Veronica was an absolute dream to work with from our engagement shoot all the way through our wedding day! She handled our 21-person bridal party and large families with total grace and ease. Her approach was the perfect mix of organized and go-with-the-flow. Veronica's positive attitude was contagious throughout the entire day and was something that everyone commented on.
The photos themselves are simply stunning. She captured a beautiful softness in our portraits, incredible energy at the reception, and so many candid moments we would have otherwise missed. Her black and white photos are especially breathtaking. Everyone we've shared the gallery with has raved, and we could not have asked for a better photographer. Book her, you won't regret it!

Absolutely loved our photoshoot with Veronica! She’s amazing at what she does and made the whole experience comfortable and fun! Our photos are all so beautiful she really gives it her all and makes you feel at ease throughout the whole shoot! -

We hired Veronica for our engagement shoot a few months ago and for our wedding next year in March 2023. It has easily been the best experience with a photographer to date! Veronica is super personable and very talented at her craft. We took our engagement photos at the Liberty State Park in Jersey City. Veronica worked very well with my fiancé and I who were a bit camera shy and we were able to get the most beautiful shots from her because of it. She makes you feel super comfortable and confident. I cannot even explain how beautiful the pictures are, we were blown away by the quality! The session was fun and such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a wedding photographer. -

Veronica has done an engagement shoot with my fiancée and I, and is set to do our wedding in October 2022. The engagement shoot was fantastic; Veronica is extremely easy and pleasant to work with, and can connect well with a couple in a way that feels personal. It's the first time I've done anything like this before, so it was great to feel comfortable and relaxed, and just have a good time. Both of us were very happy with Veronica's photos, which were set at a few locations in both city and nature settings. -

Talented wedding photographer with an eye for great lighting!
I first found By Veronica Photography when I walked by her studio in Montclair, NJ - and I am very glad I did! After looking up Veronica's work on Instagram, I was very impressed with her style and versatility.
My fiance Chris and I met Veronica for an initial conversation and loved hearing about her process and philosophy. We booked Veronica for our wedding in October 2022, as well as for an engagement shoot in November 2021.
We had so much fun doing our engagement shoot! Veronica is extremely professional and talented, and made us feel very comfortable quickly in front of the camera (neither of us had any experience with photoshoots). She is very friendly and fun to hang out with as well, which helped me to feel less awkward and more relaxed in the moment.
Veronica was able to both capture our goofy personalities and make us look and feel fantastic. I was so happy with the variety of photographs we got from our photoshoot - in nature, with the city background, and around colorful murals. She has an eye for lighting and visual opportunities and was able to edit beautiful color and black & white images. Can't wait for Veronica to shoot our wedding and I highly recommend her for any of your professional photography needs! -

Veronica and her team are the absolute best. Veronica did our engagement shoot, and I was so grateful for her guidance on finding the right location. Our engagement photos blew us away, we looked so relaxed, and we actually had fun, all thanks to Veronica and her calm demeanor. She even hiked the Brooklyn Bridge with us in the snow, and those photos are gorgeous. Veronica also photographed our wedding, and I cried more looking at the pictures than I did on my actual wedding day. Veronica captured the very essence of our wedding, who we are as a couple, and everyone we love. She captured portraits I don’t even remember taking, and so many incredible action shots. I still don’t know how she and her team did it. Throughout the reception, we didn’t even know she and her team were there—my mom says that she was a ninja, and she must’ve been, to capture all of these beautiful photos. But, yet, every time I turned around wanting a picture with someone, Veronica and her team were right there, ready to go. I loved everything about my photos, they are truly the most special gift to remember the most perfect day, compliments of Veronica and her amazing team. -

