I cannot recommend Cactus and Lace Weddings enough. My husband and I knew that we wanted to get married in Las Vegas but wanted something a little different from the norm while also having the wedding planning process be as easy as possible. Kayla and her team absolutely delivered on creating our dream wedding at the Valley of Fire State Park. We wanted a Doctor Who theme and Cactus and Lace took that theme and completely embraced it with so much excitement and detail. They completed all of the decor, florals, desserts, cake and more all based on our input. We honestly just had to show up and our wedding as absolutely perfect! So if you're looking for a fantastic team to create your dream Vegas wedding with little stress, Cactus and Lace is it! -

So we have finally arrived home from our trip to Vegas for our wedding and wanted to take a minute to give accolades of praise to this amazing group of women. From the planning to literally us having to cancel and reschedule our wedding at the last moment due to a terrible accident my husband was in. They have been kind communicative and most of all pulled off the wedding without a single hitch. We will have these memories for the rest of our live lives and could not be more appreciative

Finding Cactus & Lace and working with them for our elopement was the best thing that happened for our wedding. We knew once we made the decision to elope to the desert in Vegas that we needed some help planning from afar, and from our very first consultation with Kayla, we felt that we had found who we needed! They helped plan all the beautiful details with ease and to absolute perfection, covering things that I didn't even think of and making our special day more beautiful and memorable than I could have even dreamt of. Marissa answered all of our questions and choreographed the entire day perfectly. Everyone was blown away by the decor, food, setup, flowers, etc. We are SO unbelievably happy that we found this amazing team to make our perfect day such an absolute dream. We cannot stop gushing about how wonderful they are! We would hands down recommend them for anyone looking to have a desert wedding in the Vegas area. They're amazing!! -

I cannot say enough about how great Cactus and Lace was for our wedding. They do a complete wedding package with everything included hair and makeup, photography, design and wedding planning, they partner with a lot of amazing vendors local to Las Vegas. They completely set everything up and break everything down so you don’t have to worry about a thing on that day. If you hate planning and get stressed really easy like me, having Cactus and Lace plan your wedding is an absolute must! Our wedding at Valley of Fire was everything I dreamed of and it was such a huge relief to have them! I honestly would not get married any other way! They customize the wedding completely to each couples wants and likes and they put in so many little details that I would never had thought of that made our day so special. Our wedding photos were an absolute dream and having Rachel coordinate the day of was so helpful. Everyone with the Cactus and Lace team was so nice and helpful, it felt like everyone on their team is willing to go above and beyond. I cannot say enough positive things about Cactus and Lace and our wedding experience! -

If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner or not sure who to use, Cactus & Lace is your answer! Easy to work with, excellent communication, attention to every single detail, stunning setup, incredible photographers....I could rave on and on. We never thought we would need or use a wedding planner but this was the absolute best decision we made. No regrets. They made our day even more magical than we could imagine. Kayla and the team helped us plan the wedding from abroad and made the whole process so much less stressful. On the day, everything was seamless and they made us feel so comfortable. We are forever grateful and cannot recommend highly enough. 12 out of 10!! -

I can not say enough good things about Cactus and Lace! Rachel, Amanda, and Torrey did an amazing job making our dream wedding come true. They made sure everything was taken care of so that we didn't have to worry about anything on our big day. They made sure they incorporated a sand ceremony that included both of our daughters. The attention to detail in the decor was amazing and Rachel really came through with everything we wanted. We are so excited about our pictures. Rachel made sure she spent a long time getting great shots as she knew the photography was important to us. My only complaint is that the day had to end! I am ready for my vow renewal just to have an excuse to go back to Valley of Fire! Thank you so much for making my husband and me happier than we imagined! Cactus and Lace will forever be apart of our family and part of our love story. -

We hired Rachel and the Cactus & Lace Team as our wedding planner for our wedding.
Throughout the planning process she was amazing, and she understood the concept we wanted for our wedding.
Our wedding was perfect and everything we envisioned, from the colors to the small details on the wedding cake.
The team was professional and so attentive throughout the whole day on the day of the wedding. Everything went smoothly and
All our guests could not stop expressing how nice the team was. They did a fantastic job on keeping up us on schedule.
It was perfect and the most beautiful wedding, and by far the most special day of our lives.

