They go above and beyond and we’re so helpful in setting up a timeline and communicating with vendors and those giving speeches! C-Town brought the energy to our wedding!
Shaughn was the DJ for our wedding and we could not recommend him and C-Town entertainment enough! From our first meeting he made us feel so comfortable, more like friends than someone we were doing business with. Those personal touches were felt on our big day. We got compliments from our guests on everything from the trivia game he played during dinner to having the dance floor being packed the entire night. Shaughn brought the energy to the party and is the perfect choice for any event. I think the video I’m attaching below summarizes everything! -

I booked C-Town Entertainment at the recommendation of another bride, and I was so happy with Bob and his assistant! I may be biased, but ours was one of the most fun weddings I have been to. Everything ran smoothly and Bob did a great job reading the room and picking songs that brought people to the dance floor whenever needed. He checked in with me and my family/bridal party throughout the evening and made last minute adjustments as needed. He was professional and made sure we had all the moments and songs that we wanted. I have been to weddings with DJs who were not as skilled and it makes a big difference in the flow and energy of the evening. My guests started chanting “one more song!” at the end of the evening, and I think that says it all. I cannot thank you all enough for the care you put into our wedding! -

How have I not reviewed these guys yet?! I've loved working with them for years. I've officiated nearly 750 weddings but C-Town is the only DJ who provides a headset for me but also stashes a back-up mic near where I'm standing just in case there are sound issues and I need to swap out the mic. Now, I've never HAD a sound issue with them...but I have with others and this would have solved the issue immediately. They're so thorough in their planning and always professional. They will remain my highest recommended DJ company and I'll continue to do a happy dance every time I hear one of my couples has booked C-Town and we are on our way to creating a dream team for a couple's wedding day! -

Five stars is NOT ENOUGH!
The fine gentlemen at C Town are absolute professionals. Talk about knowing how to bring the energy, these guys had our wedding guest crying, laughing, howling, singing their hearts out and dancing to no end.
Shaughn was an absolute blast to work with. From the two meetings we had, I felt like I was talking to an old friend. He knew us so well and made everything so easy, which made all the difference in the night. When planning your wedding, your DJ will make or break the reception. I know this now, because if you asked me 2 years ago, I couldn't even tell you what we needed a DJ for. WOW was I naive. C Town made the night flow so smoothly, and created such an unforgettable atmosphere.
In one our meetings, we suggested an outside the box idea, and they LOVED it. Then at the wedding, they executed our idea in terrific fashion and it really made for a ton of fun and added a level of entertainment I really didn't expect to be so awesome and hilarious. Additionally, Shaughn suggested a tribute to my late Grandfather at the end of our anniversary dance, a dance with my Grandmother. This idea was an absolute grand slam, such a wonderful memory and a HUGE hit among guests and the family. I would never have thought of that on my own, and I can't say thank you enough for the absolute professionals at C Town for this and all the other details that made all the difference in the night!
I made a last minute song change before the night started, and on short notice they were able to rearrange the playlist to make my request happen. That change triggered the biggest reaction from our guests, I have never seen my friends and family SO EXCITED.
So yes, they can make things happen on the fly! Absolutely wonderful people to work with, C Town is nothing but professional and excellent. I can't imagine having made another choice for our big day, I'd choose these guys 100 times over.
Choose C Town for your wedding, don't even bother looking at the next guy. We knew right away they were the ones we wanted, and only proved so more on our big day.
Thank you C Town for your flawless and absolutely stellar services on our wedding day, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

C-Town Entertainment does not disappoint! We used their DJ and photo-booth services at our wedding! They were absolutely amazing! DJ Shaughn communicated with us incredibly well! He is professional, flexible, and fair! He made sure everything was perfect from the ceremony to the reception! We love Shaughn!! Definitely part of his fan club. Our guests flooded the dance floor the entire night! The tunes were top notch!
The Photo Booth was also a hit! We love looking through the photo strips- they are too funny!
If you are looking for either of these services… look no further! If we could rate C-Town Entertainment higher than 5 stars we would! THANK YOU SHAUGHN! -