A special day such as your wedding is a day that will be cherished every single day of your life. We asked Veronica to take our engagement pictures on a 10 degree day in manhattan by the brooklyn bridge. That was our first photoshoot ever and boy was it fun! We were freezing our butts off but the cold didn't phase her. Her pictures were creative and probably the most beautiful ive ever seen myself. I knew from that moment she had to be the one to take our wedding pictures. Veronica and her team didn't waste not one minute. As soon as they arrived to the venue it was one picture after another. On that day you dont have brain to think about how to pose but she just said do this and do that and well the pictures speak for themselves. Her team was extremely patient and very happy! My maitre'd was so annoying and they were able to jump hoops to get pictures of us. I think at one point i saw Veronica sweat just trying to get as many shots as she could. Veronica and her team made my day the most exciting of them all and looking at my pictures will always make me think of how i made the best decision ever in picking her for one of the biggest days of my life. I cant be thankful enough for such an amazing job on my wedding pictures! You guys are amazing!! -

Words cannot express how happy I was the day of my wedding that Veronica and her team were there to capture this great event in my life! When I was searching for photographers, I was very particular about the staging of my train. I wore my mother's dress and it was very important to me that the train was reflected in pictures. After seeing Veronica's work and meeting with her, I was confident I made the right choice and the day of my wedding confirmed it.
I loved her attention to detail with my train! I ended up getting a little dirt on it from the church floor and Veronica fixed my train while i was sitting and wiped the dirt off for me, which put me at ease the rest of my ceremony. I was so impressed with her professionalism throughout the whole day. She was able to even get great pictures with my dog the morning of my wedding. Everything was perfect! I really appreciated how organized she was because it kept me on track while I was trying to take in the moments from my wedding day. Now that is something I truly appreciated it! During weddings, the bride is pulled into multiple directions and I felt Veronica was able to manage our timeline and work with the other vendors that day to achieve everything I wanted while I was able to enjoy my day.
I felt so comfortable knowing that Veronica and her team were capturing all the special moments of the day. My family and bridal party were so impressed! My husband and I really felt comfortable during the pictures and I appreciated all her efforts in making sure we got amazing photos. Also, I really appreciated the fact that she checked her list before the end of the night to make sure we were able to get pictures that we missed earlier because of time constraints. I 100% appreciated her effort!
The whole day was wonderful from start to finish and Veronica captured amazing pictures of my husband and I with our classic wedding Rolls-Royce, pictures I had to absolutely get with my Maid of Honor, and my guests and I partying during a confetti blast! All I can say is I am soooo happy we had her there on our Wedding day. Brian and I officially found our photographer for future life events!

We had our wedding at Kips castle in Verona, NJ. Veronica was our photographer and she took absolutely breath taking pictures of us and our family.
She was at the venue even before we arrived and was setting up her equipment. After the Ceremony she guided everyone as to where to stand, what to do and how to pose!
I would hire their services again in a heartbeat! -

They made our special day amazing, we just celebrated our one year anniversary and as I looked back at our album I was blown away again by how many amazing photos the team was able to capture all while not really getting in the way of our ceremony or reception. Veronica is a sweetheart her work is phenomenal and I could not be happier with how our photos came out and the professionalism of her team. We met with Veronica, picked a package within our budget and had our engagement shoot. She was wonderful to work with, very accommodating and understanding with our concerns. When our wedding day came, she was super professional and her team took so many photos of every moment from that special day. Being able to capture that day was extremely important to us and Veronica and her team went above and beyond to do just that. We came across By Veronica Photography by chance, we had planned a wedding in March 2018 and decided in August 2017 to move it up to October, leaving us less than 3 months to plan everything! We had a photographer chosen but due to the date change they would no longer be available, cue in Veronica to save the day. I reached out to Veronica through wedding wire, her quick response and ease of making an intro appointment were nothing short of amazing. My parents, husband and I met with her and knew right off the bat that she was it. Fast forward to wedding day, stress-free and Veronica helped ease my anxiety in front of the camera. Our pics took a little longer to come back than expected but the finished product was well worth it! Thank you Veronica and team!
