that you just got married!

Wow, just wow. The servers, bartenders, and support staff were experienced and it showed. We went heavy hors d'oeuvres for food and the lamb lollichops, coconut shrimp, and mashed potato bar (what a brilliant idea) were tremendous hits. The beer/wine/champagne were topnotch and I know I saw some tasty-looking highballs in the hands of my guests. The space worked perfectly for 160 and we maximized the dance floor. Renting the fireplaced parlor meant that the quieter folks had a place to talk while the rest of the guests danced and mingled. What I particularly liked was the way that the ballroom comes with the food as long as you meet the food/beverage minimums, rather than a separate fee for the room and a separate fee for the space rental. My guests asked us to do it all over again for the holidays. The one place where I could see some improvement? The coordination in advance of the event: I need that to be a bit more organized for my taste AND you've got to be available later in the evening.

I can't even begin to say how happy I was from the first appointment with my wedding coordinator to the end of the wedding night. Everything was perfect, the food was fabulous and plenty of it. The staff was incredible. Helpful, friendly and very caring. My cake was so beautiful, all the table linens and the set-up of the room was just how I asked and was so beautiful. I would recommend this venue to everyone planning a wedding.

Everything from beginning to end was excellent. Jessica was very helpful from day one in assisting us with the arrangements and very patient with us as we changed our minds during the preparations. Cant say enough about the food, fantastic as we knew it would be as we have visited the café itself many, many times. The staff and service for the night was outstanding. We had our wedding here on 2/20. I am so happy with my choice of venue. I worked with Jessica Spry who was also quick to respond to any questions and keep us informed. She was also very attentive along with the rest of the staff the night of the wedding. They worked with us with our budget and preferences to make pur night special and run smooth. All I can say is WOW. I had Jessica Reynolds as our coordinator I have to say I couldnt have done it with out her..she went above and beyond her job. She worked so hard with us making the reception more than I could have imagined!!! It is Totaly amazing there..My guests could not get over how elegant and Beautiful the Parlor Area is, the rooms were decorated gorgeous!! the food was amazng, passed around with white gloves...I could go On and on !! if your looking for Classy..dont look any further this is the place!

We chose to have our wedding day at Café Escadrille based on an experience we had after attending a friend’s wedding there. From start to finish working with Café Escadrille was a great experience. Our tasting was very personal and amazing! I was nervous because our initial coordinator had left the company shortly before our wedding, but Jessica really did an excellent job and was very responsive. She carried out our details on our day and our wedding reception was perfect! People are still talking about the delicious food and beautiful wedding venue. When the ballroom doors opened, the room looked spectacular. It was exactly what we wanted and I’m so glad that we had our wedding at the Café Escadrille.

My husband and I were trying to find a nice location for a small and simple (yet elegant) wedding, and we found that at the Escadrille. The event staff was incredibly helpful, and they helped us make all major decisions and keep us organized. They also had a dedicated event manager on site the day of our wedding to make sure everything ran on schedule, and as expected.

The outside has great landscaping to take pictures, and the inside has an elegant parlor with a fireplace, and a large sweeping staircase. We chose to get married in front of the fireplace, surrounded by family and friends. Following our vows, we had a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres. All of our guests commented on the attentiveness of the staff and the quality of the food. Two friends even pointed out that despite being in the corner, multiple waiters made a point to come to them every pass. While my husband and I took pictures outside, waiters also came out to us to bring us drinks and food as well....something most of my friends did not have at their own weddings!

Next we had a seated meal that was served with wine. Guests chose between the filet, chicken Escadrille, and salmon for our entrees. Our guests raved about the food, and I personally loved the filet. There was a lot of food for the value, and it was all perfectly cooked. Included with the meal was the Escadrille salad, and a orange sorbet.

The Escadrille has a dedicated baker, and they provided the cake (included in the price). We were able to choose the designs and colors for no additional cost, and our cake looked stunning! I have never enjoyed a wedding cake, but this cake not only looked great, but it tasted great. We chose cannoli flavored cake, and it was definitely the right choice for us.

We had a wonderful wedding, and it was mostly due to the Escadrille. The service and food were exemplary, and we highly recommend this location for any event, especially weddings.

