We could not have asked for a better experience and photographers to capture our wedding day. From the very first meeting, Cass made us feel comfortable, understood our vision perfectly, and brought such a warm, calming presence to the entire experience. I truly felt like I had made a new friend who wanted the best for us. On the day itself, Marcy, Ellie, and Lauren did it all. They felt like family even though we had just met, and captured not just the big moments, but the tiny, candid ones that mean so much to us. The photos are beyond anything we could have imagined - and that is just speaking on the sneak peaks!! Every time we look through them, we’re instantly transported back to those exact moments, and that is such a priceless gift. Our family and friends have not stopped talking about how stunning the images are and how fun Marcy, Ellie, and Lauren were to have around. AMAZING, don't look any further

Amazing work!
Communication was amazing throughout, they helped build a timeline, we hired their videographer as well. We received a complimentary engagement shot with our package and our photos are amazing. Two photographers got all the right shots and went above and beyond. -

Don’t think twice, book them
I cannot say enough great things about this company and Cass. We hired C.Mae for our wedding this fall and they were absolutely amazing. Our pictures are beautiful and I kept getting compliments from our wedding guests on how great our two photographers; Marcy & Ellie were. They definitely were a dream team and I’m so glad they were able to capture our day. Cass was great as well, very organized and professional. C.Mae Design needs to be at the top of every future bride's photographer list. This team is INCREDIBLE -- to say the least. From the first phone call with Cass, I knew this was my team. She is the calming force behind a stressful time in wedding planning. More importantly, Cass ensures that this is a good match, which I never realized was so essential to a smooth day. She consistently checks in and ensures that each couple is comfortable and excited about what's ahead. Once everything is scheduled you meet the rest of her incredible team. I was fortunate to have the ever-powerful, mother-daughter duo, Marcy and Ellie and my goodness they are EXCELLENT. From details you wouldn't have ever thought of to impromptu pictures of guests during the ceremony, no detail is left undiscovered. They allowed me to feel so confident and relaxed throughout my entire day -- plus, I don't think I ever stopped laughing! I will forever be thankful to them for capturing a day with such true emotion!
I received a sneak peek of both engagement shots and wedding shots within 12 hours of having my pictures taken. I also received our entire gallery of shots about a month after our wedding date. Everything was done with such attention to detail and each shot was beautiful!
If you are looking for a caring, fun, high-spirited team this is it. I will never recommend anyone other than Cass and her team. My entire family has SO much love for them! Thank you, C.Mae!! -

Best Photographers Ever
Amazing company! Would 1,000% recommend!
We had Marcy for our engagement pictures, which turned out amazing. Taking pictures isn’t my husband’s favorite thing to do, but Marcy made it fun for both of us the whole time. Then we had Marcy & Jackie for our small wedding ceremony and received so many compliments on how fun they both were to work with. And those pictures turned out just as amazing. Finally Cassie & Laura did our 1 year anniversary celebration which was also, well, amazing! C. MAE photography makes it easy and natural to take amazing pictures. I highly recommend them for any photography you need. Seriously, book them. -

I can’t say enough amazing things about Cassie and the team! From our first meeting with Cassie, we knew this was who we wanted to shot our wedding. We loved her vibe and how much experience that she has in the business. Let me start with the engagement session! Marcy was amazing, she was so kind and made us feel some comfortable. I had planned on wearing a scarf with my outfit, but in the hustle of the morning I forgot it. Lucky, Marcy had one in her car that she so kindly let me use for the photos. We love how the photos turned out! Next, we loved that Cassie helped us plan out the whole day, because to be honest we had no idea what we were doing. We had Marcy and Abby shot out wedding, they got every detail shot that we really wanted. Marcy and Abby were nothing but a joy to work with once again they made Slater and I feel soo comfortable. We loved the option for the sneak peak slideshow during the dinner, it was amazing. I tell everyone that if they need a photographer C.Mae are the people. I just can’t thank Cassie, Marcy and Abby enough. I get sooo many complements on my photos, and I can’t stop looking at them! -

I cannot say enough about CMAE design. Choosing your photographer for your wedding is one of the biggest wedding decisions you made- Your wedding photos are what bring back memories and let you relive your day over and over again.
When I got engaged, CMAE was the first vendor we booked, without hesitation. I am actually an Event Director for a wedding venue, so when it came to my wedding, specifically choosing vendors, I was incredibly picky. I knew without a doubt I wanted Cassie, Marcy, Jackie or Abby shooting for us. Choosing a photographer is not only about the actual photos but how they handle the day. CMAE doesn't just shoot AMAZING photos but they also jump in anywhere that is needed, they walk you through your day, remind you to soak it in- they're basically your hype women yet a calming voice throughout the day.
The other major thing I want to mention is my (now) husband HATES taking photos. As we were taking photos he leaned over and said, this is surprisingly fun- which I cannot stress is huge for him. We had such a blast together. Our photographers were Marcy & Cassie and not only are the photos phenomenal but they made our day so special. -

C.Mae Design LLC did something I didn't think was possible. They impressed both set of parents! All family and friends at our intimate wedding were so happy and could not stop singing their praises on the amazing work they were doing. I can not recommend enough. Real people who are kind, honest and hard working. With all the changes we made with Covid-19, Cassie worked with me to rebuild a day that ended up being more magical that I ever hoped. Her team is made up of people who help bring a wedding day together and go above and beyond to make magic happen. -

