    I was very impressed with this cute little shop that I found on Etsy. Their policies clearly stated that their gifts are custom made to order and to please allow 2 weeks for their turn around time. I ordered an engraved watch on a Sunday and it arrived to me by Thursday! Wow for speediness! I wrote the company a well deserved good review and I was instantly thanked with a coupon code for future purchases.

    Customized lazar-engraved cake toppers. We were able to get a cake topper with our last name created from this vendor on Etsy. When it didn't arrive, the vendor provided a tracking number and when the tracking revealed that the package had been delivered at my mailbox, and I was totally distraught, the vendor responded same-day and offered to replace the item, even though the loss was no fault of his own, with free labor and materials so that I'd only have to pay shipping.

    Item was never recieved. I had to get a refund from PayPal and Groupon as the owner was terrible rude about their false advertising.

    I purchased four personalized knives for my children from Cabany Co. The options for customization are for initials or word/saying. I chose the non-initial option as one of my children has four initials and I did not know how to input the four initials correctly. I put the initials in the order I wanted them on each knife. Two were correct. The one with four initials and the one where the middle and last initial are the same. Two were incorrect. I have been going back and forth with jena@cabanyco.com since January (initial order made December 16, 2016). I have explained. She says she understands. Needs to see pictures. I have sent pictures at least four times. As of this writing, March 15, 2017, I still do not have knives to give to my kids. The product looks good but printing is wrong. Wish Jena would follow up. Not a good company if they make a mistake. Out $120+shipping. Gary M.

    Absolutely terrible. My custom work came back off center and smudged, a week after the wedding! It took so long to get here just to see that it was poorly made. I tried to get a refund but was told in a very unprofessional manner that I just had to deal with it and that the smudge probably came during shipping (it very obviously did NOT). Worst place I've ever delt with, NOT WORTH IT.
