  Tyler was absolutely awesome to work with! He made my husband and I feel totally comfortable and relaxed, and neither of us usually enjoy having our photos taken!! The photos from our wedding came back SO FAST and they were incredible!! We were blown away by how much we loved our wedding photos! I would absolutely recommend using Tyler if he is available on your day! Thank you, Tyler!!

  My husband I and were married this past October and were so grateful to have Tyler and his wife Becca as our photographers. They were an absolute honor and pleasure to work with. They are easy to work with- actually driving all the way to DC to do our engagement photo shoot and didn't mind walking all around the city with us. They are funny, down-to-earth, relaxed, professional, and highly detailed oriented. Our engagement photos looked amazing. At our wedding they were unobtrusive, kind and managed to capture every photo perfectly. They were easy to keep in touch with and really helped us with everything from making a list of all the photos we wanted, to helping us create a timeline. They are amazing and we highly HIGHLY recommend them!

  Make your search for the perfect wedding photographer easy: pick Tyler Corvin! We met with Tyler and his wife and instantly, we felt like we were meeting up with old friends. Both Tyler and his wife are down-to-earth, friendly, caring, and professional in all regards to your wedding plans and how you want your big day to go. On the big day, Tyler is incredibly polite, but gets groups and people in the right order to make your wedding day as memorable as possible. His experience and attention to detail is very easy to notice. Tyler took the time to show my wife's 85 year old grandma a slideshow of the pictures he had taken on an iPad and went through them picture by picture with her. This just speaks to his caring, attention-to-detail, and professional demeanor. All day and all night, he always took the time to get things right (but not too much time-- its valuable on the big day!) and leave us with great pictures to last a lifetime.   Tyler is an incredibly talented photographer!! if you're worried about being awkward in front of the camera like we were, I would highly recommend doing an engagement session with Tyler. He helped us relax, took time to get to know us and was a great guide and teacher when it came to posing. Tyler took the time to talk with us about what we wanted and we even did it over a glass of wine at our venue! We have a lot of family and he made the best recommendations on how to get everything fit into our timeline. In addition to the ease of working with Tyler, his photos are just stunning. I am very critical of myself and rarely like a picture of myself, but with Tyler, I love them all!! I opened the first picture preview that he sent to us immediately after the wedding and I cried, it was beautiful and it captured our happiness and how I felt that day. He captured me and my husband's personality in a photo. I also cannot leave our his awesome wife and assistant Becca. Her sweet and calm demeanor kept my nerves down and her extra lense of point of view added to our great photos! When I'm having a bad day at work, I find myself looking at our wedding pictures and all of the moments Tyler and Becca captured of our family and friends on such an important day. The photos truly captured the feelings of that day, which is priceless.

  Tyler Corvin was an amazing photographer! From the first meeting until after our wedding he was professional and friendly. He always returned my emails and questions right away. He also had our engagement and wedding photos ready within a week after the event. Our photos are beautiful and I will cherish them always. I would highly recommend Tyler to any of my family or friends.

  Tyler was a wonderful photographer who made our dreams come true with beautiful photos to cherish our special day! He was always on the ball with meetings and making sure I had everything that I needed and that we were relaxed and well taken care of on the wedding day. My husband and I chose Tyler after seeing a blog post of another wedding he did at the venue we were getting married at. We immediately checked out his website and decided he was our guy! We had a Skype meeting with him and he was so easy to talk to and get to know and we felt very much assured that he would be so flexible and fun to work with! His wife, Becca, was his second shooter and she was just as great! They worked so well together and made it really easy on us so we could just enjoy our day but come out of it with wonderful memories and photographs! I would recommend C. Tyler Corvin Studios to everyone--so awesome!

  I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Tyler for both our engagement session and wedding day photos. From the time I contacted Tyler for general information on his services until he provided us the final copies of our photos he was 100% professional and always quick to respond with any and all questions we had. He was open to all ideas we had and wanted to make our pictures uniquely our own while also offering his expert opinion and ideas. My (now) husband and I had never taken professional pictures before and Tyler was very patient and helpful by giving us guidance on what to do and we looked like pros! He was a pleasure to work with and made the whole experience fun and stress-free, which is exactly what we needed while planning so many things for the wedding. Our photographer is one item we never had to worry about after choosing to work with Tyler. Not only was the picture-taking experience great, but the final pictures are fantastic! I can't stop looking at them. So many people have also complimented us on how great they look. Also, the site used to view, download, and share your pictures is very user friendly and I love that there is an app so I can easily pull up the pictures right on my phone. I can't say enough great things about Tyler and his team. Long story short- if I could do it all over again we would definitely be using C. Tyler Corvin Studio!