We got married at Cafe Escadrille October 4th. Jessica was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing to work with. She was on top of everything, and handled every last minute request we had....even a ice sculpture the day before the event! Easy to get in touch with, and quick replies. We saw her handling everything at the reception. I had a crazy vision of my wedding cake and they made it all happen....not only was it delicious - it was everything and more I dreamed it to be. Lucille waited on us the entire night and never missed a beat. She was AMAZING...we instantly fell in love with her and she made our experience all the better. We loved our wedding at Cafe Escadrille - everyone cannot stop raving about the food, staff, and venue! Thank you again!

Recently had our daughter's wedding there. Fantastic experience from start(planning) to finish(wedding day). Definitely recommend attending a Bridal Expo at their facility..it pretty much lays out all your wedding needs in one night!
Rely on all of Mario's advice to fine tune everything. He was great. All aspects of the wedding, ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner were seamless transitions.
Guests truly appreciated convenience of location, close to Rt 128, and the generous parking.

Ours was a bridal shower brunch! It was fabulous! Mario was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jessica took excellent care of us and made everyone feel very special! Our server, which I wish I remembered her name, was one of the best we've ever had at any function....we hardly knew she was there and yet she was taking care of every detail....didn't miss a beat! The room was perfect, the food was delicious (including the custom sunflower cupcakes to go along with our theme!), and the service was exceptional! We highly recommend Cafe Escadrille for any type of function!

My husband and I got married at Cafe Escardille on 10/5/13 and had an ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE wedding.

From the first day we went in and visited Cafe Escadrille, we were so impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness from Mario our wedding coordinator. The rest of the planning process was much of the same. Mario promptly answered all my questions and accommodated requests I had for our big day! He was so great to work with leading up to the wedding and being there for the actual event!

Besides the professionalism, the location was beautiful! We had the whole venue to ourselves which was great. We were able to decorate as we chose and really made the place our own! The whole staff really helped out when I brought everything to set up!

My favorite part - the food was GREAT! We had a tasting before the wedding so we were sure everything would be amazing and it was! I cannot say enough about the food from start to finish! The cocktail hour, the main courses, dessert, and of course the CAKE were delicious. My guests have told me it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding!

Brittani, the pastry chef that made the cake, was great and met with me before the wedding to be sure the design and flavors of the cake were exactly what I wanted and she did not disappoint!

I 100% recommend Cafe Escadrille for your wedding. It was a wonderful experience and my guests are still talking about how great of a time they had. If you choose Cafe Escadrille, know that Mario, or your wedding coordinator, will attend to every detail and they have a great staff from waitresses to chefs, so you will not have to worry!

I cannot say enough about Cafe Escadrille. They were just amazing. They helped my fiance and I with every little thing. Mario, our planner, was just awesome. We also were able to have an awesome food and cake tasting. The rehearsal dinner was great and ran smoothly. The day of, I was a ball of nerves and they helped me with everything. It was just perfect. Everything was awesome and our friends and family are still talking about how great everything was. I highly recommend it to anyone. I worked with Jessica at Cafe Escadrille to plan my reception. She was incredibly responsive and helpful. She helped me map out the reception, select food, drink and services. The ballroom was a good size, and their chairs/tables/linens and such were very nice. She helped me put together a package that fit in my budget, and helped me deal with difficult allergies. The day of bridal area was great, they brought down food and drink for us so we could relax before the reception.

I had my wedding reception at Cafe Escadrille about a month ago and could not be happier with my experience there. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Jessica, my coordinator was amazing. She was very helpful with all of the details of my day. She was very attentive during all of the planning and she was always efficient in returning my emails whenever I had a question or concern.

The facility is beautiful and very well maintained. The ballroom looked gorgeous, especially with the centerpieces they provide for you. The bridal suite is such a great touch and was perfect for my bridal party to regroup before pictures.

I got so many compliments on the food. Everything we tried during the tasting was excellent, so we knew the food would be amazing that day. Also, I cannot say enough about my cake! People are still talking about it when I see them. It looked and tasted outstanding. Brittani, the pastry chef met with me about a week before and really worked hard to make a cake that fit my vision. She did an excellent job, and I would use her again without hesitation.

