We hired Caleb Stelle for our outdoor ceremony to play instrumental music and they made the day perfect. Throughout the entire planning process, Caleb was extremely responsive, professional, and helpful when it came to deciding what music to play. We enjoyed the feature that we could pick which specific instruments were going to be used, and had a wide variety of pieces to select for songs. Everything about Caleb's company was wonderful. Not to mention their work is beautiful and everything sounded so perfect!! 10/10 recommend Caleb to anyone! -

Caleb Stelle music was an absolute dream to work with! I cannot recommend them enough for a wedding. From the minute we hired his business to play for our wedding, he was attentive to our wants and needs, communicated daily, and answered any questions we had. I experienced the C. Stelle Music Group as easy and thoughtful to work with. Caleb, the leader was very responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, and resourceful while answering my questions and helping with my vision, via email. He was also happy to hop on a call with me, whenever a conversation was necessary. The musicians he sent to our wedding venue arrived early. They were professional, courteous, and played well. Many guests enjoyed they're renditions of old school r&b, in addition to soulful Christmas songs. I recommend C. Stelle Music based on this experience. They added the classic, romantic touch to our wedding that we were looking for. 🎶 -

Greg Glessner played the violin at our wedding on October 1, 2022. It was a rainy and cooler day but that didn't faze Greg. Our guests absolutely loved hearing the music and many commented on how wonderful he was, especially since we had a small wedding, it made it much more intimate and special. Working with Caleb to set this all up was so easy and stress free. I can't thank Caleb and Greg enough. This experience truly made our ceremony something I will cherish for a lifetime. It was beautiful and the company really cares to make your day about you and what you want. 10/10 would recommend! -

I had this company for my wedding and they were phenomenal!! From the booking, to the music section, to them coming out to actually play. My harpist Mary Kay was sooooo sweet. I had the oddest requests and C. Stelle delivered perfectly. We had a cellist at our wedding ceremony. But instead of just traditional music, I asked for some bops too. I liked the idea of people tapping their foot and not realizing what they’re tapping to, then turning to their friends and saying, wait… is this … Candy Shop? And yes, yes it was. He also interacted with the crowd before the wedding which my guests LOVED. He’d play a song and say things like, “well that was a first” and my guests got a kick out of it. I would recommend them again and again! -

Caleb Stelle and his team were an incredible addition to our wedding! Caleb's team provided a beautiful atmosphere and coordinated the various processional, ceremony, and recessional music with precision. We used C. Stelle Music to hire a string duo for our November wedding. Caleb did an excellent job at facilitating everything— he was communicative throughout and always answered questions/concerns promptly. He worked with us to pick three perfect songs for our bridal party/bridal processional and recessional. The musicians arrived early and I worked seamlessly with our coordinator to get set up. I meet Caleb years ago working in summer programs in schools at steam camps and it was always a pleasure to work with him. Me and my wife love him just for the amazing human he is so to have him play at our wedding was a big highlight for us. The process was easy, simple and he had a wide range of songs to choose from. Me and my wife are professional dancers so to be able to pick some modern music and have it played on the violin was amazing. We would highly recommend Caleb and his team for any event. It will most defiantly make your day even more special. Will post another review once I get the pics back -

They answered all my questions and even already had all the music I requested. They were very easy to work with. We did have a friend of ours sit beside the cellist to turn pages and keep the wind from blowing the sheet music. I was a little worried about the part of the contract saying the musicians may not play if weather is not good for outdoor ceremonies. All turned out well and that statement was probably just for extreme cases. We’d book with them again if we had to do it all over! -