Shaughn and Bob are absolutely phenomenal!! Throughout the entire process they were communicative, helpful, and fun! We met them at the Todays Bride show and booked them on the spot. Their online portal for choosing songs was really helpful in organizing my thoughts and plans (especially as a music lover who picked a lot of songs to play!). When we met with them at their office to go through details, we had a great time chatting and getting everything planned out. When the wedding day came, they were very independent and efficient at getting all their equipment set up, which a busy bride always appreciates!! The entire day went without a hitch, and we even made some fun changes for our grand entrance per Shaughn’s suggestion. I 100% recommend them for any upcoming event, no matter how laid back or complex the day is! -

Best DJ - Truly A Memorable Event
Months ago, when my now husband and I were looking into DJs, we spent about 7 months straight researching to find a DJ/MC who would help us create a fun and unique wedding that the both of us and our guests could enjoy. All paths lead us to C - Town Entertainment who were involved and excited from our very first meeting! My husband and I recently had our wedding this past Saturday, September 17th 2022 and when I tell you that the dance floor was never empty throughout the whole night - everyone during and after spoke about our DJs music choice and how it was THE most fun wedding they’d ever been to. C -Town even went above and beyond with creating mood lighting, setting up outdoor speakers so our guests could always hear what was playing (even when roasting marshmallows) , and the highlight for me was when they themselves entered our dance circle with our friends and family. Their services felt so friendly and personalized that by the end of the event they felt like family. We will forever recommend C - Town Entertainment to ANYONE looking to create a memorable event. Bob, Shaughn, and Nik were amazing!
From first contact to the end of the wedding day, we were continually impressed by their knowledge & professionalism. The biggest thing to us was that they were upfront and honest about pricing and what would work at our venue. We didn't feel like we were being sold, we felt like we were planning our wedding.
They were prepared for all of our meetings, created our wedding day timeline with us, and truly got to know us and what we wanted.
We held our wedding at the Akron Art Museum and had them handle the music for the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, & indoor reception. There are many challenges to an indoor/outdoor venue, along with a strangely shaped building, but they handled the acoustics with ease. Everyone could hear the the ceremony and speeches, and the music was the perfect volume.
We can't stress enough how important of a role the DJ plays at a wedding. They aren't only the music providers, they set the mood, they keep you on track, and they announce all of the big moments.
Our wedding day ran so smoothly thanks to Bob & Nik, and the dancefloor was bumpin' all night!!
We had a couple book them for their wedding after seeing what an amazing job they did at ours... and that says everything I can't. -

Best DJs Around - PACKED Dance Floor all night long!
When my husband and I were planning our wedding one of the most important aspects to our day was to have a packed dance floor all night long. Music and dancing is something both love and we wanted all our guests to be able to experience that feeling from start to finish. From the start when we met with Shaugn we were blown away…first of all that he cared enough to meet us in person and get to know us as a couple alongside with our vision for the evening. Right after our first meeting we made the decision to book with C-Town DJs and it was one of the best decisions we made!
We truly could not think of a better experience working with both Shaughn and Bob. They cared about every little detail in my timeline and the atmosphere we wanted at our wedding. They were always willing to schedule a meeting or hop on a phone call to discuss anything that was on my mind. They made it easy for me to work through their planning forms and make sure the evening ran smoothly. They gave suggestions on our grand entrances for the bridal party, and advice on the flow of a reception as my husband and I had not been to many weddings previously. They sifted through my many song requests and first dance specifics. From my no play lists to my must plays…. Bob heard exactly what we wanted and made it happen.
One comment made by my father-in-law when looking around the room throughout the evening was no one was sitting down at the tables. The dance floor was PACKED – and we had a wedding of about 210 people. The energy was high the whole evening and this could not have been achieved without Bob as our DJ and MC for the evening. My dad’s coworkers who have been to many weddings commented that they had never been to a wedding with such great energy and songs and a dance floor packed the whole night. Everyone I speak to can’t stop talking about how fun the music was and how the songs were great for anyone there – even my family that doesn’t dance said if you didn’t have fun…it was your own fault as they enjoyed the energy brought from Bob and Kat. Kat was also out on the dance floor all night capturing photos of us which was awesome to have since the photographers leave earlier in the night. It was so much fun to work with everyone at C-Town DJs.
Something that money can’t buy for me is my family and to see my dad (who is more reserved) dance to some of our favorite songs from the start to the end of the night was incredible – also to find out he had a broken toe the next day… it didn’t stop him! To see my sister shine and get outside of her comfort zone and dance all night is something I will never forget. Another awesome feature was how they made the dance floor look fun yet classy with all their lighting that went along to the beat of the music was so cool. I would recommend C Town DJs to anyone who wants a packed dance floor and has such high energy that people are still talking about how that was the most fun they have had dancing at a wedding before.
My husband and I are blown away and will be reliving this night for many many years to come.

