We had such a great experience with Jaycie! She made everything seamless from start to finish. We were out-of-state clients, but Jaycie made sure to provide extra support along the way. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. I didn't have to stress about 1 thing! I mean it when I say she was the best vendor I hired for my wedding, and I would make that same decision a hundred times over.
I met Jaycie a few months into planning my wedding. I had most of my vendors already booked, but I knew I needed someone I could fully trust to bring everything together and run the day. What I didn’t realize is how much more I was getting when I hired her.
Jaycie stepped in like a seasoned pro: communicating seamlessly with my vendors, handling every hiccup without ever bothering me, and always being a text away. I found out days after my wedding that a few vendors nearly didn’t show up, and some of my decor was completely unusable, but Jaycie handled it all. She literally went to the store and bought replacement pieces out of her own pocket just to make sure the space looked exactly like what I had envisioned.
She managed a timeline that kept getting thrown off by long speeches, handled tricky personalities with grace, and somehow kept me blissfully unaware of all the chaos happening behind the scenes. That’s the magic of Jaycie. She does it all with a calm, confident energy that makes you feel like everything is handled (because it is).
I recommend her to every bride I know, whether you're looking for a full-service planner or just someone to take the reins on your big day. She's not only incredibly driven, resourceful, and professional, but genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I trusted her completely, and she never let me down.

From the moment we got engaged, Jaycie was by our side every step of the way. She immediately removed the stress of wedding planning from my plate and managed every single detail with care and creativity—from vendor coordination and timelines to color palettes and layouts. Every element felt thoughtfully curated and completely aligned with the vision I had dreamed of. It is clear she loves what she does and is VERY good at it.
But what truly sets Jaycie apart is her compassion. Just one week before our wedding, I experienced an unimaginable loss—my father passed away. It was the most emotionally challenging time of my life, and Jaycie became more than just a planner—she was a true support system. She held space for my grief, checked in on me constantly, and went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She took care of everything, quietly and lovingly, so I could focus on being present and honoring my dad’s memory.
Thanks to her unwavering dedication and attentiveness, our wedding day was everything I hoped it would be—and more. It was filled with love, beauty, and intention. She brought my entire vision to life with such care and grace, and I truly cannot imagine the day without her.

I've worked with this vendor on quite a few weddings and Jaycie and her team never disappoint. She worked the details behind the scenes so well that all potential issues with vendors working together were handled before hand preventing mishaps for the day of better than all wedding planners I've worked with before. It was such a breath of fresh air to know my needs were valued so I could perform my best and all of us got to succeed due to her great leadership! I got married this year and I would highly recommend Cactus Bloom to other brides. At first I wanted to plan it on my own, but found a planner would be helpful. I was very pleased with the response time and professionalism throughout the entire planning process. As stressful and overwhelming as wedding planning can be, she was always kind and available to take care of our website, timeline, vendors, etc.. She also provided some helpful ideas to improve the flow and details of our wedding. We loved Cactus Bloom Wedding & Events! -

Working with Jaycie has been absolutely amazing!! I didn’t know where to start with planning my wedding and hiring her was the best decision! She has walked me and my finance through each step and is always available to answer any questions we have. When it came to choosing vendors she knew what we should be looking for and the right questions to ask to make sure we were getting what we wanted! I thought wedding planning was going to be super stressful but Jaycie has truly made it the easiest and sweetest time! Jaycie at Cactus Bloom Events eliminates that stress for you, so you can focus on YOU and your special day. She thinks of the things you haven’t thought of yet. She has an answer to all of your questions. She takes your dream, and brings your vision to life. She has immense knowledge, skill, and experience in this field, and will expertly plan and coordinate your wedding, so all you have to do is walk down the aisle and look pretty! She is someone who will be on your side, and will work tirelessly to make sure your day is perfect. She genuinely cares for her clients, and it is obvious the hard work and passion she puts in her work. Getting a wedding planner and coordinator is a must for your wedding, but so is having Cactus Bloom Events. And the best part is… she does more than weddings.