We held our small wedding ceremony (~35ppl) and found Cafe Escadrille to be just wonderful in every respect. We worked with Kasie throughout and also the night of the event and she did everything to ensure we had a beautiful, intimate, highly memorable event. Absolute fantastic value and amazing venue. When I first walked into the Escadrille, I knew it was where we were going to have our wedding. My husband was deployed at the time so it was myself and mom doing the venue searching, but knew he would love it. Kelly was so amazing and helpful, she was our wedding planner the whole time and was always available to help and answer any questions!!!
When my husband returned a few months later, we went there for dinner and I introduced him to Kelly and Mario, the owner. They gave us a tour and then when we went to dinner, there was a bottle of champagne waiting at our table for us from them. It was above and beyond!
Fast forward to the food testing, it was amazing. We had both of our parents with us and the food was just to die for. We had a hard time choosing but we chose the prime rib ( which people STILL compliment on how amazing it was!!!), the salmon (which was also very fresh and flavorful, my dish on wedding day!) and one of the chicken dishes. All very flavorful and well cooked. We also got a pasta dish instead of the sorbet course for my very Italian family!!! Our cake was red velvet and vanilla cake with chocolate chip cannolli filling. Delicious!!

A few short months later, my husband and my favorite team, the Boston Bruins won the Stanley Cup. We had joked about doing a Stanley Cup Cake instead of our wedding cake. Then I thought, what about a grooms cake? The Escadrille was willing to let us have an outside vendor come in and with our entrance, bring in the smaller version of the Stanley Cup cake!! It was a huge surprise and with everyone knowing our passion for hockey, they were all surprised we went the extra mile!
The wedding day went off without a hitch. Guests got there early, so they opened the bar about 40 minutes early, with no problems. We had our own personal attendant, she was fantastic. The service was out of this world!! The chocolate fountain was a favorite! Thank you Cafe Escadrille!

My Husband and I fell inlove with Cafe Escadrille the minute we visited the venue. The Food is so amazing, our guests were talking about it for days afterwords! The staff is so friendly and professional, they are very easy to work with. The wait staff were so attentive to our guests the whole night, making sure they pleased everyone. The Cake and table linens were included which was very convenant. Cafe Escadrille is a goregous venure and is definately a hidden jewel within the suburban boston area.

Daughters wedding shower

I was very pleased with Cafe escadrille I would highly recommend to anyone have a special event .

The winter room was the perfect setting for our party. It was a early fall day and beautiful.
I worked with Tanya and she was wonderful in every way. Very professional had wonderful suggestions and was available to my concerns through out all my planning.
My daughter and guests along with myself were very happy.
Many food choices and combinations to build from to make your event unique.
The food was deliouse and the cake was beautiful and very tasty!!

Planning our wedding from a distance of 1500 miles was daunting until we contacted Cafe Escadrille -- a strong recommendation by friends in the area. Once speaking with Jessica Frey, we knew we were in good hands. She had all the best ideas for making this event for a small group of 37 an outstanding and memorable success. We commend the staff on duty in the room on the date -- the other Jessica from events panning, Karen the buffet luncheon overseer, and Jim the bartender (sorry, surnames not recalled) who saw to it that we had nothing to be concerned about except getting our lines right during the ceremony. My wedding at Cafe Escadrille was perfect. I still get comments on how nice my wedding was and how excellent the food was. I would most definitely recommend this venue for your wedding.

Wedding Luau Celebration

We had a Luau wedding celebration after we had already gotten married. We wanted to still share our special life moment with family & friends. We wanted to do something a little different than the traditional wedding theme. The Cafe Escadrille went above and beyond to help us create a Luau. They were amazing with all our outside vendors and were flexible with decor for the spaces we used to create such a beautiful atmosphere. The cake design team create a custom cake that came out beautiful. All the food was delicious! We would recommend this location to anyone. What is included for the price is an amazing deal.

Fantastic Rehearsal Dinner

Jessica's Winter Garden Banquet room was ideal and a perfect set up for our rehearsal dinner. Intimate with a beautiful layout and place-settings. Guests raved about the hors d'oeuvres and Estate menu food options. Staff was responsive and very helpful throughout the planning process. Ideal venue for a special event or celebration.

My wife and I did not want a traditional Asian reception with Chinese food served family style, but we did want to incorporate some traditional elements as well. Jessica Reynolds was very understanding of this. She was responsive and accommodating throughout the whole process. Cafe Escadrille struck the perfect balance of price, sophistication, and easily recognizable and tasty food. The guests felt that the venue was decorated beautifully, the service was solid overall, and the food was really, really good (those bacon-wrapped scallops - phenomenal). I would highly recommend this venue if the location and price fit your needs and I would love to work with Jessica and her team again!

Wedding Day

From arriving there to the moment that we left. IT WAS PERFECT! Food was fantastic, the center pieces and all ! Our coordinator was always asking if we needed anything.
Highly recommend.