  We were thrilled with the photographs that Tyler took for our daughter's wedding in July. Every picture was beautiful and Tyler's creativity was evident at every turn. Tyler has a great personality and it was fun to have him with us throughout the day as we prepared for the wedding, and then celebrated the big event. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

  C. Tyler Corvin photography was the best investment we made on our wedding day! Tyler and Becca were organized, easy to work with and professional. There were punctual on the wedding day and Tyler helped us create a wedding day time line! I was extremely happy with how our wedding photographs turned out and am still receiving complements! We love C. Tyler Corvin and will definitely use him in the future!

  There are not enough positive things to say about the experience my husband (!!) and I had with Tyler. He was wonderful. Prior to the wedding he traveled to meet us at a location that was great for us, he answered all my questions with ease and confidence, he explained the process so I understood, and made me feel comfortable with him from the first meeting. The day of he showed up on time, looking professional, and started taking pictures. He made my bridal party feel comfortable as well as myself. I was super nervous about having a camera around all day, but I was able to relax and even put it out of my mind. He took all the pictures we requested, had ideas of his own that we didn't even think about, and they are ALL beautiful! We recieved an email that all of our pictures were available just 6 days after our wedding! I was a bit skeptical about this...and then I saw them. And I smiled, and laughed, and cried happy tears all over again while going through them. All of the moments that I want to remember most vividly about that night were captured. C. Tyler Corvin Studio exceeded all of my expectations for a wedding photographer and I would most definitelty recommend him! You will not be disappointed!

  You MUST use Tyler Corvin as your wedding photographer! He did an excellent job bringing light into the pictures on a cloudy day. He captured moments that I will forever cherish. The wedding day went by so quickly, so we're very thankful to have these amazing pictures that will mean so much to us for the rest of our lives. My only regret is that we didn't do engagement pictures - I highly suggest you get Tyler's package that includes an engagement session.

  My fiance and I used C. Tyler Corvin Studio for our September 2013 wedding. I admit to having fairly picky taste with high standards, so the following is not something I do often... We were married on a very rainy, very dreary day, but that didn't stop Tyler and his wife (the second shooter that day) from doing a wonderful job! They were on time, professional (yet still fun with plenty of personality), thorough, and positive the entire day. They are clearly used to dealing with wedding-day craziness and never skipped a beat (and to be honest, often kept me in line and focused on the task at hand). They literally came running whenever we needed anything, including when the sun peaked out for some AMAZING sunset shots. Yes, their day-of professionalism and attitudes were enough to recommend, but it goes on. The final product is stunning.. We have wonderful portraits, candids, "Pinterests", and more to cherish for a lifetime. I was thrilled, my husband was thrilled and both sides of the family were thrilled with the product. Tyler and team really made it look easy! I can recommend Tyler and his team enough!

  I highly recommend Tyler as a photographer for any occasion. He took photos of my fiancee and I at Virginia Tech for our engagement session and we absolutely loved it. The pictures turned out beautifully and we are very pleased. He is very kind and easy going and listens to your ideas while adding a creative spin of his own! I highly recommend his photography!

  Tyler is an AMAZING photographer! Out of all my vendors (planner/cateter/florist/etc) he was 100% my favorite, he was VERY quick to respond to all email/phone communication, which made my wedding experience much less stressful. He has a very pleasant demeanor, always calm, cool and collected and overall just great to work with... .....
  
  ......but down to the nitty gritty as to why you'd hire a photographer--- his pictures are AMAZING, he can find beauty in just about everything! His talent is superb, I couldn't be happier with the experience and quality of my pictures! Very highly recommended, and this is coming from someone who others have described as "hard to please." :)

  Tyler was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Its so true that photography is the most important thing since that is all you will have after the big day is over. Tyler was so easy to work with and came up with a schedule that fit our timing and budget. We had a small wedding (35 people) planned in less that 6 weeks and Tyler was extremely flexible and helpful throughout the process. Tyler kept everyone on schedule and calm day of as well. He knew all the great places around UVA grounds to get shots and he even did some amazing night shots with sparklers. We were SO happy when we got the pictures back. They were exactly what we were hoping for - very elegant and classy and in no way cheesy. The hardest part is choosing the ones to frame since we like so many. Thank you so much Tyler! We have so many wonderful memories thanks to you!

  Tyler and his wife were the photographers for our wedding in September 2012. Both of them were extremely professional and enthusiastic. They were well-prepared for the event, taking time to sit down with us for a long pre-wedding shoot discussion, as well as replying promptly to e-mails (which was especially important because we were long-distance planning). Tyler has made unveiling the photos really fun, with sneak peeks on his blog that he posted on facebook for all of our friends to see. The day of the wedding, he and his wife came up with all kinds of creative and tasteful ideas to make our group photos memorable. We would give Tyler's Studio more stars if we could-- they are amazing photographers and wonderful people.