Cactus & Lace (Rachel in particular) made my wedding day PERFECT. I am a wedding planner from Texas, and it was really hard to give that responsibility off to someone else on my own day and Rachel did amazing. There were a few tiny things I would have done differently, but overall it was an amazing experience. We could not have asked for a better experience. Coming from Alabama we had no idea of where to begin but Cactus and Lace were amazing to work with in every aspect. They were very attentive to the details and really listened to our vision. Day of was flawless from hair and makeup professional, the transportation to the ceremony , the officiant to just the total atmosphere of the day. They took care of every detail. We highly recommend this business. Costs were reasonable and very comparable to others that we also vetted. From the very first contact to the final goodbyes - we were extremely pleased and happy with every detail. -

Inclusive and Unique
From the first contact, planning our wedding was relaxed, individualized and easy! We were looking for an inclusive wedding package and this company provided just that! The team at Cactus and Lace has an amazing attention to detail and creative talent. Our wedding day, and every aspect, was exactly as we had in mind. Lory and her team took care of coordinating everything, we simply had to show up for the fun part. C&L offers a list of vendors they have worked with and recommend, which was so convenient! The photography provided is absolutely stunning. Seriously...just check out their site. It is unreal.
Our wedding was undoubtedly perfect.
Most importantly, we could truly feel how genuinely happy and honored C&L was to be part of our special day. -

Thank you so much Rachel and team for our dream elopement! We knew we wanted something “our vibe” during the initial search of where and who would help plan our micro elopement of 9 guests. Cactus and lace was on the dot, exactly what we were looking for.
We’re from California so the getaway to Vegas was perfect. Everything was so organized and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. My husband and I are about 2 weeks out from our big day and we still can’t stop talking about it all. The whole experience will be something we both will be raving about for years and years to come. We’ve already recommended to friends and work colleagues :)

Amazing team! A dream come true. Each member of the team is a photographer. Not only do you get professional pictures but other members of the team will take pictures on your personal device. These ladies will direct you on the spot on how to pose. They will be ready with tissues to dab your tears at a moments notice. They will not rush you to eat your cake (their cake vendor is excellent BTW! Stunning and tasty cakes!). They are genuine, honest and passionate ladies and it shows in their work! Excellent taste in decor. I requested a flower crown and they made it happen. My husband and I traveled from Philadelphia to elope and Cactus and Lace planned everything in 3 months to secure our 4/3/21 date! It was a magical experience that would not have been possible without their creativity, organization and experience!! Be prepared to feel at ease and show up for the photoshoot/private party of your life! Cactus and lace also provides a speaker so you can play music while you are enjoying your day. No stress; it was a breeze. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Rachel, Amanda and Torrey! -

Cactus and Lace planned an unbelievably dreamy, romantic elopement for us. COVID cancelled our wedding plans, and we contacted C&L with only one month until our wedding date. Rachel was so fast and responsive - she chatted with me over video once, and truly brought my inspiration to life! C&L took care of everything - hair, makeup, transportation, setup/breakdown, cake, flowers, photography…there was zero stress on our wedding day, only love and excitement. The photos are unbelievable, and really speak to how gorgeous and intimate our special day was. We feel so lucky to have found this team! -

I will end up in tears before this review is complete. I first reached out to Cactus and Lace to get a feel for a destination wedding. Eloping had never crossed my mind. I always wanted all of my friends and family to be there on my special day. Once we were engaged.. eloping sounded better and better. Rachel was my main contact. She is stellar! All of these ladies are 100% rockstars. I could email Rachel anytime, anyway with any silly questions and she was always more than happy to be there for me. It was so fun to be involved with decorations via the Pinterest board that they create for you. It kept you involved but didn’t make you feel overwhelmed with all of the little details (unless you wanted to be more involved). They also had great recommendations for alcoholic beverage server, catering, music, hair/makeup, officiant and videographer! I was working 60+ hours a week so it was such a blessing to have such an amazing team planning every detail of my dream day! The day of the wedding was a breeze. They had an itinerary for the days events (which was geared more towards me but came in very handy to send out to guests as well so they felt in the loop!). They arranged for my (and my mother and sisters) hair and makeup to be done in my hotel room where one of the photographers and my videographer showed up to capture all of the precious before moments. After I got ready, the photographer and videographer stayed in my room to get shots of my husband with his parents getting ready as well. Transportation was arranged from the hotel to the valley of Fire for us and our guests. They were all very impressed with the bus!!! It was such a great time. I showed up at the ceremony. Amanda handed me my bouquet and it was go time! That easy. The ceremony was small and beautiful (25 guests). I could go on and on! The pictures these ladies took were worth more than any amount of money could ever buy. Absolutely stunning. I have never felt more beautiful in my entire life. It was truly a treasure to have these ladies orchestrate and be part of our day. It was absolutely perfect and I wish I could relive it over and over. We love Cactus and Lace! -