10/10 recommend C-Town!
We absolutely LOVED working with Bob and Shaughn with C-Town Entertainment for our wedding! From the planning to the wedding day, they were easy to work with, patient, high-energy and just downright talented at DJing. Bob's emceeing was top-notch and personalized, making it a reception to remember. The "dancing on the clouds" that C-Town offers was also a highlight. The dance floor was full the whole night! We had so many people come up to us after the wedding to say how great the DJs were and how awesome the music was. The ceremony went perfectly, too.
Bob and Shaughn aced all of the details, from mics to scheduling to playing the best versions of songs, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning a party or wedding of any size. One word of caution though- no one will want the party to end because they'll be having too much fun! -

We met these guys at the wedding of our best man two years earlier...I immediately knew we HAD to hire them for our day. Shaughn was so thorough and personable in the conversations we had, taking time out to get to know us and our venue. When Covid hit he was very flexible and apologetic for what we were going through. Kept us on track with making sure we had everything planned on schedule and payed close attention to detail. Their planning site for events is amazing! The night of, he and Bob did not disappoint! Our guests and bridal party raved about their coordinating of the evening and kickass playlists. They really improvised well when I threw changes/demands at them haha. Worth every penny, we love you guys!! -

Shaughn and the entire C-Town team are absolutely amazing. Booking them to be our wedding DJ was by FAR one of the easiest wedding decisions we made. Shaughn is incredibly kind, patient, organized, and professional. He was always very responsive during the planning process and was always prepared for a phone call, meeting, etc. What we really appreciated about Shaughn was his attention to detail, and the fact that he took time to learn more about us as a couple, family dynamics, our vision for our reception, etc. He was also very good at handling awkward family requests at the reception, which we really appreciated! We cannot recommend Shaughn and C-Town more! They made our reception just perfect :)

I could not recommend C-Town Entertainment more if you are looking for a DJ service. They were the best vendor that we experienced throughout the wedding process. They were extremely thorough and attentive to all of our needs. Their attention to detail is second to none and they really went out of their way to ensure that we had the perfect wedding experience. They made very helpful suggestions and points in our meetings that we never would have even thought of. C-Town made our lives so much easier during the planning phase and even through the COVID situation, they stayed incredibly professional and made everything exactly how we pictured it. Their lighting and monograms really can transform a venue, which I highly recommend. Their payment system and online catalog to pick songs is incredibly user friendly and easy to use. Bob, who was our DJ, rounded out our music selection with great picks that correlated with our choices. They are extremely dedicated to making sure your day is as special as possible. They were at my venue extremely early setting up and making sure everything was perfect. I was amazed at the dedication and professionalism Bob & Nik showed on my wedding day. Everybody at the end of the night complimented the DJ service more than almost anything else. These guys really can do it all, and if you’re looking for a DJ, you would be hard-pressed to find a better company than C-Town. -