It is hard to describe enough words about C.Mae because Cassie, Marcy, and Jackie are simply THE BEST! They really are more than just photographers. They were truly here for us from the beginning to end. They offered endless support, advice, and guidance from our very first wedding consultation, engagement photos, months, weeks, and days before the wedding. On the day of our wedding I felt no worries and it felt like having friends their holding my hand throughout the entire day. Their experience and professionalism shines and we could not be happier with our results. They are so talented and you can tell they genuinely love what they do and make you feel like their only client they are working with. C.Mae Design was absolutely amazing from start to finish! From going over any packages they had and letting us mix and match different options so they fit in our budget was so helpful. When we did our engagement shoot with Marcy we knew right away that she was going to be absolutely fantastic for our wedding and she certainly did not disappoint. Marcy's passion for photography shows so much through her photos and looking back on them was like reliving our amazing day all over again. Abby is your right hand woman. She is there for you even when you don't even know you needed anything. Calming when I was freaking out, nurturing when one of my bridesmaids passed out during pictures, witty when I was trying to write my vows, stern when the groomsmen weren't listening, my escape when I got stuck talking to guests for too long. It wasn't just the (AMAZING) pictures it was the above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect. I could go on and on about why they are the best, but their work speaks volumes and each of them as people even more so! -

Krista Sent on 10/04/2017C.Mae design is not only a photographer but they’re your sidekick on the day of your wedding. They are constantly making sure you have everything you need. They even have a kit they carry with them with needle thread other cosmetics you name it if you need something. They communicate with your other vendors for you if there is a slight change in the day. Their customer service is just outstanding. Not to mention they’re a BLAST to work with. I had Cassie Dee and Julie shoot my wedding - and I basically miss their presence in my life because they’re so fun and so sweet and all made me and my husband feel so special and awesome that day. And they’re pictures in my mind are the most beautiful photos. They catch the raw stuff, the in the moment emotional stuff, stuff that on your busy day you’ll probably forget about. They get it all. They follow a list for family photos so you get the ones you want. They’re worth every cent! I wish I could do it all over again just so I can work with them! Highly recommend using them if you are planning a wedding in the Lake Geneva, Kenosha, Burlington, Milwaukee area. But hey - they also travel! Love ou C.Mae Design!

Cassie was such a HUGE help from the moment we contacted her to start planning our wedding. She gave expert advice, great professional recommendations, and wonderful customer service! She helped us with the timeline of our wedding day which HELPED IMMENSELY!! Talk about a stress reliever! Next, I felt like I would be stressed on the wedding day, and as soon as our photographers Marcy and Abby arrived, I was able to start having fun!!! They brought my dress and veil to the venue for me, they carried my train, helped bussel my train after the ceremony, carried my lip gloss to freshen up, calmed me, and helped us stick to the timeline! Marcy and Abby went above and beyond and handled the events of our day so perfectly that I didn't have to make any difficult decisions, because they took care of any problems that arose. I even got stung by a wasp and they removed the stinger! In addition to their stellar customer service, the photos they've taken of our wedding are STUNNING! Are you bold enough for boudoir?
I had such a fun time at this shoot. I didn't know boudoir was a thing until I started shopping around for my wedding. We are getting married in North Carolina but wanted to stay local to Milwaukee for our engagement shoot. At first we made jokes about it and continued on our hunt, but the more I thought about it the more intrigued I became. What sold me on boudoir was meeting Cass. We made a point of meeting all of the prospective photographers because we felt like it was important to get along personally and professionally in order to have a good shoot. Because of COVID, all of our meetings were virtual via Zoom or phone call. My fiancé was unable to meet Cass, but she and I got along really well. She had this way of making me feel like we were old friends even though I had just met her. We ended up going in a different direction for engagement photos; however, if it weren't for how comfortable Cass made me feel on that first call, I would not have ever shot boudoir.
I was a little nervous about the concept at first but grew to really looking forward to it as an empowering experience for me. We shot at a local wedding venue. Cass and the makeup artist wore masks the entire time. We chatted while I was getting my hair and makeup done, and the makeup artist left once she finished so that it was just Cass and me for the shoot. The makeup was absolutely stunning- I am not a huge makeup person, but I love the way I looked and how confident I felt. The shoot itself was incredibly fun. I had no idea how to model, so Cass helped demonstrate the poses for me, always making sure I felt comfortable doing them and the light was hitting me the most flattering way. She was very thoughtful when it came to poses that drew attention both to and away from different highlighted features and troublesome areas that I was more self conscious about. The prices were steeper than I initially budgeted, but I for sure got what I paid for. The self confidence I gained alone was worth it, and Cass was super flexible with her time- our 30 minute shoot went over an hour without me even realizing it because of all of the pieces I brought to shoot in and how much fun I was having.
Going through and selecting the photos I wanted to keep after the shoot was the most difficult - there were so many good images, and they hadn't even been edited yet. Cass was patient with me while we whittled them down and helped me choose a good selection for the Little Black Book I splurged on as a gift for my fiancé. I am so excited for him to open this on our wedding day next year and only hope that I can keep the photos to myself until then.
TLDR; if you are in the market for a unique wedding present, shop no further than C. Mae Design. It truly is a gift you get for both yourself and your fiancé, if they are lucky enough to see the incredible images that come out of it. -