Patience: I mean this is the number one thing you want in your planner right – the fact that Rachel was so FLEXIBLE throughout the THREE YEARS of planning is above and beyond what I expected. She was willing to take multiple calls with me and my husband to go through all of our details, requests and changes.
Hard Work: If you have not checked out Cactus and Lace’s Instagram you should – they work their ASS off for each and every wedding to make it perfect for the bride and groom. They haul all of their amazing details through sand, heat, and more to make sure your day will be perfect.
Customization: They want to make your dream come true – no matter what crazy Pinterest Ideas you have – they are willing to go the extra mile to make it a special day for the couple. It isn’t your cookie cutter same sign, same setup type planning service – this is made for you! Rachel was so sweet and kind even when I wanted to change my entire Pinterest board after spending hundreds of hours going down COVID Pinterest rabbit holes for elopement ideas.
Creativity: Not only are these wonderful ladies planners – they are AMAZING photographers with a creative view. Their creativity extends into their designs and planning and they have perfected their art for sure. They have an amazing friendship and creative fuel when paired together that they can help you accomplish anything.
Dedication: Obviously a great planner is dedicated to their couple, but when COVID happened and Valley of Fire closed and plans changed – they were dedicated until the very end.
And even today I would do it all over again and I honestly want to relive my day every time I look back at our images.
And if you want to host an after party on Strip you can - you don’t have to stop in the desert. We thankfully got to have both Rachel and Amanda plan our Happily Ever After Party the following night for friends and family and it was just as amazing our special day we spent just the two of us. -

Dream desert weddings!!
Wonderful Cactus and lace team!
We cannot even begin to recommend cactus and lace enough!! If you’re looking for an intimate wedding in the must beautiful desert location, these are the ladies you need to talk too!! We knew we wanted a desert location but most companies we came across only offered an “elopement” style day with minimal guests and no design aspects, in cactus and lace I found my perfect meeting of intimate desert wedding with beautiful styling! We had an initial Skype call so they could get a feel for our vision and us as a couple, they then set up a joint Pinterest so we could really get a feel for ideas, this evolved until a few months before until we really pinned down what we wanted! We can’t thank them enough for our beautiful day, in the midst of everything going on ( the start of the pandemic with a full weeks rain prior) it was an absolute oasis of love and calm! Everything absolutely blew our expectations out if this world! the florals, the setting, the cake!! it’s like they saw our vision better than we did! It was quite an odd experience planning a wedding via email from the other side of the world especially for such a control freak like me with such specific vision but they constantly anticipated our needs/ nerves and put them to rest! not only did they execute our wedding more perfectly than we could have imagined but they were a real source of support and encouragement through all the ups and downs we faced! From start to finish working with them has been an absolute pleasure! I can’t possibly recommend their services enough to other couples! I just wish we could do it all again!! 💖💖💖 -

If I could give this Company 1000 stars I would. Amanda and the rest of the Cactus & Lace team we’re awesome. This was the most LEAST STRESSFUL experience with ANYTHING, much less my wedding, that I have ever had!!! my wedding was absolutely perfect!!! From the cake, to the decor, to the food to the photographers, I can not rave enough about how in love everyone was over the wedding! Meri and Mitchell’s Desert Wedding

There are so many reasons why Cactus and Lace is the perfect vendor for your dream wedding that I honestly do not know where to start!
Simply put, I can tell you that from personal experience that Rachel and Lori are incredible people who go to great lengths to ensure that your big day is the best day ever. Everything, down to the smallest detail, was curated to reflect exactly what my wife and I were looking for. And do you see the pictures that they take?! The toughest decision that we have had to make throughout the entire wedding planning process is which ones we want to hang up in our home!
I cannot recommend Cactus and Lace enough. I am so grateful for the role they played in the most beautiful day of my life, it would not have been possible without them!