C Town Entertainment was wonderful. Shaughn and Bob were so organized, helpful, professional and fun! We just got married August 21,2020 at Springvale Ballroom. Shaughn and Bob organized a trivia game for our guest during cocktail hour. The questions were all about my husband and I. Of course my husband and I weren’t there to participate because we were out taking pictures but our guest told us multiple times how much fun they had playing the trivia game and what a great idea it was:)
We had an outside ceremony and The music quality was perfect. I couldn’t be more happy with them from our ceremony all the way until the end of our night! -

We could not have been more pleased with C-Town Entertainment! We had them handle the music for our ceremony and reception, and everything was great. Our wedding was Saturday, March 14th, in the midst of the COVID-19 closures. We had about 1/3 of our guests cancel last minute, but that didn't stop Nik from keeping the party going all night long. He was great at reading the crowd and playing music to get everyone up on the dance floor; our small but mighty party would not have been nearly as fun without them! -

Shaughn and Bob were absolutely incredible for our wedding! They made sure the entire day/ night flowed and even stayed late when we found out we had some extra time to party! We had them for our ceremony, reception, and lighting and it was 100% worth it! They came around randomly throughout the night asking us what we wanted to hear which I loved! They had such positive attitudes and gave off such a fun vibe all night long! We feel so lucky that we were able to have them for our wedding because they truly made the night! Unforgettable/amazing/perfect DJ's for our wedding day!!!!
It has taken my husband and I a minute to write! I cannot express enough how amazing this DJ crew was!!! Not only did we have a difficult location(outside far in a back yard) but it also down poured....that being said Bob stayed positive and also professional the entire time. Bob was able to read the crowd and made perfect decisions at all times. I seriously cannot express enough how much I recommend C-Town. Everyone told my husband and I for weeks how are wedding was the best and so so much fun!!! During the whole planning C-Town were quick to respond to us with all questions asked (which was a big deal because we were planning a wedding from out of town from Denver) C-Town also helped give ideas without taking over and were very flexible on the out of bound ideas we had. They like to get to know their bride and groom so they can give the best entertainment ever....which they did!!! Another GREAT thing is some of the Dj's were recently married so they can relate and understand how important this day was!!! ALL AROUND FROM BEGINNING TO END 5 STARS!!! Any event I have in the future (which is my brothers 50th birthday coming up) I will use them and refer them to everyone!!!!! Many many hugs to them for making our wedding day beyond perfect, memorable, and unique!!! -

I love love loved having Shaughn and his team at the wedding! They were super accommodating, as we were planning from North Carolina, they met up with us to do a walk through and see the venue site. Day of the wedding we had crazy weather from tornado level winds to the eventual rain. Shaughn and his team were able to effortless accommodate the last minute move to an indoor wedding. The dance floor was packed all night and he helped to keep the evening on track! I was thankful to have this team at my wedding it made everything move along just perfectly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! -

I would not recommend C-Town Entertainment to anyone! We booked our October 2020 wedding with C-Town back in February 2020 (before the COVID-19 pandemic started). Since then, my fiancé and I made the extremely difficult decision to postpone our wedding to October 2021 for the health of our family, friends, AND vendors. When we made our decision, the Governor of Ohio had restricted wedding sizes and there were many unclear rules about dance floors, mingling, etc. When I reached out to each of our vendors, Shaughn at C-Town was the ONLY vendor that insisted on a second deposit to postpone. At this time, we were actually paid in full for our wedding and he still insisted on an additional $599.70. Their contract is extremely vague and does not address postponements, only cancellations. They claimed that this situation did not fall under their “Misc. Causes for Cancellation” section of their contract (i.e. accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control) and they insisted that I chose to postpone but in all actuality, the local government had basically made the decision for us. So not only has Shaughn and C-Town Entertainment made part of our wedding planning completely miserable, but he’s made nearly $600 off of us for doing absolutely nothing other than being completely insensitive to our situation and clueless as to what is going on in the world around him. Definitely do NOT recommend this company!
